Mr. Emmett Faulkner is a pleasure to deal business with, zero pressure on anything except him helping you find the right vehicle that you will be happy with. A great sales team and again, zero pressure, financial manager added to the best dealership ambiance I’ve been to…probably in 30 years and possibly in my life. Emmett was great! His prompt responses to my inquiries brought me in the door. He was attentive to what I was looking for and forthcoming with a multitude of information about each vehicle I checked out. The financial manager worked a great lease deal with the creditors. Traded in my 2018 Jeep Compass and drove away with a 2021 Jeep Wrangler (Willy's Edition). Love it!!

After having had new upper control arms installed on my 2004 Dodge Ram, three other shops had all attempted to align the front end of the truck. Two one of them had failed after repeated attempts. I decided to bring the truck to Central Maine Chrysler Dodge to give them a second shot at the alignment. The 03-05 Ram 1500 truck has a torsion bar suspension and the camber and caster must both be adjusted using a tedious process of repositioning the upper control arms in slotted openings on the frame. Brian Tibbetts, wanting to make good on their previous work, chose senior technician Elmer to do the work. Elmer was patient, accurate, and thorough in his work at aligning the truck. He even took the time to adjust the caster and toe-in on the right wheel slightly differently than the left to account for the crown of the road. When I test-drove the truck, I found the steering wheel at dead center and after turning, wanting to return to dead center with the vehicle rolling straight down the road. Handling is flawless. I am both thoroughly impressed and satisfied. I am glad that I gave them a second chance.

We have purchased many vehicles from many dealers and our last few have been from Central Maine Motors. Our sales person, Jeff Carter makes the car buying expirience painless. To many buying a new car is an anxious, dreadful experience but I assure you, this is not the case here or with Jeff as your sales person. We happened to order our last vehicle, Jeff explained the process and assisted in every step of the way and communicated with us WITHOUT us inquiring after the order. I would absolutely buy from Central Maine Motors again. Although their current inventory was low, to say the least, they still worked incredibly hard to get me a vehicle that I was more than satisfied and a final deal that I have no complaints about. Also a very special thank you to SPL for exceeding all of my expectations. Job well done my friend!
