Jonelle is the epitome of customer service! She always gives service with a smile. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. She takes care of her customers and treats them like they matter. I was reluctant to have my vehicle serviced at Casey due to some negative reviews however in speaking with Jonelle and having her reassure me that my vehicle would be serviced by the best techs in the industry, I will not take my vehicle anywhere else! Jonelle deserves an award! I felt customer service was dead until I interacted with Jonelle!

With Mr. Ed Ricks, my fiancee bought a car with a low PAR and low monthly payments. Mr. Willie Goodman came to me while I was outside browsing some vehicles. I came in too look around instead of keep doing it online. I did not LAN on going in but he said something to me and had me walking in the door. He was very patient with me while I had my little one there. I purchase a used Honda Civic. There were some paint marks on vehicle and salesperson promise to have them removed. To date the promise hasn't been kept. I bought the vehicle to Casey on 5 October for this to be done. I was told it would only take a few hours. When I called for status of work I was told that Casey didn't have the material to do the job and that the material would be in on the following Monday and that the Salesperson would call me to bring the vehicle in. Well, I didn't get the call on Monday. I called and email for status. When I got to communicate with the salesperson I was told that the Scratch & Dent Manager would call me that day or the next in the morning. Well I have not got that call and for two days now the salesperson has returned any of my attempts to communicate. I am very disappointed and I will only have my vehicle service by Casey, when the time comes, If have not other options.

Although the vehicle that we wanted was not on the lot, he found us a vehicle exactly what we wanted from another dealership and had it delivered to the lot the next day. He is a very easy person to work with; does his best for the customer and we would work with him again.

I recommend doing your research first, knowing what you want and having a clear agenda. On the spot there are not many deals but if you do your own financing and buy the car via online ads its a great deal!! Leighland was easy to deal with and made my experience really easy for a female going in to buy a car. It can be daunting. But I dont regret it at all.

I was involved in an accident and was in desperate need of a car. I was reluctant to even visit this location because I did not hear good reviews of the dealership prior to, but nonetheless I wanted/needed a car badly. I went into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted. I was greeted by Damon and I discussed all my wants and needs in the car I desired. He said he would make it happen. I mean, every car salesman says that, did I believe it, no, but I let him "prove me wrong". When it was all said and done, he put me in the car I wanted and met every requirement I asked for. He alone changed my perception of the dealership and their business. I would recommend anyone to go see him if they are looking for a vehicle.

I bought my first car from Casey, a 2015 Dodge Dart, the dealer's name was Leighland. Despite going to the dealership two hours before closing, Leighland was very accommodating, and professional. The manager wasn't my favorite person as far as his behavior when it came down to negotiating prices, but Leighland fought to get me the best deal. I am very satisfied with my purchase, if you need a car, go see Leighland!

Tuesday 10/4/16 driving down the road and heard a noise, thinking it was a vehicle around me, then the car was no longer around me and my car was still "singing". Thank goodness I was on Jefferson Ave in front of Casey Chevrolet! This is where I also purchased my vehicle! I pulled straight into the service bay and Jeff was there (my regular man Richard was having lunch) as I got out of the car Jeff said "don't look so stressed". I said that it didn't sound good and he said no it doesn't but we will take care of it for you! Signed my car in picked up a loaner and I was back on the road in 15 minutes!!! Yes 15 minutes!! I received a call the next day with the results (thank goodness for warranty). I picked my vehicle up no cost (warranty, warranty). Dropped off the loaner and out the door I went. Thank goodness for caring folks to look out for their customers. I will recommend them if asked for a reliable service team for a vehicle. THANK YOU JEFF and service techs for taking care of my baby.

We worked with Maada Keili on a sale of a Toyota truck at the "Fall Festival of Used Cars" at the Hampton Coliseum. He was personable, easy to talk to, smart, and worked hard to make the sale. Even though Toyota is not his specialty (hailing from a Chevrolet dealership), he was knowledgeable about most things. But even if he didn't know the answers to the questions we asked, he went the extra mile to make sure we got the answers we needed. And he was genuinely a nice guy - not slimy at all. The whole interaction was a very positive experience. I'd definitely come back to him - maybe even get a Chevy next time :)

My experience at Casey buying my first ever brand new Chevy Silverado 1500 was an absolute joy. Mary Farris was my initial point of contact and she walked me through the entire process. When you meet her it's like meeting an old friend her personality is amazing and she wants to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your vehicle before you buy it. I do need to mention the entire sales team is great. Scott and Rick want to make sure you know all the bells and whistles on your new vehicle and make sure you are 100% satisfied as well. Awesome experience. Would highly recommend Casey's sales team to anyone looking for a vehicle.

My car was towed to the dealership because I could not start it; failure to recognize the key(Fob) being present. The doors would not open, when they finally opened, the car would not start. I thought it could be the car battery, the key batteries or something with the electronics. The car battery was replaced. The person I spoke with by phone was very informative and pleasant. (Richard). I probably drove him nuts with my phone calls, but he was patient.When I picked up the car the person in the bay let me walk right pass him; an individual at the counter pointed me back in his direction. I was the only customer in the bay area at the time. He looked up and I asked about the car, which was in plain view in the bay area near the doors. He handed me the keys and that was it, no further conversation.My car has the same problem that it was towed in for. The Key "Fob" works when it wants to but I noticed that its a problem with the starter button not detecting the key. I still have the same issues with starting my car. The car smelled of oil in the interior, no attempt to clean up after servicing.

While I was traveling for my job I returned home and needed to get a newer vehicle. The staff went well above what I expect from a car dealership and worked for over four hours to get me a vehicle that is a perfect fit for me and at a price that was well under what I expected to pay. The few things that weren't perfect with the vehicle they are fixing for me tomorrow before I have to continue traveling for work. I would recommend Rick and Mary to anyone who was in the market for a car. I am truly appreciative of their time and effort.

In June of 2015 we bought a 2014 Ford Explorer Limited from Casey. Upon arriving home we started to get pulsating from warped rotors. We has to replace the wiper blades within 2 weeks of ownership. Then 1 month into ownership the 3rd row leather seats exploded apart due to the stitching vanishing. I've contacted Mr.Rogers the used car Mgr numerous times via phone & email. I was told to have Ford dealer inspect the seats. I also was told to get an estimate for the key lock code pad on the door today never supplied the code for. I was then told to take it to an upholstery shop that the mentioned Ford dealer used so I did that.I've supplied estimates for repairs and to this day all I've received is run arounds and disrespect. Oh wait I did receive documentation stating legal actions if I didn't abide with their demands of returning my trades title. Woops did I forget to mention they sold the Jeep already without the title? There's much more to this but I think this review says enough. Mr.Rogers are you starting to respect & listen now?

We dropped our Corvette off for its 100,000 mile maintenance and to have a vibration in the rear end fixed (I suggested was due to brand new tires not being properly balanced - the tires were purchased online and installed at WalMart). The technician, Will Jordan, walked me through what was recommended for the 100,000 work based on his inspection, which included replacing two front leaf spring bolts that had come out. He then recommended replacing the rear passenger side wheel hub. After the hub was replaced, we test drove the car and the vibration was still there Will Jordan then took a ride with my wife and she pointed out the vibration he very condescendingly tried to convince her it was either items in the cargo area or a normal noise he tried baffling me with his factory certified Corvette technician" BS but I explained to him I was an engineer with an MS degree and I designed mechanical systems for NASA and went on to explain to him why he was wrong. They never fixed the vibration. I took the car to Tread Quarters and had the wheel re-balanced which fixed the problem (as expected).A few months later while under the car changing the oil, I noticed the missing leaf spring bolts were still missing. When I called the dealership, the service manager, Rick Milton, cussed at me and told me I should take the car elsewhere for repair. He said they only fixed the rear of the vehicle he refused to acknowledge any of the 100,000 mile work was on the front of the car. Fortunately, the general manager, Steve Pagano, stepped in and had them install the missing bolts. My conversation with Steve Pagano was the only redeeming instance of the entire experience. Unfortunately, when I picked the car up after the work, Rick Milton tried to get me to sign a reciept saying the bolts were unrelated to the previous visit, because the it was all work in the rear of the car (despite the fact that they were pointed out as missing at that visit to me by Will Jordan while physically standing under the car and that I had asked for them to be replaced). I refused and Rick Milton refused to give me a corrected receitp.Just remember, if you buy a Corvette on the Peninsula, these are the people you will have to deal with!!!In the dealership's response to this review, they say I said I would go to TreadQuarters because I had already paid for the service. That is factually incorrect. I did not go to TreadQuarters until after Casey Chevrolet (as stated before, the tires were installed at WalMart), and my receipt from TreadQuarters is dated as such. They also said "If the leaf spring bolts were missing at that time, their technicians would have noticed and let you know about this issue." - this is true. Unfortunately, they did nothing about the missing bolts and let my wife drive off in a car with a compromised suspension system, despite me asking for new bolts to be installed. Lastly, other than Steve Pagano, no one from Casey seemed the slightest bit intested in helping me until after I posted a negative review.

Almost five years ago, Casey Chevrolet sold me a Silverado pickup for a great price. Ever since then, Casey has service and repaired my truck except for a period of time when I was out of the country. When I returned, I had to take the truck in for new tires before I could drive it home. I felt that I was taken in by the Chevrolet dealership. As many times I have been to Casey's I have never felt like I was taken advantage of or cheated. I trust Casey with all of my needs for my truck. Rich Vaughn has always been straight and honest with me and has made me feel like I was the only customer there.

Jeff has taken care of my 2009 Tahoe since I moved to Newport News in 2012. Even though I didn't buy the car there, they treat me like a valued customer and always do things right the first time. I have all my work done there, and even buy my tires there for me and for my wife's Lexus (which she had when I married her). Just had the 100,000 mile service done, and it runs like it did the day I drove it off the showroom floor in Ohio. I will definitely give them my business the next time I'm in the market to trade.

I bought a car in September. I'm not thrilled with it, headlight had electrical issues straight off the bat and the tires had constant leaks. But I am more disappointed in the disrespect at the service center than I am with my car. I needed a oil change. In fact I am here as I'm writing this. And I had to call three times in different days before I was even able to schedule an appointment. The first phone call was on a Tuesday around 2pm. No one answered. I called again on Wednesday and no on answered. That was around 11am, I left a detailed message and myPhone number twice. Almost a week went by and no one got back to me. I called the following week and finally was able to make an appointment. For a Monday. June 8th. I come up to the service center and park. No one greats me. No one looks up. I stand by a man's desk hoping to ask where I should park. He it ignores me. So I walk inside to ask the women at the front desk for assitance. They are also rude and uninterested in helping. One man eventually gives me directions to pull the car in on the left. A woman asks who I was meeting- I didn't know. I wasn't told on the phone call.They looked it up and told me it wasPerry. The man at the desk who wouldn't look up. When I make an appointment with someone or a company I expect to have that time set aside to be ready for that person. I was here at 1:30. I stood by poetry's desk until 1:36 until he spoke to me. I said hello and he shushed me with a hand motion and Told me to wait a sec. Finally he got off the phone,Looked at me and asked if I was waiting. Yes I answered, I am waiting for you. No he clarified and asked if I was going to wait at the shop for the oil change to be done. Yes I was. He told me to wait inside and turned back around. And that was that.I won't be back again.

I went in to trade 03 Ford Windstar because it would be 3 years I had the car but due to the negative equity in the van that I bought from Casey they would not let me trade it in.I have been a loyal customer and I also sent someone there to buy a car. I have never been late or they never had to call me for a payment. I have been treated unfair and will not buy another car from this company.They don't have any loyalty to their customers.

I have been coming to Casey Chevrolet for years for a variety of services on my Van. I always wait until Mr. Roundy is available even if I have to wait for a few days. I trust this man in his assessment for any problem I am having and during my annual state inspection he lets me know if something needs attention at that time or what needs to be done before the next one. They sold me a lemon and they told me to come in so they could help me get into another car since the one they sold me was already repaired with the same problems as before. The mechanics said it was a wonder I made it this long with everything wrong with the car. I told the sales guy I wanted a used car not a new car for one he didn't listen to me he brought me a 2015 car. I did not want lied about everything then had a nerve to ask my mother to cosign for me for that 2015 car no. I told you I want a used car and you didn't even ask me to go look at the used cars to see which one would work. Then he comes with paperwork that states I need $3000 after I told you I don't have that kind of money laying around. Then you think it's funny that yall sold me a lemon. I will never bring my brother who is looking to buy a car and make sure I let other people know about Casey dealership they are a bunch of liars that thinks it's OK to sale customers lemons and now they are stuck paying on a car that no longer runs it belongs in a junk yard for scraps.

I had an unexplained issue going on with my car. Jeff told me to bring it in for service. Rick worked hard to find the problem. He spent hours on it. Even though he could not find the problem, he still gave me piece of mind. And when they had Mark get my car for me to pickup, he took time to get it washed for me. I recently took my 2013 Silverado to this dealer to get some interior door trim and the windshield replaced under warranty. I didn't buy my truck at this dealership because when I was shopping around they didn't have what I was looking for and the salesmen got into and heated argument over who was going to try and sell me a truck while I was standing right in front of them. The manager had to come over to deal with them before I was help. But that's not what I'm here to tell you about. When I made my first appointment to bring the truck in they had cancelled my appointment due to snow. But they didn't bother contacting me to tell this or to reschedule my appointment. When I went in for my second appointment, Jeff and the service team had no idea I was coming, evidently Patsy forgot to record my appointment on the schedule, so they couldn't do the work then. They manager(don't remember his name) did end up dealing with me and he was nice and sorted it all out but I was already very dissatisfied with my experience so far. So the next week I get a call and they say they are ready to do the work. I drop my truck of in the morning before work and they say I can pick it up in the afternoon. They call throughout the day to update me on the status because they're running behind but they guarantee my truck will be ready for me to pick up that day. Then Jeff calls 10 minutes before they close and ask if they can keep the truck overnight. He was very surprised when I say "no you can't, I need the truck tonight, you said it would be done and you had it all day". Then he says I can't pick it up because it's not done. So I tell him he's going to have to give me a loaner car because I have plans. This is surprising to him and he says they are about to close. I live close by but Jeff tells me I "better hurry up and get in here" before the promptly hangs up the phone. He called me right before they close to tell me I can't have my truck back and he acts surprised and annoyed that I want a loaner!? Anyway, to sum this all up Jonelle was rude and annoyed when I show up to get the loaner. Don't go to this dealer if you don't have to, there are plenty of others in the area.

We recently ordered and purchased a 2015 Silverado 2500 HD from Casey Chevrolet. This was our first special order vehicle. We worked directly with Scott and Craig and the process was very smooth. We were updated on each step of the vehicle build and delivery process. We were notified when the truck started on the build line; when it was loaded on the train for shipment; and when it arrived. All employees of this dealership have always been friendly and courteous each and every time we would visit the dealership. This is the 4th vehicle we've purchased from Casey. We return each time due to the knowledgeable sales staff and fantastic employees. We worked with Scott Gregoire during the sales process. We worked with Ray Ortiz for the financial paperwork. Mr. Ortiz remembered us from the previous vehicle purchases over 4 years ago. We worked directly with Craig Politte during the ordering process. November 2014 I purchase a van. I contacted sales because I purchased at closing and realized there were quite a few things wrong. I spoke to my salesman, his manager and the sales department manager. When I didn't get a resolution, I contacted BBB. The sales manager gave me a copy of the inspection report completed a few months before and did absolutely nothing to accommodate me. It's was time for a free oil change, I decided to pay at Meineke instead because of their service. Meineke confirmed the entire break system was rusted out. Quoted mea out $1100 to fix. They also said that after the 6k miles that I used, the tires needed to be replaced and would not pass inspection. They said that the car needed an alignment totaling $600. The following day, the tire blew, I attempted to change it. It was so rusted I had to purchase a AAA membership just to have a professional help me. The first tow man was only able to get the spare from under the car after spraying liquid wrench it. Once again, the wheels were rusted on the disc and we had to call another AAA driver who had to beat the inside of the tire, to remove it from the car. I have a vedeo of AAA efforts and the estimate for the work needed.

He recommended a new Chevy Trax that had all of the same perks plus some for virtually the same price. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the car and service. I purchased a used Chevrolet Equinox and the OnStar battery and Stabilitrak never worked and they told me to bring the car back and they would fix all of it but when I went back they wanted to charge me $350 even though they promised to fix it for free it was one of those verbal agreements where they suddenly had amnesia. I decided that it was time to get another car, I went back to Casey to see if I could trade in my equinox on a different SUV problem is I was sold a lemon and now comes the appraisal I owe 10500 but they only offered me 4000 for the lemon they sold me.I did an internet search so an Internet employee calls me and tells me to give Casey another try and I did I met the first salesman he was in such a hurry that he spent ten minutes with me and left so I called to complain and I asked to see my old sales lady corrine she is the friendliest person there as well as Keiana, it just seems kind of funny that the rest of the management would not try make things right and put me in the vehicle that I came up there to purchase. I am a disabled veteran and no offer of a military discount or any other go to the breaking point sale was made to me after my third attempt. I love my sales lady, but it seems Casey wants profits ahead of what's right. Too much greed in this country, wished I never joined the military it just made me handicapped poor,and disrespected. The WORST part was knowing my father worked for GM for 35 year's saved GM millions on a little piece of metal he invented and not one of them would give me anything in writing it was all verbal with we can't help you.....Sorry! So,to me it was a waste of gas and approximately 7 hrs.for them to try to DUMP another unwanted vehicle on me instead. But I refuse to purchase anything other than a GM product due to my father's wishes previous to his passing and my loyalty. Maybe another dealership.....who knows.

In nov 2013 I was desperate need of a van. My car had just been totaled & I had just recently got custody of my 2year old twin granddaughters. I decided to give Casey a try. I was working with Mary & Travis. I related to Mary everything I needed & price range. She in turn related to Travis who showed me van after van. I still wasn't sure. I left & searched private sales with no luck. So back to Casey I went. I'm so happy I did! We found a van that was government used. Very low mileage. Great price with warranty. There was a few MINOR things that needed to be fixed. Not only did they fix them BUT they went down on their price too! After having the van a few months I started having some problems which was not covered by the warranty. I had them fix it (service people are great too!). About a month later when Mary came back from medical leave I told her what happened. She talked to a manager & I got back 1/2 of what I paid to fix the van! Mary & Travis were so patient with me going from van to van. All my questions & concerns. Returning calls in a very timely manner. They made sure the van was washed & clean inside upon pick up. I will definitely be doing business there again. I recommend Casey's & Mary & Travis to everyone !! Thank you so much!

My husband and I had come out to the dealership a few months ago. Just to take a look at some of the new cars. We were not really in the market to purchase anything. But we wanted to get some ideas for our next car. Check out some of the newer features and styles. However I was disappointed in the sales staff. The young man that waited on us was not pushy. Which was a plus. But he was not knowledgeable about the cars. In some ways he acted like he didn't care. Maybe cause we weren't buying a car that day. Which should not matter. We could be future customers. I guess we will try again later. When we are a little more serious about buying.

I went to Casey to look at a specific used car. It was not what I wanted as it turned out. Salesman, Sean, suggested an alternative, which was an acceptable vehicle, but turned out to be priced above what I wanted to pay. We could not negotiate a deal, but I thought I was treated with respect through the process. Sean was patient and knowledgeable about the cars he showed me. When I turned down the first car, and told him what I was looking for, he suggested a car that fit well my needs in terms of features. I test drove it before asking the price, which was my mistake.

My wife an I just completed a cross country trip in our new C7 Corvette. We took the car to Casey for an oil change, small warranty work and a showroom detail cleaning to return the car to showroom condition. The charge for this cleaning service was $210. I willingly agreed to the price for a showroom detail cleaning after discussion with the service advisor the level of cleaning that would be done for the price. After picking the car up from the dealership, and getting the car home, I looked a little closer at the cleaning detail. Amazingly, the motor compartment was never touched other than to change the oil. Dust and dirt from the cross country 7500 mile journey obviously still under hood. The water marks from the exterior washing were still evident on the underside of the hood, so the hood was never opened during the cleaning process. In one of the cup holders in the center console, there were crumbs or some sort of debris still obviously left over from the strip. The dust in the cracks and crevices of the center console was obviously never vacuumed. The inside of the wheels, which were specifically discussed with Jeff before the service was scheduled, had not been touched as well as the wheel wells. The underside of the painted surface of the rocker panels were not touched. The interior portion of the door hinges were not touched. Bug residue on the front valance was still evident, even though most had been removed during the washing of the vehicle. If Casey Chevrolet calls this cleaning a showroom detail worthy of a $210 charge, I find it very difficult to understand a mindset that would allow this thinking possible. I am Totally, and Completely dissatisfied with the extent and quality of this cleaning service. My wife says she could have done a better job in a couple hours on our own driveway. And, without a doubt, if I had any inclination whatsoever that this is what I would have gotten for a showroom detail cleaning at a cost of $210, I would have cleaned the car myself. With insufficient service such as this, it makes one wonder whether the oil was actually changed. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

The salesman did not disclose the full details of the contract on our used car purchase. He omitted the charge for the additional $2,000 warranty charge and totally messed up the primary and co-sign on loan paperwork. The salesman would not correct the loan paperwork that he made the mistakes on. He verbally said oil changes and inspections were free, but recanted the offer when we asked for them in writing. I will not buy another car from Casey Chevrolet.

I recently went under the knife for shoulder rotor cuff surgery which is painful. Due to the pain that is associated to this kind of surgery, pain meds are taken so unable to drive. It also put me out of work for 6 weeks, which also made time for me to schedule time for this fault. Because of Jeffrey Amos diligence he arranged for my 2009 Silverado to be picked up for repair and returned after it was finished. They had found a bulletin on whining coming from the bearing in my torque converter at no charge. As always, Jeffrey Amos and Casey Chevy, diagnosed and repaired\replaced and finished either within promised time of return and sum times, like this time, much sooner than promised. I give them 6 out of five stars available and a rating of 11 out of 10 points available. Jeff\Casey, you are the toast of the town.

My wife Betty and I were in the beginning stages of looking for a new car. The car, new to us, did not have to be a 2012 model. We could have been interested in a 2011 or 2010 model, but the car would have to be a quality car, low mileage, attractive to us, but as a pre-owned would have had to have been thoroughly checked out. Honda had been recommended by the owner of Custom Car Care whose judgment and character we value most highly. A banking official at Langley Federal Credit Union also recommended highly Casey Chevrolet. When we first started looking for a newer vehicle we went back to a dealership where our last purchase was a Dodge Town and Country van, top-of-the-line, fully loaded. This dealership has been superb in servicing us in every way. We began looking at Mercedes-Benz, liked the new 2012 versions, but we felt the costs were more than we wished to expend on a third vehicle. There were earlier versions available that met most of our criteria, but not all of what we sought, so we passed. The dealership said they would see what they could find. We thereupon decided to go to Casey Chevrolet where we immediately met Mary Farris. Mary was very pleasant and most attentive in determining the basics of what we were looking for and resourcefully guided us to the types of vehicles we were seeking. We looked at several different car models, liked and drove a 2012 4-dr, V6, EXL - but decided the cost would be more than we were willing to commit. We were about to leave to continue our quest when Mary adroitly suggested a 2011 EXL very similar to the 2012. After driving the car, we were very interested, and Mary began showing us all the features the car offered. She was as superb a sales lady as any we have ever encountered ? friendly, knowledgeable, non-pressuring and made us believe we were truly special as one of Casey?s customers. After driving back to the main dealership Mary immediately introduced us to William Rodgers. William was genuinely most pleasant and knowledgeable and astutely completed the sale displaying the professionalism expected of a quality dealership. Mary was always close by continuing to answer our questions as William worked his numbers. Great teamwork! We signed the agreements to be followed up the next day with payment. A touch of class, after our purchase, Mary followed up with a pleasant thank-you note and quickly responded to our request for us to return to the dealership so she could help us to better understand our GPS navigation system and some other particulars. What great effort from inception through follow-up allows my wife and I to highly recommend to our many friends to visit Casey Chevrolet and, in particular, Mary and William. I am very busy. My goal was to buy a quality pre-owned vehicle at a low price with the minimum of hassle and dealer doubletalk. Mary Farris fit that bill PERFECTLY! Mary was wonderful to work with. Both my husband and I are stationed overseas right now, but are returning next month. She was willing to work with us over the phone and through emails and very helpful in directing us in the right direction. We have never bought a car through a dealership, so we were not sure of the steps to take. Being overseas made this even more difficult, but she was a great help! The only thing I would be cautious of is doing a loan or credit check through them. We had our own loan lined up and they tried to tell us they could get us a cheaper interest rate. When we went to the website, it was not a secure site and was asking for very personal information. All-in-all, we love our car and are very thankful for her working with us!!

The salespeople were very nice. I was recommended this place by a friend who bought a new car here. I came with a pre-approved loan from USAA with an 8.25% interest rate (first time car buyer), and Casey was able to get me a better loan with a 5.99% interest rate. They were very helpful with my questions and concerns.

Casey Chevrolet was a great dealership. The reason I gave this dealership a great review was because of the service and how friendly the place was. Mary Farris was extravagant. She showed me cars that I could afford. She was able to get me into a brand new car for the price range I was looking for a used car. She did what ever she could to give me the best deal possible. Because of her my first car ever was a brand new car and I really appreciate everything she did to get me into my brand new car. Who every is looking for a brand new car or used you should go to Casey Chevrolet because of the service, how friendly the dealers are and how they try everything possible to get you what you want.

I have never owned or looked at a chevrolet before this purchase. I drove into the dealership on a whim. I had seen some ads about the Tahoe and wanted to take a closer look and possibly test drive one if I could.Mary met me in the parking lot when I first drove into the dealership. She was pleasant and found out what i wanted first thing. I was able to get my questions answered, look at the models on the lot and test drive the vehicle in under 1 hour!!!!The first interaction was so pleasant i decided to come back for a second look but this time armed with what specifically I wanted as far as options and pricing. Mary was able to get finance options together and said she would do a vehicle search for me. Unfortunately the exact vehicle was not on the lot.Mary kept in contact with me via email or cell phone the entire time. she checked in almost daily. She even contacted me on her day off when she was able to find a vehicle that fit my requirements.

I went there as a walk in. They quoted me a price which was unreasonable for an older truck. I asked for the carfax, then suddenly the price dropped $4,000. I got my monthly payment I was comfortable with, and I took the truck. 4 days later I received a call stating that my monthly payments were going to be higher than I was comfortable with. I returned the truck and left promptly with my down payment. No dealership should be like this. Think twice before you go to them. It was a huge dissapointment and now I don't have a reliable vehicle to drive.

took 4 hours to complete a deal that was set up the day before. they offered me 1/8 of the blue book trade in value on my civic (high demand vehicle) then when i called them on it promptly quadrupled the offered trade in price... the salesman was good but everyone else there was terrible, plus they put my wife on the registration despite my request not to, so now i have to pay property tax on it.....THIS IS A TERRIBLE DEALER WHO I WILL NEVER RECOMEND (EXCEPT TO THOSE I DESPISE) DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME THERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF...oh and finally they offer nothing in after market incentives, they didnt even leave the screws for the rear license plate in ...i had to get my own.

My Fiance' and I arrived to Casey looking for 1 possibly 2 used cars. We were greeted by a sales person literly as soon as we stepped out of our rental car. This first sales person was very nice and as helpful as I believe they were allowed to be. We said at the very beginning that we were looking for a specific car we saw online, but didn't know the price. None of their vehicles had prices listed. They wouldn't tell us the price of any of them. We were taken inside to work out some prices. We gave them our personal information for "their records" so we could hear some prices. A manager ended up taking over the dealings with us, and tried to squeeze us into a car that was several thousand dollars higher than what we specifically told them we were looking for. After almost 4.5 hours of back and forth with them on loan rates and monthly payments, they still kept trying to sell us a loan much higher than what we wanted. In the end, he tried every trick straight out of the playbook. He set off just about every warning bell I have. Even after me telling them that alot of what was happening was making me uncomfortable, they still didn't change their tack. My biggest regret is allowing them to run a credit report to "get us some real numbers." Beware this tactic! We ended up walking away and bought 2 cars from a competitor who treated us exactly the right way.

Very negative experience. They acted as if they were my best friend before purchasing the vehicle, but after the sale was over I was only a problem to them. When trying to fix a very small issue with the vehicle just 24 hours after buying I was spoken to like a small child and ganged up on by the salesman and sales manager! Do yourself a favor and go someone else!!

This dealership was "high pressure" from day one. First, the salesman asked me to come in and work a deal on the truck I had found at another dealership. My fault but I thought he was going to get this truck from an adjacent dealership and work with me, instead they wanted to push one of their trucks on me. It was a nice truck and the price was rock bottom. I visited this dealership 4 times over a two week period trying to make up my mind and each time is was more and more bruttle. One time the salesman tried to run my credit by tricking me into thinking with my social security number he could give me a close figure for monthly payment. When I called him on it he walked away and spoke with some other employees who started laughing because he got caught pulling a fast one. Another time he said he was not going to work at the dealership after "today" so this deal is only good today. Then later told me to call him on Monday. WOW, must be my first day on the rodeo circuit. Bottomline....I bought a FORD, sorry guys. Professionalism is a must.
