Manager Michael and Salesperson Jake were polite, professional, and incredibly helpful. Explained all the details and made sure I knew exactly what was going on at every point. Communication was quick and friendly through email and text which made it easy to complete the purchase as I work and frequently couldn't get to the dealership until later in the day. Very happy with the purchasing experience and customer service. And honestly the best heads of hair I've ever seen on a couple of guys. Certainly reccomend giving Central Mazda a look.

Went to dealership on a Wednesday and put a deposit down on a new car. The sales manager stated he would be off on Thursday and to call on Friday. When I called on Friday I was informed that they sold the car to someone else. They offered to find me another car and never followed through. I went to another dealer and purchased a car on Saturday. When I contacted them to return my deposit they claimed they had found another car and planned to honor the price even though that car was “considerably more expensive”. This was a lie because they would have called if they found a car. Buyer beware! This dealership will make promises and not follow through.

My first time in for Mazda service with this dealership was wonderful. Mark helped me make a convenient appointment for my older Miata which needed a lot of work. They took it right in, completed everything quickly and correctly and the final bill was even LESS than the estimate. Even though I didn’t buy my Miata there, they treated me like I did. I highly recommend Central Mazda’s service department!

Always have positive experiences with the Mazda service team. Honest and open about what is needed now or potentially in the future. They typically have coupons online as well for service.

I recently purchased a Mazda from them and the experience was a solid good. Our dealer Dustin was great. Nice guy, polite, not pushy and was very responsive to my questions, which I had quite a few! I would have given them 5 stars but I wasn't thrilled with the experience with the finance manager. I think he should slow the process down just a bit and not be in such a hurry to get those papers signed and that person out the door. Other than that I would recommend them to a friend.
