I just bought my 2013 Lexus less then a month ago and I couldn’t have been any happier with the car of choice. They provide great service in helping you with all your needs. I work 6 days a week and work near the dealership and kept walking over there to check out cars when business was slow and while looking at a truck was told to not open the cars without asking first witch is reasonable but not in the rude manner I was told. I told them that I kept leaving and coming back because I had to help customers at my store, and they still were rude to me and when I asked how much the truck was they told me to leave while walking away from me, never in my life have I experienced such terrible customer service, and the selection of vehicles they have are very sketchy some are rusted other have missing interior parts, the pace smells like weed sometimes, probably one of the worst "businesses" I have ever been to. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER LOOKING FOR A CAR THERE!

DO NOT purchase any cars from Castro motors they are frauds. They illegally pass inspection and sale cars like this knowing the cars are no good. I bought a vehicle from them and when it came to passing smog the person running the diagnostic test told me in his 15 + yrs he had never seen a vehicle come back with so many codes. He stated no way my car had passed legally before. Do not waste your time or money here.

I recommend Castro Motors. While researching used vehicles, I decided to visit their place because their vehicles are in truly good condition. They explained every single detail about the financing process and patiently answered all my questions.
