In 2013, after 4 years of battling stage IV lung cancer, my mother passed away. I was her full time caregiver during those years, was laid off employment in 2010, but at a good time as I was able to take care of my mom. We traded in our car and my mom's car for a 2014 Chevrolet Impala. It took a lot of convincing on my husband's part and with in myself to say it was time to move on, and our first step in doing this was to let go of the vehicle my mom's car had been traded in for. This BMW X1 is part of that new chapter in our lives. The people at Century BMW was very patient with my husband and I, and did everything they could within their power to get us a good price on a high quality made BMW making sure it matched the features we had in our Impala. Thank You Carl Erwin, Kevin Garner and Century BMW for making my transition! I love my BMW X1.

As I had begun my car search I really wasn't planning on making a purchase now!!! I saw a 2016 CPO X3 on the lot and test drove it. Ann Marie was very good at going over the vehicle's capabilities as well as it's technologies. With that car not having all the options that I wanted she pursued many different vehicles for me (new, custom build/order, and other CPO vehicles) and found one that I decided to purchase. I have not regretted accelerating my timeline on purchasing because I am truly enjoying my driving experience in the X3. Ann Marie has kept in contact with me and is always very helpful with any questions that i have.

Service is awful except for routine maintenance. Awful communication on service. They do not keep their scheduling promises. Arrogant Mechanics and no reason for a parts department they stock nothing. I bought a 5 series from Century BMW, it was my second one, My first experience at other BMW dealers led me to believe things would be top notch, it was awful. Experience included leaving service department with new problems, clear damage to car but they essentially refused to even consider it their problem.

I have had my car in for service multiple time with the "Service Engine Soon" light coming on. As everyone would know this is either the gas cap or the oxygen sensor. Mine was the sensor. The SES light would come on and off so each time I had my car in there would be another "Maintenance Service" required on something else costing 100's of dollars. I bought the car with an extended warranty and maintenance package so I would not have to deal with these types of expenses. I did not realize that hardly anything was covered and when it was covered I had to remind them I had the warranty each time my car was taken in. I also don't think it should take 90 minutes just to process paper work on a car. The system that they use should be brought up to 21st century standards if it really takes that long to process. I was really hoping that this dealer would be different but I have come to find out that all these "High End" dealers care more about the appearance of the showroom than actual customer service.

When I went into Century Auto, I was a little all over the place. Ann Marie was very patient. I usually hate going to dealerships because of the pressure, but there was absolutely no pressure from her. We test drove as many cars as I wanted. This really allowed me to narrow down my choices. We spent roughly 4 hours test driving cars, only for me to circle back around to the first car I test drove, but she really wanted me to be sure of my selection. This was probably my easiest and best car buying experience.

First, I want to say that I have no problem with the service people at Century. Cornealius was exceedingly friendly, upbeat, and accommodating - he even gave me a ride home when my car had to stay overnight at the dealership. Chris in the parts department quickly matched my price on the parts I needed when I found them cheaper online, and I was able to use a couple of coupons to bring down the price of my repair. Mike and Luke have also been very helpful on previous visits. However... the parts needed to replace my back light assembly were over $100 cheaper online than as offered at the dealership. Chris matched the price, but the parts were not in stock and needed to be ordered. It took several days for the parts to come in; I only have one car, so leaving it that long was not an option. I had to depend on shuttle rides, since Century only gives loaners to those who purchased their cars at the dealership. Why not partner with a rental company as some other dealerships do? After leaving it overnight for them to test the brakes, my car was given back to me (not washed or vacuumed) with a 30 mile range of gas, not even enough to take me home (Harvest). The diagnostic service to determine any problem costs $125, whether you fix the problem or not; in many places, you're not charged for a live mechanic to assess the issue, or the cost of the assessment is turned back in to the cost of the repair, if you choose to use that service department. Not so at Century. Also, for minor issues (creaks and squeaks, interior issues) I'm usually told it would be cheaper to fix it myself or to take it to some other repair shop. Example: the thick vinyl on my glove box is peeling off; it was recommended that I replace it at a cost of over $500, as it was a known issue and almost impossible to fix (why, BMW, why?), or I could try a two part epoxy myself, or pay less for a fix at a local custom body shop. I've had many cars - some have been "luxury" and some not, but I've usually taken them to the dealership for servicing. For the most part, those dealerships have done their best to make it more appealing for me to bring my car to them, rather than taking it elsewhere or rigging a fix myself, even if it meant not charging to look into a problem, or finding me the cheapest price for parts (rather than me having to - the parts may be proprietary, but the prices are not). BMW may be the "ultimate driving machine," but their cars need a lot of tweaking, and a dealership can make the difference between that being a pleasure or a frustration. You pay a premium for high performance, and that performance should extend to the service you receive as well.

My salesperson, Ann Marie was extremely knowledgable, helpful, not pushy just an all around absolutely pleasure to work with. The General Manager and Finance Manager was great as well. Even when a car is beyond my scope or I'm simply too busy to handle them I can always count on Cornealius in Service to help me get my car or clients cars serviced properly and promptly.I have also had great experience with Ray in Porsche sales and Mark in Jaguar Sales. Everyone is friendly and bend over backwards to assist you, even if they don't know you as well as they know me! ;)

However, the cars were overpriced and one salesperson actually had the nerve to insult my mother. I would suggest going to Mercedes Benz of Huntsville which is a highly professional organization. I am very skeptical when it comes to dealerships and car buying fairness, however the experience I had with Patrick White has definitely altered my view... at least if he is the one selling me a vehicle. He was very knowledgeable of his product and respected my knowledge as well, meaning he did not insult my intelligence with lopsided figures or try to alter my views on what I wanted and what I was looking for. He is very honest with you upfront and he will not try to make a quick buck at your expense. Ultimately, the process was very smooth and far from the norm that I was expecting. One might not be in the market for a premium vehicle, but people trade-in cars all the time. He is definitely one of the best around.

We have purchased two BMW's from Ann Marie and have been totally impressed with her knowledge and customer service. When my son told me he wanted to look at BMW's for his first vehicle purchase, I didn't hesitate to set up an appointment with Ann Marie for him (he lives out of town now). We found the perfect car for him and he is thrilled with it. Ann Marie kept his budget in mind and he ended up with a gorgeous CPO 328i coupe and awesome financing from BMW. Ann Marie went over all of the features of the car and made sure he was prepared to drive the car when he left. I was very skeptical about having a car payment after my accident.Patrick was very patient with me even after I left him hanging multiple times. Once I showed up at the dealership and asked for him, he didn't hesitate to help me. He listened to me tell him exactly what I wanted and could afford. Patrick assured me that I would be happy with my car and we negotiated a great deal. I paid so much down and invested the rest. I had a pretty complex transaction - buying a CPO BMW remotely, involving shipping the payment, paperwork and the car across the country and, ultimately, having to work though ongoing California DMV issues (which were strictly the DMV's fault). I am a first time internet buyer of an automobile and was leery about buying a car out of state. I received a very prompt response from Patrick White concerning my inquiry. I spoke with him the next day concerning a certified pre-owned BMW. He was very knowledgeable about the automobile and if he did not have an answer quickly found one. He showed a true interest in my concerns and listened to what I was looking for in an automobile. He was very polite on the phone and would call back within a reasonable amount of time, which was not what I was used to with other dealers that I had spoken with. A deal was made quickly and financing was taken care of with ease. I had planned to have the automobile shipped, which Patrick also helped with in contacting the company of my choosing. Shortly before shipping, an area of cosmetic damage was found on the automobile. Patrick called me immediately and relayed what was found. He then apologized and since it had not been discussed in the original agreement, Patrick had the area taken care of at no cost to me. I was so surprised by the honesty of this advisor. He could have shipped the car without any mention of it to me. I ended up getting to pick the car up myself and I was very glad that I did. Everyone at Century BMW was very pleasant to talk with. In talking with Patrick face to face I got a real feel for the pride that he takes in his position and the honesty and integrity that he has when working with a customer through the purchasing process. I highly recommend Century BMW as well as Patrick White to anyone looking to purchase a quality automobile from a quality sales team.

I was in the market for a new vehicle and as I was browsing through the internet I came across the vehicle which I was searching for at Century BMW, Huntsville, AL. I immediately sent an email requesting additional information, although it being after 10 PM I was surprised to receive a response by Mr. Patrick White E Commerce sales. Pat was extremely helpful, answering all my concerns and giving detailed information on the various models BMW has to offer. The next day Pat followed up with me (Never pushy) and sent me several pictures of the vehicle as well as the CARFAX report. It only took me two days to decide that this was the vehicle I wanted. As we moved forward Pat was in contact with me every day and was available 24 hrs a day I called him several times late at night and he was always available he overnighted all the documents and tracked them along the way. Pat went above and beyond what I expected. he even followed the vehicle from point of pickup to my delivery and keeps in contact with me days after my purchase to see how everything's is going. I have never experienced such an experience in buying a vehicle and I've purchased many in my lifetime. Due to there excellent customer service and competitive pricing I would highly suggest you give Century BMW a chance to earn your business.

I found myself in need of a CPO BMW as the one I previously purchased from a dealership in Birmingham turned into a nightmare. I found what I was looking for on the Century Website with a great price and plenty of pics to look over with my wife. I made an inquiry and was contacted promptly but not aggressively by Patrick White. Patrick listened to my specific needs and concerns (time crunch only had 1/2 a day to make a deal) and went right to work. I was given a great interest rate through BMW finance and my wife and I headed up the next morning to finish the deal. The car was parked up front with a fresh wash and detail. It looked amazing! Patrick took us in the office to handle a few items, he was very knowledgeable and courteous, once we finalized those few items we took a test drive. Patrick was able to explain the new feature on the 328i, although I would consider myself and enthusiast he shared with me many items I was not aware of and in a way not to make me feel overwhelmed or buried underneath some fast talking sales pitch. The finance manager met with us and in record time we were out the door with an absolute beauty of a vehicle. I would recommend Century to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. Extra Kudos to Patrick and David for there exemplary help!!!

Patrick White went beyond what could be reasonably expected of a salesperson to assist me with my purchase of a BMW 535i. As I had not purchased a new vehicle in about 15 years, he brought me up to speed on the new technology incorporated in the 535i. Patrick, however, still did not think that I was completely comfortable with the new BMW and at that point, offered to go with me on another drive to better introduce me to my car. It was most appreciated!!! I would Strongly Recommend Patrick to any potential BMW buyer that wanted someone that was knowledgeable, caring and, would go beyond the call of duty to satisfy the customer.

I have NEVER been treated so rude as I was by this short haired sale person named Ann. She was absolutely the most arrogant and rudest sales person ever. She pressured me into giving her the key to my BMW so that they could evaluate it as a trade in as I test drove cars. After I was finished test driving I had to wait forever to get my key returned to me. I was asked to wait in her office away from everyone else where the room was freezing. I waited and waited. I asked for the keys back several times and she kept on making up excuses. She was reluctant to bring them back and sounded upset after I told her I had to go after waiting for over an hour. In the end she slammed my key into my hand and whirlled around without saying a word. I would NEVER EVER EVER purchase a damn thing from this place as long as they have someone here that treats their customers the way that this person did. I will not even call her a lady because she is far from it. She literally looked down her nose at me as if I didn't have the money to purchase a BMW. Which by the way is what I drive, along with 3 other vehicles. I can pay cash for anything on the damn lot. Just spent a month in Europe and I do NOT charge anything. I am just not a arrogant/pretentious type like this stuffy over the hill Ann. She seriously said to me at one point something to the affect that she didn't want me to test drive cars if I wasn't going to buy one. WHAT the HELL do you think I have nothing better to do other than to test drive cars that I am not interested in buying. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!!! These people will look down their nose at you. The environment is very uncomfortable. NOTICE to ANN and ALL OTHER EMPLOYEES AT BMW Your customers are your boss. Without us you have NO job. Treat some more like you did me and word will get around and people will go else where to buy a car. To ANN lose the arrogant, better than everyone attitude because from where I sit you are much lower than average. Good luck on your career because if you don't get a grip on whatever is making you so angry then you wont last long. P.S. I work with very high powered and high functioning people and they do not act like you do.

We found our BMW vehicle through their website and was able to research the car and then purchase it sight unseen within just days via fax and express mail. Patrick was fantastic with any and every question. He almost seemed like family as we actually had group text messaging and a couple of phone calls. A year ago, after doing the homework, several test drives at different dealerships, and a bunch of number crunching, my husband (typical engineer) sold his C class Mercedes and decided on a new BMW 328i from Century BMW. We both loved the car, features, reliability, the way it handled on the roads, and the surprisingly great gas millage. Recently, my Mother-in-law was also in the market for a car and we suggested Century. We had to postpone her buying trip but meanwhile we did the inventory pre-inspection for her. Ann Marie Lang spent lots of time with us, showed us both used and new cars of different models, and could answer all of our questions. We came across another 328i that I fell in love with. Ann Marie described it as a six month old program car. It was part of Century's "Elite" certified pre-owned fleet and as such, had a new car warranty and low millage. After some negotiation, I came home with my own BMW. Surprise! When we finally made it in to the dealership with my mother-in-law, Ann Marie again showed us around but when we were unable to find the right car for the right price, suggested moving to their sister-dealership, since she had been happy driving her current Volvo. Ann Marie helped us find a similar deal there: an unsold previous year's model Volvo, close enough in features for her comfort, but updated enough for that new car thrill. It took very little negotiation to come home, well satisfied. Ann Marie wasn't able to answer all of our questions about the Volvo's features and specs but was happily willing to find out the answer from Volvo personnel on site. We buy cars at infrequent intervals, usually of more than 10 years. Without our initial great experience, we wouldn't have returned to ask for Ann Marie's help again. The Century BMW website was extremely useful and user friendly. I'd recommend it too, as a way to get familiar with available models and specifications.

I recently purchased a used BMW from this dealership. I dealt with Carl Erwin, who's a very patient and attentive salesman. He was understanding when I had to take a month break during my shopping process, and was just as helpful when I restarted my search for a vehicle. In the end, he helped me pick out a car that was a great fit for me. I definitely recommend seeking him out if you go to this dealership. A couple of notes about the dealership overall: they've got good people, and their facility is pretty nice. However, their inventory is relatively small. This appears to be a common issue in Huntsville, there just aren't very many used cars and the dealerships don't carry a lot of stock. This is especially true for exterior and interior color selection. Also I wanted a car that I could take back to the Northeast, so I wanted xDrive and a cold weather package. This was very rare for their new car inventory. These aren't really knocks on the dealer, but more on the market that they serve here in Huntsville. I have also been to this dealership for service for my previous BMW. I'd rate their service as good.

I arrived at the Dealership in hopes of finding out which auto that BMW offers that will fit my 6'2" frame as well as being comfortable, yet affordable. Patrick was great with advising me of which models should fit my frame as well as the packages that would allow be the comfort that I was seeking. I want a stylish but cozy ride, not a stylish and hellish ride. Patrick was also great with providing me options in new and used models that would fit my taste as far as features in the auto that I wanted not to be without. I live in Nashville and, Patrick White, Internet Sales Person was the most personable sales individual I've come across. He stated flatly that he doesn't like to be referred to as a car salesman. He contacted me quickly, assessed my daughters needs and, true to his statement, he didn't sell me a BMW. He educated me on BMW and let the car sell itself. She loves her X1 and he continues to contact her with new updates about the X1 and check in to make certain her experience is what it should be. I highly recommend, Mr. White. While shopping online I came across an X5 that met everything I wanted. The problem was that it was all the way down in Huntsville, AL. I contacted the dealer, Century BMW late in the night as I had a few others and within moments I had a response. The difference was that it was actually a live person who stated themselves to be Patrick White. It was kind of odd at first that he mentioned something about being out with friends but never too busy to help a customer. Patrick closed me on the X5 but, he had some issues with getting things done without my being present. He stated that he was "New," and to just give him the chance to work it out. And, he didn't stop working until I had that New Black X5 delivered to my doorstep. This is service. I high highly recommend, Patrick White and Century BMW. They didn't stop working for me and he's contacted me multiple times since to make certain everything was great with my X5. So, when asked to write a review of my experience it was the least I coud do for all he did for me. Thank you from Memphis! Century Customer for Life!

My salesman, Chuck Mullins, came in on his day off to take me for a test drive of the Land Rover LR2. I didn't really plan on buying a car since my current one was only a year old, but I had been lusting after a Land Rover for some time. From the time I sat in that seat, I was hooked! I really didn't think I'd be able to afford to trade in my Nissan, but Chuck and his management did everything they possibly could to get me in this vehicle. From the friendliness of the staff to the clean facility to the fact that I had the best salesman in the dealership, this was a very easy and surprisingly enjoyable experience. The demo on that test track was awesome! I would not hesitate to refer any of my friends (or perfect strangers) to Century Land Rover. They are a great bunch of folks! My wife and I visited the dealer and were greeted by a SNOB. The salesman walked up to us like we didn't belong in the lot, then without asking, proceeded to show us a DEMO MODEL, then took us to the 3xx series after I told him I wanted a bigger car, and interested in a 535i. To be fair...I walk around in a TSHIRT and JEANs...didn't know I needed a TUX to go car shopping.I assume that the salesman (I have more choice adjectives, but will refrain) thought we couldn't afford the car, and his attitude and DISRESPECT reflected that he didn't feel we belonged in the lot. That is FINE...there is more than one BMW dealer, and if I have to travel 2000 miles to avoid pretentious snobs like this, then I most certainly will. I wouldn't do business with this dealership if they gave me a 7xx series for the cost of a 5xx series.

I order and purchase a lot of parts for all of my BMW's. I'll search online and shop around but I always come back to the parts department at Century. It's a pleasure dealing with Chris Engels in their parts department. He's knowledgeable, fast, friendly, and very professional. At times he does does some investigating for me to make sure I get the right part, and eliminates complications to make sure I'm not ordering the wrong part and having to wait extra time. It's people like Chris that'll keep me coming back to Century BMW and I'll always buy my parts there.

Rick, in addition to providing prompt service, provides us with accurate quotes for work to be completed which eliminates surprises at pick up. Rick will also call while the car is in service providing updates on work and expected time of pick up - but also providing information if other issues have been found that need addressed. He provides a quote and discusses the issues in great detail so there is a clear understanding before we make decisions on additional service items. Rick also does his very best to meet our schedule for a loaner car each and every time we have our car serviced. After each and every service call we hear from Rick thanking us for coming in and letting us know to call on him if we need anything. Buying a car is simple - maintenance/service "after the sale" is crucial. I have purchased two (2) BMW's from this dealership and without a doubt they are the most customer satisfaction oriented dealership I have ever dealt with. Friendly, courteous and very concerned about solving any problems that you may have. IF you have a question they take the time to provide a clear answer. When it came time for me to purchase my current car (2014 X3) I never considered any other brand for the simple reason of the customer treatment that I have received at Century. All of this attention starts at the top with the ownership leading the way.

I've bought quite a few cars in my 60 years but I have never found a sales staff so eager to help me. From test drives in new cars to helping me trade in a car I owned for only 10 days, they stayed late into the evening and worked really hard to make my dream car a reality. I bought one car knowing it wasn't exactly what I wanted even though it was still a great car. When the loaner I was given a week later convinced me I made a mistake, Anne Marie and David went to work to find a way to get me into the car that my heart was set on. Sure, they probably made a little money on the first sale, as well they should. After all, it was my error. In the end, I got MY car at a price I was comfortable paying because these great people were willing to do the extra work to make it happen. And I got several new friends to boot!

This is a follow-up rating on my car purchase. I got my car, delivered to my home! I LOVE, LOVE my car. The employees of Century BMW have gone above and beyond to take care of me and to follow-up with me since the delivery of the car. I will never shop anywhere else for a BMW ~ they are definitely a 5 Star (*****) dealership!! This dealership was by far the friendliest and best priced. Our salesman, Mike Reed and the other staff, were exceptionally nice. However, it's been a week today and I still don't have my car. Don't know what's up with their "service after the sale" manners but I'm getting frustrated. This car had just came in a couple days before I bought it and I understand it had to finish going thru CPO, get a good clean and detail job before it was actually ready for delivery.....but come on guys. I will however buy here again, but hope for better service next time. This dealership was 10-folds friendlier than Roadshow in Memphis. My overall experience is slowly declining but was top notch on "buying" day. Let's just hope when I do FINALLY get my car, it looks brand new!Proud owner of a 2008 750Li,Allison Black

I purchased a 2008 BMW 528i from Century BMW. From the begining of the transaction, Shawn Collier (Used Car Sales Manager) went out of his way to ensure that my purchase experience was exemplary (unlike my experience with several Infiniti dealers). Shawn was always very prompt in answering all of my questions (either in email or via phone) adn was very helpful in making the decision on what vehicle to purchase and understanding all of the many differences between the many varitions of BMW models and options that BMW offers. The price that Shawn offered me for both my new vehicle as well as my trade far surpassed what I was being offered at several other BMW dealerships and was even nice enough to help out with the installtion of some aftermarket items I wanted on the vehicle (even though he did not have to) after my purchase. I would highly recommend Century BMW and Shawn Collier if you are in the market for a used BMW, or even a new one. Having purchased many vehicles in the past, I found my experience with Century to be the best I have ever had and plan to be a life long customer.

Check their service work! New to Huntsville, I had all 4 tires on my BMW changed here. When I took it back in 6 months with bald tires, (which they told me 17K on tires was good/normal despite the fact I got 39K on my last set.) I replaced the tires but asked for alignment paperwork...my paperwork showed CLEARLY and in RED OUT of alignment specs. When I asked to see my previous specs from my file when they replaced them before AGAIN the paperwork showed RED and out of alignment specs. I called the Service Manager and the GM...Neither have returned any calls.

Well, with high hopes I drove 140 miles to get them to look at my 330i zhp that has bad clutch/drivetrain viberations. After waiting 2 hours and then them maybe looking at my car 10 minutes they tell me it is all normal for an "M" series car, funny thing is I don't have an "M" series car. $42,000 cars are not suppose to have enigines that sounds like they are out of an 60's model chevy, and are not suppose to have horrible drivetrain viberations. I don't know why BMW is refusing to fix my car but, I am just about sick of them.
