John Rosabella is outstanding. He happily went above and beyond for us every step of the way, and working with him has been the best experience we’ve ever had when purchasing a car. He’s a wonderful person and a pleasure to deal with, and he’s extremely knowledgeable, which helped ensure that we got exactly the right car for us. He continues to be a fantastic resource now that we have the car, too. We also had the pleasure of meeting manager Joe Carino, who helped make sure that everything went as smoothly and wonderfully as possible. He similarly brings a high level of professionalism and warmth to his customers. We give them both our highest recommendation.

I had a great experience at Central Avenue! My Jeep Cherokee Limited needed complete detailing, so I contacted the dealership and was directed to ask for Nacho, who turned out to be even better than I’d hope for, providing quality service and expertise, utilizing superior skill. Furthermore, their Service Advisor Marco, checked me in and out efficiently, making things go smoothly. I highly recommend. 5 STARS!!!!! (.....and 5 exclamation points, too! ;-)

Central Avenue Chrysler is great. Quick and efficient service and friendly staff as well. Their service center on Saw Mill River Road is top notch. Very easy to make an appointment with them and you never have to wait long for one. I've been there 4-5 times and Craig with the rest of the staff there will make you glad you took your vehicle to them for service. In and out very quickly and always with great results from their work. Highly recommended!

I travel from LI to go to Central Avenue Chrysler Jeep. I've purchased and leased several vehicles from this dealership for many years and always have a pleasant experience. This time was the best thanks to my sales rep Steven C. I wasn't sure what car I wanted so Steven C. sat down with me and listened to my needs and concerns. I test drove two vehicles and then discussed the differences between the two and talked pricing. After doing so, unlike your typical pushy salesman, he told me to let him know when I was ready to make a decision. I made my decision right then and there. I'm now a proud owner of a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Got the car I wanted at a great price. As always, the process from start to finish was easy. Thank you Steven C and Central Avenue Chrysler Jeep!

The sales and service were outstanding. Every aspect of the experience was perfect. From the moment I entered the showroom the staff was attentive and accommodating. Jimmy and Chris answered every question I had thoughtfully and thoroughly. They walked me through the car features to make sure I was getting what I wanted and needed. I had shopped around and they were by far the best price. They truly wrote the book on customer service. There is no need to go anywhere else.
