Im an experienced car-buyer with trading my personal vehicle in every two years for the past 8 years. This go-around I was actually downsizing because I received a company vehicle. I kind of knew what I was looking for in terms of make and model, but I hadnt found anywhere with as much inventory as Champion Motorsports. I was really impressed with the customer service and care I got from Champion Motorsports, especially their salesman, PJ. I ended up purchasing a vehicle that they had just taken in on trade that hadnt even been serviced or cleaned on the initial test drive. By the time I got back to sign the final paperwork and pick up the vehicle, I barely recognized the vehicle. Not only did the guys have a full inside/outside detail on the Jeep, but they took off the side mirrors and bumper and repainted them so they were looking fresh and sharp. This was something I was planning on doing anyways, but they completely saved me the time and the hassle. Not only was my trade-in value on my car right on the money, but I felt good leaving the lot with what I had paid for my Jeep. I would definitely recommend PJ and Champion Motorsports to both first time car-buyers and the experienced buyer.

I was in the market for a newer vehicle. Searching the Internet I come across this 2012 GMC Sierra 1500 lifted 4x4. I was wanting a truck n this one had all the bells n whistles I was looking for. So I called and asked if it was available n it was. PJ was the saleman I talked to on the phone he was there waiting for me when I showed up. He was very helpful about showing me the vehicle and all the features. Joe in finance was very good at getting it all done so I was able to take home this awesome truck. A big thanks to Jim and all his staff at Champion for an over all great experience. Definitely would recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

From the moment I arrived, PJ made me feel relaxed and welcome. I had done a little research ahead of time on 3 vehicles I was considering and had sent an email the night before. PJ was ready with answers for me and helped me narrow it down to the right car. I will say every car on the lot looks nice, and the 3 cars I looked at were even nicer in person than they appeared online. Test drive was no-pressure and relaxed, car was in great condition. PJ has a great sense of humor and answered all my questions fully. I was on a tight schedule and despite having a limited budget, everything went more smoothly than I could have imagined! When I read all the reviews on this dealership, I couldn't believe how far away people come to buy from these guys. Once you're there, you understand. Very high quality cars with honest, fun people. I bought a Jeep Wrangler from Champion about 5 months ago and unfortunately totaled it. So I came back and they were able to get me into another vehicle fairly easily. No other dealership I know makes it so easy to get a vehicle. I've been here twice and can honestly say this is one of my favorite dealerships to go to. Well, I saw an ad for a truck I knew I had to have so long as it was as advertised once I got there in person. I gave the car lot a call and received friendly demeanor over the phone, and no wait time. Sure enough once I got there the truck was just as beautiful as the pictures! Considering I already knew what I wanted and did not need to look around, James made my buying experience super painless and super fast! I was driving in my new dream truck within a couple of hours! I am super satisfied and happy that I got a chance to business with such a great company.

My fiance and I recently purchased a used car from PJ. It was hands down the best car buying experience either of us have ever had! We were introduced to the Owner on our first visit, who was willing to make a deal we couldn't refuse; within 2 days we returned to pick up our new (used) vehicle. The day of purchasing was a dream; we were in and out within an hour, and that is with the staff having other customers purchasing and looking at vehicles. Very professional, fast, friendly, no pressure service. I will definitely be visiting again for my next used car purchases. I would recommend the same to anyone else.

Today I bought a very affordable car, a 2004 Chrysler sebering with less than 22,000 miles on it for a very reasonable price. Working with James and other staff members, I felt very comfortable and felt like all my questions and concerns were answered. I also felt like I wasn't being pushed into anything, which made me feel even more at ease. When financing, I needed $5 to open the account with the credit union. When I didn't have the extra $5, James covered the $5 fee himself. That small gesture impressed me because not everyone just reaches into their own wallets. I would definitely recommend Champion motor sports, and ask for James.

The only dealership who had the specific BMW I was looking for. As an automotive enthusiast, I noticed their wide variety of cars. When i was there they had vehicles ranging from the Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4 to vintage Jeeps. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and easy to talk to. Highly recommended.

We were immediately greeted when we arrived. They let us browse the vehicles that we were interested in without interruption, but were right there to answer any questions. Very, very forthcoming and honest about any issues with the vehicles, even if they were very minor. They are also CarFax certified, which is definitely a plus. Love the fact that they are family owned and operated and it is shown by how friendly and accommodating they are. The vehicles are priced fairly.

Was very happy with the car and with the way I was treated. They have a small lot so make sure you call ahead so they can have the vehicle you are looking for ready. I dealt with James and was looking at a 2000 BMW Z3. They kept this off at their warehouse indoors where they kept most of their nicer cars. I was told the car would not disappoint and it most certainly did not. Worked out a great deal on a Tuesday and came back to pick it up Saturday.

I went into this dealer ship looking at vehicles as I had been to a few in the area and was narrowing down my purchase. I was greeted by Kevin, who was kind and enthusiastic about helping us in our search for a vehicle. We looked at a few cars on the lot and after deciding there was one we liked enough to consider, we took it for a test drive. Kevin informed us that they are a Carfax Advantage Dealer which meant they had the carfax for the vehicle ready to go. They were also able to show me receipts for work that was done on the vehicle since they obtained it. Kevin was informative around the process after I expressed my concerns with credit. He was able to help by contacting their creditors and go to bat for us. He helped us get approved and even lowered the price on the vehicle to help meet our budget. Kevin assured us he would do everything he could to help make it as easy as possible and he did just that. We were approved and purchased the vehicle all in about 5 days time from initially walking onto the lot. They set me up with an appointment to get new tires put on as the ones that were currently on needed to be replaced. There was an issue with the strut mounts that came up very shortly after driving the vehicle off the lot. Kevin had said if there were any problems that came up right away to let him know and Champion Motorsports would take care of it as they stand by their vehicles (vehicle was sold as is with no warranty). I contacted Kevin on the matter who got his manager, Joe involved. Within a few days I had an appointment for my vehicle to be fixed! The car is running great now and they stuck by their word! I would recommend this dealership anytime!

I bought a white, 2007 Volkswagen Jetta GLI from Kevin Burke, he was really friendly and without hesitation he allowed me to test drive this car and showed me all the little details along with it. I originally came to this dealership to look at a different Volkswagen Jetta and instead found the GLI, the perfect car for me. All of the employees, Joe,Tony, and Kevin (to name a couple), were all very helpful throughout this process. They helped me choose the perfect warranty, best fitted for myself being a young adult and gave me a discount! They also were very upfront about the car and explained if we ran into any problems within the next couple weeks they would help us out. We have been looking for the right Jeep for awhile now. Kevin was a great salesman to deal with. Joe made the financing part go very smoothly. Very friendly and knowledgeable about Jeeps. Great experience purchasing a 2008 Wrangler. Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout everything. Financing was very smooth and the financial manager was very clear and helpful in explaining what each document meant. Vehicle had a couple of issues that they fixed and paid for. Nice to have guys that will give you a little haggle room on a vehicle and are willing to come down to work out a deal. Cars are probably a little overpriced to leave room for this. Trade in was fair and about how much I was expecting to get out of my trade in. Overall very good experience.

Being a young mother with no Credit at all Kevin made it all possible. My mom and I were car shopping on Cars.com after a bad experience with another dealer. We ran across Champion Motorsports, after searching for and finding a 2002 Nissan Maxima. We came in the same day and got the process started and received the car today. James, Joe, Tony, and the rest of the staff were great. They were patient, very detailed, and seemed to hide nothing about the car of it's service. Every vehicle comes with a carfax report, 31 point inspection, etc. All of which established rapport and made for a seamless buying process. Car's great, good mileage, quiet, and a beauty. THANK YOU!!!!!! are the only words I have for Jim Patrick and Kevin Burke of Champion Motor Sports, Crestwood ILL. for the extra effort they put forth to make it possible for me to drive out with a 2009 Buick Lucerne CXL. I have been retired for 4 years and the car I was driving had been paid off years ago, so I had No running credit. Jim was able to secure me financing through a credit union with a car note of $312. They even offered to help my wife when she decides to get another vehicle. I am a happy camper to say the least. As Jim stated I got a Christmas gift for Thanksgiving. Yes I did. I recently bought a 1997 Jeep Wrangler from Champion Motorsports. I worked with both James and Jim during the purchase after finding the vehicle listing on-line at Cars.com. My experience overall was very good. Things started well when James responded very quickly to my request for more information about the Jeep. He called me to see if I had questions, and he answered them thoroughly and carefully. I appreciated that he walked out to the vehicle and described various spots of flaking paint and other blemishes. He even texted me several detailed pictures of these minor issues. He then invited me to come out for a test drive. I went to Crestwood to see and drive the vehicle the following weekend, and James was again extremely helpful. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He was also exceedingly patient as a thoroughly looked the vehicle over and under. When I noticed a spot where a skid plate had rusted through, he spoke to Jim and they agreed to reimburse me for the cost of a replacement part. As I got closer to the point of making the purchase, I was pleased to see that both James and Jim avoided high-pressure sales techniques. They both seemed much more interested in making a customer than in making a sale. I very much appreciated that. I was also very pleased with the price of the vehicle. Before heading over for the test drive, I had visited KBB.com to check on the dealer pricing for this make / model / mileage vehicle. What I found was that Champion Motorsports' asking price was comfortably within the Fair Market Range on KBB. In fact, the price was below KBB's Fair Purchase Price and only about $200 above the low end of the fair range. Considering how solid the Jeep was, especially the engine, which was very clean, the price seemed quite fair. James and Jim also gave me the CARFAX for the vehicle, which confirmed its history. After making the purchase and driving the Jeep back to Indiana, I had my mechanic give it a thorough inspection. He confirmed that it was solid and in very good condition. Sure, there were several things that needed attention, repair, or replacement, but the vast majority of these were items that were on the scheduled maintenance list and were due simply because of the age and mileage of the vehicle. Considering all of that, I really don't think James and Jim could have done much to make my purchasing experience better. They answered every question, and they were friendly doing it. They priced the vehicle fairly and were honest about its condition. And they followed through on each step, making sure I was satisfied along the way. I will certainly check their inventory the next time I'm in the market for a used car, and I won't hesitate to drive over from Indiana to test drive something that looks interesting.

Purchased a Jeep online and had to have it shipped. Asked a lot of questions but not sure if our views are the same. I purchased a lot of vehicles online and never had any problems like this. Asked about the condition of the Jeep and they claimed it was very clean and had no problems. When it arrived, had more rust on it than expected. Took into Jeep dealership and found over $2000 worth of repairs not counting the AC which did not work but advertised as having AC. It would not even pass state inspection. Spoke with Jim and he was only allowing me $600 in refund. The dealership suggested sending it back. So he offered to trade me for a 4Runner. Again, ask a lot of questions but our views must be different. It was in a lot better condition but I had to pay an extra $600 to have it shipped. Jim told me to drive the Jeep until the 4Runner arrived. My first trip out for a drive, left me stranded on the side of the road. Got it home and parked it. Family came in for a vacation, only get to see them once a year. We needed a 4 door but until the 4Runner arrived, we were out of luck. Told it would arrive on Friday. Went on our vacation cramp in a smaller vehicle. Shipper called and said vehicle would arrive the next day, Wednesday which was 2 days early. Had to interrupt our vacation so we could plan for someone to be home to accept delivery. Not an easy task on less than a days notice. And shipper insisted on making the delivery on that day. Found someone willing to accept vehicle. Got a call the next day saying the dealership did not have it ready so delayed shipping until Friday. Had to make more arrangements again for a Friday delivery. Again all this while on vacation with my family I only get to see once a year. Come Friday, no delivery. Made many, many calls to shipper and Jim. Shipper refused to call back. Long story short, delivery was finally made on Monday. No reasons why it was late. Shipper blamed dealership, dealership blamed shipper. Asked for a refund of at least partial shipping cost due to the inconvenience it caused us on our vacation. Did not receive one penny. Oh and the 4Runner needed $1400 in repairs. I do appreciate Jim being understanding in making the exchange. But I did not get the vehicle I originally wanted. If they would have done a decent inspection of the Jeep, they would have seen all the problems it had. Jim is a nice guy. But due to all the problems I encountered with the first vehicle that was supposedly checked out by his mechanic, the shipping should have been free. He claims I got a better vehicle in the exchange. That may be true. But a matchbox toy car would have been a better car. The 4runner is acceptable and it did pass inspection. But again it still needed repairs. And man the rust problems with these vehicles are crazy. I know they cannot help the rust issue they have in that state. But man that rust eats up the cars. Lesson: buy locally and never online. I learned the hard way. But again Jim is a very friendly guy. I just think we have difference of opinions when it comes to vehicle conditions. He did a lot to help the situation. But I think there should have been more. At least not pay the shipper if it was in fact them to blame. And refund my money for the inconvenience.

I was/and still is, satisfied with my purchase from champion motorsports. I purchased my first Caddy. A 2003 Cadillac Deville (Luxury Edition) LE. I have an eye for good fixer uppers so my deal was perfect for my hobby of buying, doing minor repairs, and resale for (the luxury of driving for free or getting paid to drive and look good lol !) a small profit. The guys are very helpful and reasonable at the facility. I now look like a champion in my deville and feel like a champion when I am driving my deville. Thankx guys from me, mom, my family, my pastor, my church, friends and the rest of my neighborhood !!!

I am as sceptical as they come. This was my first car purchase and I went around to probably 10-12 used car dealers looking for someone I could trust. Chicagoland area produces some of the sketchiest people I have ever met. Champion Motor Sports is a gem in not only the southwest chicago area but in the Chicagoland area in general. Ask for JAMES if you want to someone who cares more about finding a fit for your needs in your budget. He cared more about meeting my needs than pushing the sale. Every worry and hicup allong the way was reassured and explained in depth. I trust these guys to do business with and I even like to stop in occasionally to just to catch up. I waited a long time to write this review after my perchase just incase any problem would arise, but I've had nothing but love for my '04 VW Passat. James is worth the stop just to see what he can do for you. He will go beyond any expectation.

What a pleasant surprise this was for my son and i. A diamond in the rough is what i call this dealership. I never in my wildest dreams thought that car buying could be this painless. I dealt with one of the actual owners, Jim Patrick, and let me tell you something. Jim restored my faith in the auto industry just for the fact that he made it his priority to do everything he could to accommodate me sons' needs. I bought a 2008 Lexus SC430 from James, a very knowledgeable and no-pressure salesman. Having visited from out of state, I had a number of questions to ask in advance via email. James was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. He answered all of the questions in a timely manner and made helpful suggestions about how to make the transaction go smoothly. When we arrived early we were greeted in a friendly manner, and were allowed to test drive the vehicle on our own. Again, there was not a hint of pressure from anyone at the dealership at any time. Bought a 2009 Nissan Murano LE on July 5 with 41,500 miles. Was looking for used Murano with lower miles and specifically in the metallic Deep Sapphire blue color. Champion Motor sports had one in the price range we were looking for. Kevin Burke was very customer service friendly. Note that Champion Motorsports does not take personal checks so being from out of town, I was fortunate that I banked with US Bank and could drive 10 minutes away and get a certified check to complete the deal. Kevin helped make the phone calls to the bank to ensure they were open and expecting us. Also, not that it was a problem however do not be in a hurry for the title. I received it July 18 so almost 2 weeks after purchase date. Just put over 2,300 miles on the Murano on our summer vacation and it performed very well in the mountains of Virginia. Mechanically appears to be in great shape but need to remind myself that it is 5 years old as notice small things like vibrating drivers side mirror, some paint flaws, cracked lower front bumper, etc but this is no fault of Champion Motorsports. Overall, happy with the experience.

My sister needed a car so she elected me, her older sister, as her shopping buddy. Her and I felt totally out of our comfort zone going in and out of dealerships looking for a used car. Not only do we lack in auto knowledge but we had strict criteria that we needed to follow...only had $500 to put down, needed to find financing with poor credit, and could not afford a car payment over $275 nor did she want to be stuck with a car payment for over 4 years. As soon as we walked into Champion Motorsports, Kevin greeted us and listened to our predicament. We had already been turned away from other dealerships due to not having a larger down payment, credit issues, or not wanting the car that they PREFERRED her to get, but it was totally the opposite response here. Kevin and Jim made us feel extremely comfortable and answered all of our questions. They made the impossible...possible. We were able to test drive several cars...all drove very well...they were used so they did show average wear and tear but were extremely clean. We checked under hoods not that we knew what we were looking but Kevin began to give us a quick automotive 101 class to us...pulling dip sticks out and letting us know what fluids should look like and smell like. My point is he went above and beyond for us. And when it came to the financing and paperwork part Jim granted all our wishes. We put $500 down, $208 car payment for 2 years, and even got insurance for 100 down and $75 per month. We left with not only smiles on our faces but with confidence as well. We left knowing that we made a great decision. And for women reassurance is soming that we crave. SO I'M CALLING ALL SINGLE WOMEN, MOTHERS, AND WIDOWS: this truly is an honest place to buy a used car.

The wife and I drove to the Chicagoland area to find a Suburban. Had four scheduled to look at. Saw the one at Champion first but felt I owed it to myself to check out the others. After all, I just drove 200 miles. I ended up right back where I started, at Champion, and bought it. The truck was just as advertised on the web site. Tony and Jim were a true pleasure to work with. Absolutely no pressure. I truly feel we made new friends. How many people can say that about a used car dealership? We have already asked Tony to find a specific vehicle in a specific price range for our 17 year old daughter. I've bought a lot of cars, new and used, over the past 28 years and no salesperson or dealership has ever treated me better.

Our first visit was on a very cold negative degree day. Kevin was right out to help us. I had spoke to him earlier in the day so he had the cars we wanted to drive all ready. They had 4 Jeeps on their lot and we test drove them all. We also had a trade in to apply towards the sale. Jim and Tony helped with that and we came up with a very fair price on the trade and the purchase price. They had to repair an o2 sensor. The sensor was fine for a day. Which is done at a shop next to them not by the dealership themselves. I called to say it had broken already and they promptly set up an appointment to get it repaired again. They looked over the car again to make sure it was not anything else wrong and fixed the part. I was in the showroom for a few hours and they were very helpful to many customers. Since I am from Indiana and had to return for the fix he filled the car up with gas for my trouble. Usually we do not by used cars and they made me feel very comfortable about doing so. If you are in the market for a used car I recommend you use Champion Motorsports! Thank you Tony, Jim and Kevin.

2006 Jeep Sport 83,000 miles Engine: i6 Transmission: 6 Speed Well this review is about 3 months after i have bought my jeep from Champion Motorsports. Jim who works at Champion Motorsports is a great guy, Very knowledgeable and seemed to be caring. The Jeep is a used car and i do understand that a few repairs are needed when buying any used vehicle. Coming on the third month of owning it and i have receipts from jeep totaling 2,600$ with an additional 600$ still waiting on for a new top. This is the first Wrangler i have bought, I had no idea the top wasn't sealed and was missing parts. I called Jim and he was quick to tell me that they are willing to help. A check was sent out to me for the cost of a few parts that i didn't know were even needed. The top still does not seal down in the front and i get wet every rain and snow storm. The repairs for the jeep keep piling up. I have a bill from jeep for 1,085.30 dollars on 11/20/2013. this bill was from years of neglect on the jeep. none of the underside fluids were ever changed and should have been done every 30,000 miles. This bill also includes the rear wheel bearings and axle shaft seal because the rear drums with coated with oil. The biggest bill was recent and totaled 1,493.24. This bill was for a leak from the oil pan, rear main seal; and valve cover gasket. The second part of the bill is for for the Oil Pump Drive assembly. The engine started to have a knocking sound coming from it. Along with a check engine light for an o2 Sensor.so the oil pump drive assembly was changed and o2 had to be replaced. I do understand that this is a used vehicle and they can't foreshadow what might happen but i fell most of these could have been fixed or scene prior to me purchasing this Jeep. I have never bought vehicle from a dealer before but this is a lesson learned.

I normally do not write reviews but in this case I felt I had to , it is rare to find a business that is so willing to help you. I needed a car but I did have some issues in purchasing one. I called Champion Motorsports and spoke with Jim Patrick explaining my situation, what I was looking for and what I could afford. I immediately knew I came to the right place , Jim was super, very professional, informative and answered all my questions and concerns , he never made you feel like you were bothering him, there was an immediate trust which is very rare these days . I never felt pressure to buy and knew they truly wanted you to be happy with your car.I am thrilled beyond words with my Chevy Equinox it is the best experience in purchasing a car that I have ever had. First off the buying process with Joe Batista was a very comfortable one, as well as no pressure. The Jeep Cherokee I purchased was an older model and in very good condition. Knowing what I had to spend, Joe worked with me on the final price and was knowledgable and accomodating with my request for some minor adjustments prior to driving off of the lot. Unfortunately, this particular model is well known for waterpump problems, and while driving it went out on me. My first call was to Joe and the guys at Champion, and within no time at all, I was picked up for NO CHARGE by the gentleman at their towing co., and the pump was replaced quickly, and....guess what...NO CHARGE! And not only that, but their Certified Mechanic Billy adjusted a few other things at my request so as to make sure I was a happy customer. Now, flash forward a few months and unfortunately I had a small collision with a guardrail on a rainy night. The guardrail won the fight, and I was left with some minor body damage. The very next day, Joe reuturned my call promptly, and told me to ''come on in and lets see what we can do for you.'' Within half an hour, Sam, owner of a local body shop, showed up personally and gave me an absolutely unbeatable quote on the work. So, in closing, the gentlemen at Champion Motorsports went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I was satisfied time and again! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a comfortable, no-pressure car buying experience, and would also tell them to be ready for unexpected and personal care that is hardly, if ever, found in the used car industry. I will be back for my next purchase, and could'nt be happier with my first purchase and the after care provided once I left with my Jeep! Bravo Fellas! And thanks again to Joe!

I recently had my first dealer experience with these guys and it was a good one. They were very friendly, answered all my questions, and made the experience very smooth. I would definitely be interested in doing more business with them in the future!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE BUYERS BEWARE THEY SEEM NICE BUT REALLY AREN'T AS YOU KNOW THE DEVIL WAS ONCE AN ANGEL. The staff at Champion is great. No high pressure sales and everyone was very friendly and helpful to answer any questions. I am a widow who knows nothing about cars and wanted my mechanic to check everything out. He agreed that it was a good car, in my price range and just what I was looking for. I couldn't be more pleased.

I found a car that I was interested in test driving on Cars.com and stopped by this dealership to test drive it. This is a really small dealership so I didn't know what to expect - I was pleasantly surprised! Everyone I spoke to and worked with here was professional and patient, not pushy at all, and were able to answer all of my questions. I will definitely keep them in mind in the future, but did not purchase the car that I set out to test drive.

I recently purchased my FIRST car at Champion Motorsports and my Mom and I felt comfortable the minute we walked in. Scott was extremely courteous and helpful, no fast talk or sales pitch like other sales people. We felt at ease and Joe went over-the-top in getting me such a GREAT finance rate. The 2007 Candy Apple Red Chevy Monte Carlo that I purchased was EXACTLY as advertised in the photos with only 69,000 miles in EXCELLENT condition. And we loved the fact that you are given a Car fax on the vehicle & they took a picture of me with my new car! We definitely recommend everyone to buy from this winning team!

I recently purchased a 2001 Buick Regal with 70,000 miles in mint condition. My experience from beginning to end was very comfortable. This means that I was not pushed in any way toward a particular vehicle. The feeling I received was that of "hometown friendliness". Joe also did an outstanding job obtaining the absolute lowest interest rate he could find. I liked the guys so much I fed them all chili for lunch! After my car is paid off . . . .we'll be back to look for my husbands F150!

This was my first time buying a car so I was reasonably nervous, the guys here did a phenomenal job at not only making me feel comfortable about my purchase but in explaining and answering ALL of my questions! Jim was great and really seemed compassionate. Joe was AMAZING! He was so aggressive and made sure that I was able to get financed. I would suggest anyone buying a used car to go here. I RECENTLY VISITED CHAMPION MOTORS AFTER SEEING THAT THEY HAD THE CAR THAT I ALWAYS WANTED (2005 PONTIAC BONNEVILLE GXP) LISTED ON CARS.COM. EVEN THOUGHT IT WAS A LITTLE OUT OF MY PRICE RANGE I CONTACTED THEM ANYWAY EXPLAINED MY SITUATION & ASKED CAN THEY HELP PEOPLE WITH BAD CREDIT. drove 4.5 hours to purchase a vehicle I was told was a good 1 owner vehicle with minor body scratches and dent in the door. When I arrived the truck seems to have been wrecked at some point the hood on the truck would not open major body damage the bed was almost rusted thru. they tried to lowed the price but this was not what I drove 4.5 hours to purchase.

I had one of the most enjoyable car buying experiences at Champion Motorsports! The Sales Manager Joe Bautista greeted us with a smile and was happy to assist us in our quest for a used car. He was very professional to my wife and I and we were pleased from the beginning to the end! He was very honest, showed us all the functions/features of the vehicle we wanted to purchase. He took the time out to answer all of our questions and was just very professional and Non-Pushy. We met the owners Tony and Jim and they were also very helpful as well and we just felt very welcomed there. We got financed with them where Joe once again did a FANTASTIC Job in getting us in to our new car. Champion is not your typical used car lot. Before we arrived at the dealer, we found 2 Lincoln Navigators on cars.com located at Champion Motorsports. One important factor with our choice to visit was the inclusion of the FREE Carfax reports. When we arrived, we met Carl who spent a great deal of time showing us both Navigators. It was his first day as a salesman at Champion. We also met Joe (sales manager). After driving both cars, we told them that we were going to look at some other vehicles before making a purchase decision. They did not pressure us about this part of the process. After driving some other cars, we decided to return to Champion to purchase our Lincoln Navigator. The decision was based on several factors which included the overall quality of the car we drove, the professional detailing of their cars, the price and the overall sales experience and professionalism at Champion. We ran into some difficulty during the purchase of the car due to technical problems with my own bank but Joe did not give up and worked hard to ensure the transaction was successful. We were very pleased with the entire deal from start to finish, but most importantly, we love our new SUV.

These guys are great! The salesman I dealt with(Joe) was not pushy and very honest. This place makes you feel good about buying a car. I have always hated buying cars but this place changed my negativity into a positive experience. The owner(Tony) did everything possible to make sure I was happy.
