Just bought my new 2016 ram truck 2 days ago at Champion Dodge and I have to say I had the best experience ever on purchasing a new vehicle. With all the help of Manny & Martin they were able to help me get to were I wanted to monthly payment wise and getting me a great A.P.R . As a first time buyer I was a little nervous but as soon I stepped on the Lot everyone was very welcoming. I'm very thankful with my sales person Denise because she was very helpful and made me feel comfortable at all times. She not only helped me find the truck I was looking for but also gave me a great deal! I'm in love with my new Jeep!!

The vehicle posted on site wasn't priced correctly and wouldn't even turn on. I guess the battery died. Dealership wouldn't honor the price quoted online, they blamed third party site cars.com for mix up but 2 vehicles were listed at a similar price?!???!

I went in for a simple oil change and to change out the oil filter. Well after taking them 2 hours to complete the service I received my car again. As I drove off the lot a service light came on and indicated that my oil was too high. I then decided to turn around and go back because this should not be. I pay the dealer price to ensure that the work is done properly. The mechanic then assured me it was filled correctly. Rudy and the mechanic then took my car for a test drive. They came back and both told me everything was ok. I told Rudy that this a bit of an inconvenience to come back after it was serviced and he did not care. Well I drove off then only for the service light to go on once again. I don't know if the mechanics are certified but the guy that did my service over filled my oil. I came home and serviced the car myself only to find that it was extremely overfilled. Waste of time and money. Worst customer service My advice AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP I sent them an email on how unprofessional the job was and have not received a reply it has been a couple days now. I will update if I get a response. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache and go to another location.

Yes!!! I finally found the car I was looking for and at the best price in town!!! I had the best experience when it came to car shopping at Champion Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Raymond Maldonado was very cordial and helpful. He was very professional and answered all my questions. Edgar the finance manager explained all the contractual details and found us a low interest loan. This is definitely the place to buy a car!!!!

I was a little skeptical about taking the hour drive to visit this dealership. But I could not be happier that I did. They where the closest dealership to have the Chrysler 200 I wanted with the features and color that I wanted! they have a huge inventory of over I have to say 300 cars they are super friendly ad definitely made the drive worth while I was able to get the price that met my budget. I am so happy with my 200 and my husband is coming down this weekend to purchase a jeep liberty !

I came in not expecting to take a car home that day because I had already visited 3 other dealerships and the salesmen where just simply rude, but the second I walked in champion dodge the salesmen where very attentive and really wanted to help. they where wiling to negotiate and I was able to get the price I wanted. I am now a proud owner of a 2015 dodge challenger and I could not be happier!

I honestly could not be happier with the staff here at Champion Dodge, I went in last Friday to look around, this was the first place I went to so I had no intention of purchasing a car, I had planned to look around and shop until I got the best deal. The salesman that was helping me out helped me not only find the perfect car with the right color and package I wanted, but honestly gave me a great deal that I didn't need to go any further!

Sales guy was ok, but when dealing with deal maker Louie, rude used profanity. Unprofessional. Will never go back so long he's there. Just cause i don't wanna give hime the money don't mean i aint got it.

I've had good dealings with champion dodge. Its not my first vehicle buying/ purchasing from them. Always a pleasure to stop by. I also do servicing on my other vehicle through those guys. Oh also seems like they're all great with kids as well.

BUYER BEWARE-BUYER BEWARE-BUYER BEWARE They don't even deserve one star. We traveled over 30 miles after printing out our Internet price Guarantee from their website and when we showed up, they negated on the deal. The jeep listed in their ad was nothing like what they had to offer once we arrived at the dealership. The manager basically told us he didn't care. When in the restroom I overheard the dealerships managers bad mouthing some customers who were just trying to negotiate the best deal for their family. The place is filthy, the restrooms are disgusting, it feels and looks like prison. You'll know what I mean if you dare buy a vehicle there. Cerritos Dodge/Jeep were very professional, had a bigger selection, and go out of there way to make you feel welcomed. We bought our Jeep Unlimited Rubicon there. Good luck in your search.

FROM THE MOMENT I STEPPED ON THE LOT AT THIS DEALERSHIP, THE SALESMAN LAVEL HELPED IN THE WHOLE PROCESS I FELT LIKE I WAS BUYING A MERCEDES AND I HAVE BEEN AT MERCEDES BEFORE . EVERYONE INCLUDING THE MANAGERS WERE SERIOUSLY FIRST. RATE. AFTER BEING BASICALLY SHOVED OUT OF THE TWO DEALERSHIPS BECAUSE I TOLD THEM I WAS JUST LOOKING. THE PROCESS FROM BEGINNING TO END WAS SMOOTH INCLUDING THE AGONIZING NEGOTIATIONS WHICH AVI THE SALES MANAGER EXPLAINED IN GREAT DETAIL. I JUST HATE OTHER DEALERSHIPS WHERE THEY JUST DONT EXPLAIN THEMSELVES, THEY ACT LIKE WE ARE 5 YEAR OLDS OR THEY ARE SOMEHOW BETTER THAN US. AVI EXPLAINED IN DETAIL ABOUT THE PRICING OF THE VEHICLE AND THEN THEY SENT US TO THE FINANCE MANAGER HIS NAME WAS R C., NOW IN MOST DEALERS THIS IS A TIME CONSUMING PROCESS BUT THIS GUY, R C WAS JUST SO EXPERIENCED WE FELT LIKE WE WERE BUYING A SHIRT AT NORDSTROM. WELL THE CAR WAS DELIVERED, AND ITS PERFECTION. AND THESE AWESOME "SALESMAN" MADE MY YEAR FOR MY SON. HE HAS A LASTING IMPRESSION OF THE CAR BUYING PROCESS, BUT UNFORTUNATELY, IT IS NOT REALISTIC THAT ALL DEALERSHIPS WILL BE LIKE CHAMPION. Although using the online tool to get pricing wasn't what I was looking for, once I started working with John over the phone, he was fantastic. He got me into the Challenger of my dreams and I could not have been happier. We negotiated everything over the phone and when I got there, the whole process took about a half an hour and then I drove off in my brand new baby. Highly recommend this dealership!
