Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable about all the different models, helpful, and I felt very comfortable here. No crazy fees like big dealers. I got an approval was very fast and reasonable rates A+ from the start. Never felt pressured, will send others.

I had an wonderful experience from beginning to end purchasing a car here. I had done a lot of research on used cars and Central had multiple cars that I were looking for. I came here and it was a no hassle process. The prices were right, they helped me get financed and at a great rate and the cars were as advertised and clean. I was never pressured in to buying something here and the process from start to end was painless.

I just bought a '03 Dodge Caravan, and it's running very smoothly. The only problem was the console with the cassette and cd player, but Ed and his sons found a replacement and installed it. It was very well priced, and would do business again with Central.

Just wanted to take time to let everyone know how great the experience I have received at Central Auto Group. I have just recently purchased my second car with Nick and both experiences have been wonderful. I have bought cars at other dealers in the past and since the first purchase here I have not even second guessed going back. The beginning to end process is very easy and the employees there are very knowledgeable. This place has a very friendly, warm and family like atmosphere. I recently purchased a 2003 Hyundai Tiburon from Central Auto Group and couldn't be more satisfied with the car and the whole process. They are a family owned and operated dealership and that's just what they treated me like, family. The owner Ed and his sons are down to earth good guys. There was never any pressure and they went above and beyond in customer service to me during the whole process. Ed was extremely helpful in getting me approved for the loan. His son Nick even went out of his way to help me by driving me back to my house, and then back to the dealership, because I needed a piece of documentation to finalize the deal. A drive that took about a half hour to complete. There was a problem with the passenger side window in which they discovered it needed a new motor and they immediately put in an order for the part to have it fixed right away at no cost to me. They even fixed a minor problem for me right on the spot before I left the lot, again at no cost to me. Ed even saved me money on my car insurance by making a suggestion to check out a few companies he told me about, one of which I ended up choosing because it saved me about $40 a month in cost. These are just a few examples of the excellent service and buying experience that they provided me. I would totally recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a quality vehicle at a good price with great service. Thank you Ed, Nick and everyone else.

Bought a car a few months ago for my son.. Car had a great interior and was pretty clean on the outside. Check engine light came on a few days later they fixed it so it could be inspected. When we got the car,there was a smell of burning oil and they told me it was over flow and it would burn off in a week or so. The smell never went away brought it back many times to have the issue fixed, when we made an appt to bring the car back for repairs, got there and was told they were too busy and to bring it back another time The owner gave me an attitude when I had to bring it back the last time. Said the issue was fixed, 3 days later the oil pressure light came on. Took it to a dealer in the area and they showed me that nothing was ever fixed. Everything they said replaced was never done. My advice is don't go there. Mechanic is only there in the evening which is inconvenient. Cost me $4000 to have the repairs done at a reputable dealer. The owner told me everything was fixed. I'm glad I took it to the dealer at least I have peace of mind that my son will not be broken down on the highway somewhere. All the owner did was trash the dealer and make me feel that I was a bother by calling.

Went there to do a BHPH on an older car. I'm from the area and I liked the cars they had in stock. I spoak to Nick, I was 100% honest with my credit situation. He asked where I wanted to be per month. Lets just say, 45 minutes later I got a DREAM car, at a good price, and they are helping me rebuild my credit. If ya want free popcorn and coffee, this is not the place to go. But if ya want a good car at a fair price with no empty promises... Go see Ed and Nick. They won't sugar coat it, but they will do everything they can to get you more of a car then you may have thought possible.

I just bought a car from Ed, the owner, and he worked closely with me on the financing, and I found him to be very straight forward and considerate. Having a little hiccup on a repair issue currently, and I'm bringing the vehicle in tomorrow---an oil gasket issue. Ed was responsive, and said he would have his people take a look at it. Right now, I'm going to take him at his word, and will write another review to let you all know how it works out.

Easy and honest people to deal with. The whole buying process from start to finish is made simple and painless even with the financing. I have purchased 2 vehicles a 2005 VW Jetta and a 2003 BMW. I had a check engine light come on the Jetta about 3 weeks after I bought the car and I dropped it off one night and the next day they had it fixed, the light hasn't came back on since. Extremely happy that I found this place and have purchased here and not somewhere else. I bring my car in here all the time for oil changes and any service needed. They always cut me a break and don't over charge like the other big dealerships. I highly recommend you stop in here if you looking for a used car, they have a great selection of all kinds of cars. This place is always busy and you might have to wait in line sometimes but its worth the wait! you know if a place is that busy they must be doing something right.
