I wish I had know about this site before. However I must say that you have one of the Best Mechanics to work on cars/Vans or just any vehicle period! We trust nobody but him to touch our Vehicle's (Juan Jones!!!) He always there and very knowledgeable and knows what he doing! Always pleasant and I can't to come back! I must not forget the service Robert Collins..he always takes care of us, he friendly and has a plesant Spirit and he always recommends and reminds us of what services that we need to get during that time of service, so that our Vehicle's are in tip top shape! Paul Taylor was more than a salesman, he was more like a friend, he treated us like we knew each other for ever. He was respectful when I went by myself without my husband. gave me great info on the vehicle i was interested in. We bought our vehicle in July and Paul still calls and checks on us. Mr Sow, our sales rep, went out of his way to make us feel like family. We picked out the car on the website and he had it there for us. We traded in two cars we had previously bought there which allowed us to get the monthly payment we wanted. He spent time going over the car with us to make sure we understood how the various features worked.

I took my husband's car in for a noise in the right wheel. They figured out what it was, ordered the parts and even put him in a loaner the next day, once all the parts were in. I always come here for my maintenance on my Sorento. They are currently under renovation (11/16) so they play room was empty, but they had a updated complimentary snack and drink bar. Nobody hassles me to trade my truck in because I'm always there every 3-6 months having routine work done. Loyal customer here.

I have purchased a vehicle from a different Casey dealer through another salesman and was not a happy customer. I was referred to Mr. Archer even though I was very hestiant in even considering I said my issues are with the salesman and not he company. I made a new friend when I met Badara, not just a sales person. My wife and I were treated wonderfully by the sales staff from the time we arrived, through purchase, and now for 7 years of service . We had our list of what we were shopping for; they had their product line together; and Badara knew his KIAs and how to show them off! He is very personable, always has a pleasant disposition and smile, and worked hard to make sure we got what the vehicle we needed.. We were able to talk about the model we needed, basic features, options, costs, and see several models on site - without pressure. We usually visit/shop/compare multiple times for our self-assurance before we buy; but we only took two total trips to the showroom to seal the deal. The KIA Sedona we selected was just what we needed. It never hurts to have great products from which to choose.I stop by just to say, "Hello," and catch up on him and the latest KIA news. This is as fine of a KIA dealership as you'll find! If you don't shop here - and with Badara - before you buy, you are really missing out on a great opportunity.

Recently, my 02 Ford Taurus blew its Transmission. Early on 10/27/16, I saw a 2013 Kia Soul on the Geico App. I pushed the "I'm interested button" At about 8:30 a.m. I got a very friendly call from Dana Spratley, my Wife & I live close by. A family emergency left us looking for a minivan pretty quickly. By chance we came upon Casey Kia and decided to check them out. Let me just say everyone who worked there was awesome! Brandon and Hassan were by far the best car salesmen I have ever dealt with. They were polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We were able to trade in our 2011 Kia Sorento that was flipped, and get into a brand new 2016 Kia Sedona, and stay within our budget. James Regan did our financing paperwork and was also amazing! If you need to buy a car, I recommend this place hands down. Ask for Brandon or Hassan and you will not be disappointed.

My first car buying experience would have come to a disastrous and very drawn out end had I not gone to this dealership. So many people tried to rip me off and I almost caved because I really needed a safe reliable car. They were so incredible I was in there less than 1.5 hours and drove off the lot with something i loved. Everyone there is very personable. They made me and my 5yo daughter feel at ease. I was not aware of my husbands plan to purchase a Kia Sorento as my birthday gift and I was surprised when he suggested that we stop by the dealership to look at the vehicle. We were greeted by Mr. Charles Archer . My husband told Charles the vehicle that we were interested in looking at and he was very impressed with Charles knowledge of the vehicle. We went on a test drive and Charles continued to show us the vehicle features. My husband questioned Charles about the vehicle and Charles was not hesitant in responding. From the beginning I received a kind welcoming greeting by a staff member, who directed me to Mr. Archer's desk. Once again shortly after Mr. Archer gave me a very welcoming professional greeting. Now I'm saying this because some judge a book by its cover, they do not attempt to help or approach you based on your look. I didn't dress to impress, I had an agenda to purchase a vehicle. Moving on with my experience Mr. Archer was pleasant and knowledgeable about what Casey Kia had to offer and intune to my needs. I am very indecisive and I test drove a vehicle which had a lot of the amenities I wanted but I was not completely in love. That did not deter Mr. Archer as he was patient and continued to be attentive. I would definitely recommend Casey Kia for your automotive needs and based on my personal experience would recommend Mr. Archer as he didn't pressure me and very professional friendly etiquette, not the typical pushy salesman. We just purchased a 2016 Kia Sorento EX V6 and we have to say that this was the BEST car buying experience. We had done some research on the vehicle and I was surprised when my husband suggested that we go to Casey Kia to look at one. We were fortunate that Charles Archer met us and offered to show us the vehicle. I thought that we were going to look at the vehicle but my husband had planned to purchase the vehicle as a surprised birthday gift for me. We were given the opportunity to test-drive the Sorento that we wanted. Charles impressed us with his knowledge of the vehicle, pointed out all the advantages of the car, and answered every question that my husband could come up with. Charles was courteous and attentive. Went into dealership just to get idea where i stand in getting financed and trade in amount brought all paperwork not good enough for them not a thank you for coming have a nice day get stuck with someone who does not know a thing about a vehicle felt like i wasted a trip went in not knowing a thing where i stand and left over a hour after being there still not knowing anything don't get me wrong we were all rookie's at some point in our lives starting a job but at least have someone who know's what going on be with new person to speed things up not over a hour and a half on trade in and not one ball park fiqure on anything...

Went into dealership this afternoon 9/24/2016 looking to try and purchase a used truck talked to lady on phone early morning was at another dealership getting my car serviced where i bought it from and had it appraised told lady situation i was in explained that i have negetive equity in trade and so so credit so i get there little busy find her try to explain again my situation but handed off to a rookie young person dont get me wrong we all were rookie's some point in our live's but have someone there with the new sales person lm a cerified auto mechanic and i had to help him with trade in appraisal which was kinda fun in the beginning until it took over a hour and a half to do was never told how much they were giving for trade in brought everything lady asked for when we spoke that moring so after another thirty minutes sales person comes up to me say's pay stubs not good enough can't explain why my employer has been in business over thirty five years are old school in pay stub's has all tax's taken out but no year to date earning's so had to go up to some person guess higher up person explain pay stub's guess didn't want to hear what i had to say i said i couldn't do nothing until monday when i got to work to see if i could get print out of year to date but didn't get a thank you for coming in today sorry we couldn't help you today i felt like i was bothering them since they couldn't sell me a vehicle today all in all after two hour's there went there not knowing where i stand far as in if i can get financed what i was getting for my trade ball park fiqure on monthly payment someone there has to have idea well left there upset felt like it was a total waste of my time and still not knowing where i stand emailed general manager and of coarse no reply new sales person did call and leave voice mail asking if i needed any question's answered that's only after i sent message to lady i talked to in the morning about how i felt about how it was a waste of time didn't feel welcomed after they couldn't sell a vehicle today and felt like i was being talked down to even if they can help me in my situation and get my payment where i need it don't know if i want to go back to there dealership or go elsewhere guess will pray on it!!!!!

Charles Archer provided great customer service from start to finish. Even when I was giving him a hard time about the lengthy credit application he was able to remain calm and see what he could do to expedite the process. I bought my car more than a year ago. I'm a local restaurant GM and Taylor came in for lunch today. He remembered me and asked how my son was and how the car was doing. I was amazed that he remembered me, he wasn't even my salesman! Told him the car was doing great but I need something bigger. He said he was sure Brandon could find what I wanted. I don't particularly care for kias but I will buy from Casey Kia just because of the customer service. I was in for a quick stop at the service department not long ago. I had originally walked into Casey Kia because I had a great experience getting my car serviced at Casey Honda down the street. I stopped at Casey Kia just to look around and see the cars. I was approached by George who asked me if I was interested in a car, and possibly a test drive. Pressed for time, I declined, but said I would bee back in a week to take him up on the offer. Within that time I was contacted by Kellie about a car I had shown interest in online. In both interactions I was greeted with a pleasant, positive attitude. I decided then that I would be buying my car from them.I came in early for my test drive and was greeted by Andre who was at once friendly and approachable. I liked the car, but it was a lot bigger than I had expected. After describing what I was looking for Andre said he knew just the car. I test drove the Kia Rio hatchback and it was exactly what I had originally been looking for. The overall friendly atmosphere of the dealership and its' representatives goes a long way to ease the stress of buying a car. Andre was able to work with my budget and I ended up getting a new car instead of a used one. I will highly recommend this dealership. Thank you Casey Kia!

We came in to see Brandon Thompson (my fellow church member) about getting a car. He talked with us about what we were looking for, our budget and other information. Since, the banks weren't open on Saturday, he asked us to come back in on Monday. On Monday afternoon, I got a call from him saying that we had been approved by a bank. I picked up my wife from work and my son from school. When we got there, Brandon had everything together for us. He had even picked out a car that he thought we would like. And we loved it. I did my research, I test drove a lot of vehicles from different dealerships (and more than once, and even had some over for a sleep over ... that is, overnight stay), and I was long overdue for a new car because the car I was driving was paid off, well, about 20 years ago. In the final round, I targeted Casey Kia because they had the specific car I was looking for (white Soul +, sound and sun package) and of course at the right price. The staff was great, helpful, professional, respectful and most of all, patient. I tend to ask a lot of questions and my wife refers to that process as the "interrogation mode." I call it "due diligence" and it fits my engineering mentality. I had a great experience, and they even offered to drive ole Betsy (my 22 year old Ford Taurus) back to my house so that I could sport back home in my new Kia Soul +. I call that service and going the extra mile. As a business person, I pick up on those type of details and it does make a difference. Laura Gayle did a great job and walked me through the entire process after "I" made the decision as to what I wanted. She was supported by Todd Gilliam and Steve Jernigan. Roberto (GM) was very appreciative and congratulatory with my purchase and that was a very nice and personal touch. Ask him for a hug as the final item to seal the deal. Actually Laura provided the hug and that was swell also. Now only if my dentist would provide hugs versus small rubber ducky toys when I blast out of his office at the end of my six month teeth beatings (I mean cleanings). Well done Casey Kia. I would like to say you will have a repeat customer soon but if I drove and maintained a Ford Taurus for 22 years, I think most of you will be retired before I come back in say, ah, 2038. From there, I was passed to George. George and myself quickly formed a personal bond over shared interests, and he stayed after hours to assist me with any questions I had so we could work out this deal. Stopped by Casey Kia Sunday January 3rd of this new year,seeking information and purchased a vehicle by mid-week! What started out as a fact finding mission ,after hearing a radio advertisement, turned into a great vehicle purchasing experiment. Both Kaylyn and Todd were patient, friendly, and honest. I work two jobs and have very, very, little time to take care of personal business. They walked me through every step and met all my demands in my limited amount of time I gave them to work with. I would like to also mention that both Roberto and Steve made the financing and final paper work quick and understandable. I gave a five star rating because of the outstanding service given to my granddaughter, my husband and myself yesterday. My granddaughter went to look at some vehicles and ending up purchasing one. The sales person (George Bozeman) was so kind, helpful, considerate, and understanding and cooperative. From the moment my husband and I approached the parking lot he greeted us with a smile and invited us to come in and have some coffee or tea while waiting for our granddaughter to arrive. When she arrived he went outside to greet her and offered her the same courtesy. By the way, my great granddaughter Kassidy, 3, fell in love with the salesman (smile) and would not let him put her down (smile). After my granddaughter told Mr. Bozeman what she was looking for, he immediately jumped to the task of assisting her. She was well pleased with the purchase of her car and with him. He, my husband and I talked while waiting for the car to be cleaned and we truly enjoyed our conversation. I have never in my entire life met a salesperson like Mr. Bozeman. He is a dynamic salesperson. My husband and I felt like we had been knowing him all of our lives. He is truly a man of God. Our spirits connected and we really enjoyed talking. ha where to start...from beginning to end everything was roses. I believe before i could even shut my old engine off i was greeted by a beautiful young woman who just happened to also be a saleswoman. I told her what trucki saw on the internet she went and located it at another dealership, took me down there in a nice fancy truck, then i got to drive the truck i was looking at online back. i was all ready to cash in my chips at that point but i knew there would be a nice load of paperwork which she did all the typing i just gave some answers nothing to distressing. paymentwise we came to an aggrement i like that she emphasized all that need be before me giving my signature next thing you know im leaving a happy camper with an awsome truck and thats not what i expected at all as i hear salesmen/women can be pushy, i.wish kaylyn all the best shes awsome!

My son was looking to replace his car that was totaled by a kid texting that hit him without insurance. Luckily, my son had uninsured motorist coverage. Unfortunately, the amount he received from the insurance company wasn't enough to replace the car. George Bozeman was incredible. He was patient as my son tried to figure out what he wanted and what he could afford with the insurance money and his not-so-great credit. Over two days they test drove multiple cars and looked at several options in his price range. He finally found the perfect car. They were even able to help him get financing with affordable payments to help build his credit. I was met outside by Heather Harrington who showed me a nice used car, and she listened to my current financial mix up (not good) and she looked at me and said "Im gonna put you in whatever car you want today". Todd (Kimsley) and Kaylyn were wonderful and a pleasure to work with. They helped me choose the right car for me and were willing to match the price of comparable vehicles in the area. Only complaint is that the detail Casey's service department did wasn't very thorough and that the car didn't come with the owners manual or floor mats, but I'm hoping KIA Casey will help me with that. I got out of the dealership very tired after 10pm thinking that I had a fair deal only to find out later that the 66 term of payment was changed to 72 months. I can't imagine I signed that because I looked at the term of payment and it was 66 months before I signed. I had already explained and negotiated with the general sales manager; Steve sparks that the only way I would buy the car was if the term of payment was 66 months and he agreed to sell it on 66 months payment term . I presume they tricked me by letting sign 4 documents instead of 2 with 66 and 72 months and swap them later on. All what I'm saying is be careful when you go to that kia dealership on Jefferson ave, Newport news va especially when they keep you there for a long because they will capitalize on your tiredness to trick you to sign what will regret ever signing. Besides the car was 2015 kia soul at 5.99% interest rate for 72 months and credit history was very good at 689 score. Besides that the sales personnel, Laura Gayle and Todd were awesome.

It was time for her to leave and she stepped up and probably spent 45 minutes trying to get on the system, on her own. I didn't have my APPLE password and the system was slow but she showed no negative attitude at all. In fact she said stop by anytime and she would be happy to help. She had no investment in the deal, she didn't sell me the car! When I returned a few days later to see Badar Sow, he was with a customer, Ms. Gayle was not working that day, Kaylyn Kelly came out to help with the UVO. She went over all the bells and whistles inside and finally we got connected to UVO. She was extremely knowledgable of the car, very friendly and customer oriented. In my numerous trips to test drive or complete business with Casey KIA, I saw some of the same "old customers" just stopping by to say hello. One had just traded his car in. We talked privately and all he could do was expound upon this dealership, the people working here and the cars they sell. He said he always comes here. My wife and I went to Casey Kia on July 26th to just test drive a 2016 Sorento. We had reservations dealing with the Casey Auto Group after a not so pleasant experience with Casey Honda earlier in the week. After pulling up, we were greeted by Mario Naranjo. I explained to Mario what we were looking for & that there was a specific stock# we were interested in. He located the vehicle, brought it around and started to give an explanation on the features and engine. To be honest, I didn't want to hear the rundown on the features and engine(I reviewed all that the night before). I just wanted to test drive the Sorento to make sure that it felt right and let Mario know that. He then said, "Hey man, let me do my job." Now to anyone reading this review and that last sentence, it was not what it sounds like. The best way to describe that would be how FRIENDS would talk to one another. It gave me a good smile and laugh. Mario started the test drive to show me some of the in and outs while driving which were definitely useful. He then let me take over and didn't mind one bit that we went further out of normal 10 mile or so test drive. When we got back to the lot, I told him the test drive went real good. He then asked what we had in mind. I explained that my wife had numbers she crunched and felt comfortable with after doing research on a few dealers including Casey Kia. I also explained that I didn't want to offend him by presenting our numbers which were significantly different than what was shown online for that specific vehicle. He assured me that he wouldn't be and with the rapport built up from our initial meeting, we decided to give Mario and Casey Kia a chance.After presenting our offer, Mario came back with his sales manager Roberto Dial. Roberto had his numbers/counteroffer and showed them to my wife. They sat there and went over each other's numbers and there was a discrepancy in the numbers that we missed on our research of the vehicle. Roberto was transparent with his numbers and my wife was pleased because none of the other sales managers we dealt with previously showed that transparency. Roberto then dropped his counteroffer down to meet what my wife had refactored. By that point, our little ones were starting to come out of the playroom(the best out of ALL dealers we had visited) and we decided it would be best to go home and think about the offer. Right when we got home, my wife started going back over the numbers and was satisfied that the counteroffer that Roberto dropped to was a good deal for us. I called Mario back and told him we would be back in Monday to purchase the vehicle. Casey Kia had the vehicle prepped to take home when we arrived yesterday. Went to the finance office and was greeted by Steve Jernigan. Here is what threw my wife and I for a loop. When you go into a finance office, what's the first thing said after the initial greeting? We are recording this for quality purposes and by law, yadda, yadda. That kind of thing makes you wonder why they have do that. It was something we noticed. Steve wanted to know how our visit was and were we satisfied first and foremost. Then he explained and offered the usual extended plans and such. We declined and that was that. After finalizing the deal, we went home as happy owners of a 2016 Sorento from Casey Kia. I apologize for the long winded post. But I feel that writing a short post wouldn't do Casey Kia justice. This was my family's experience with Casey Kia and if we EVER need another vehicle, this particular dealership will have the first shot at our business. Thanks again Mario, Roberto, and Steve. The posted a 2015 KIA Sedona on their website. I live an hour drive from the dealership so I called to see if vehicle, which was showing as available on their website, was still available and for sale. The customer service clerk looked in records and said it was availble and on the lot. I arrived 2 hours after talking with the customer service rep and before my engine was off, I was pounced on by one of their sales clerks. I told him the details of the vehicle. The sales clerk had no idea about this vehicle asked his boss who said it had been sold to their service department. When I said I called 2 hours before andit wasn't sold, the sales clerk sneakily went to the back to talk to his general manager, never to return tome again...he went out of his way to avoid talking to me. The slimy, yellow checkered jacketed general manager came to tell me it had been sold to the service d epartment the week before. He said nobody updates or makes changes to the site...lie!!! He said all sales men know the vehicles.....lie because salesman had no clue. I said they were dishonest to be advertising a vehicle and saying it was still available just toget me into their dealership. They are dishonest, misleading, shifty characters. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to their dealership.

I dropped by one evening to show my wife the Sorento and we were "trapped" by a salesman while looking in the window. The salesman was Matt Allen, a very nice guy trying to help us out. He was very friendly, answered questions, told us when he didn't know the answer but said he'd find out, and got my wife behind the wheel to drive around the parking lot since we weren't really ready to buy a car. We left the lot and my wife decided she wanted to keep her old vehicle. Fast forward three weeks and we were in the market to buy a car...for my son. Matt Allen saw me and came out because he remembered me and welcomed me back. We told him which car we were interested in, he got the keys and we went for a test drive. When we came back the dealership wanted to make a sale and we went through a short negotiation for a magic price. I told them I wasn't going to buy that evening without a little research since I had just discovered KIA. They came close, but we left. I told them I would do some research and get back to them on Saturday. When I came in with the price I was looking for based on a competitor's offer, Roberto the manager, met it. We actually came back to the dealership because of Matt, who had a family emergency that day (hope all is well), so we were helped by Brandon Thompson who was outstanding in his knowledge and very friendly. All in all we got a great deal on a car and a cardboard Soul Hamster to be awarded when the ad campaign finishes!

He told me to test drive the silver soul and I did loving every moment sitting behind the wheel of my station wagon. It was a smooth and comfortable drive. Went out not really sure what I wanted to get but after a couple test drives and a good amount of time spent at the dealership, I ended up getting a 2015 Kia Soul (which I love). Ri'Chard was very helpful all the way through, wasn't pushy, and didn't try to just make a sale. The sales team overall was very accommodating and answered all my questions. Ultimately I came out with a decent price and a positive overall experience, if I happen to hear friends/family talking about needing a car I'd send them this way.

When I first started looking at vehicles more than a month ago I was indecisive and hard to work with (yes, I'm willing to admit it). So I went back to the dealership to see Brandon once again. This time I was pretty set on what I wanted (still had 2 cars in mind) so I was hoping for the best. After getting paperwork started Brandon had to go to another dealership to get the car I wanted, forever grateful for that! So we test drove after Brandon had to wait for me to install my 14 mo olds car seat in the car. When we returned and had more waiting to do everyone was very nice and accommodating considering I had my baby with me. My fantastic experience doesn't end there! Once we got everything where I needed it to be payment wise, Brandon went to put gas in the new car and came back with milk for my son!!! Oh my gosh - above and beyond what he needed to do. Well anyway, I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to Brandon and James for everything they did for me and my son that day. I will surely never forget and I'll be back when it's time for another new car!

Took 4 year old Sedona in for service (bought at this dealer). Car was randomly locking unlocked doors all by itself and side door (electronic closing doors) would not close completely. Door handle was broken by a family member who did not know the door electronics did not work. Service person stated there were recalls on both electronic issues, but we were not notified. Apparently - this was an optional recall for the car company Kia (for Kia to notify customers - dealers were NOT permitted to notify their customers) - Kia "optioned" not to spend the money for the recall. (great way to take care of your customers) Time to make repair was reasonable. There were some issues with charges for services we did not authorize in advance and after talking to the GM the charges were reversed. The following day we noted that neither issue we took the car in for were truly fixed (they appeared fixed the prior day - but the next day the slider would not close and the car was randomly locking). Expressed my unhappiness to both the dealer on followup calls and to Kia corporate. Received a call from maintenance manager offering to pick up my car (giving me a loaner) and make all repairs for free, including broken door handle. Reluctantly took him up on the offer. Took considerable time to diagnose and repair, but we were covered by loaner car till ours was returned. While unhappy with the original situation, dealer took extraordinary action to make this right and there follow up was sincerely appreciated.

I was very pleased overall with my experience. My sales associate, Laura, was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. The overall price and quality of the car I bought are great and I feel relieved knowing I have the Kia warranty. The only complaints I would have are that I felt I received a lowball offer on the car I traded in (which also happened to be a relatively newer Kia) and wasn't given an explanation of how/why the trade in value was determined. Part of that is my fault for not asking. I also didn't like the hard sell push for the dealership added warranty in the business office. I understand it's the nature of the business but it was overkill at that point. I would recommend this dealership and definitely my sales associate.

Let me tell you that Casey Kia needs to be the one to train people on customer service skills this is so the truth. Heather Harrington and Roberto Dial are by far the best in customer service that I have ever seen. I had no idea that the phone call I made to Casey Kia Friday night would be a game changer for me. Speaking to Heather Harrington on Friday, her spirit and presence could be felt thru the phone. And meeting her that Saturday morning I knew without a doubt that this was the place that God wanted me to be at. During the process the financial manager was not only available if I had questions but he actually came from his desk and sat in a chair beside me to let me know my options. This was something that I was not accustomed to at all. Roberto Dial worked out all my options for me financially and did not put me in anything that I could not afford in budget. When I tell you he worked them numbers he did. They both stuck by me during the process and never let me feel as if I was just another customer or dollar to be made. I want you guys to know this is where you need to go to purchase a car. God doesn't make any mistakes when he puts people at certain places to help his people. I can now say that being there my FAITH has definitely increased because this is where God tried to show me that if I trust him and believe he will guide me. So these two need to show people about communication and how customer service is very IMPORTANT to run a business. And I greatly appreciate them.

Casey Kia really worked with me and my budget [recent graduate]. At first, I was nervous because we all know how most salesmen can be, but I felt so comfortable working with James Dennis and Steve. They really looked out for me, and answered all my questions. I was able to take the car home for a couple of days so I can see how it would drive to and from work. I never thought I would end up with a Hyundai but it was love at first sight when I saw my car sitting on the corner of the lot. These guy's Matt, Steve, Seth, they made buying our 5th Kia one of the easiest buy's we've every made. In the past we have had bad experience with Kia dealers but these gentleman turned that all around for us. They made our day pleasant, our experience with ease, and helped us find the car and financing that was right for us. They didn't let us leave till they felt that we were satisfied with everything from begining to end. We drove in with a Kia and drove off the lot with a new Kia. Matt worked with us to hunt down a car that made my husband happy, which isn't an easy task. Steve found us great financing that worked for our budget. Poor Seth kind of got the raw end of the deal. He did a great job detailing the car, but my husband has severe OCD, so he ran Seth back and forth three times. Seth was really great about it, even worked passed closing time to meet my husbands obsessions. We've dealt with four different Kia dealers in the past 15 years we have been together, and this team is the one!

The following describes my experience.----Email to salesman WITH CC TO MR. SPARKMAN:Dear Mr. Thompson:I would like to describe my and my husbands highly unsatisfactory experience when buying our 2015 Kia Optima at Casey Kia on July 31, 2014: 1. We found that you were extremely knowledgeable, took your time to explain all aspects of the car, friendly and not aggressive. We did enjoy this aspect prior to buying the car. We had already taken the car for a test drive and negotiated a price before coming in to finalize the deal. Incredibly, we were still there for four hours, from 3 PM to 7 PM! Every transaction took a long time and I became extremely tired and hungry. There was absolutely nothing offered to me to help alleviate my discomfort (coffee, nabs, etc.). An apology for the lengthy process and an offer Can I get you something? would have been appreciated. All other dealerships that I have visited have an area set up with coffee and snacks. So my impression was that I was not a valued customer. 2. I felt patronized and condescended to several times:*I did not like the joking when I brought up a request or noticed something incorrect.*When I asked about an suv, you answered, Are you sure that you can handle that?.*The finance officer talked about several extended warrantees that we did not understand. He said, Oh, I can see that you need pictures or something similar. This statement was unnecessary, unprofessional and extremely impolite. I said that we wanted to finance a portion of the cost; he then made calls to ? without explaining what he was doing. BOA offered a good rate but he mentioned several times that we should go with LFCU with a slightly higher rate because we do our banking with them. We found this strange. All of this took time and we were already exhausted. 3. The car had been detailed before we arrived. I noticed that you took the car back to the detailer sometime during the signing process. I thought that the detailers probably missed something. Before taking possession of the car, I thoroughly examined it. This car had been detailed at least two times, but I still had to use a tissue to remove all of the white packaging pieces left on the car to determine if they were flaws. You then offered to do another detail job when we come in for the tags. This company needs a new detail crew. I did find a very small paint chip which you said would be fixed. 4. On August 8, Sherry ? called to let us know that the tags had arrived. She said that we could pick them up then or wait until the 30 day checkup. 30 day checkup??? Neither my husband nor I remember hearing this (and we definitely would remember, especially since it did not involve numbers). 5. The recorded message that we received from your General Manager, Mr. Sparkman, sums up the entire experience. We have always had someone personally call, usually a receptionist, to inquire about our visit and to see if we needed anything. We were warmly greeted by Mr. Sparkman when we first arrived to look at the Optima; but the automated call a few days after we bought the car was impersonal, cold and the opposite of a genuine concern about our experience.Sincerely,Betty Lawrence----Mr. Thompson responded with a thoughtful and apologetic email. Never heard a word from Mr Sparkman.----Email to Ms. Sherrick, KIA Consumer Affairs, October 24, 2014: I would like to ensure that Corporate HQ is aware of my experience when I purchased a car from Casey Kia, Newport News, VA on July 31, 2014. I am adding additional information regarding the below experience. I visited the showroom a second time to pick up the tags and waited in the reception area where, to my utter surprise, I saw coffee pots and a machine with nabs! I still dont understand why Mr. Thompson never apprised me of their availability when I repeatedly stated how hungry and tired I was. On another occasion I wrote an email to Mr. Thompson asking for help with the media systems in the car; I never received a reply. This occurred after he responded to my email apologizing and saying to contact him with any questions. No response.----Posted experience on Kia FACEBOOK page. No response.----Dec 31, 2014:Went to Casey Kia to cancel the extended service contract and to appraise my Kia because I intended to sell it. MR. SPARKMAN assumed that I was a new customer and approached with extended arm for a handshake. I told him that I would not shake his hand because he had never contacted. HE BECAME ANGRY AND TOLD ME TAKE MY CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE HE DID NOT WANT MY CAR ON HIS LOT!!! He reacted like a petulant child and walked away. He then stood in the office doorway watching while I signed papers to cancel the contract!! ----Because I never did like the car and wanted nothing more to do with KIA, I sold it to CARMAX the same day and purchased a different car from Tysinger Motors, Hampton, VA. I lost a lot of money but the peace of mind is well worth it.

I went Casey Kia and worked with Sarah Smalls after sitting at Casey Volkswagen for hours and receiving bad customer service. I did not have a lot of hope that my experience at Casey Kia would be different but I had spoken with Sarah on the phone and she was very positive so I decided to give it a try. When I arrived on the lot I was greeted immediately and asked if I was there to see someone certain, I let them know that I was and they took me right to Sarah. Sarah was optimistic, positive, realistic and encouraging through the entire process. I really did not think I would be able to finance a car, especially one that I really wanted but they made it happen. I worked with Sarah, Brandon, Rebecca and Sean at Casey Kia and they were amazing. I would never go back to Casey Volkswagen but Casey Kia will see me again!

My son and I were just thinking about the possibility of getting a new Optima (black preferably) but I had no funds to make that work. We had a Soul and had brought it in for its service. While there my son looked around the lot and saw one of the models he really liked. He told me about the vehicle and I told him that if they could make it work, we will do the trade. As usual, Sarah and the crew at Casey got to work and helped us get it done!! Everyone was so courteous and helpful throughout the whole process! They made us feel like part of the family!We couldn't get the black one but my son got one he really liked! I am happy with his choice. This is an updated graduation from college gift for my son. My wife and I are soon to retire and we decided to trade the Kia Sorento for a Kia Optima. After a couple of days thinking about doing this we decide to go for it. Brandon Thompson was our sales consultant. We spoke with him over the internet and through email. Back and forth the email continued until we reached an agreement we all could live with. You know how that goes when buy a car. We missed out on the white car that we wanted and decided we would take the red car. We sent Brandon a quick email and asked if they still had the dark silver one. We did not hear back from him so when we pulled up on the lock we were looking for the red Optima. Well to our surprise Brandon had found one dark silver one and had it sitting at the front door for us when we got there. That was a very nice surprise. To make a long story short we could not have asked for a nicer, more helpful sales consultant than Brandon. Brandon went over and beyond to make our trading experience easy and pleasant. It was the best experience we have had trading cars dealing with Brandon. Our first encounter was with Brandon Thompson, he was very informative and helpful. I had a 2012 Kia Optima and I was just looking around the lot to see what they had and what new amenities were in newer cars. My fiancee and I were there to look for her a new SUV, we are adopting and I wanted better safety and hands free for our soon-to-be son. I took a 2013 Optima Hybrid for a ride and she took the 2014 Kia Sorento, WE FELL IN LOVE. To make matters worse, the sales staff was amazing, attentive, relaxed and just wanted the best for us, even it was for me to keep my 2012 and us to explore different dealerships. My budget is comfortable and I did not want it to be tight, I told the sales agents that we did not want payments being any higher than what I was paying for my 2012 and that my fiancee's budget was limited. I upgraded the interior, now have navigation and better gas mileage, plus I am paying less than what I was paying before, including the additional maintenance and miscellaneous coverages. My fiancee has a newer car by 6 years, now has navigation, optional 3rd row seating, heated and cooled leather seats and it is NOT a mini van (yes, this was extremely important for her). She, too, got the additional oil maintenance, tire rotation, miscellaneous coverage for tires, nicks, and damage. Our payments are still in the same ball park as what I was paying alone and we could not be happier.Brandon, Laura and Roberto were amazing and if you are going to buy a new Kia, stop by Casey Kia in Newport News. They are more interested in making you happy than padding their pockets.

I test drove the Soul the Forte and the Rio and Sarah was very knowledgable about the cars and laid back. We talked about what I could afford and she kept me on course because I love all the bells and whistles and she helped me so that I was able to get some of the ones I wanted. Seh called and checked in on and I felt like I was talking to a friend instead of a high pressured salesman. She explained the entire process along the way and introduced me to the team that would be helping me wiht my financing. On the day I picked up the car Sarah was right there and she took her time as we went through everything that the car had to offer she walked me through each thing so that I had knowledge of each step. Then she set up my first appointment for the 30 day check up and text me the date and time. The other thing I loved about Sara was that she was very respectful of my time. She would text me instead of calling me which was great as I could answer her and let her know where I was at. The management and the Finance manager were great too. They worked closely with me explaining each step and what we were waiting for. I would recommend this dearlership and the Kia to anyone I know. I will tell anyone I know looking for a car to go to Sarah because she really does deliver and takes care of the buyer.

Ive always taken my Kia optima Hybrid in for service and this particular service needed my car to stay for a couple of days. Casey KIA was nice enough to let me hold a new vehicle while I waited for mines to be completed. I was teamed up with Laura Gayle and what a delight it was to work with her. She listened to my concerns and answered them, she made sure I picked the car of my choice (loaner) and insisted I try another if I did not like the one I currently had. From there I grew attached to the Vehicle I drove for a couple of days and ended up leasing it. After the purchase she helped me familiarize myself with the new features and the next day (a lot changed from 2011 to 2014). Also thanks to Mr. Dial the Sales Manager and Mrs. Stewart service Manager, and the friendly crew!

I went to Casey Kia to look at the new Kia Optima and Sportage. I was paired with Jeff Melick (salesperson). The Kia Sportage was a little big for my needs so I test drove the Optima. After Jeff explained the different trims (LX, EX, SX), I decided on the EX. The EX was perfect for my price range and has a lot of style and features for under $30k. I wasn't ready to buy that day and the dealership was very understanding. I felt no pressure by Jeff or the dealership to buy. After checking out the competition, the Optima was the car for me and I headed back to Casey Kia. The selection of colors was limited for the specific packages I wanted but Jeff worked hard to find the color and trim I wanted at a partner dealership, and hooked me up with a similar model Optima to drive while mine was delivered. That was late on a Saturday and by Monday afternoon my car was ready for pick up. With the rebates and offers, I was given a great price and a low interest rate. I bought the car and overall, I am very satisfied with the entire process. I definitely would recommend Jeff and Casey Kia to my friends and family.

So when we first drove up we were greeted by the time we had gotten out of our car. The car we had originally went in for had been sold the day before but Jeff was able to find us a great vehicle in the price we wanted. He really worked with us and wasnt pushy. Kellie helped me the moment I got in, I told her my situation and she didn't try to hard sell me on anything i couldn't afford. My kids were being anxious but hse was patient with them , gave them toys and even carried my daughter around from car to car.Never been taken care of at a dealership the way I was here, the Kia Soul was actually the lowest car on the totem pole( Chevy Equinox, Jeep Patriot, Elantra Hatchback) for me out of what I was looking at, but I decided to go to with Kellie because of the service she provided.I recommend her and her company alot.

From the moment we pulled up we were greeted with great service. I came looking for my first car and was shown the Hyundai Accent that I left with by Jeff. Jeff is a great salesman and was very kind and helpful. He helped me in every way he could and has answered any questions I had about the car and was very helpful throughout the whole process.He went through the features of the car and checked somethings that I hadn't thought to check such as the a/c even though it's winter. Laura is one of the most amazing people I've ever met. I had been to 8 car dealerships when I came to Casey Kia and she was by far the nicest and most caring sales representative. I went in expecting to get a used car since I didn't have the biggest price range. At the other dealerships they weren't able to find me a car I loved (used or new) in my price range and they really pushed other cars on me. There was no pushing and no drama with Laura. She listened to what I wanted and cut right to the chase. With the help of the manager they were able to get us a brand new Kia Sorento right in our price range. She took care of me like I was family. I appreciate everything Laura did for me and if I ever need another car I will come to Laura before anyone else. Jeffrey is friendly and outgoing but most importantly he was open and honest with us throughout the process. We were able to talk with him about our needs and our limitations. I truly believe that he was working with us to get us what we needed with what we could afford. Jeffrey was concerned with getting us what we needed more than just selling us a car. The overall experience was great. I rated price as a "4" because as the customer paying less money would have been better. But I truly believe that Jeffrey and the sales manager gave us very close to the best deal they could, if not the best deal they could. We got what we needed for our family and I don't believe that I "overpaid" at all. It was a good solid buy. I would recommend Jeffrey and the dealership to anyone looking for a car. After the purchase was completed, Jeffrey and the team have been responsive to post sale questions that have come up. I have never had a car buying experience like I had at Casey Kia. We were approached by a sales rep who had a friendly smile, and willing to assist me. To be honest, I did not expect to get such professional treatment! He was very down to earth, great sense of humor and knowledgeable of the Kia product that I was looking to purchase! I was able to pull of the lot with the car of my choice, and not a car that was being forced on me. The entire process took 4 hours, but it was worth it. The day after I got car home, I was trying to open the trunk door, and accidently pulled the hood latch instead. Well, I attempted to close the hood, and even after reading the manual, I still could not close the hood. I did not realize that I had to drop the hood hard enough so that it could close as mentioned in the manual. I decided to call to the dealership, explained my dilemma, and to my surprise the sales rep, Jeff Melick, dropped what he was doing, came to my location and proceeded to show me how simple it was to close the hood. I would highly recommend my friends and family to Casey Kia, preferably Jeff Melick. I am so pleased with my purchase.

The salesperson, Laura, was very friendly and helpful from the beginning presenting to us different cars within the price range we had in mind. I called Francine told her my problem, she told me to come in, she checked the van, told me what they thought the problem was. She kept the van, since my husband was sick she sent me home in a van. I had to take him to the hospital with a mimi stroke, she returned my van at the hospital fixed! Have had no problems since, will make the trip from Suffolk to Francine for any work, inspection, etc. from now on. Great people and service! What was wrong with the van was not what the other dealer had said!

My overall experience at Kia was phenomenal. You have the general stigmas of car dealership staff and how they attempt to persuade you aggressively to purchase. I visited the dealership just to "window shop" no real intention to purchase. I pulled up at the dealership and requested my mom jump out the car to check the price on a SUV,... Brandon appeared...and my first thought was "ooh boy, had no interest in speaking with a Rep!" However, through discussion, Brandon was very professional; family oriented and shared the same religious beliefs. He did not push me into anything and I felt very comfortable. Brandon selected not to run my credit until I found something of interest. Brandon was very patient through my indecisiveness and 4+ visits back and forth to the dealership within 2 days. When deciding whether I should settle based on my budget....Brandon suggested that he would like me to be satisfied with my purchase; while maintaining and keeping my budget in mind. I looked and test drove other cars but my heart was still on the very first one that my mom jumped out to obtain price (day 1). Needless to say I am extremely satisfied with my purchase OF THE VERY FIRST SUV that I looked at. Had no interest in the past for Kia's, now I highly recommend! After owning my Honda for eight years, I began thinking long and hard about a newer car. From the moment I first saw the Kia Optima on the road, I knew I wanted to look into one. My fiance and I ventured out to the Kia dealership to take a closer look at the Optima and I am so glad I did. I test drove an Optima the first day but it was a bit out of my price range. Needless to say, I walked away with only frustration because I wasn't able to afford my own taste. Scott Stinebaugh followed up with me a little while later to see if I would be interested in an older Optima. Being only two years old, I agreed to look at it. Scott wanted me to take it home for a test drive and with my busy work schedule, the dealership was very generous in allowing me to keep it for two days instead of one. In returning the car, Scott was there to help me tie up all the loose ends to buying a new (used) car. I didn't have to give the car back because the payments were in my budget and I was proud to leave the dealership that day in my new Kia. This rating was written to assure that this Kia dealership has wonderful customer service, All of the staff were welcoming, including those at the front desk and other sales associates.

I walked into the dealership just looking at cars--I wasn't really expecting to be able to walk out with a NEW car. Kellie got me interested in the Casey dealership via email. She was professional and didn't harass me into choosing her, instead, she answered my questions fully and gave me options for what I could purchase. Upon arriving, Scott was so friendly and knowledgeable about the Soul that I barely had to ask any questions. He let me take the car for a test drive and continued to talk about why I wanted a new car, what was wrong with my last car, safety features, gas mileage, as well as prices I was comfortable with, and the warranty that came with Casey vehicles. Scott found my numbers first and was able to put me in a new car even though the payments were not what they typically recommend. Scott was really friendly and fun to talk to and got the car washed and detailed and got someone else to talk to me about DMV work and extra protection plans before I even left. I've bought two other cars before and this was the most pleasant and easiest experience buying a car that I have ever had. I would absolutely recommend the Casey Kia dealership to anyone looking for a new car--even if they haven't thought of a Kia before!

My husband and I knew that we were going to be in the market for a new vehicle so we were running around town doing some comparison shopping between vehicles since it had been some time since our last vehicle purchase. When we came to Casey Kia, it was late and we received a very warm welcome from Laura. She is so very knowledgeable about the Kia vehicles. We told her why we were visiting Casey Kia and what our plans were about buying a vehicle. She showed us the Sorento and we were able to test drive it that night. My husband really liked the look of the Optima, so Laura showed that car to us too. Laura worked with us to ensure that we made the best choice for us. When she was not available to us, she made certain that her other sales associate, Todd, was there to answer questions and help us out. Todd let me take the Optima and Sorento out for test drives even though the weather was rainy and stormy. Laura and Todd were never pushing for us to make a purchase. They know that a big purchase like this needs to be made with lots of thought and consideration. I had wanted a different vehicle color and trim combination than what was available on the lot so Casey Kia found an EX model that they could transfer in; Laura got us into an SX Limited model that was on the lot for almost the same cost as the EX so we decided to purchase the new 2014 Kia Sorento SX Limited and we could not be happier. Laura and Todd stayed with us until nearly 10 pm to let us make our vehicle purchase. It really was a pleasure to work with Laura and Todd and the those we met of the Casey Team, Rebecca and Shawn.

The sales person, Badara Sow was excellent. My "GREATS" are for him. Also Shawn was a big help and treated me with much respect. I did have a problem with Roberto not returning my phone calls. Badara went on vacation and asked me to call Roberto. I called him several times and really got a run around from the ladies that answered the phone. I don't think it was their fault and I think they gave him the messages. I don't know if he is the manager or what his position is but a common courtesy is to pick up the phone and return the call. When I called the Ladies said he was either in a meeting or not there. I left several messages and he never responded. The car could have been detailed more inside. I didn't realize until a few days after that the seats and console had not been wiped down.

I did not purchase on my first visit but Ken maintained a open line of communication with me, even as I researched other brands and visited other dealerships, without applying any pressuring sale tactics. Our vehicle was subject to a recall, however, we had not had an opportunity to get it in for service due to surgery and several other issues. We had not realized the seriousness of the issue until a man advised us while we were driving that we had no brake lights. We were close to the dealership on a Saturday and stopped in to see if we could get any assistance even though we knew the service department was closed. We were met by Ken Ashcome who immediately began assisting in getting the work order written up to get the vehicle inducted and advising that he could call and get us a rental vehicle if we needed it. As luck would have it, Francine Stewart just happened to be there and began looking into one of the dealership's rental cars. She returned shortly with a key and advised that our vehicle would be inducted for recall work on Monday. She told us to keep the rental car as long as we needed it. True to her word, our vehicle was brought in on Monday and she personally oversaw all service required, advising me Monday afternoon that all required work was complete. I have had our vehicle serviced there before and have always been extremely happy. We have remained with this dealership's service department as a result of the original deal and the way we were treated when we bought the vehicle. We have not been disappointed in its service department either. We do know that when we are in the market for a new vehicle, this is where we will be. We would have probably been in for a new vehicle by now, but are still extremely satisfied with the one we bought and are not in a hurry to get rid of it. v/r chuck morris

We stopped into Casey Kia to check on a truck they had out front. I almost didn't because of the Casey name. I am so glad that I did they were so pleasant to work with. They did everything they could to get us into this truck at a payment we could afford. I have never had such a good experience with a dealership as I had with this one. I tell everyone I know what they did for us and send the to this dealer if they are looking for a new or used car or truck. I will never forget William Carter, He was great and I am even thinking about trading my car in soon and will return to him for help with looking and purchasing a new one. Casey Kia is by far the best dealership in Newport News. I currently reside in New York but was in town visiting for Memorial Day. I heard the advertisement on the radio and decided to give them a call. That was maybe one of the best phone calls Ive ever made. I am now an owner of brand new 2013 Kia Rio and is all because Badara. . Badara, is not your typical car salesman. Not only is he funny but he truly cares about his customers. I must say I was quite skeptical of purchasing a car due to all the horror stories I read about other dealerships on dealerrater.com but Casey Kia by far provided exceptional customer service and they truly deserve the 4.8 score . I went in with a mission of purchasing used 2007 Nissan Altima but after learning it was a 5 speed, Badara offered me a better options that provided me more bang for my buck. He was very attentive to my wants and needs of a car. The one thing I appreciate the most is that he did not force nor rush me to make any decisions. Instead he made his mission to ensure that I was comfortable with the financial commitment that comes with financing a car before giving me any paperwork to sign. On May 10, 2013 I left work in my work cloths and I stopped at 3 different car dealerships and no one came to offer me help however when I arrived at Casey KIA in Newport News Carolyn Fite greeted me and asked how could she help me. I told her I was looking for a convertible, she took me inside and we looked on line and found my dream car. We test drove it and Carolyn told me about the car. She did not lie to me, she was polite, knew the vehicle, and she did not talk the typical car sales stuff. I work at the shipyard in Newport News and I suppose the way I was dressed the other car dealers did not like but Carolyn did not seem to be concern. I was looking to buy a car. I graduated college in 2010 sitting on a bulk sum of student loans. Maybe 5 or more dealerships told me no didn't ask questions didn't give me options did nothing but sent me on my way with a credit report. I went to Casey Kia spoke with Carolyn Fite she understood my needs and concerns and got with me right away. The problem wasn't the right choice of car but more so my credit. Carolyn was always on top of everything if not steps ahead. I contacted this one place in which I believed would provide me with a loan for the Forte gave her all their information and within 30mins she called me back telling me they were trying to scam me made me believe they would help me get a car from her get me into coming in their office and buy a car from their lot. She did research, spoke with people, educated me, she kept me updated with status's, returned my phone calls within an hour, listened and brought me the best options. Her team was awesome with working within my means telling me benefits and finding insurance anything you could ask for they provided. My family stopped by Casey Kia on April 5, 2013. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the showroom and the overall appearance of the dealership. The staff was friendly, and the salesman, Rob Harper, was not hovering around us, but rather talking with us like a friend. He took the time to understand the type of car we were looking for, and listened to our concerns and wants. He then said, "Based on what you have told me, this is what I recommend." To me, that was priceless. He truly listened to us. Rob took the time to show us the ins and outs of the vehicle, knowing that we were not buying yet. He also took the time to show us the Service Center and introduce us to the rest of the Casey Kia team. Again, knowing that we weren't buying yet. This wasn't to pressure us in to a decision, but rather help us to feel more comfortable when the time was right. I have to say that this is the warmest welcome we have ever received at a dealership, and the funny thing is, we didn't even buy the car yet. We were not made to feel this welcome when we actually walked into a dealer and bought two cars at once before. I was very impressed with Rob, and Casey Kia overall. We will be back to buy the Kia Sportage when the time is right.

I purchased a used 2011 Kia Sorrento from another dealership and it is still under the 60, 000 mile warranty. Casey isthe only Kia dealership in my area, so when my breaks started acting up I took it there.I have had two interactions at that dealership, neither worth bragging about. The first time, I was talking to the service rep and let him know my infant daughter was asleep in the back of the vehicle and to let me know when to take her out. There were other cars in front of mine, so when he said he was going to test my brakes (to see that you can push the pedal to the floor) I figured he was going to sit in my car and press the brake to thefloor. Instead he drove around the other cars in the garage and took my car off the lot with my daughter still in the car. I tried chasing after the car and waving him down but he was too fast.Then when he finally got back, the best the general manager could tell me was they were getting iPads for the Waiting area. On the second visit, they asked what time i wanted to bring my car in for the followup and I asked for the earliest appointment. They said that was at 7 am, and I got there, was told a mechanic doesnt come in till 730 at the earliest andthat they stilstill had to finish from the day before . They didn't start my car until 815 and I was there until almost 11. With both times, I was told that my brakes are just fine, but no one should be able to push the brake pedal to the ground when stopped at a light.This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership and i would have never purchased a Kia had i know this would be the situation!!

I came in to Casey Kia after having my Sedona involved in an fairly severe accident. Knowing how extensive the damage was to my Sedona I was never going to be comfortable driving it again. Not knowing whether the insurance company was going to total the van or repair it yet I wanted to look for a Sorento to replace my van. The staff at Casey understanding the problem, was willing to make a deal regardless of what the insurance company did. They would take the insurance check if the van was totaled or if it was repaired, they would guarantee me a trade in price so I could drive away in my new car today. All of the staff who helped me were wonderful, caring, understanding and went above and beyond to help me. I loved my 2005 Sedona and drove it off the lot with 22 miles on it 8 years ago and am sad to part with it, but I walked away from a terrible accident with only a few scratches so I hope my new Sorento will be just as good to me as my van was. Thank you for everything!!!!

I went in for a oil change on a service plan I'd purchased when I started the lease on my Kia Soul. Unbeknownst to Casey Auto Group, I'd had a terrible experience with another Kia dealership a year ago. It turned out that when I purchased the service plan, the jerk who sold it to me pocketed the money and then never signed me up for the service plan. Worse, when I learned of this, it took two weeks of screaming, raving madness to convince the people at the other Kia dealership that I'd been wronged, and it involved threats of litigation, profanity, and intense arguments. It was, by far, the worst encounter with any organization I'd ever had, and I am an AT&T customer, so that's a profound statement. So when I went into Casey Kia, I was probably what I would call a "Problem Customer." Viewing all Kia Dealerships as an evil, incompetent, nightmare, I was tense from the moment I walked in the door. Service Adviser Christine Allen was kind and polite, and put me at ease... until something went wrong. It turned out my service plan had been erroneously cancelled, and I was going to be charged the $45 for the oil change. While that may not seem like much, I immediately had flashbacks of my previous encounters, and was furious that I'd been wronged once again. At this point, I was irrationally enraged, and ready to begin screaming, cursing, flailing my arms and generally behaving like a psychopath until burly mechanics were forced to toss me out of the garage. I approached Christine, who did what so few people in customer service fields can: she listened. She acknowledged I had been wronged and sympathized. She began to helpfully try to solve the problem. She went above and beyond, looking up numbers and expertly navigating through the dense maze of Kia's corporate structure, trying to find out what had happened. She was willing to get on a three-way phone call with me and the other Kia dealership, and helped me to find the problem. I then went out into the parking lot and shouted a bit at the people who had messed up, but I no longer associated them with Casey Kia. By her professional demeanor and competence, she'd in one fell swoop turned my opinion of Kia Dealerships around. Walking back in, I handed her the phone and she quickly set right what had been wrong, reinstating my plan. My car had already been serviced by this point, and I was free to go. So not only did Christine provide excellent customer service, she did so in every customer service professional's worst nightmare: an irrational customer enraged by something the agent had no control over. So thanks a lot to Christine Allen, for her patience and professionalism. I would definitely go to Casey Kia again.

Our experience purchasing our new Kia Optima at Casey KIa was excellent. Doug Johnson and Pam Lawrence introduced us to the features of the Optima and the options available. They worked with us and Charlie Wood to get a fair price for the car. With Manager Steve Sparkman's leadership, they worked hard with Shirley, the Kia factory rep, to fast-track the manufacture and delivery of the car. Shirley was the hero that helped pull it all off. Twice she called to update us on the progress. Trading favors, she got the car that met our specific requirements. Delivery was perfect. The features and the accessories (some extras included by the dealer to insure complete satisfaction) were all ready when we arrive to take delivery. Again Doug waked us through all of the features to be sure we understood the operation of the car. Shawn Porter finished off the paperwork and we were on our way proudly driving our new Remington Red Optima. Andy Burton in the parts department ordered a touch-up pencil which is to be available when we return for the 30 day check-up. You can see why we rated this dealer so highly. My recent experience at Casey Kia was wonderful, much to the credit of the Sales Consultant - Robert Harper.I arrived on a very cold and windy day with my teenage son who uses a wheelchair, with hopes of finding a safe and accessible vehicle for him. Mr. Harper was so very patient to show us many, many vehicles - as we tested space and ease of loading my son's wheelchair in each one. He was very knowledgeable of features of each of the vehicles we were interested in. He stood in the cold without complaint or seeming concern, but continued to conduct himself with the utmost professionalism while still making us feel at ease. Once we finally found a vehicle which might fit our special needs, Mr. Harper, at my request, drove my teenage son and I around the test drive route. During our ride Mr. Harper took the time to talk to my son, to ask him what he was interested in and really personally connect with him. My son was impressed with him, which speaks volumes for Mr. Harper, as my son is a tough critic! I purchased the vehicle. I know if I had not had such a positive experience with the first person who made contact with me I would not have continued to look around the lot, which would have resulted in me taking my business elsewhere. I don't know how long Mr. Harper has been an employee at Casey Kia, but Mr. Casey and his ideals and standards were very well represented through Mr. Harper's kindness, professionalism, courtesy, patience and thoroughness to meet our needs. Very professonal and knowledgeable staff. We knew we wanted a Kia because of the quality of vehicle and of course the warrenty. We were given several great options and decided to go with the Sedoma. Robert was assisted us from the minute we arrived to the time we transfered our things from the vehicle we traded to our new vehicle. Returning from overseas I had been researching my new KIA for over four months and could not wait to get my hands on a 2013 Optima. Settling in Chesapeake I dealt with two dealerships on the Southside for the convenience, only to make the drive north to Newport News. From the start Casey Kia paid attention to all of my requests and had the best selection in all of Hampton Roads to choose from. Pam Lawrence made the purchase of my new car exactly what it needed to be. Do your homework, have a price in mind, and go see the folks at Casey Kia (especially Pam). They will make it as easy as you want it to be. Oh yeah, they have an excellent full service maintenance crew on site as well. I was able to take my 2006 KIA Sedona in for service after it had been in storage for three years. Francine took good care of my van and I will definitely make the drive to the Northside to maintain my two Kia's. Thanks to the whole crew at Casey Kia for an outstanding experience.

This is my 2nd purchase from this dealer and Pam. I drove a long way just to do mu business here. Pam will bend over backwards for you and get you exactly what you want. You will feel like your dealing with a friend and not a dealer, I can not recommend Pam enough and the staff at Casey Kia. I am a very experienced car shopper and I know what I am talking about. Very satisfied with the buying experience. Friendly and no pressure. Feel I was treated fairly. Was glad having two different salesmen (due to times I arrived over a period of several visits) was not a problem. When I first saw the $1200 "Market Adjustment" price added to the car price window sticker, I was quite turned off. Had that been a serious item, I would not have gone further with the dealership.

I cant put into words how great my experience was. Frankly, it was more like hanging out with friends then it was buying a car for the first time. Right when I walked in I was greeted with a huge smile from Mrs. Pam. She dropped what she was doing, jumped up and made me feel welcomed the second I walked in. She made this experience very easy for me. It was my first time buying a car and I had a lot of questions! She was quick with the answers and ready to add more information than I had expected to receive. I told her from the beginning that this was all new to me and I wasnt sure if I wanted to even buy anything today I was just curious about a car I saw online. While on the test drive she made it feel like I was riding around with a gal pal, not a sales rep pushing a sale. Not for one second did I feel like I was just money to anyone here. That was my concern about feeling like a person not just a couple dollar signs. After the test drive we returned to the store and again I asked a bunch of questions, she had patience and was super bubbly the whole time! I enjoyed getting to know her so when I return I wouldnt feel like I didnt know someone there already. And not only did Pam go far more than I thought anyone at a car dealership would go, everyone made me feel at home! Roberto and Charlie also helped out a lot! They definitely kept me laughing the whole time! Pam was going back and forth to make sure I got a great deal and that all my 100 questions were answered. Before I knew it I was leaving with the cutest car I could have found and I was more excited about getting to know the staff more then I was about leaving with a new car. Shawn, the finance man, was graciously patient with me and my no-knowledge of all that buying a car was like. He went above and beyond my expectations of what I was getting myself into, signing papers that I had no clue what they were, he explained in great detail what everything was! After spending much time with everyone and really feeling like I'm now part of the Kia family I would recommend buying a car from them (especially Pam, SHES THE BEST!!). I actually cant wait to make up some excuse to visit them again! :) Thanks you guys!!

I went to the dealership with an attitude. I knew the MSRP of the vehicle I wanted and I knew the dealer invoice for the vehicle and options. The Sales Consultant and manager dealt with me in an honest and forthright manner. Without trying to strongarm me they worked with me in a reasonable way and bent over backward to convince me they wanted my business, but if they could not make "some" profit they would not be a business for long. They did not have the exact vehicle that I wanted (color, trim and options) but promised to find it for me and have it ready for me to take delivery within a few days. I asked them detailed questions regarding the warranty, maintenance schedule and how they would take care of the vehicle during the warranty period. All answers were prompt, believable and, I was convinced, honest. My business with other car dealers over the years did not always give me confidence of their trustworthiness. At Casey Kia I got the car exactly as I wanted it, delivered on time, and at a reasonable price. I feel that I also made a couple of friends. I look forward to returning to Casey Kia for required maintenance and feel certain that I will continue to be treated fairly. Best of all, I really like my new car.

I was referred to Roberto Dial by my friend Neykia. I, inadvertently, went to the incorrect dealership searching for Roberto. The salesman, at the opposing dealership, attempted to sell me a vehicle, as opposed to directing me to the correct dealership. My experience at that particular dealership was horrible. I was made to feel less than a "tax paying law abiding" citizen. I left there feeling belittled and disappointed. Once I arrived at the "correct" Casey dealership, my energy was "rejuvenated! I met Roberto, who was a "Godsend." His reception was warm, pleasant, and professional. He introduced me to Pam Lawrence. My introduction to her, sealed the deal. Initially, Pam was met with severe hesitation, because of my "previous" experience at the "other" dealership. Pam relaxed my fears of rejection, due to "less than perfect credit scores, with a calm cool explanation on how the financing would work. I did not like the PT cruiser at first sight. But, once I test drove it, upon Pam's recommendation, I knew that the 2008 PT Cruiser was the vehicle for me. DEAL...!!! *smile* Roberto and Pam made this experience delightful. I never felt judged. I just felt like they sold me the vehicle that was right for me and my budget. Thank you guys for a job well done...

My boyfriend and I recently bought a new Kia. We originally walked on the lot looking for a used because we didn't think a new car would be within our budget. Brandon was assigned to help us, and he was nothing but helpful to us. He was so very kind, and was persistent in finding the right car for us. I'm so glad I came to Casey Kia because it was the most stress free car buying experience i've encountered. After picking out my vehicle, financing got our payments and interest rate lower than what we had originally expected, which is ALWAYS a good thing. I got a follow up call on how my car was doing and how much I loved it. Overall, my time was well spent and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Brandon for such a nice experience, you are a great salesman without being pushy. And thank you Casey Kia for such a pleasant time.

We attempted to purchase a new vehicle from Casey Kia and it was hands down the worst experience of our lives. The sales consultant was new but he was the only thing that made it tolerable. We were immediately put into a vehicle "outside of our price range" but we purchased it, signed the paperwork, were congratulated and sent on our way. We had the car through the weekend and upon dropping off our check for the deposit on Monday learned that we weren't able to take our new car home unless we gave them another $2k-3k or they were happy to stick us in something...way lacking in comparison. Felt a little like bait and switch if you ask me but either way we were incredibly disappointed. To make matters worse, the sales manager felt very snake-like in the detached and unsympathetic way he dealt with us. We told them to keep both vehicles and went to another Kia dealer in the area where they took us behind the desk to *show* us the only reason we weren't "qualified" was because they wouldn't be making enough commission on the deal. We ended up qualifying and taking home a vehicle that cost more than the amount Casey Kia said we could qualify for. The whole thing was shady and we are both thrilled to know we didn't give Casey Kia a dime of our money!

I came in to look at trading in a 2005 Kia Sorento towards a used vehicle they had just got in. Pam took me to look at it, and I saw it wasn't what I wanted. She took me inside to see a new Sportage they had in the showroom. I was interested in the new Sorento, so we took that for a test drive. The price wasn't what I could afford, so I decided to go for the Sportage. Pam worked with me and found the exact style and color I wanted. After telling her I couldn't afford the vehicle, she proceeded to have an attitude with me,then tried to make me feel guilty when someone else drive away with it. I feel that if I can't afford it,don't try to make me feel guilty about it. I definetly will not come back.

Pam Lawrence is an exceptional sales person. I was sent to her by one of my church members. I called and informed her of what I looking for as well as the price range that I wanted to be in. My husband and I went into the show room to meet Pam in person. She took me straight to the vehicle that I purchase and we went for a test drive. We fell in love with the car. Pam was so confident that I was going to buy the car, she allowed me to take the car home and bring it back the next day. My husband had to leave to go to work, which left me "stranded". So I drove myself home. Upon our return to the show room, Pam had already worked out the price and had me ready to sign the paperwork without having to wait hours. This employee should be recognized and applauded for her outstanding work ethics.

I had been going through the fire until I met a true professional and kind hearted person. Pam Lawrence helped me get a car when I thought I would never be able to. I had a broken down car with a mountain of payments left and negative equity, on top of that my credit was poor. I was worried I'd be without a car for a while but Pam worked with me and really took in what I was going through. I had that feeling, you know that feeling when you can sense this person genuinely cares and isn't just trying to lead you on. Pam worked with me for a few trying to figure things out but she didn't just leave me to the side after knowing my situation. She worked tirelessly to help me and I appreciate that dearly. I was able to trade in that junk car I had and get a 2013 Optima within my range. It feels good to leave a car-lot feeling good about your decision and not second guessing yourself. We found Casey Kia when we were looking for a used car. We stumbled upon Brandon, and he assisted my husband and I with test driving multiple used cars from multiple Casey car lots. In the end, we found the perfect used car for us, a Mini Cooper Convertible. Brandon was patient, polite, and extremely knowledgeable, which is the perfect combination of attributes for a successful salesman. He was extraordinary with us. Then Charlie helped us with our financing and warranty options, and his humor is by far his best attribute. Charlie was extremely helpful in every sense of the word. Then, lastly, we dealt with Francine and the service department when we needed to follow up with Casey Kia on some issues with our Mini. Francine has been great with coordinating services between Kia and the BMW facility. All in all, Casey Kia has been over and above the best dealership we have ever dealt with, and we could not be more pleased. In fact, we are now test driving another vehicle now, and deciding on what vehicle is best for our family. We would not consider going to another dealership. We love Casey Kia.

I was actually referred to Casey by a collegue of mine. They told me specifically who to work with and their reference did not fail me. Everyone here was great!!! Brandon Thompson was able to help me find the perfect car. He is very personable and one of the nicest care dealers I have ever met. Brandon made sure that my monthly payments were something that I could afford; he even factored in my insurance rates and GAP payments. The General Manager Roberto Dial helped Brandon help me when I ran into a minor setback financially but between the two of them they worked hard to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted at the price I not only could afford but felt comfortable with. Roberto Dial helped negotiate with the credit union to get my interest rate lower. On a Friday night, Brandon, Roberto, and the lot attendant Jermany stayed almost two hours after closing time to make sure I felt comfortable with my purchase and even let me drive the car for the weekend before I made the decision of purchasing the vehicle. The finance guy Charlie Wood has a beautiful spirit. He had me laughing and smiling from ear to ear from the moment I met him. He explained everything to me in detail and in a way so that I could fully understand. Jermany Everett the lot attendant made sure everything in the car was top notch prior to me driving off the lot. He made sure I didn't have to worry about gas, or the detailing of my vehicle. I would . . . correction; I will go back to Casey the next time I need to purchase a car. I am currently encouraging my mother to go there this weekend and work with these guys. They are AMAZING!!!! They took care of me as if I were a family member or close friend. They are genuinely sincere and concerned for individuals well-being. I appreciate all that they have done and I would be more than willing to purchase another car from these gentlemen.

On 10/22/12 I went to the dealership to get a second key for my Kia Rio...being kind of in the market for a new car to replace my Ford Expedition...my wife stumbled upon the Kia Sorento. This is when Pam saw us and explained everything about the Sorento. Her knowledge of the vehicle and ability to work with me as far as the bottom line is concerned was awesome. Her knowledge of Certified Pre-Owned cars and the Kia Warranty was fantastic + the history of the vehicle pretty much sold me and my wife before walking into the dealership! She was by far the best car sales person I have ever purchased a car from and will most likely (if I'm in the market for a Kia again) be a repeat customer.

I abhor car dealerships, so it is especially surprising to me that I am taking the time to rate one.Casey Kia was the best experience I've had at a car dealership in the 32 years that I've been driving/buying cars. I spoke to Pam Lawrence via phone first, explained what I wanted and but especially what I did NOT want... hours in a dealership with price wrangling and pushy salespeople.Sometimes you DO get what you ask for! Pam set up a time for my wife and I to come by, and had the car I was interested in at the front door ready to go (Great job Germanny!). Pam is very personable with a great sense of humor, and met us as we were getting out of our car and proceeded to set us at ease by joking around and telling us about herself and finding out about us.We then went straight to a test drive, and afterwards Pam explained all of the paperwork that we had to do, questions that were going to be asked, and the people with whom we would be working. We spoke/worked with Charlie and Shawn, who answered and explained any questions that we had, and made the process of completing this vehicle purchase as painless as possible. All told, we went from test drive, to out the door in less than two hours.All car dealerships should be run by professionals like the people at Casey Kia. I was impressed in that I did not meet one pushy person, and there was not one time that we were made feel like we were just walking dollar signs. Being treated with great customer service is rare these days, but they're doing it at Casey Kia

This was one of the quickest and smoothest purchase I have ever made. I must admit when I came on the Lot I was not the happiest especially after shopping for a car all day. I was greeted by a friendly smiling young woman named Pam. My initial goal was to get a BMW Or a Mercedes. Pam took me to two of her other lots in search of BMW's and Mercedes listed in her sales sheets, because after all it was about pleasing me. And let me tell you, I'm not that easy to please! I was exhausted and disgusted at this point that I could not find a car suitable for me. Mrs Pam suggested the Kia Optima. Initially I was totally against getting a Kia........oh but how wrong I was. This was the first car that had put a smile on my face that day. This car had more thanI could have asked for. Mrs Pam was an advocate for me and took me literally by the hand and lead me to a car I would have never imagined to be so awesome . The process of trading our Kia for another Kia was one of pure pleasure. Pam Lawrence made us feel welcome when we walked in and has stayed in contact with us sense the sell. For a sales person to go out of their way to make sure you are happy with your new car is the kind of customer service which is hard to find these days. My wife and I have never been treated as well as we were with Pam. We would like to share out story with you so you will understand why Pam made this experience very pleasurable. We received a letter from our previous dealer wanting to purchase our Kia. We call Capital One, got approved for more than enough for a new car and go to the dealer. Not only did they make us feel unwanted but they wanted more money along with our check from Capital One. We left, a few days later we went to another dealership walked in with check in hand. They did not even give us the courtesy of showing us the vehicle we wanted or letting us test drive it, all they cared about was getting our money, yet another problem they wanted more money with the check. Then we decided to try once again this time with Kia. To make a long story short we are now driving our new Serento and love it. Thank you Pam for making this trade so easy.

My husband and I had just moved to town from Hawaii the day before we went to purchase a vehicle form Casey Kia and were still rather jet lagged with our one year old son in tow as we set out to buy our car. We were greeted by Pam Lawrence as we walked in from the parking lot. Immediately her friendly disposition put us at ease and she never once made us feel pressured. She was very understanding as we dealt with dirty diapers and snack time during the process. Because we were working with our credit union on the west coast it took a little while for all the paperwork to be completed but both she and Sean did their best to speed the process along and in the mean time she made sure our son stayed content in the children's play area. We were also given a full tour of the dealership and recommendations for restaurants to eat lunch at afterwards. Overall we were both very pleased with the experience recommend them.

She took the time to explain in detail the perks of the car. I want to thank both Shawn Porter and Michel Perrimon at Casey KIA for the great deal on my 2013 Kia Forte Koup. I asked and was shown cars in my price range and allowed to tests drive my prospected vehicle choices. Mr. Michael Perrimon handled my paperwork fast and explained every function of the car I purchased and made sure it was cleaned, detailed and fueled before I took delivery of it. Let me first say that I previously had a bad experience with not one but two other dealerships so I was reluctant to go to a dealership to purchase my car. I went online and applied for a Capital One blank check to avoid the financing game that are sometimes played. We met Pam and I was impressed the teamwork that was displayed. We came to meet with Brandon however Pam told us he was with another customer but she could help us. The first chance Brandon could pull away he came to introduce himself and to let us know that we were in good hands. BROWNIE POINTS for them both! She was attentive to the requirements of my dream car. She said "well these are the ones that fit your criteria, you just need to choose a color." She went and got the keys so I could test drive and I fell in LOVE. Then my least favorite part, so I thought. We talked about my blank check and Pam asked if I was willing to see if they could get me a better rate. They were able to get it financed with 1/2 interest rate that Capital One was going to give me, plus I was able to get gap insurance and my payments were still lover. Oh, Pam also asked did I own any other vehicles so I could qualify for $1,000 competitive discount - I did! To me, she just went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied. She gave me a tour of the dealership. Oh, the front door service, they washed and Pam filled it up with gas. The dealership manager explained about extended warranty and went over all my paperwork. The business manager followed up with a phone call to see if I wanted additional information on extended warranty. I just think EVERYONE really went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant car buying experience. Thank you!

We had previously been to a local dealership and had a HORRIBLE experience and left there feeling lower than dirt. This made me think that every dealership would treat us this way; however, Pam Lawrence changed our minds within the first few minutes.We came into the dealership to see what vehicle would best meet our needs and be within our budget. We had previously researched and was undecided between a Soul or an Optima. Upon our arrival to the dealership, we were greeted warmly by Pam. She asked us if she could help us and what we were looking for. We told her about our research and she took it from there. She explained to us that,in order to stay within our price range, our options were either the Soul or the Forte. Upon looking closer at and being given the option to test drive both vehicles, we decided to test drive the Soul. As Pam road along with us, she explained all the different features that it had in great detail in an easy-to-understand language. She definitely had our best interest in mind as well as realizing what our needs were. After deciding that we just "HAD TO HAVE" the Soul, Pam took us inside and proceeded to start the paperwork. We figured that this was just protocol and that we would not even come close to leaving with a new vehicle. Within a few hours, we were offered top-dollar value for our trade-in and had been approved for our loan for a new vehicle. We walked out of there being owners of a new 2013 Kia Soul(Sport Edition). This was the absolute BEST vehicle buying experience EVER!!! Everyone was so nice to us and for that we are eternally grateful. On a last note, we decided that Pam really puts the "P" in her name: patient, personable, professional,passionate, pleasant, polite, proficient,precious, and above all...PRICELESS!!! From the start, the salesman was friendly, helpful, and tried to understand exactly what I was looking for and did not push the more expensive options. Although they did not have the exact car I was looking for they worked really hard to get me a good deal and i got more than i ever expected. There was no back and forth multiple times to get a deal done, the salesman (and sales manager) were very friendly and easy to work with and got me in a car that far surpassed what I initally was expecting. During the paperwork (and waiting) process, multiple employees talked to me and congratulated me on my purchase. Everyone was super friendly and made this the best car buying experience I have ever had.

After Playing the "Numbers Game" with previous Dealers for 2 days. I was frustrated and exhausted. We came to Casey Kia in search of a vehicle that we thought we would never find: a small SUV with great gas mileage and a decent price. When we pulled into the parking lot the first thing we saw was a Kia Sportage; the ideal model. The only thing that deterred us from it was the price... Luckily, Pam walked out and introduced herself and after we introduced our intentions she guided us away from the high priced Sportage to a much more economical one that had been brought to the dealership that very day. Despite it being 30 minutes 'til closing time, she asked if we would like to test drive it. While we were driving around town, Pam couldn't have been more informative, friendly, and to be honest, the least "pushy" sales person we've ever encountered. We pulled into the lot at just about time to lock up, but Pam not once was bothered by it. We were escorted into an immaculate showroom with a friendly staff and negotiated our financing.. We got exactly what was in the dealership and our best interest! We finally signed the final paperwork at about 10:30, an hour and a half after the dealership was supposed to close. The customer service in this dealership is phenomenal, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Pam and everyone else on the Casey Kia team!!!!!

Casey KIA was determined to make me happy, so along with KIA corporate, they are replacing the part under warranty even though they cannot duplicate the issue. My experience with Southern KIA Lynnhaven was the polar opposite. They were completely oblivious to what I needed fixed and only concentrated on charging me for all kinds of weird premium services I had no interest in. If you want to buy/service a KIA, save yourself the the time and head to Casey KIA, I wish I would have bought my vehicle here initially. I think I would have been better off.Update on Casey, Francine got me in with an appointment the very next business day and had my vehicle working awesome. I was not charged as my work was under warranty. I was able to use their convenient shuttle to go to work and was even picked up to get my vehicle. Bottom line here, I am VERY happy with Casey KIA's no nonsense, all business, consumer driven approach. Francine, thanks again. Even though you were clearly having a busy day, you made sure I was taken care of.

When we got to the dealership, we were immediately greeted and told that a sales rep would be with us. Brandon was the person we interacted with, and he was great. I told him what I was looking for and he helped me find the best vehicle to fit my needs. We were at the dealership for a long time, although it didn't seem like it. Mainly we what took us a long time was the fact that my husband and I had about a thousand and one questions which Brandon answered all of them without hesitation. I even got a call the day after to see how I liked the car, I told them I absolutely love it. I went to purchase a new Sedona. Scott met us in the parking lot, sold us on a used 2010 Sedona with new car warranty. He worked with us explaining the vehicle, gave us a test drive, knew my financial needs and while working with his financial manager - I believe was Chris worked our deal far exceeding my expectations. Everyone catered to my needs, treating us like we were very special. My husband, son and grandkids were also part of my purchasing a vehicle and they included them in every detail of the visit. The kids were shown to an area where they could watch TV and Scott even gave Josh, my grandson, the GEICO - Gecko cardholder off his desk. He fulfilled all of his promises to detail and fill up the vehicle prior to my leaving the lot.Roberto - had all my paperwork ready when we went to sign final papers and they had a tremendous deal. Overall very pleasant experience with my purchase at Casey Kia. All the staff I dealt with we're very nice. They were patient with me and allowed me to take two different models home overnight. We went back and forth quite a bit on pricing. They worked with my needs until we were both happy with the deal. I love the Kia Optima, absolutely great car. If I had anything negative to say it would be online pricing. I understand how market values work but posting a price online and then asking $1200 to $1800 more when I arrive at the dealership started you off on the wrong foot. Especially when on average those models are selling on average $300 less than MSRP. Other than that I would go back tomorrow and buy another car.

If you have been out car shopping and have not stopped by Casey Kia on Jefferson Ave., you are truly making a big mistake. I know many of us get so trapped into the "I only buy American cars" or "Kia automobiles are not as good of quality as others". I am here to tell you how very wrong you are. Also, many of us have had that car buying/shopping experience that left a poisoning taste in your mouth for years and we just don't want to go through that again. At Casey Kia, you won't. The car buying is up to you, no pressure. They operate by knowing that the customer is first and the customer MUST be happy with their final decision. We have purchased our third vehicle from Casey Kia and each experience got even better. Granted, I am a familiar face there, but I see other customers walking around with smiles on their faces and that smile remains even as they walk out the door, with or without a car. You will not be hassled, you will be educated, informed and empowered to make a decision that is important to you. These guys are just as happy to see you walk out without a car that you can't afford or that is just not what you need as they are to see you go out with one of their cars that is a perfect match for you. I listed Ken, Willis and Roberto in this post, but the entire Casey team is a 5-star group of car salesmen that are all about making your experience comfortable and as painless as can be. There is no behind closed doors or behind the glass secret conferencing going on. Roberto actually shows you the "numbers" process and educates you as you go, making you an important part of this big step. Not to mention, he will go above and beyond and use every resource he can think of to put you in the vehicle you choose at a price that works for you. Kia vehicles have came a long way since Kia first started showing up here in the United States. Kia really thinks of everything and designs a car to meet the needs of people. They are well built, perform great and there aren't many companies that can beat, or even match, the warranty of 10 years / 100,000 miles. All of their cars (SUV's and mini-vans) get pretty great gas mileage, which this day and age, is becoming quite important. I came into the Service Department to have a keyless remote that I had purchased elsewhere programed. Ms. Stewart informed me that the cost would be $52 and change, and that it would be 20 minutes before anyone could do it and that it would take another 40 minutes to accomplish the task. The price seemed high but Ms. Stewart expained that the car had to be hooked up to the computer and the remote had to be programed through the computer. Approximately 35 minutes later, Ms. Stewart brought me my keys and remote. She stated that the old remote did not work and did I want it thrown away. I stated that I did. Ms Stewart then indicated that there would be no charge and for me to have a good day. Thanks to Ms. Stewart my day got much better!!!!

I am a single mother of 2 on a teacher's salary. Needless to say, I don't have much wiggle room when it comes to expenses, especially in today's economy! I had been searching for a car online for a couple months. I must have sent an inquiry to Casey Kia. One day that week Brandon called. He asked me the typical questions. I was very honest in what my situation was and how little money I had to sepnd on a car. Brandon was up front and honest about my options and the realities of purchasing a car - which I appreciated a lot! So even on the phone, I felt this was going to be a good experience. I made an appointment for that Saturday.On Saturday, Brandon was polite and already had a few cars for me to look at. Even once I had chosen the car I wanted to attempt to buy, Brandon didn't act like the deal was done, like some other car salesmen. He bent over backwards to get the car payment in the range of what my budget could afford. He was also extremely patient when I wasn't sure what I should do and pretty much had to figure out my entire budget at his desk! Even after I had signed everything, and was on my way to being a new car owner, he made it a point that I was taken care of. All in all, my experience at Casey Kia was a terrific one! I was extremely hesitant buying a car on my own, but Brandon made it very easy and comfortable. Everything started off well. Great greeting and helpful. But just before finishing the sales things seemed rushed and unorganized. We made arrangements over the phone for financing so we could come in and just sign the papers, when we arrived it was 2 hours before they were ready for us to sign, no reason why besides "these can be complicated and take time". Well my time was wasted! I'm still waiting for tags almost 2 months later and my payoff just got paid, that took over a month! Most disappointing sale I've ever had. May i add we purchased 2 cars! But at least the car is good...UPATED.....The dealership reached out to us, after realizing how unhappy me and my wife were, to sincerely apologize and offer compensation for our lost time. I believe that what or who ever was causing the issues has been addressed.

We went to Casey Kia after dealing with two other Kia dealerships, and we are now regretting dealing with Casey Kia at all. From start to finish, it has been poor customer service, to say the least, and we are greatly disappointed. We purchased a 2012 Kia Optima, after spending 8 hours in the dealership trying to make the deal work. Car shopping should be an exciting experience, with a sales and finance staff who are competent and care about the customer, and it was anything but that. Instead it was frustrating, exhausting and aggravating. We have not even received one follow up call yet, asking us how we like our new car, and if we need any further assistance. But we were reminded by the sales staff to give Casey Kia top scores on the survey we receive! We think not! At this point, we are still having issues due to Casey Kia's poor customer service. We traded in a vehicle financed through our credit union. Casey Kia was late in sending the credit union the pay off check, and we are now getting notifications from the credit union about making a payment on the traded vehicle, and to add insult to injury, Casey Kia's pay off check is in the wrong amount, for less than the pay off amount that they were given. This needs to be corrected immediately by your staff. We bought another Kia 2 days later at another dealership and the pay off check for the other vehicle was on time and in the correct amount, perhaps, the finance staff needs to get up and move. Very Dissapointed..!!!

Christopher listened to my needs and did not try to pressure me in any way. He instead did his best to provide information to help me make the best decision. He was knowledgeable, cheerful and friendly. There was no pressure at any point. When the first vehicle we looked at and drove proved it couldn't meet our needs he was able to find another which did. During the discussion regarding financial matters he really paid attention to my goals and made every effort to help me reach them. When Mr Bell involved Charley Woods in the search for the right vehicle and later in the financial matters we moved quickly thru the purchase process. Mr Woods proved to be someone whose can-do attitude overcame issues that confused me at first. I would recommend Casey KIA to family and friends and hope they were lucky enough to be met by Chris and assisted by Charley. Their personalities and skills compliment each other and offer the buyer a pleasant experience.

NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM CASEY KIA. Casey Kia has by far the worst customer service of any dealer. Even airline reps and health insurance reps are more honest and have more integrity than the staff at Casey Kia. I attempted to purchase a 2012 Kia Sportage Manual transmission from Casey Kia. With Sales Associate Paul Clark, I committed to a price, and was told that the car would be available in 72 hours because it was "coming from North Carolina". I was told to sell the car I was currently driving (because it had "too many miles" to be traded in) and that the dealer would provide me with a comparable car to what I was purchasing until my new car came in. First problem- the comparable car was a piece of crap. It had check engine lights on and the engine needed to be turned over multiple times before the car would actually start.Second problem- After 72 hours, I had received no contact what so ever from Paul Clark or any staff at Casey Kia. When I called them, they said he was sick and passed me off to Roberto Dial who said that he was the General Manager of the facility, and that they were for the manual transmission and that it would be another 72 hours because now the car was coming from Tennessee. Third Problem- Roberto Dial is actually the sales manager, not the general manager, don't lie about your position (or lack there of) to seem important.Fourth Problem- Another 72 hours go by, and I have yet to receive any contact from Casey Kia. I call them, report the massive problems with the loaner car and am told to return it and they will change cars. I am told again that it'll be "a few days till we can transfer the car from Tennessee."A few days go by, and there is still no contact from Casey Kia. I call them and inform them that I will be traveling for business in 2 weeks to New York, and I need a vehicle to get there. They have now passed me off to Stephen Sparkman, the "real" general manager, and he claims that he is now getting involved with the process. He "assures" me that there will be regular contact with me about the process of "finding" the car (apparently they have now lost both cars that they told me were available) as well as addressing my need to travel to New York for business.I receive a call the next day from Stephen Sparkman stating that they are having trouble "locating" the car. He tells me it would be more cost effective for him and Casey Kia to sell me the current Kia Sportage I am driving (2012 automatic transmission) at the quoted price of the manual transmission. I remind him that their "most cost effective strategy" for their company is really none of my concern because I was told I would be able to purchase a manual transmission vehicle.Fifth Problem- What makes a car dealer think that the customer would have any concern about cost effectiveness for the dealer??Sixth Problem- The next day I am again called by Stephen Sparkman. He says that he "talked to corporate" and that I am aloud to drive to South Carolina for business. I told him that would be useless, seeing as I have businesses in New York, not South Carolina. He said I just couldn't do that and my only options were to purchase the car I was in, or turn it in and find another way to transport myself.Seventh Problem- I told him I would consider taking the automatic for the price of the manual, and he tries to increase the financing from 2.9% as previously agreed to 3.9% with his reasoning that "it's not really that much difference." That's actually $744 difference. A big amount. Eighth Problem- Don't assume that because I am female, I will not hold the dealer to ALL of the terms that were previously agreed upon.Begrudgingly, I decided to purchase the 2012 Kia Sportage Automatic. I was put into a very difficult position where it was either purchase the car or walk to the nearest rental car place (about 3 miles) away. I was told by Stephen Sparkman that he would be at the dealership and would complete the sale with me. Ninth Problem- As soon as I got to the dealer and met with Stephen Sparkman, he passed me off to Tim Lee. Tim Lee completed the sale, rushing me through many of the pieces of information. He also gave me a final sales evaluation form where he said that if it wasn't "10's" across the board, they don't get paid. There were questions rating customer service, honesty, contact, and overall process. He and Casey Kia, did not get all "10's" but I highly doubt they did not get paid.Tenth Problem- Less than 24 hours after the purchase, I notice a small tear in the drivers seat. I immediately called Tim Lee and reported this. He said that he would get on this as soon as possible and find out how they can repair this.Eleventh Problem- TWO WEEKS GO BY with no contact from Tim Lee. Another sales rep repeatedly calls my phone asking if I want to buy a Kia from Casey Kia. Apparently records aren't kept. I go in to collect my plates and a new sales rep asks about the car. I asked when they will contact me about the rip in my seat. He states that he is going to talk to Stephen Sparkman, the general manager. Stephen Sparkman comes over, introduces himself and has no recollection of who I am or any of the problems from two weeks ago. I explain that I have previously called about the rip, and he feints ignorance. He then asks to see the rip. When I show him he says that it is "obvious that [I] am lying" and have tried to "sabotage" the car. He tells me there is no way they will do anything to help me out and storms off. Maybe it's because I am a female that won't get pushed around. Maybe because they had to do something they had to see as "cost effective". Or maybe they just didn't like me, but for whatever reasons, there were constant lies and omissions from the start. I will never ever buy another car from Casey Kia, and I will make sure the patients and students I come into contact with every day know how poorly a person gets treated there.

I came in with my tire indicator light on. They determined that I had a screw in my right front tire. They took out the screw and plugged the hole very quickly and Francine told me there was no charge for it. I always come to Casey Kia for service and ma never disappointed. This was my first car buying experience, and let me tell you, Tracy made it a smooth and easy buying process. He was extremely helpful and I never felt pressured. Tracy was very nice and knowledgeable in the vehicle I purchased, which was a 2011 Optima Hybrid. He really took the time to get to know what was comfortable for me.My over-all experience with Casey Kia, and Tracy Lego as my salesperson, was great. I am going to recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. All of the staff was very friendly and I am glad I had my first purchase with them!! Scott was very friendly and helpful than one can imagine in helping my daughter and I make our decisions. During our negotiating, I had my fifteen month old granddaughter with us who came down with a stomach virus and had pooped drippings throughout the lobby. Scott immediately took action in securing the area and cleaning up the mess. Though this was our most embarrassing moment EVER, Scott provided GREAT customer service and this became our most memorable moment during a sale. I've worked with a multitude of car dealerships over the years and every experience was basically the same. You know....as soon as you break the driveway threshhold some smooth talking, over-eager salesperson attacks you with hand outstretched and business card at the ready, drilling you with questions and turning on the pressure. The trip into the office begins the painful haggling and secretive meetings. The headaches begin and the stress level increases. After multiple hours of back and forth, up and down, and all around, a deal might be reached and you may walk out with the vehicle you originally went to look at, or maybe you are leaving with only a headache and a negative attitude. Well let me tell you that a trip to Casey Kia is nothing like the above. We recently made our second trip to Casey Kia to look into the 2012 Kia Optima. Due to an issue we had with the service department for a problem with our already owned Kia Sedona, we were immediately told by General Manager Steve Sparkman and Sales manager Roberto Dial, that they were going to make it right by giving us an extra discount. We then sat down with Chris Bell to discuss what we wanted to do. He provided us some great background and education on the Kia Optima and how it compares to other vehicles. We then took a walk through the lot comparing the models and learning the differences in each. Chris took us for a test drive and we returned to the office to set down and discuss our options. Roberto approached us and was very friendly and personable and willing to discuss things with us person to person. At no point, did we ever feel pressured to buy or feel like the salesperson and the managers were having secret meetings behind closed doors or behind the glass discussing how they can counter or how they can turn up the pressure. The entire experience at Casey Kia is a very relaxing and friendly one. From the amazing interactions with Chris Bell all the way up to the the General Manager (Steve Sparkman) the experience is awesome. It is a complete 180 degrees from any other car buying experience I've ever had. No pressure and no harrassing. While I'm sure that there are other great salespeople working in this store, I would very strongly recommend you call and request a time to go in and sit down with Chris Bell. Chris has gone above and beyond for us in both of our trips to Casey Kia and has made every effort to make us feel we can trust him and that he respects us. Chris made it a point to contact us a year after we purchased our Kia Sedona just to see how things were going with the vehicle and if there was anything he could do for us. He took it upon himself to jump in and assist us with our problem with the service department and even brought the issue to Steve Sparkman, whom in turn personally approached us to get the details and take action to resolve the problem. Chris Bell, Roberto Dial, and Steve Sparkman are by far the best car sales personnel I've ever worked with and as long as I am in this area and as long as they are selling vehicles, I will take my business to them, even if they are working at a different dealership. Chris, Roberto, and Steve - thank you so much for your awesome customer service and just plain "caring" for people and not just seeing us as a "sale" or a "number". Keep up the amazing work you do!

Forget what you know about car buying because it is NOT like that at Casey Kia ! After a LONG relationship with another dealership and what I thought was a good relationship we have found a NEW HOME at Casey Kia. We had previously bought a Kia Sorento from Casey about 9 months ago and were really pleased with the service and attention to detail that we got from the staff at Casey. One afternoon Chris ( our salesman ) called just to check on the vehicle, how we liked it, if we were having any problems and so forth. I told him at the time that we were " kinda " in the market for another car ( my 10 year old Ford was about to die ). I had done a LOT of research on vehicles and decided that the KIA Soul was probably going to be a good fit for me and where we wanted to stay in our budget. I did not go into this research specifically looking to buy a KIA but knew that the service we got from Casey last time would have me taking a serious look at what they had to offer, on top of that the Sorento that my wife bought from them is a FABULOUS car, we absolutly LOVE it. So we went into the dealership to look at the Soul, we were greeted like family hung out and talked a bit and felt NO pressure to buy anything. We worked on some numbers that my wife and I didn't really feel comfortable with so I asked Roberto ( Sales Manager ) what the possibility would be for him to get in a base model Soul would be, these little things are FLYING off the lot ! Roberto did some looking and told me he could have one in two days ! I was done ! True to their word they got the Soul in that I wanted, came in at a price I wanted and we have had another successful deal at Casey Kia. I would also like to mention that Roberto was off the night we went in to day the financing paperwork and the General Manager Steve was sitting right there behind the Sales desk, this man is personable and willing to work with you, half the night we stood at the sales desk working things out... I added a few accesories to the vehicle and an extended warranty because the price was to good to pass up. I will also tell you the extent that these people will go to to make sure you are taken care of... we spent a little more time at the dealership than we expected doing the financing so Chris ( our salesman ) offered to go an pick our kids up who were down the road skating... I didn't hesitate to let Chris take our car AND our credit card ( it was Steves birthday and we wanted to get him a cake ) to go pick up our kids. Normally I wouldn't let ANYONE go pick up my kids, that is the kind of person I am... but Chris ( Abraham Lincoln as our kids like to call him ) developed a relationship with our kids the last time we were at the dealership that I felt comfortable with. So to sum this whole experience up... it was OUTSTANDING ! My wife and I feel like we have truly found a new dealership to do business with and made some new friends in the meantime. On another note, if you are in the market to buy a new car... you should take a serious look at KIA... they are making an amazing product and when you do decide to buy go see my good friends at Casey Kia, you will not be disappointed.

Our original intent was to purchase a Kia Sorento or Honda Pilot through the USAA build and by program. We initially chose Casey only for a fact-finding visit because they have dealerships for both of the vehicles of interest. However, after meeting our sales person, Tracy Lego, we were hooked. Tracy was kind enough to set up test drives with both a Sorento and Pilot. He never pressured us to make a decision, he seemed more interested in helping us get the vehicle that was right for us instead of just selling us a Kia. After our test drive, we left the dealership to do more research and actually build and price a Sorento through the USAA build and buy program so that we would have a basis for negotiation, the most painful part of purchasing a new vehicle. Once I had a confirmed price quote through the build and buy program I contacted Tracy and told him that if he could match or a least come close to to the pricing we obtained through the USAA program we would prefer to purchase our Kia from Casey. Tracey didn't match our build and buy pricing, HE BEAT IT! Buying at Casey Kia and working with Tracy Lego was smooth and hassle free. We're extremely happy to be a members of the Casey Kia family and will return when it's time for our next vehicle purchase. At Casey it seems to be more about building relationships than just selling cars. This was the best automobile purchasing experience my wife and I have ever had and we highly recommend Casey Kia to all seeking to purchase a new car.

Christopher Bell was an exceptional sales person I never felt pressured in purchasing a vehicle and we actually didn't leave with a car the first time. This was our first time to a Kia dealership. My husband and I love Toyota's and Volkswagen's. Our girls are growing and we need more room. After doing some research on the Kia Sorento we really liked what Kia had to offer with price, value and warranty on their small SUV's compared to the competition. After visiting the dealership and speaking with the sales consultant Ken we will definitely be back to buy within the next few months. Ken is a wonderful sales consultant. He was never pushy and he never talked negatively about any other brand. He just gave us the facts about the vehicle we were interested in. After 18 years of working in the service industry, I know customer service well. Ken is a great representative for Kasey and an asset as a brand sales consultant for Kia. Unable to complete service in one day, despite 9 am appointment and 8:35 am drop off. Rental car provided (paid by service department). Needed to return one week later due to ineffective replacement part. Again, transporation (i.e., loaner vehicle) provided by dealer/service department. Drop-off was at 9:15 am and personal vehicle was available (and fixed!) by noon.

My girlfriend and I were just going to have an oil change and we came out with a whole new vehicle, a 2011 Kia Soul! Truth be told my girlfriend's 2000 Kia Sportage was on its gasping last breath and it scared me to both ride and drive in it. The brakes were nearly non-existent and that was just the tip of the iceberg of needs it was starting have. Tim Lee was amazing and really gave us a comfortable no obligation of our options since we were already thinking of buying something this year it didn't hurt to listen to what he could offer us, he was someone we couldn't help but like and feel that he has a high level of integrity and genuine kind nature which means a lot when a lot of money is on the line. He wanted us to have a safe and affordable deal when we were ready! Next person was the awesome Simone Johnson, she was a gem and made me and my girlfriend feel like we were going to be in good hands and that she'd make sure we got what we needed financially and at a reasonable payment that was perfect for us no pressure at all! BUT the sweetest thing was the treatment we got from Bill Nettles who was doing the oil change along with some other things to the old car, he realized that we were looking around at vehicles and that our old vehicle was at death's door so all he had completed was the oil change but forgone the other stuff to save us money till he was certain that we were taking a new vehicle. He also said that it was probably a good thing to go with a new vehicle cause the one we got is looking bad and not safe to drive off the lot. He'd rather we use the money towards the new Kia then waste it on the old. Turns out the breaks on the old vehicle went out and nearly scared the Kia worker driving it. It was time and we were at the right place with the right people who were nothing but honest, friendly, and very helpful beyond anything I have ever experienced. They have helped us through tough financing issues and were always on our side, even driving all the way to Gloucester to tag on our new license plate.

NEVER HAVE I EVER had such an ease of an experience at a dealership! I recently relocated from Florida, so had to get my inspection decal and all that fun stuff. Francine went out her her way to have her department accomodate in a impressive timely manner and went above and beyond to buff out a small scratch that accumulated during my relocation. I did not expect such great service, nor could I ask for better service. I feel as though I now have a personal friend at my new local Kia dealership.

So i am in the navy and am away from home. My wifes van breaks have been making a noise she wanted to get checked out before she went on a road trip. so she makes an appointment and goes in this morning. The two ladies were extremely rude and short with her making my wife very uncomfortable. Very poor showing. they were rude over the phone with her also. so i called to talk to the GM Steve Sparkman who magically is not there and has no voice mail or any way to leave a message that is not word of mouth. See ya Casey. will not be back to you wich is a shame because the sales process there was very plesant. Do not bother because apparently the only care about selling not continued customer care and support. would rate lower if given the oppertunity.

I had gone to the dealership on Sunday afternoon 5/1/11 mainly to just test drive the Soul. I knew I liked the car but was debating when to get it because it would eventually be for my son who's in college. I ended up coming back that Thursday evening to get the car but the one I was going to get was sold already! (My fault, had I been thinking, I would have tied it up with a deposit, but since I wasn't sure when I would actually purchase-oh well! :)) Anyway, Chris Bell was the salesperson working with me and he was just so sorry that someone had sold the car I had wanted to get but he helped me out so well and he and Roberto bent over backwards working with me to get our deal done. They were all absolutely fabulous throughout my entire experience, right through finance and delivery of my new vehicle. Chris and everyone else were very reassuring about service after the sale and made sure to make me know that they would be there for me way after the sale. That is very important to me whenever I make a purchase such as this. I never thought I would be purchasing from Casey but the folks at Casey Kia were such wonderful folks to work with and I am very happy and satisfied that I went there! Chris Bell--you rock dude!!! Went to this dealership back in 12/2010, not knowing I would be buying a new car from the showroom floor lol. The new representative there Christopher Bell was a jewel to work with. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything, I took my time and he was patient and easy to work with. We stopped by Casy Kia on Saturday, 5/7, just to get ideas about a replacement vehicle for our truck which had become too large for us to drive comfortably. We were greeted by Jimmie Bell. Our whole day turned out to be more like a visit with a friend helping us make a decision that would be best for us rather than an opportunity for him to make a sale. Jimmie took the time we needed to show us various vehicles, and I was particularly impressed with his acquired knowledge and willingness to answer questions and work with his management (Roberto) to give us a very fair deal. We walked out that week with a 2011 Kia Sorento, and we feel confident we chose a vehicle and dealership who will serve us well for years to come.

I went to this dealership starting on Sunday and did not walk out of there with a new car, I went back on Monday and walked out with a new car. I am going to rate this dealership twice....for this rating: JIMMIE BELL - He was an EXCELLENT salesperson and would recommend him to anyone considering a Kia. - OUTSTANDING customer service!- He CARED about what we were looking for in the vehicle and TOOK THE TIME to show us all the details about the vehicle we were considering. - Gave us the opportunity to take the car till 5pm if needed and took the time to address all of our concerns. Although it took the average wait time of 5 hours to get the deal done, it was worth the wait, he got what we wanted and the Sales Manager (forgive me for not remembering his name properly, Roberto?) was more professional and caring than Sunday's experience. In short I would RECOMMEND anyone to go see Jimmie Bell at Casey Kia!**P/S: Read my other rating about ERIC HORNE at Casey Kia, DO NOT see ERIC HORNE, stay away from him. Casey Kia, keep JIMMIE but I would say get rid of ERIC!

I had ordered a Honda Civic 2 months earlier and could not get a straight answer on when my car would be in. Turns out it was never confirmed that the assembly plant accepted the order. I had looked at Toyota Corolla, Sion TC, and Hyandai Genass prior to ordering the Honda. When I found out that the Honda was probably not going to be built, I decided to look and see what Kia had. I was interested in a Forte Koupe SX manual transmission. The salesman above showed me what they had on the lot and immediately asked his manager to start a search for my spec car. I also learned that about 95% of all cars sold in the US are automatics and that prospects were slim. They did have a Forte koupe on the showroom floor and I liked the looks. There was no pressure to put me in any car that they could. I asked to test drive the koupe and was plesently surprised with the car. I looked at the sedan but stayed with the koupe. Throughout the entire process I was never pressured to buy a car. I had arrived late the first night to look and when I left, way past closing, I never felt pressured to decide. Chris was very professional and easy going. I closed the deal the next day. The only negative I had with my purchase was that I had wanted an SX with manual transmission and there didn't seem to be any available anywhere.

My previous auto had 134,000something miles and things were starting to fail. I went online and looked at Casey Kia for a possible used auto for myself. I met w/Chris Bell. We talked and then I test drove a Kia...I realized that I needed cruise control and they did not have any in the model I was looking at. Chris said they had a Pontiac G3 with cruise, but it was a dealer demo w/the driver's stuff in the car. I said I didn't care about that. When I saw the car I knew I wanted it. I drove it and confirmed my first thoughts. We went inside and started the paperwork. I was firm on how much I could pay and Chris made the deal. When I finally drove away I was a very happy customer!

I was looking for a new car, and decided to check out the KIA soul. I went to two KIA dealers close to my house. I took a test ride and decided to buy one. I made a cash offer to 4 kia dealers in the area, including Casey Kia, on line. The offer Imade was slightly under the dealer's quote's. Casey Kia was the only dealer who stayed in contact with me. It truly seemed that Chris Bell was the only person that truely wanted to help me get a Soul. Chris called me, and said that Casey had a Soul coming in that was close to my cash offer. I agreed to meet with chris. He was very courtious and professional. I got my Soul at a fair price and couldn't be more satisfied with Chris Bell and Casey Kia.

The people at Casey Kia are all friendly, not pushy and very knowledgeable about their product. I never even thought of owning a Kia, but after some homework and a visit to Casey I am very happy with my new Kia Sorento. The salesman Chris Bell has been true to his word in staying in touch with me and checking on my satisfaction with the vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership and in paticular Chris to help you with the purchase of your new Kia!

From the first day I walked into Casey Kia, I was more than a customer to them. I personally would like to thank Badara Sow for helping me and leading me through a rough process. I would say he is a very dedicated worker because he did not give up on me when the banks disapproved me. He made sure I was well taken care of and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. He even took the time to show me the ins and outs of the car I purchased. The employees at Casey Kia are wonderful. I would like to thank and praise them for a job well done. They all put their heads together and got me out of there in a vehicle that I liked. Even though I'm moving from the state of VA in less than a month, I would travel back just to purchase a vehicle from these guys at any given time. I loved my experience at Casey Kia!!!

After a LONG relationship with Bowditch Ford in which we had purchased SEVEN vehicles and took all of our vehicles there for service we got tired of the run around and the poor customer service, my wife finally got to the point that she said she will NEVER drive another Ford and will NEVER visit Bowditch again. A friend of ours owns a Kia, something I NEVER considered, but reluctantly we went to Casey Kia, someone who I swore I would NEVER do business with... let me tell you how times have changed. Doing business with Casey Kia was an absolute pleasure ! We worked with a sales associate named Chris who was very friendly and accommodating, Chris was very easy to work with, we didn't feel any pressure to buy and felt like he was there more just to help us out, show us what we wanted and answer our questions. While we were looking Roberto, the Sales Manager, stopped by to introduce himself, again we didn't feel ANY pressure we honestly felt like he was just interested in meeting us, saying hi and offering to help in any way he could. After some looking we decided on a vehicle we were interested in and it was time for the dealership to " go to work ". Chris wrote up our " deal " took it to Roberto and that is when the fun began... this wasn't like most dealerships where they run back and forth and you feel like you have to haggle, at one point my wife and I just got up and went to the sales desk and just flat out told Roberto what we wanted and what we could do. I never got the feeling from anyone that we were out of line... they continued to work with us and it was a great experience. We came to a decision on the deal but unfortunately it fell through on our part, but that didn't stop Roberto or Chris, I feel like both of them knew how bad we wanted to get out of our current car so they both kept working. To make a long story short, we ended up in a bigger car with more features for only a little more money than we originally planned to spend. Every one at this dealership bent over backwards to help us and make sure we were taken care of, we never felt pressured and we never felt like we were in a sales environment. Doing business with Casey Kia was a great experience and I will recommend them to all that ask !
