For the most part service appointment went well. I was taken immediately. The service advisor did say I was down at a drop off instead of wait. This information was incorrect as I had scheduled that I would wait and I had the email confirmation of this. I did have to wait approximately an hour and a half for a service that really was just an oil change and a few other minor things

Service was fantastic as usual & I have always highly recommended all of the causeway dealerships. But what is really annoying are these are surveys, I have answered this survey by e-mail, and telephone 3 times since I had my vehicle serviced. I don't know what your company is doing with the surveys but once is enough. Not only have you sent this survey request for my vehicle to my e-mail you have also sent this same survey to every e-mail address listed at my home address. Those other e-mails addresses are for other people that live at my address and find these request very annoying. So please if you still want me to highly recommend your dealership please only send your survey request to the designated person/vehicle it applies to and only sned it once & don't do a follow up with a phone survey.

My problem was the AC wasn't working - it had seized. Your guys made a temporary fix, but I can't move any of the dials or it might seize again and the part is on backorder throughout the US. If this issue isn't resolved by fall I am concerned about not being able to use my defroster - which I will need to see in bad weather. I hope Ford can resolve this problem. Waiting to hear on the part. Your guys were terrific, as always.

My apologies that I wasn't able to send this right away. My husband & I couldn't be happier with our vehicle, but Causeway is such a different dealer, this experience was incredible. Toni, the salesperson our friends recommended was even better than we could imagine. There was absolutely NO haggling!! His manager gave us what we were hoping on our trade-in, and this entire process took no longer than an hour. Our brand new MKC was detailed beautifully.I can't wait until I can upgrade my Honda, because Causeway has customers for life!! I cannot say enough about them - this was totally a pleasant experience. Toni is wonderful & he is so knowledgeable. I must also mention that Toni was SO helpful, but he stayed in the background and was there to answer our questions, but let us test drive and decide what we liked best. I could not have asked for a better service experience. Pat the service advisor greeted me as I pulled into the beautiful, state-of-the-art facility, Pat said they'd take a look at my truck right away, and before I knew it, the battery was replaced under warranty. For the short time I was waiting, I utilized the spacious customer lounge which included complimentary coffees, teas, and water. As well, there was free wifi which I hooked into to check emails and conduct business as usual, despite being at an auto dealership on a Friday morning.Incidentally, while at Causeway, I learned of their complimentary lunch for customers and staff which is provided on Fridays. Since I've moved from Vineland to Chatsworth I've started going to the Causeway Ford in Manahawkin. It was time for a routine oil change and I easily made an apt. for exactly when it fit into my schedule on the phone. Like usual when I got there the staff immediately started checking my car and I went inside to wait for it. A short while later the rep. came out and told me that it needed a new battery (It was the original and the car is a 2008), needed some repair on the windshield wipers which I knew and that my axle was leaking and this they showed me and explained to me what would happen when all of the grease flung itself out of where ever. I was given the price for 1 axle or 2 and was told that usually they are replaced in pairs and I could wait, replace one or both. I chose to replace both for I only have 111,000 mi. on the car and I'm keeping it until at least 200,000 mi. My Ford Focus has never given me a bit of trouble and has only needed maintenance. I love my Focus. Anyway I was told that they didn't have all of the needed parts and offered me a free loaner car. It was a Mercury Sable, all I had to do was to replace the gas that I used which is only right. This was on a Fri. On Sat. I was phoned and it was explained to me that they hadn't been able to finish my car but would have it done on Mon. and would this be a problem. Of course it wasn't because with the loaner I was still able to get to work on Mon. After work my car was ready and waiting for me. Everyone I dealt with was so nice and extremely helpful. I like that they don't treat me as some ignorant woman. I will continue to go for all maintenance on my present car and someday when my car needs to retire I will be buying my next car at Causeway. In the meantime I highly recommend Causeway Ford to my family and friends.An extremely happy customer.

This is the second new car I bought from Causeway Ford. I have been very happy with the service I get. I use my cars for a long time. I had my first car for 15 years, had 307,000 miles on it. Sold it to one of the mechanics, had the original clutch. My present car I have had for 10 years 198,000 plus miles on it. It took a long time to get a good used main computer for my car, just over 1 month. It cost a lot of money, but when I average it over 10 years ,not bad. The service was great and I would recommend Causeway to any one.

It was my first service... followed the sign and realized I should wait to drive into the garage. It was very nice not to be exposed to the elements. I was pointed to the service desk and watched as I think my windshield wiper fluid was refilled. My service request information was taken and I was pointed to the waiting room. Nice comfy seats, free wifi, and coffee awaited and before I knew it, my car was done. Go to pay and found out my oil changes are free for the life of the car...BONUS. very good experience.

I called Pat MacGee this past Friday morning because a light in reference to low air pressure in a tire was appearing. Pat told me to bring my Explorer right in because he wanted my truck to be safe--especially since a blizzard was approaching our area. The service department not only fixed my tire, which had a nail in it, but they also told me my battery was weak. Once again, I was so impressed because I forgot I had a problem starting my car last week. I love how Causeway Ford's Service Department always checks everything! My Salesman Kevin Meade was very helpful, he devoted his whole day letting me drive many vehicles. This process helped me to decide which vehicle was best suited forme. The service was good. I had new tires put on my vehicle. The work was expected to be done within 2-3 hours, but they had to keep if for a day to sub out to another shop to install. Before the work, I asked to make sure all would be ok. Anyways, the staff got me a loaner car and made the process simple. The work I needed was done well and I appreciate the staff for their help.

Everything was good except the fact that the car needed the gas struts that assist opening the rear hatch. They were not in stock, so the service associate said he would have them the next day. We heard nothing the next day and in fact never heard from Causeway Ford until we called the next week. We were advised that the struts were there and my wife brought the car in and they did it while she waited. That's fine except that we almost left the car there the extra day to get the struts. That would have been unfortunate as we would have been without the car for...???

I purchased my Honda Fit at Causeway from Mike Smith. He was helpful and kept in touch throughout the process without being pushy. When the bumper scratch repair was done (which was part of the purchase deal) Mike picked up the car for me so that I could pick it up at a time that was convenient for me. The car was immaculate inside and out and the repair made it look as if the three year old car was brand new. I would recommend Mike and causeway to anyone because the experience was stress-free and convenient.

I wanted to test drive my cousin's Mazda3 trade in when I got to Causeway Ford. My salesperson was Jennifer Maier, and she did everything she could to get me in that car. When she realized it was in wholesale and not on the lot, she couldn't let me take the Mazda home. She spent 4 hours with me, searching for cars on the lot, and found me a gorgeous 2016 Ford Focus that I absolutely fell in love with. She got it for me at a very decent price, and I'm so excited to see it sitting in my driveway each morning! Definitely a pleasant experience, and I would recommend Causeway Ford to anyone.

My Ford F-150 Sport is a Blessing and a Curse. It's so nice that when I go to a Shopping Center. I find myself parking way out in the Boondocks. I just don't want to see that first scratch. I came into Causeway in May 2015 for a Ford Edge. I didn't like the new body style's on the new Edge's and there weren't any used Edge's on the lot that I liked with all of the bells and whistles that I was looking for. There was a brown MKX in the showroom, drove it and loved it. Unfortunately, the seats were terribly uncomfortable for my height (there's edging trim around the seats that dug into the back of my legs) so I started looking at other cars in October. I rented the new 2016 Ford Explorer a couple of times that had all of the bells and whistles and was sold. I came in with a print out from Ford's website and gave it to my salesperson. My salesperson found the car I was looking for at a dealership in NY. I knew I'd take a hit on trading in the MKX so soon but my salesperson did everything he could to be fair. It took a few days longer than I expected to get the Explorer but it was everything I asked for. He explained the options (some I didn't know about) and sent me on my way. Very pleased with my salesperson and will stay in touch. I'm also glad that I can get my oil changes at Causeway since my experience with the MKX was excellent.

I brought my Explorer in for an oil check and received a call about having two tires with a nail in each one of them. First, I was surprised I had two nails in my tires. But mostly, I was surprised that my tires were checked for nails! As a mother who regularly drives three children all over the town and state, I am very grateful that the service department took the time to check my tires. I can't imagine getting a flat tire, etc. with my kids in the car or (worst yet) while they are somewhere waiting for me to show up. Thanks again, Causeway Ford Service Department :)

Generally, I was as usual, pleased with the experience. However, on closer inspection I was chagrined to discover my car clock was stopped. It took my wife several attempts to finally get it correct. The next time we used the car the date was incorrect! This was easily remedied. Neither is a really big deal but it makes one wonder about less than attentive workmanship. Just thought you should know.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN.I HAVE BEEN WITH CAUSEWAY LINCOLN FOR APPROX.21 YEARS.IN MARCH 2015 I PURCHASED A CERTIFIED 2007 TOWN CAR.WITH EXTENDED WARRANTEE.MY REAR DRIVERS SIDE DOOR DIDN'T STAY LOCKED.BUT I WAS NOT ABLE TO BRING IT DOWN FOR REPAIR AS MY HUSBAND WAS DIING WITH CANCER.HE HAS RECENTLY PASSED AWAY.SO I WAS ABLE TO BRING THE CAR FOR THE REPAIR.I PICKED IT UP LAST THURSDAY OR FRIDAY,WENT TO THE HIGH SCHOOL FOR AN EVENT.PARKED MY CAR IN THEIR LOT.AND THE PANIC HORN KEPT GOING OFF.SEVERAL TIMES, I LEFT THE SPORT EVENT TO TAKE THE CAR BACK TO YOU.LEFT IT THERE GOT A LOANER AND TODAY IT WAS READY, WITH IN LESS THAN A WEEK THIS CAR HAS COST ME OVER $400.00.I KNEW WHEN I BOUGHT THE EXTENED WARRANTEE THERE WOULD BE DEDUCTABLES ON REPAIRS.TODAY IT COST ME 295.00 FOR THE PANIC TO BE FIXED. MY QUESTION TO YOU IS THIS.I BROUGHT IT TO HAVE THE LOCK FIXED LAST WEEK, WHAT CAUSED THE PANIC PROBLEM TO HAPPEN? IF IT WAS JUST SITTING IN YOUR GARAGE AND BEING REPAIRED.HOW DID THE PANIC BOTTON GO. MY 21 YR. OLD TOWN CAR NEVER HAD THAT PROBLEM.I TURNED IT IN FOR THIS CAR, AND I UNDERSTAND IT HAS BEEN ALREADY SOLD,SO IT HAD TO BE IN DECENT CONDITION TO BE SOLD.AM I GOING TO KEEP HAVING THESE PROBLEMS.I CANNOT AFFORD THIS TYPE OF REPAIRS FINANCIALLY.OTHER THAN THIS CONCERN, I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HAPPY WITH DEALING WITH YOU. I purchased a 2015 Honda CR-V, and Matt Clark was wonderful and so were the others. I just recently brought the CR-V in for the automatic start. Everything was perfect. The cat was done 2 hours earlier all papers were in order and the service guy explained everything. I think this place was accommodating and terrific!!! Thanx Guys!!!!!!

Complete pleasure to work with. I don't plan on buying a new ford after this one for a long time, but if I do I will be back to Causeway. From Greg our salesman to the financial department everyone was very friendly and not pushy. They made the car buying experience a happy time.

At most car dealerships, you meet a sales person, then a sales manager, then another manager. This was not the case at Causeway Ford. One sales person helped me through the entire process. It was quick and easy. Jennifer at Causeway Ford, was extremely helpful and customer focused. She made the process easy and fast. Terrible service to say the least. I brought my pristine Ford Bronco in because of a slight engine miss at 35 m.p.h. The vehicle only had approx. 34,000 miles on the odometer and was out of Fords warranty. While a mechanic accompanied me on a test ride, he too noticed the miss. They asked me to leave the vehicle for several hours while they determined the cause. Upon returning, they advised me that the engine had an internal problem and it would cost between $ 3.000.00 and $ 3,500.o00 to repair because the engine had to be removed and torn down. I subsequently went to a local garage and the mechanic found the problem. It was an electrical modular device on the distributor that malfunctioned. Cost of repair: 287.00. Engine tear down unnecessary. Waiting time approx. three hours. Never again back to Causeway.
