No appointment necessary. Nice waiting area, inside dealership. I am happy that even though my vehicle was not purchased from that dealership I can still have my work done there, as Owensboro does not have an Infiniti dealer. It makes me want to purchase my next vehicle at Champion.

Andrew was extremely helpful and patient. He was easy to work with as was Mr. Logsdon in your finance department. Even though we did not finance the car he was still very friendly and helpful. The service department did a great job cleaning up the car and checking the engine, etc.

My wife and I pulled in looking to check out prices though we'd been thinking of buying another brand. The value of the Ford Escape with the Platinum package blew away the competition of the Japanese and Korean equivalents. Aside from feeling better about buying an American product the quality, fit and finish, ride and options made the value decision an easy one. Calvin Dennis was the right mixture of informative without being "pushy". Without knowing we were there just to "check prices" he patiently provided us "room" to explore and ultimate determine the value the Escape offered. Jim Monanteras was friendly and fair in offering us a deal. I've bought lots of cars in my sixty-two years and this was the first time I largely accepted the first offered price as I'd already done the math in comparing it to the imports. Feel good about the deal and trade in price.

I can honestly say this was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I was not sure I could get financing for a new car but I left in one afternoon in a new car. The people there worked very hard to get me a reliable car. The first person I ran into on the car lot was Calvin Dennis. He is the best car salesman in the universe because he is not at all like the typical stereotype. He listened to what I wanted in a car and did everything possible to help me. He was so down to earth and respectful. He was amazing. I would recommend him to anyone. This dealership far outshines any others I have had dealings with. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a good selection of cars. I am very happy to recommend Champion as an excellent place to buy a car.

Linda Chancellor took care of the financing for us, and she clearly gave us our options but was not pushy on selling us a maintenance agreement. Excellent service Champion Ford provided excellent customer service. We especially liked our salesperson, Andrew. He is very knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot. We test drove 3 vehicles and he knew most things about all of them. Linda was very helpful with financing as well. She answered all our questions and didn't rush us to make decisions even though it was closing time for them. We will definitely recommend Champion to others.

Great Salesman Our salesman, Andrew Davis, offered to let us test drive a 2014 Ford Edge that we were interested in. He rode along and only supplied us with information that we wanted to hear about. At the end of the ride, he asked if we wanted to purchase the car. My husband told him we had another car in mind, but we had really liked this car. He told him he needed to know the bottom line price. No going back and forth with the manager. He took us to the manager and he shot us their best price. We went to the other dealership and told them we found the car that had met all our requirements. We drove back into the Ford lot and purchased our 2014 red Ford Edge.

Sherry is the bomb! This was my first-ever no stress buy at a car dealership. Sherry is a consummate professional and a pleasure to do business with. I had waited to buy a car until I absolutely had to have a replacement for my old car because I was dreading the buying process as I had bad experiences in the past. I was as wary as a kid sitting in a dental chair thinking I would be drilled without the benefit of Novocain. I went to the dealership expecting the worse and sweating it out but thank goodness I had Sherry to ease me through the process which went smooth as silk. Andrew Davis was my sale person. Knew nothing about my pre owned vehicle. When I was buying, I had to call him multiple times even though he said he would call me. My "6 month warranty" hasn't covered my 300 dollar repairs 3 months into buying the car. My transmission is completely shot and my car won't even run now. They dolled up the car pretty well and kept quiet while handing their problem to somebody else. Andrew is a poor excuse for a salesman and would recommend someone else. The dealership worker are very hard to get a hold of unless they want something from you. After leaving several voicemails just to buy my car, they told me they were working with people. Well, what am I? Very disappointed with this dealership and the respect I haven't gotten from them. Hopefully they don't lie to someone else when they are trying to but their first car, I would never want someone to have as many problems as I have had and to make payments on a car I no longer have. TERRIBLE SERVICE. do NOT go here for a pre owned vehicle, and do not deal with Andrew Davis.

Mazda6 2014 Touring Andrew (sales), Jerry (manager), and Linda (finance) were all very professional. I traded in a Nissan Pathfinder. They did not try to play any games or tack on any ridiculous fees to the final sales price. Andrew was very knowledagable about the Mazda6 and other models I looked at. Overall, the best experience I have had at any dealership. The people of Owensboro KY are good people--and the staff at Champion is no exception. The financing was clear and fast. Car was delivered with full gas, and immaculate condition.

We were in the market for a small SUV/Crossover for my daughter. We definitely looked everywhere and at most brands available in our area. The Ford Escape was very high on our list and the "deal" and service put it over the top. To express how important who we deal with and how we are treated is to me, I will simply state that as I type this message I am looking out my window and can see a Ford dealership. Your dealership is a hour drive away. We are very pleased with high level of service from everyone we dealt with at Champion Ford. Bo and Linda were outstanding.

In 6/2010, my husband and I purchased his dream car - a Ford Roush Mustang. It took many years of saving and planning. Mr. Oliver was the salesman. He was great!!!!!!! He explained every feature, provided pros and cons, and answered every question we had. (I had many with such a purchase.) Mr. Duke Brubaker has been the buyer for the car we chose. Before we purchased the car, we had visisted three other sales shops. The car salesman would tell us how fast she would go (we knew that), but none could tell us the specifics of what made her fast, how she would handle on rain, why this car would be the best choice for us. My husband would ask a question about a feature, and the other salesman would not know the answers. He was discouraged. Then we saw his dream car at a local festival. We looked at it on line later that day when we got home. I called Mr. Brubaker, and explained that my husband was very interested. I had ask for a scheduled time to see/test drive the car, but with someone who knew about the car and all it's featurers. I also explained we do not play the money hangling game. Tell us the bottom price for cash, and the bottom price for credit. Mr Brubaker said Mr. Oliver was our guy, and he was right. Every question my husband asked, Mr. Oliver answered. Every feature/performance/design question was explored. I did not go for the test drive. It was my husband's decision to make. When he came back, he was smiling from ear to ear. He loved that car, but more importantly, he was pleased that Mr. Oliver knew that car and answered all questions/concerns for him. Three years later, Mr. Oliver is still there for us with every question/concern we have. The car is bought. His job is done. He does not have to be, but he is. He treats us the same as if we are buying another new car every time. We ak him questions about the car all the time, including how to care for the pinstripes, any service issues, and he has answered every single one. He does so with a smile on his face. He is extremely knowledgable. He puts all worries/concerns to rest. He is a man of true integrity. I know no other car salesman, nor dealership like Champion Ford. Everything they said BEFORE we bought the car that they would do, they HAVE done. Thanks to Mr. Oliver, we are still as happy with my husband's dream car as the day we first bought it. (This is no exageration!) We give Mr. Oliver and A+ for knowledge of the car, true integrity, true concern. We are pleased with our choice. Every service concern we have, Mr. Oliver calls the service man for us and makes sure it is investigated. Mr. Brubaker knows his sales people. He did set us up with exactly the right person for us. (Some people like to haggle about price, we do not.) I give Champion Ford an A when we bought the car in 2010, but an A+ now. We are not new car shoppers at this time, just extremely satisfied customers with the service we receive!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Talked to salesperson for 30 minutes on the phone and reviewed 40 pictures of car online. Assured the car was like new. Arrived after driving 200 miles to view a car with a bent frame, front bumper broken and connected by 3 screws. Giant scuff marks all over front and rear bumper. Interior trim was broken, bloody rag stuffed in console and hood had shatter impact. Salesperson said he drove it often while at the lot and was totally surprised by what I noticed on the car. Dishonest dealership. Buyers beware.

I just bought a used 2006 Saturn in Champion Ford in Owensboro, KY for $9000 and I found more and more faults in less a month,especially the suspension.I went to some Auto Repairs,and I know that repairing it needs over $3000.I couldn't find the problem just from the test driving.I only remeber that the dealer told me"It is a good car,it is a good car...".That day I drove 2 and a half hours to get there but I couldn't find the dealer I contacted.I have nothing to say about all of these,just feeling to be ripped off.
