I purchased a 2022 Ram 1500 on Saturday and what a great experience I had. Central Florida Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was not the first dealership I went to, but they should have been. Other dealerships promised to have the specific vehicle I was looking for, but when I arrived, they lacked the vehicle they promised to have. Central Florida Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram promised they had the vehicle I was looking for, and they delivered on their promise. They quoted me a fair trade in value even before I arrived, and honored that trade in allowance. My sales person, Nick, was probably the most knowledgeable sales person I have ever worked with and walked me through the process answering all the questions my wife and I asked and much more. Don, the General Sales Manager made it a point to introduce himself and offer assistance if needed. I really felt valued as a customer. I could not be more impressed with my buying experience and will give your organization the highest recommendation to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I had the best experience getting my car serviced at the Central Florida Chrysler. Bob was most Professional, Patient, and Knowledgeable. He deserves a raise! He goes beyond what could ever be expected and stays positive. He has always explained any issues clearly and really knows what he is doing. Please commend him on a job well done!

Very impressed with Christopher Jimenez in the online sales department at this dealership. I submitted an online inquiry on 3/27/21 and received a response from him the same day. The vehicle I inquired about was "in transit" and Chris let me know when it would arrive. He followed up with me once the vehicle arrived and scheduled a time for me to come into the dealership to look at the vehicle. Sadly, someone bought the vehicle before I could come in and look at it, but Chris followed up with me to advise that the vehicle had been sold (so that I did not make an unnecessary trip to the dealership). Some sales people would have not told me that and gotten me into the dealership anyway and tried to steer me toward a different vehicle. I appreciated Chris not doing that, as I had told him that I was looking for a very specific vehicle. Overall experience with this dealership and Chris Jimenez was excellent, I would definitely recommend!

I dropped off my car for an oil change and Eli Lara took care of my vehicle from start to finish. ELI made it super convenient for me and made me aware of other issues that needed care. I was able to get a loaner and went home and he called me when it was ready. The service and attention to detail is superb .. My car rides better than ever and I feel safe now driving my car thanks to Eli Lara

I arrived about thirty minutes after service opened. I’d say down to wait while my car was being serviced. The tech came to me to inform me the car lift wasn’t working at the time. Which was quite considerate seeing he could’ve left me there for two hours with no knowledge of what was happening. He gave me the option to return later in the afternoon, I agreed. When I returned around 5, the service was quick. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Kudos to my tech, job well done.
