I found a bmw that i liked online and decided to go see it. As soon as i walked in i was greeted by two very nice ladies at the front desk who asked what car i wanted to see and was getting some info when alexander walked up. We went to go find the car i had seen online, well we realized the car i had seen was in phoenix, not this location. I really wanted a car that had warranty left, so Alexander found the perfect car for me! I ended up with a newer bmw, that still had warranty, and even maintenance included! I got it for exactly the payment i was looking for, and it even had low mileage! Alexander took the time to show me all the features on the car, he even paired my phone with the radio! I forgot his name, but the guy in financing was awesome as well! If you want a great car for a great price and great people to help you do that, come here they are awesome!

I recently moved to this area and was ready to head out for a road trip, when I discovered a warning light in my X3. I called Service and had the good fortune of speaking with Jacob. I told him my situation, and he was able to make an appointment for servicing that very day. I was provided a loaner while our car was being serviced. Our car was serviced, washed and ready-to-go by the end of the day. Our road trip went on as scheduled. Thank you Jacob and Chapman BMW for such good customer care.

I called my service adviser, Tony Di Salvo, telling him i needed service on my BMW., and he set up an appointment which was most convenient for my schedule , told me approximately how long it would take, and i the service was completed exactly in the time frame he gave me, also had it washed, and ready to go! It's a pleasure doing business here! He even called me the following day to be sure everything was completed to my satisfaction! That's what I call great service!

What an amazing Company. I purchased a pre-owned BMW 128i from a different 3rd party dealer in march of 2015. Upon trying to trade it in to Chapman BMW, they informed me that it had a Branded title. This essentially changed the value of my car from $16k to $11.5k. The previous dealer bought the car at auction in January 2015, and asked the auction company to withhold the damage from Carfax. They proceeded to fix the damage and sold it to me as a clean CARFAX. I didn't find any of this out until I went to trade it in 18 months later. Chapman BMW went above and beyond and gave me $14k for my car because I was a previous customer, knowing they were going to lose $2500-$3000 selling it to a wholesaler. They also gave me an amazing price on my new car.I may have been lucky, but as stated have bought 3 vehicles from them and will never buy from anyone else. My Salesperson was JJ Garcia who was quick, efficient with communication and paperwork. The 2 people responsible for taking the loss and helping me were Bruce Kotlicky (New car Sales manager) & Jim Misner (General Manager). They were very transparent in their communication and clearly did their best to keep me faithful for life. Thank you team Chapman Chandler. You guys are amazing!!!

My vehicle was part of the large recall of Passenger and Drivers side airbags. I have called for well over 2 years hoping to get this Recall corrected with no luck. i was always told that the parts were not available. I know that this was a large recall and the individual service centers were not to blame, so this is not necessarily a criticism of them. However, I left my name on a callback list every time I would call in for an update on parts availablity. I was suppose to get a call when parts were available. I am sure that this list was eventually forgotten about each time, because I never got a phone call. After 2 years of waiting and another phone call, I was finally able to get an appointment to replace the airbags. In the 2 year interim my airbag light remained off, until another problem with an electric window occurred. The pasenger door panel was removed and for safety so was the connector to the airbag in the door. After a repair was made, the airbag light was triggered. Apparently if power is applied to the vehicle with an airbag disconnected, the light will illuminate and not go out until reset. So I assumed that when the new airbags were installed, the dealership would reset the airbag light. They attempted to reset the light,after the airbag replacement, but it did not work, so I was informed that it would cost almost 160.00 just to troubleshoot the system. As a note, I can buy a device that would allow me to troubleshoot the system for cheaper than just the troubleshooting fee. In addition, the service center offered to perform a repair on the tailights that was another recall due on the car. This was fine with me, except that after the service bulletin repair was completed, the service advisor mentioned that there was something wrong with my rear light socket and the cost to fix that would be several hundred dollars. The advisor was honest with me and mentioned that I could probably fix the problem myself and the dealership was efficient, clean and organised. But overall here is the complaint. I went in for a service recall that took over 2 years to complete, and ended up with an airbag light that was still illuminated, and an additional light on my instrument display telling me that a light in the rear of the car was not working. So my car came out of the service center worse than it went in. I was a little disappointed because I did not have a problem with my tailights before I went in to the service center. I finally found a bad brake light bulb in the rear light assy. and replaced it and the system worked fine, There was no corrosion problem in the light assy that would have required replaement and hundreds of dollars in cost. It is hard for me to give a positive rating when these things occurred and my car came out of service in a worse condition than when it arrived. I know that the service was at no cost to me, but would not have been, if I had allowed the service center to perform the work.

The vehicle had a drive train sensor error and when I called they immediately responded to my question and put my mind at ease regarding the dashlight being activated. I have been a customer of Chapman BMW for quite sometime. Recently, I had decided to go to another BMW service dealership because of the proximity in Scottsdale. I will never do that again. Your Service person does not go over anything at all with you. They may say hi and wave. At Chapman, he (Jacob) comes out and greets me. Discusses my issues with me again. Says, lets write it up and get you a loaner so you can get back to work. Asks if I want water or anything. As I had to wait a minute for him to get the loaner for me, another Service person Tony who is not my personal service manager, if not with a customer will say hello because he remembers helping me out four years ago! I receive a call from Jacob describing what was done and if I had questions. The time I went to pick up my vehicle he was at lunch, Tony greeted me, asked if I wanted water and went over what was done again. Offered to help me move my items from the loaner to my vehicle that was ready. I will never make the mistake of going elsewhere. Here, I am not a number but a client that is respected. thank you for all you do Jacob and Tony as well.

I recently bought a used BMW 135i that I found had some hidden front end damage (I did not buy the car from Chapman). I wanted to get this taken care of the right way. I found that Chapman's prices were competitive with other auto-repair shops with the added measure of knowing it was fixed by the dealer, and never worrying about getting a loaner. Chapman has always had a great loaner fleet available. What impressed me the most about my service advisor, Vince Adams, was the care and dedication he showed to getting me the right information. He patiently helped me look up and evaluate different spoilers, getting some shipped in so I could see them in person, and walking me around to show me the possibilities even though I ended up going with an aftermarket that he couldn't acquire through BMW. While he wasn't always available by phone when I called randomly, he was very quick to respond via email and was a great communicator through the process. He took the time to bring me the replaced parts at pickup and explain exactly what the damage was and what they did to repair/replace it. It meant a great deal to know that Vince was working with me to accomplish what I wanted and was not a token dealer-customer salesman...never did I feel like he was trying to upsell me on service I didn't need. He was very knowledgeable and personable and I felt that he was doing his best to help me make the best decisions. See you at my next oil change!

Vincent made excuses he was too busy too call and update us on the problem with our car. Had the wrong email so a copy of the repairs were sent to the wrong address. I'd run over a giant object in the road and literally ripped my tire apart. Of course it was late in the day and I still had a million things to do. My man Matt at Chapman said, "No worries," and he took care of everything. Had a loaner car waiting when I arrived with the tow truck and got me the best deal on a new tire and alignment. When I couldn't make it in the next afternoon to pick up my car, again, "No worries," and I got my car the following morning. Hats off to my service advisor Matt and Chapman.

A phone call was made to the dealership, Smith promptly replied. We were interested in a 2017 BMW 328i sports wagon.He explained to us the wait time and differences between 2016 and 2017 models.He offered to to bring the car to our home. We both drove the wagon and it fulfilled our needs. We had a short conversation as to price and service. Alexander was very knowledgeable about his product, as a result we purchased the car the next day.Alexander's salesmanship and demeanor should be the goal of all car salesmen. Took my 750 in for service and was treated terrible. My car was there 2 days longer than promised. I was given a loner and that experience was terrible. We did a walk around when I took the car. I drove the car home and parked in my garage. When the loner was returned I was charged for dent repair. Microscopic and so slight it could barely be detected. The attitude was terrible and would never reccomend Chapmen.

I bought my car from a used dealer and had a lot of work done on it, I finally had to bring it in to Chapman so I can get professional opinions and a couple of things done, I can only say that Andy my service advisor was top of the line and we worked through some difficult issues but he took car of the job, made sure I was taken care of and I am happy. We took our car in for some unscheduled maintenance, and Matt had a 'Loaner' waiting. He briefly explained their troubleshooting procedures and had me on my way in minutes. He called later to explain they'd found the problem, and were replacing the defective part under Warrantee, but since they had the car already, would like to take care of some 'scheduled maintenance' coming due as well. This would save us having to come back in a month (and it was all covered). Matt and his team were total professionals. They kept me informed, delivered on time, and went the extra distance. My wife and I have had nothing but good experiences with the Dealership, and the Service Department. And while no one enjoys taking their car in to the Dealer for a problem, this is as painless as it gets. These guy's are awesome.

I made an appointment for my scheduled maintenance and when I arrived they got me started right away. They were very courteous and thorough. Unexpected programming was required which necessitated more time to accomplish and Mark got me a "loner" to use until the next day. All was done quickly and smoothly. I picked my car the next day which was waiting for me when I arrived. Mark explained all that was done and I was on my way. It is not very often you find a dealership on the order of Chapman BMW. A very professional sales and finance group. No pressure tactics, their only interest is helping the customer find the vehicle to suit their requirements. My sales person was Alexander Smith and I have never experienced a more knowledgable salesperson. I recently purchased an off lease 740Li. I didn't have any history or service records on the car so I contacted the Chapman service rep, Tony DiSalvo, for my previous BMW, Tony scheduled the car for a service/history review but also took the time to explain many of the new technology features on the 740Li. He saved me enormous time not having to spend hrs reading and researching the owners manual. I can't say enough about his customer focus behaviors.

Our mechanic told us that the problem we were experiencing was on an extended warranty. He had contacted BMW and was told that. We took it to Chapman and we're told no it wasn't and they would charge us for it. Our mechanic said Chapman would probably rather get the money from us rather than bmw. So we paid the 149.99 for the diagnosis to Chapman's and are going back to our mechanic to have it foxed. I'm deeply disappointed in Chapman.

Ryan Dorfman who had spoken to me earlier met us and introduced us to Peter Cramer who took care of us till the end. We left with an amazing car and a truly good value for what we got. When l went to pick up my car, the service light came on and my car shook viggorously. When I confronted Oscar, my service advisor, he said he could do nothing about it and didn't want any responsibility. Knowing I was upset, all he did is hand me my keys and went back inside. The least he could do is give me some advise on what to do (since that is his title!!). I am writing the board on this because whatever they did, my car runs like crap now!! I let my insurance company know and we'll see what happens... He also sent a rediculous email to me that made no sense... I went out of my way to find a reputable company to do repairs and had to drive clear across town thinking I would get exceptional service.... But it was nothing but stress... I am still very upset and cannot stop thinking about how screwed I got!!

As a Canadian Snowbird living 6 months in the Phoenix area each winter, I have never had to service our BMW X5 in the US prior to this year so I was a little anxious when it required repairs in Dec 2015. On the day of my appointment, I met with Jeremy Wittig one of their service representatives who made me feel comfortable and at home right away. Throughout the four extensive repairs I had completed with Chapman BMW, he demonstrated a level of professionalism, courtesy, expertise and caring that went far beyond what I experienced at other dealerships. I received a loaner for the duration of the repairs. When I went to pick of my SUV, there was an employee immediately there to receive the loaner and bring the X5 around. Jeremey explained all the work that was done, brought me to the cashier, and made sure I was offered either a coffee or a water before I left for home. All in all, I was treated extremely well by all the staff. They made a very painful and stressful experience a lot more palatable.

Just bought a new 2015 328d a couple weeks ago. My first BMW. Max, who was our salesman, was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and absolutely no pressure. After the test drive, we sat down and went over all of the finance options. He ended up giving us a very good deal. Two months ago, bought 4 tires from this dealer for my BMW X3 with cost of $1600+. However, today I have to pay $400 to replace a broken tire which had a long crack on it. According to this dealer, the crack is caused by some impact, not because of a defective tire. Funny thing is that there is a hole on the side tire, for which there is no signs at all to show any impact. This dealer says the hole is propagated due to the crack. So, what I fo not understand is that the hole and the crack are located in opposite poditions and to me they are not related each other. Bottom line is that, there is no warranty for tires they sell. Do not go with this dealer for any tire purchase. Az a matter of factc I also regret to buy the car from them because of the untrusted relationship.

If you can avoid having your car serviced here do so at all costs!My car was taken to the dealership for a blown tire. I had called them & they said to call BMW roadside service so I did. It was late afternoon on a Friday when I discovered the problem so there was no point in them sending a tow truck that late so I made an appointment for 7am Saturday morning for them to come & pick it up. Got a call from the tow company that was supposed to come & get it saying that BMW roadside service had just called them to say the vehicle had already been picked up & that they had dispatched the driver to another pick up. But wait - my car was still there on the driveway! They re-dispatched the driver who got there at about 8am. Car was taken to Chapman - hours later when I had received no call letting me know that the car was delivered safely I finally called only to find out that all the service folks had left for the day. I asked the girl on the phone if there was anyone who could just simply let me know if my car had made it to them or not & without any hesitation she said NO!Monday morning rolls round & I call to find out what's going on only to find out that they don't have the appropriate tire at the dealership & it's going to be Tuesday before I can come & pick it up. Tuesday morning at 7:15am get a call saying the car is ready for pick up - I went at lunch time to get it. Did I mention that when I purchased the car I also got the $1,600 tire & rim insurance to avoid getting billed for blow tires. Anyway they tried to hand me a bill not once but twice for over $360 for a new tire. After a couple of times of confirming I had the insurance they finally said I owed a deductible of $50 - something that was never explained when buying the car.Not a pleasant experience so I won't be using Chapman again.

I had recently moved down to the Phoenix Metro area to start a new job and was in them market for a new car. I had the pleasure of working with Henry Wang at Chapman BMW. Since this was my first car buying experience alone and being a recent college graduate I wasn't the most well versed in how the process was going to go. He is extremely friendly and was able to answer every question and didn't pressure us. He just gave us the facts and our options. We ended up buying the 2016 BMW 428i Gran Coup M Sport in blue. What a beautiful car! I've never had a car that's so fun to drive. I also want to mention and praise BMW Genius Karen Wilson Champion, who taught my husband and I how to use the many cool technology features that came with the car. He knew I had this same issue in the past, and even though I am no longer under warranty, he went to bat for me and got me a discount that gave me considerable savings on this repair. He didn't have to do that, but it's very much appreciated. The definition of going the extra mile for a customer.

My vehicle has always been fixed in a timely fashion as promised. I will never work with Chapman Collision Center again. Around March 20th my white 530i was admitted for an insurance claim against the rear bumper. I went in, received a quote and asked them if they could take care of some other body work while the car was in the shop. They marked on the car with a yellow marker circling the places I wanted them to look at and even wrote it down on the form that I would like an estimate for the trunk and that I would pay for the mirror to be replaced. They called me and said the vehicle was ready to be picked up, then when I arrived I was informed that it was not yet ready. Two days later, it really was ready...sort of.. I still had no estimate on the trunk and the mirror was not fixed. The bumper that was covered under the insurance claim looked excellent, so the work that they did do was done well. The agent I was working with apologized and said he would track down a mirror and get a quote, which still hasn't happened. I called and spoke with the manager, who assured me this was not the normal, though i'm still mirrorless.The front desk was great at contacting the rental car agency and made that process seamless, even negotiated an upgrade for free.End note: If it isn't in the insurance claim, or you have multiple requests, be prepared to be without a car multiple times.

Some warning lights on the dash lit up as my wife was leaving to drive across town. Decided to stop by the dealer to see if there was a simple solution. We didn't get there until around noon so weren't sure they could get anything done by the end of the day. They took the car, diagnosed the problem and did several additional services (windshield wipers, fixed an erroneous reading saying brakes needed service) and got the car back to us by the day's end. As we were leaving town the next day, getting our issues resolved was critical. The also put us in a loaner which allowed us to do all our errands while they fixed the car. Our service Advisor, Vince Adams, went above and beyond to help get us going again.

The lease on my Hyundai Sonata was coming to an end and I needed a replacement. I stopped by a couple of dealerships passively looking because I still had some time left. When I stopped at Chapman, I saw Jeffrey Orenstein and told him that I was looking for a basic model recent year used car. What I wanted wasn't in the lot, but he took my name/number and said that he would search and contact me with results. I got a call from him a couple of days later telling me that they would have one car that fit my description by the upcoming Friday. I came in, test drove it, bought it. Everything about the experience was simple and within the parameters of what I was expecting. When I left that day, I told Jeff that my daughter needed a car also and if he could come close to replicating the transaction that I just experienced, I'd buy again. About two weeks later, he did, I did and about a year later, I'm still happy with the purchase. Jeff made it easy for us.

I've taken my BMW to Chapman for service on several occasions now and they're always helpful, friendly and do great service work. My service advisor, David Pence, is excellent. As to be expected, service cost on this type of vehicle is high, but he always does the best he can to discount the pricing for me. I also love the loaner car program, the loaner I get is always clean and I don't have to reschedule my day around service work. I also like the idea of driving a new car around while they work on mine. I'm selling my BMW as I am in between jobs right now, but I will sure miss the great service and loaner car program. The service at all dealerships should be this good.

My service consultant is longer employed there, however they assigned me to Jeremy. Jeremy was awesome and had me in and out with a loaner within ten minutes. Jeremy followed and called me to let me know my vehicle was ready. When I arrived Jeremy was busy, but Kris who's office is right next to Jeremys' offered to take care of us since Jeremy was busy. Chapman BMW is an impressive modern dealership this was the first thing that caught our attention when we pulled in. As soon as we parked, we were approached by Tim Smith, the client advisor at the BMW. He guided us to the huge parking garage where new cars are hidden from Arizona's damaging ultra-violet and infra-red radiation, an unexpected and great feature of the dealership. Tim's personality is a different story (in a great way of course !). So far he is the best salesman we have ever met in the US or Germany (and we dealt with quite a few). He is a real expert in what he does. Tim is highly knowledgeable, super professional and very passionate about the BMW brand. Tim has a keen mind, he listens to you and quickly understands your needs and preferences. He is honest, never pushy, he is also very good at all the modern high-tech features of BMW. Most importantly, Tim was able to get us a very good deal. It was not easy to do, but he fought for us like a soldier. We would absolutely buy another car from him and highly recommend Tim Smith as your salesperson.

I have owned BMW's since the late 1970's, always purchased and serviced by Chapman, and have always found their service department has been efficient and honest. In this manner they have allowed me to keep my BMW's running well for 6-7 years until new models come out. Service Adviser Vince Adams has always been helpful by keeping maintenance issues up to date, and even managing acute repairs the same day needed. I have even had the necessity to use their body shop on Kyrene in Tempe, where they do impressive restorative work.

My service advisor was extremely professional and very thorough as usual. I brought my BMW 2008 750 Li in for a battery check. After it was determined that it would be better for me to get a new battery installed. I did elect to have a new battery installed, at a total cost of $500.00. This included the check, $145.00 rolled into the total cost of the new battery and having my battery registered (to insure that all systems were set to the new battery. To me this total price seemed excessive!I was advised that I could get a battery elsewhere and install it myself; however, that the registration may not work for all things. Guess I was a captive person needing a battery and feeling that all would be done correctly. Bird in the hand type of thing.I was given a loaner and left for several hours and returned and again my service advisor, David Pence, provided excellent service. Paid my $500.00 and my wife and I drove off. Only got a short distance, NO AC. We had to immediately return and my service advisor immediately took the car back to the technician. He returned, apologized for the failure of the technician to properly register all my vital settings, mainly my AC. I personally found this hard to believe that my AC and ALL other setting wasn't checked prior to allowing me to drive off.This makes me think that what else may not have been done that should have. Considering what I paid for this BATTERY, I should have gotten a $500.00 job!

Let's just say , Vince , at Champman BMW is your man ... Not saying the others aren't great ( never needed to see anyone else ) but let's say I've been going to Vince for almost two years now for any issues and he takes care of my needs immediately , without hesitation . This time around my car come up on some mechanical issues , which came out to a cost that would have put a dent in my pocket book .. I'm talking $4k in fixes ..... However !!! Wait For it ..... This was the first time we used our routine service contract and all I can say is that my wife and I are overwhelmed with the friendly and professional service we received. Vince Adams went above our expectation to see that we were happy and our car was in tip-top condition. He even went out to our car and set up our blue tooth for both of our cell phones. We recently purchased a 740i from Chapman. The same night on the way home right after purchase a warning light went on stating low oil levels. Turns out it was 2 quarts shy. Nice for just buying it. 3 days later we discover the main key doesn't work. Even nicer for just buying it. 3rd week after purchase another warning light comes on, stating engine malfunction. We take the car down to have it looked at, turns out, 4 out of 6 fuel injectors are leaking. $3300.00 to fix. But because its bmw "Certified" they knocked off 45%. To us this was insulting. For a vehicle that we've had barely 3 weeks.....and thats all they offer to do?! We've been returning customers since 2004. After this experience, all the lies we were told by our salesman and the rudeness of the manager and service team, i can assure them we will never do business with them ever again! They dont care about nothing but the sales! Oh and i appreciate being stuck at the service dept for 7 hours only told to go home with a loaner. The I'll call you right back in 20 minutes turned into 7 hours. Thanks Chapman we wont be back

I tried putting in coolant in my BMW, manual showed a picture indicating the coolant reservoir. Turned out the manual was wrong! It was the power steering reservoir instead! They said the manual while being correct for my model, that it was a generic manual and may or may not reflect my car! There was no alternative picture to show variances amongst models, yet they said it was my fault for following the manual ! Accused me of being irresponsible and that I shouldn't have opened the hood of my own car! The arrogance and the lack of courtesy from Chapman BMW was the worst experience I ever had, and I've owned BMW's for 20 years ! Well they lost me today as a customer and if you have an owner's manual ? Don't bother, it doesn't necessarily represent your car, and if you follow it like I did, well be prepared to pay for service .... What a joke!

I required a service for my 650i and also a windshield replaced.Vince suggested that I leave the car and they would service it and also have the glass company replace my windshield at their shop.The service was great as usual, but the windshield job was terrible.Vince went out of his way to have the job corrected and done to my satisfaction!Very professional and a great guy to deal with.We have been dealing with Vince since 2010 with our X5 & 650i.

Chapman BMW has treated my wife and I so amazingly far beyond our expectations. Stacey Moore is our service advisor for both of our vehicles, and has been by far the most professional and courteous person we have ever dealt with. He takes the time to explain in detail what work needs to be done, why it needs to be done, and when it will be done. No excuses, no finger pointing, he just gets things taken care of and communicated very well during the process. Phone messages, e-mails are returned promptly, and his attitude is always so positive. I don't think I have ever seen him without a smile on his face. Bottom line, we will never take our vehicles ANYWHERE else for service. It is very comforting to know that when I leave my car with Stacey it will be in good hands, but more important I will be in good hands. If you could rate them at 10 stars I would because NOBODY does it better.

I cant not explain to you how incredible this Dealership is. From my sales man, Bruce Kotlicky, to the incredible service department all the way to the huge selection of new and pre owned cars! I went there with the intentions of just looking, Bruce introduced him self to me and found out exactly what i was looking for. I was not to familiar with BMW and he broke it down in the simplest way for some one who does not sell the cars to under stand. When we walked into Champman BMW, I had no intention of getting a BMW. I'm was looking to get my wife a 20 year anniversary gift and she was already sold on getting a Lexus IS250. To install mudflaps, BMW in CHANDLER was 50% less than the BMW dealership in Tucson, where I purchased my automobile. Service was great, friendly, efficient, and completed a clean, well-done job. I received a reminder via E-mail that I was due for service. Clicked on the link, scheduled an appt. Went to the appt. The service was only 45 minutes. I chose to forego the free loaner car and have a coffee and read some mail. Within a few minute my advisor returned and said my car was ready as soon as they finished airing the tires. He returned and told me that I had a pice of metal in the right front tire (would explain the TPM monitor intermittent on and off. I could have replaced just one run flat tire but chose to replace the 2 front for rife sake. The tires were of course way overpriced, but what can you say, you are at the dealership and they take such good care of my car it was worth it. I was out the door 20 minutes later and the car was washed as well as I would wash it myself (very thorough and clean inside and out). Now I have my eye on the new M235.. Love Chapman, great place I am the last guy on earth that would gush about a car dealership, trust me.

I started out the day with two cars in mind that I was interested in test driving. I visited two different BMW lots as well as another lot for different make of vehicle. The first BMW lot didn't impress me much. The first salesman didn't want to walk around in the heat, and quickly deserted us for the comfort of the building. We had another salesman approach who did a better job of representing his company, but it was just one of those experiences where I didn't feel compelled to stick around and get serious. We decided to make a trip to Chandler and see what they had on the lot. Richard Snieder wasted no time in catching our interest. He offered a couple of test rides in a 328i sedan. Wow, this was a great ride! We didn't quite come to an agreement before leaving the dealership, but it did give me an opportunity to go back and test drive the other car of interest. I realized there was no comparison in the ride, but due to the deal I was offered I was still very interested in the car. This BMW dealership did an outstanding job in providing me with the best of any sales experience I've had. It was a little bumpy along the way, but that's part of shopping for a vehicle. The purchaser wants the best deal on the table, and the seller wants to make a profit. Once it became serious, they were persistent in not allowing me to walk away from a great car. BMW vehicles are truly a class of their own. Being a woman, it was down to two cars and being very indecisive. Both had the power I desired, but in reality the BMW outclassed the other car in every way. Both deals were great so it was really down to the payment. Was I willing to pay extra for the class and a smoother ride? Once we agreed on trade-in, down payment, and interest rate I finally had to commit because they worked so hard and made it all come together. The ride is sssssssssooooooooo classy and comfortable! I so appreciate the efforts Brian Lee and Richard Snieder took to get me into a BMW. I highly recommend this dealership.

I have been in sales for better part of 20 years so I'm always critical of high pressure tactics, and aggressive sales people. In fact I dislike being around sales people so much I took my search to internet and did the entire transaction via email (until the very end when I placed a phone call) and corresponded with their internet sales dept. Philip Mattice at the Chandler, AZ, Chapman BMW was authentic, honest, patient and courteous. I certainly was not the easiest client to work with, and Philip hung in there and over delivered. If you are going to buy a car at Chapman I would hit their website, and when that little pop up window shows up and they ask for you to start chatting, just type in what you are looking for and then ask for Philip Mattice. The guy isn't a slick used car salesman, and if you like a soft spoken, humble and honest sales person, then you hit the jackpot. In the end, I trusted his judgement so much I pretty much bought my car sight unseen, and I was thrilled with the outcome.In addition to Philip, when I got to the dealership, the three people I dealt with were fantastic!

What I big mistake I made in believing that Champan BMW's service department could do a better job than an ordinary glass replacement company when it came to replacing the windshield on my almost brand new 2014 535i. For the privilege of paying a grand total of $1,949.65, I got a dirty car back with scratches and a poorly installed windshield. In their opinion, the job was 99.9% correct. What a joke! If you want to go somewhere you can pay a premium for poor service, not even an apology by the way, then this is the place for you. No wonder they had me pay first before showing me the car.

Previous experiences were wonderful; however, I was a little disappointed with my overall experience on 2014, July 10-12.I inquired about having my wife's car detailed. I received a call back from my normal service representative. He seemed disturbed and stressed. Based on previous experience, I figured this was just an anomaly. I received a phone call from BMW stating that my car needed service. I asked if I could just drop the car off early on Thursday. The receptionist told me to just stop by anytime after 1230.I was able to drop the car off around 230P; however, I was not attended to for 30mins. Finally, I inquired with my service rep. He appeared frustrated. I told him that I just needed to drop the car off. He said that our appt was at 1230 and that he was slammed. I told him that there was a misunderstanding and that the receptionist told me to arrive after 1230. The next day, I picked up the car. The service rep seemed to be okay. I drove the car about 20miles before receiving several errors relating to the DSC Braking system and a cruise control malfunction. I called my service rep and left a voice mail. Finally, I called BMW service on Saturday. I dropped the car off and asked that it be kept under cover the entire time since it was just detailed.On Monday, I was told that these issues occur when the angle sensor is not calibrated or reset after the job. I asked if this was a normal occurrence and why it was not detected after the work was completed. I was told that it just happens after 20miles of driving so it can't be detected during their test-drive.I didn't receive any apologies for any of the inconveniences. Though I will still use Chapman for my vehicle service for the remainder of my service contract; however, I will not be extending my contract.

My brand new 2014 BMW 328i needed to have some body work due to some very discourteous people dinging up my car door panel in a parking lot. My BMW insurance rep, Jason, made everything as painless as it possibly could have been. He was responsive and informative throughout the process of the repair and even had my first service done before my car was returned to me since it was time to have it done anyway. He also had my car detailed just before I picked up car. It was a very nice touch. The work Tony did on my car was absolutely impeccable! I could not have asked for a better repair job from anyone else. There is no indication any work was done on the panel that was fixed because the panel is as smooth as it was the day I bought it! The paint is beautifully tapered where it needs to be so there is no way of knowing anything was ever done to the door. He did a fabulous job! Without even me asking, he was kind enough to touch up the tiny nicks in my hood from highway driving. Really, Chapman BMW has always treated me the way I have ALWAYS wanted to be treated by a business. This kind of service is why I drive 100 miles just for them even when there are closer dealerships. I will always go out of my way for them because they go so far out of their way for me. THANK YOU!

In order to get to the fuel pump they had to remove back seat while doing that the technician broke the rear cup holder and left broken pieces on the floor behind the driver seat Nobody said anything about that and I found that after I got home I felt a little disrespected ...I called the advisor and all he said was "Ok I will pass it on..."I think the customer should be informed about things like that...

I have to say that Chapman BMW in Chandler and John Stanley offered the best vehicle buying experiences I have ever had. The entire staff was happy and friendly and John Stanley was extremely personable and made the experience very calm and relaxed. Everything was no pressure, no hassle and John spent lots of time explaining the "bells and whistles" of the car, inside and out during our test drive. I really felt welcomed into the BMW family by John, Ryan (in finance) and the entire team there. Thanks guys!

I drove down from Las Vegas to buy my first BMW. I was able to get the monthly payment that I wanted, which was great. I was real happy about that. The salesperson was good. It was not a bad experience, but it wasn't amazing. My father suggested that I buy from Chapman BMW, but I did not know that there were two. I went to the wrong one. My only and biggest complaint is the fact that the car that I picked out had scratches all over it, the bumper was damaged, rock chips on the hood. The salesperson did not tell me about the damage, until I walked in and saw the car. I saw pictures online and it appeared to be very clean.... Then told me there is nothing they can do. Of course, If I had a bigger down payment I could get something else, but just the fact that he did not tell me that there was obvious damage really upsets me. I drove 5 hours to get the car, I would not have done it if I knew the car was damaged. I ended up buying the car, with my credit and down payment amount I left with the feeling of I guess that is what I get. WHY DIDN"T HE TELL ME ABOUT THE SCRATCHES!! My estimate to get everything fixed was $2500.00 Never going back.

Was shopping for a new car for my daughter, put down a refundable thousand dollar credit card charge to hold the vehicle. Later my daughter choose another make of car. Despite several texts and calls, the leasing department refused to credit back back my account. Had the credit card company challenge the charge. Was very disappointed, had previously felt BMW dealt with integrity?

When I made the decision to switch from GM products for over 20 years, it was difficult as a native Detroiter. However, the experience I receive from Jeremy Wittig the few times I have been there have made those fears disappear. Not only does Jeremy always take care of my car, but he always has a smile on his face and asks how I am doing. Most customer service experiences are not as inviting. I have called Jeremy to ask about how to use functions on the car and he always knows what to do. I wouldn't hesitate to suggest Chapman to anyone as long as Jeremy is there!Keep up the great service!

I contacted Jeremy and was given priority treatment. He scheduled me right away and arranged for a temporary loner to allow me to follow my schedule without interruption. There was a small delay as the required part was not locally available and had to be shipped long distance. Jeremy updated me and fulfilled his commitment as quickly as possible. Recently purchased a vehicle from Chapman BMW. I bought a car from them several years ago and I'm glad to say the service has not changed -- still excellent! I inquired about the car through the internet. Ryan Dorfman responded to my inquiry within minutes. We discussed the vehicle and even talked about "real" prices within minutes. I never like trading in a car because you know what you are going to get, but since you know it makes it a little more palatable. That said, I do think the offer was fair. I also think the sale price of the car was fair. Ryan was a terrific salesperson. Easy to deal with and quick responses to all of my questions -- and we negotiated over a week before I actually went to look at the car. Giuseppe in finance was great as well. He was very helpful and did all the paperwork very quicklya real pro. My wife was with me when we did the final paperwork and she said everyone really treated us like family. I know it sounds cliche, but it is the truth. Needless to say, we were quite impressed all around!

After a replacement drivers side door pull that I had purchased at Chapman began to peel, I took my 2002 M3 Cabrio in to see David Pense to take a look. Since I was within the 1-year parts warranty, Dave readily agreed to replace the part at no charge. When the replacement part came in, I was able to schedule the service at my convenience and even received a free loaner car while the work was done. The replacement was done in a few hours and the door pull looks like new. Thanks, Dave and to the Chapman service technicians who do such good work.

The salesperson was nice but not familiar with the X1 we purchased. She precluded us from asking the right questions because of her lack of knowledge. Service was even worse. We had a four issues the most important being the accuracy of the speedometer. All items were blown off. We were told that the speedometer has a plus or minus range of 20%(10%+ or -). We said this was unacceptable. They offered us a letter from BMW stating this so we could present it to any cop who stopped us. Not very realistic. I see Chapman's ads about their dealership and could not keep still any longer.

This was not quite an impulse buy, but close to it. I had decided I needed to treat myself to a special, quality vehicle. The personel at Chapman made the process of shopping and buying a seamless one. Matt Tyler is my salesman and I couldn't have asked for anyone better. He was completely attentive to my needs and wants and found the car that fit all my wants, and then some! The actual purchase was so easy. He said, I can get your car serviced and cleaned in that time."As a "waiter," I stroll the showroom to say "Hi" to some of the crew, and Bob Arvizu welcomes me into his office, where he gives me an unselfish hour of his time. During which, Giuseppe, and Randy are gracious, as well.Stacey came looking for me and found me as I was walking out of Bob's office. He had got the job done in an hour, saying, "Your car is being cleaned now." After having some truly horrible experiences at other Chapman dealerships, I was very apprehensive about doing business with Champan BMW. However, from the first contact with Henry, the sales experience at Chapman BMW was far and away the best I've ever been a part of. Henry knows all of the cars inside and out, and in the rare instance he can't answer a question, he quickly gets the right answer for you. Since our first purchase last October, we have now purchased two vehicles from Chapman BMW and are actively working on third. When I want to buy a new or used car from now on, Henry will be the first person I contact.The only reason I gave a 4 for Overall Experience is that the response from the higher-ups and finance department can sometimes be agonizingly slow! This is out of the Sales Advisor's hands, however.

I came in for an oil change. They not only changed the oil but flushed the break system, changed wiper blades, inspected the entire car, and the washed it. The wait was about an hour. The wait area was clean, comfortable, unlimited coffee, and two Tvs. I love this dealership!

When I visited the Chandler BMW service center every one went out of their way to be helpful. My 88 year old mother was with me and the sales people treated her very kind and courteous. A salesperson offered her a cup of tea and even made it for her while she waited. I also found the showroom as well as the ladies room to be very clean. I am extremely disappointed with Chapman BMW and BMW in general. I bought this factory certified 2008 550i in 2010 with 36K miles. I bought the extended warranty for 3 additional years and up to 100K miles. I now have 66K miles. The car has been using more and more oil over the past 2 years. I alerted my service consultant (Jennifer) several times about the oil usage. I was assured this is normal (about 1 QRT every 3000-4000 miles) even thought it didn't use any the first year I had it. Now I'm adding a QRT about every 2000 miles. Again, I was assured this is normal. I've been around cars a long time and this is not normal. I finally confronted them and had them check it out. The engine needs to be rebuilt for around $8100. The best part is I thought I was still under warranty. I am no longer under warranty!! I talked to the service mgr Garret and then the Chapman BMW manager Randy. Neither was willing to do the right thing and fix it. I am a business owner and I completely understand warranties and working with the public. I always choose to do what's right, not what's under warranty. I never want a customer to be extremely unhappy with us if there is a good reason. I expected Chapman BMW and BMW in general to do the right thing but they have decided not to. It is their decision. My decision is to let other people know how I was treated so you can avoid this yourself. I will never bring my car back to Chapman BMW and I will unfortunately never buy a BMW again. It's a sad day to say the least!!

Kris Mason was waiting for me when I arrived for my 7:00am appointment for annual service. I spent literally 2 minutes getting out of the car and getting a cup of coffee. By the time my coffee was in need of a refill my car was done. Unbelievable service!! I had also purchased an iPhone adapter but it turned out to be the incorrect version. Kris checked into the correct part and it will not be available until Feb 1. He pre-ordered it for me. Next stop they will put it in. Great bunch of folks at Chapmans!!!!

Dealership is awesome. Lots of option and good inventory but horrible customer service and service department. I bought a one year old Lexus that was horribly cleaned despite my two repeated visits. Car remained dirty and polish left all over the curves, on rubber by door sills and bumpers. Windows remained dirty. On my complaint never got a call back from used car manager despite my email and VM I left. I can't recommend the dealership to my friends but I will still come due to good dealer inventory and good competitive prices. Kenny the sales advisor maintained good professional attitude and helped in buying the car.

My goal has always been to own a BMW, and I'm very proud to say that I now own a 530I. For my birthday on Saturday the 23rd of November, my wonderful husband ordered parts from your parts dept.3 weeks earlier and paid in advance to have them ready for my birthday at 9am to be installed. We pulled up in your service dept. and waited for someone to help us, well that didn't happened so we had to find someone, we spoke to a young man that stated that he would get his supervisor or manager, not sure which but a few min later a gentleman named Mark, they called him Mark O, came out and my husband told him that he bought the parts from the parts dept. and prepaid to have them installed today at 9am. He was very frustrated with my husband stating how will the installer get paid? well we didn't know, we paid in advance. he then walked away stating that he would have to contact the person in the parts dept. and took our receipt with him. We paid an estimated cost of $208.00, for 2hours of labor which only took 20 min. Mark came back once again upset and frustrated explaining that he couldn't reach the person in the parts dept. and would just have to do it, I guess it was just our lucky day. We explain to him that my service engine light came on while we were driving over there and Mark just dismissed it by saying that he didn't have time today and we would have to come back another day. Not sorry but I would be glad to make you an appointment for another day.The whole experience was very disappointing, I thought by purchasing a BMW that would put me in an elite group, I still love my BMW and I'm now looking at the 7 series as a new goal, but I will definitely be looking into a different dealership for future needs.Tammy Evorytaevoryatgmail.com

Kenneth, was awesome from start to finish! Ken, explained my contract to me in great detail, explained the BMW select program, and obtained me the best monthly payment/interest rate. I was very impressed with his knowledge of finance and his sales experience. Ken, did not hassel me, nor did we have to go back and forth to close the deal. Two years ago, I acquired my very first BMW. Jimmy Giese helped me get into a 2011 base model 328i sedan. Although this car did have navigation, there were really no other optional features that I find desirable. Still though, Jimmy made a great impression and got me the monthly payment I was looking for.After I saw that the new 4 series had been released, I wanted to take a look at them. I set up an appointment with Jimmy and he helped discover the new car. We took one (Estoril blue, M Sport) for a test drive, and quite frankly I fell in love with it. Several hours later, I called Jimmy back and told him I wanted to purchase it. Unknown to him at that time, the car had already sold. Never-the-less, a few days later, Jimmy found a near duplicate of the same model and had it delivered to the dealership. So, I am now the proud owner of a brand new Estoril Blue 428i M Sport. All I have to say is that Jimmy Giese is amazing to work with! He very much personalizes the whole experience and truly understands his customers. Really, the whole dealership is great. From the moment you walk in you're greeted in the front by an attentive receptionist, and everyone else seems to be professional and courteous.The icing on the cake is Megan Varon. She makes the "paper-work" part of the transaction so amazingly seamless and pleasant.I'm really thinking this is my keeper car, but if I do change my mind in the future, I know there's no other place to purchase a BMW or have service performed on one, and that's Chapman.

We just purchased our 2nd BMW from our awesome sales agent JJ Garcia at Chapman BMW and couldn't be happier. JJ has always been responsive and courteous, even when harassing him by email for the umpteenth status update on our custom order. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle! Even though this is a bit of a drive from Tucson, their service is so far above and beyond the Tucson BMW dealer's, I will probably even start coming up to Chapman BMW for any service needs as well. I don't know that anyone generally looks forward to buying a new car anymore than they look forward to a dentist appointment, but their fair and honest dealings have made both our purchases enjoyable experiences.

First and foremost JJ Garcia provided excellent customer service. He did not assume anything but very patiently described the product. He went out of his way to show us several models and colors as well as offering to bring another vehicle in so we could compare interiors. The price negotiation was hassle free unlike some dealerships we only dealt with JJ. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and valued. Bottom line, great experience.

They are a very professional and friendly service center. They always kept in communication and gave me options as well as the reasons for the services they reccomended. In short, I liked that they had great communication and kept me informed. They were also true to the estimates given and not changing the amounts of the service for this or that reason. I also really appreciated the speed at which they handled my repairs. The fact that I could drop my car, get a service loaner and be out of there and on my way to work in under 30 minutes made the trip out of my way to come to them, very worth it. I live in Gilbert so driving out there is not exactly convienient. Chapman BMW made both of my experiences with the service department very worth my time! Thank you guys!!

Ive had such a great experience from the time I called the dealership and worked with Kenneth Smith in purchasing the vehicle, to Ryan Dorfman who patiently showed me how to operate the vehicle, to service and working with Michael Reeves. Each individual has been exceptionally professional, yet very customer friendly. Just yesterday I needed a small repair, I dropped off the vehicle, was given a loaner, in a few hours the vehicle was ready, looking perfect! Mike is extremely through and even took care of a replacing an idem missing that I didnt notice! I will refer family, friends, and associates to Chapman Chandler anytime! Thanks Chapman Chandler! Bruce Koklickey of Chapman BMW of Chandler was awesome!!! He has been working with me on my 3rd bmw purchase from chapman for about 2 months now. He knew I was stubborn and wanted to lower my interest rate and payment if I purchased a new bmw. He DID!!! Not only did he do everything he said he was going to but he just went above and beyond!!! I am so happy with Bruce and all he did for me on my purchase! He was professional, polite, too the point and made it happen!! I strongly recommend him if you are in the market for a new or pre-owned BMW. He is not a typical salesman just trying to sell a car, he goes above and beyond too make sure you are getting the deal you WANT! Then when I got into finance(mind you it was late around 11pm, since I couldnt make up my mind) Megan my finance lady was AWESOME!! She made it so easy to buy gap(guaranteed auto protection) and even helped my payment go down more!! I cant thank Bruce and Megan anymore! You guys are awesome! Not only will I be coming back for service but in a year when I'm ready to buy another car, I know where I will be going!!!! Completely Satisfied Customer :)

Jeremy Wittig is one of the best service advisors I have ever worked with. He is knowledgeable, friendly and very attentive. I don't get anxiety over bringing my 535i in for service. I get honest advice and he tries to get me the best price every time. Buying my car from Tim Smith was actually a pleasant experience and I am a BMW driver for life because of these 2 gentleman!

I went to dealer on Saturday and spent 4 hours to find the right car. After all they asked how much money I like to pay in each month. I told them $500 and the salesman told me with this money it is better to to Honda or Hyundai. I walked out and went to other BMW dealer and got the car without any dicution The sellers on CAMPAN BMW Chandler have a really bad attitude. I would never try them.

Very happy with Chapman BMW. We bought a used Lexus two weeks ago. Great car, super customer service and great price. We had trouble with the car today. They promptly sent two employees over, jump started the car and took it back for service. They replaced the battery and brought the car back to us at home. Wow! We are impressed and very pleased. One of the cars I own is a 2008 750i CPO car with 43,000 miles. The car is in very nice condition and I take pride in keeping the car looking nice. I am a 50 year old business executive and car enthusiast who takes special care of cars. On Tuesday of this week, I dropped off my car at Chandler BMW for service on a few items that needed to be addressed. The service advisor Kris Mason welcomed me upon arriving at the dealership. I did not know Kris since I did not buy the car at Chandler BMW but he assisted me in a professional manner. I was given a loaner car to drive for a day while they worked on my vehicle. The loaner car was brought up for me by a young man (did not catch his name) and I walked around the car looking for any dents or dings in the paint or bumpers. The car only had 9300 miles, so it was in good condition and we did not find anything visible on the car. The next day I returned the car and as I was paying my service deductible Kris tells me they found a scratch in the rear rim of the loaner car. I was surprised by this as I hardly drove the car and I am very careful when it comes to parking and caring for vehicles. He told me I would have to pay $75.00 for the repair of the rim. I told him, I was certain I did not do the damage and preceded to show him the reasons why I thought I could not have done the damage. I pointed out to him that the tire showed ZERO signs of abrasion and that the tire stuck out a good 1/2" past the damaged rim. There was no markings and even the scratched area of the rim had no excess debris or metal shavings that would be there had I just scrapped a curb. The car had obviously been washed once or maybe several times since the damage had been done (and I did not wash the car). I was very upset, but Kris insisted that since the rim was not marked as damage on the loaner paperwork, that it must have been done by me. I asked to speak to a manager which he kindly dispatched. I do not remember the managers name, but he came over and proceeded to view the damage and I told him the same thing I told Kris, that if I had done the damage to the wheel, there would be scuffs and damage to the tire as well. After explaining this, he told me he had never seen damage or scuffs to a tire when a rim was scratched...WHAT? (I have been around cars and driving them for almost 40 years, and I know when you scrap a curb, the tire shows scraps, cement dust and metal flakes) non of these were evident on this rim. It was clear to me the manager was NOT looking to resolve the problem in a fair manner, rather he wanted to collect the $75.00. I proceeded to tell him I am a cautious driver and would know if I had done this damage, and if so I would pay for it, but i did not feel I was the responsible party who did the damage. He told me I was "not a reasonable person" and that I was responsible. I was taken back by his comment and was very upset and left the dealership. After this treatment by BMW to a loyal customer and with so many other luxury car choices even I will be very mindful of my next purchase and the brand I buy.

I had a wonderful experience. We arrived late on a Sunday... I was just looking with my daughter and son-in-law; hadn't even brought my own car along! I had pretty much decided before I arrived that I wanted a used X5 diesel... and to make a long story short, I left with a brand new one! Alexander was wonderful and didn't seem to mind at all that it was a couple of hours past closing and we were sitting in the parking lot going over all the things I needed to know about my new car. It was a no pressure sale... what can I say! I'll be a BMW owner forever now.

Well I finally got my plates and title for the '06 Crossfire. I made Chapman BMW an offer on my car for a certain amount out the door, cash. Meaning the price of the car, taxes, title charges, and the cost of licensing it. I was thinking I would have it licensed for 12 months, Surprise, Surprise, I received my plate and title and discovered it is only licensed for 6 months. It surprised me because I didn't know you could do such a thing. I did not know the state of Arizona would let you license a vehicle 6 months at a time. Apparently Chapman knows, it let them put a couple more hundred in their pocket.

Pros: I purchase an '06 Crossfire on 01/21/13, saw it online, gave an offer online and they accepted it. Went there to view the vehicle and it was beautiful, looked like new with less than 24k miles. Paid for it with cash and drove it home. The internet salesman was nice enough to drive my other vehicle 50 miles to my home and had someone pick him up. A very nice experience, have never be treated so nice at a car purchase. The same salesman called me the next day to thank me and then followed up a few days later with another thanks. Cons: Beware when you buy a vehicle AS-IS!! I have owned the vehicle a little over 2 weeks and have only drove it a couple of times. Every time I pulled it out of the garage I noticed an oil leak. It got to the point the oil spot was getting very large in size. I took it to a Chrysler dealer and found out that the rear main bearing seal was leaking. The cost to replace is over $500.00. I feel that if they had this car up on the rack, they would have noticed the leak that was pretty obvious. Another thing is if you buy there and think you will have your title and plates in a week or two, think different. I called the salesman 3 times wondering when will I get my title, after 2-1/2 weeks he calls and leave a message that I should receive it in the next 30 days. I feel they must be short handed in the title department or they farm it out to a third party . When a car is purchased with cash, no lien from a lender, I think I should have my title within a week. I base this on a new Malibu I purchased with cash in Oct. from Power Chevy and had my title & plates in about a week.

My wife and I were looking for a specific used vehicle. One that we wanted to look at happened to be listed online at the Chapman BMW of Chandler. We already knew what we wanted to spend, which was under the asking price for this vehicle. We called ahead to verify that the vehicle was still available. When we arrived, the vehicle had been pulled up front for us. We met the salesman, who showed us the vehicle. We looked it over, approved that it was in fine condition, but admitted to the salesman that it may be out of our price point. We explained that we would buy it if he was able to lower the price to meet our budget. In this case, he did just that, without the hassle, the tactics, or any type of haggling. We took it for a test drive and bought the vehicle within an hour start to finish. This was a no stress, easy process and we ended up with the vehicle that we wanted at the price we wanted. My wife and I had previously experienced at other dealership salesmen that were all about the "game" and lengthy process which made buying a vehicle no fun at all. At Chapman BMW, we were treated fairly and with respect. The overall process was easy and quick, which made car buying actually an enjoyable experience.

This 2013 528i Sedan that I picked yesterday has so many new features compared to the 2010 car I had previously that I am excited to drive this new car. WOW! The people mentioned above are all outstanding because they are knowledgeable, professional, as well as using a no nonsense approach to finding me a vehicle. The tutorial I received after the purchase that Richard did was amazing because he showed me everything I needed to know about the new features. I did some of the initial contact with them by email. Bob Arvizu answered all my questions promptly.I feel like I got a great deal on a great car and met some great people.

Pros: Everything! The experience was excellent. Ryan brought the 2013 Mazda CX5 to my side of town far W side, no problems. He allowed me to test drive w/ a full tank of gas (not like some dealers with only a nickle worth of gas). He was very pleasant and knew quite a bit about the vehicle, even though he is a BMW salesman. He took pics of my trade, did not haggle at all. SERVICE, SERVICE, SERVICE! Brian worked the backend and gave me what I wanted for my trade. Deal was accepted and they sent the information to my Credit Union and answered all of my questions. Also....I never stepped foot into the dealership. If I added up the time spent on the transaction, probably no more than 1 hr and 30mins tops. Great deal and great service. Ryan even came back for me to sign the extra paperwork needed for the sale for the dealership (all necessary, no underhanded stuff, either). Car is great, service was great and Ryan even stated the dealership would give my CX5 a clean up/wash job if I am ever over in the Chandler area (which will not be too soon, but that's okay!) Thanks Ryan and Brian! Cons: So far none!

I decided to purchase a car last weekend (07/22/2012) and after a search online, found a car I was interested in at Chapman BMW. I waited to write this review so that the "New Car Glow" would not influence my review. I first called Chapman BMW and was forwarded to my salesman, Ciaran (pronounced Keeran). Ciaran did something that a lot of car salesman do not do, he listened to me. He did not try and push me into the car he wanted to sell me but instead listened to what I wanted. I told Ciaran that I was without a car for the day so would have to do all of the negotiations over the phone. He replied that there was no problem with that and then we started negotiating. In the end, he offered me a really good deal. My trade in was in the shop however and I would not have access to it until Monday morning. Ciaran offered to drive down to Casa Grande where I live and pick it up so I would not have to drive it all the way back up to Chandler. I mean, who does that nowadays? I was able to pick up the car that night after my wife got home. When I arrived at the dealership, there were a few things that I noticed. First, the building is HUGE. The second, none of the used cars had any blemishes. They were all immaculate. When I finally got to see my new car I noticed that it had options on it that were not listed in the ad. It went from being a nice looking but sparsely optioned car to fully loaded in seconds. Keep in mind that I thought I had a good price for a sparsely optioned car. Now, I have a GREAT price on a fully loaded car. My wife and I signed all of the paperwork and Ciaran handed me the keys to my new car. By the way, the paperwork was easy. The finance department explained everything to my wife and I and answered any questions we had. She also was not pushy and LISTENED to me. Notice a trend here? Ciaran then introduced me to the sales manager that worked on my deal and got me the killer payment that I was looking for. His name was Jim Misner. Thank you Jim for the awesome deal. To cap this all off, my wife's birthday was a couple of days after I bought the car. Ciaran called my wife to wish her a Happy Birthday. This is a first rate and classy dealership with classy staff that will listen to you and work with you. Would I buy a car from them again? A most definite "Yes". Would I recommend them to someone I know? I already have. Good job Chapman BMW.

My reason for giving this rateing is that upon arriving at this dealership nobody and I do mean absolutely nobody came out to greet or offer help to me. We had to walk around and find someone to help us find help while service reps were sitting and looking at us out the window. But they refused to get up and come out and help. We were shown to Matt traders office and he decided, well maybe I will help. Told him of a few problems we were having with the car and he decided that none of these problems needed any attention , so we left. This was on a wednesday at the end of the month. After arriving home my wife and I discussed the situation and decided we still wanted these problems fixed,I mean after all the car was still under warranty until the end of the month . We explained all this to Matt and he assured us don't worry your car is still covered under extended warranty. We took our car back on Friday which was the (30th) day of the month and last day of the manufactors warranty, and again nobody and I do mean nobody would come out and help us, they even help people who were behind us and would not even talk to us. After helping about six people who arrived after us, then and only then did they offer us no real help. It was then explain to us that at BMW when a warranty runs out on the thirthyth (30) day of the month, it really means the (29th) day at midnite so the (30th) day is not really covered, leaving your BMW warranty one day short of the five year warranty. Have you ever heard of anything as absurd as this.Five years means five years by any calender. Except at BMW. When this was explained to the area rep who just happen to be there, he took one look at us and it was an emphatic and absolute NO we will not help you in any way and we left with no help at all. Let it be known that we talk to a salesman a week before named Tim Smith who would be a great salesmen anywhere else . Let me also tell you that we took our car to north Scottdale BMW and the service was absolutely day and night. We were greeted by more than one person and they fixed our car and found and fixed things we never mentioned. What a difference a dealership makes. We now pass by chapman BMW, about eight miles from our house, and drive about forty miles to Scottsdale BMW and it is worth the drive.

I have met with David Pence several times for service work performed on my BMW X5. He has remembered who I am each time, and delivers excellent customer service each time I have visited. He goes over each item that needs to be repaired on my vehicle, and he calls me back with any suggestions. However, he is never pushy in attempting to get me to commit to additional work. And, each time he has given me his honest opinion on what needs to be done now, and what can possibly wait until my next visit. Even though my car has been in to be serviced several times, he has never tried to sick a salesman on me. This has been tried several times at other dealers, and I can't stand it! Infact, I had to go to David and ask who he suggested to work with for buying a new car. He just brings excellent customer service each time I come in, and I couldn't ask for a more professional service writer. Thank you! I highly recommend bringing in your BMW to be serviced at Chapman!

My husband, Doug, and I purchased our 2nd vehicle from you on January 2nd. I wanted you to know how pleased I am with this purchase.I loved my X-3, and really thought at first I should have just bought a new X-3, or X-5, but having used and driven the Sports Wagon for several weeks,I am really thrilled I chose the wagon. It is so much easier for me to get in and out of, and to load the back. With the X-3, I was just a little too short to slideout of the car efficiently, and each time I exited, I would get road grit and dirt from below the door on the back of my pant legs. With the wagon, this does nothappen. I like everything about the car, and it is a pleasure to drive and use.We really loved the first car we bought from you in 2004, which was an Imola red 335 i, sedan, with performance package, etc. That was a wonderful car, that we both really miss. I said many years ago, that I would never, ever own a wagon or a minivan again in my life, but the Beemer wagon has changed my mind. I am very surprised it is not more popular in the U. S. People don't know what they are missing. I love it!

We went looking for a lightly used 3-series a year ago. We got a great car at a great price and would do it all over again. Jeff was great and followed up (we had to return for new floor mats). Car has been awesome, we love it. We don't go to Chapman for service, we are on the other side of town near another BMW dealership, so I can't comment either way on service.

Our experience with Chapman BMW was a pleasant one. We were on the lot twice. Once in March when we were initially approached by Tim Smith and again in June when we bought our 528i. He was very pleasant, friendly and knew his product. Tim made sure to keep in touch with us whenever a car came in that fit our requirements. We would definitely recommend this dealership and actually already have. Thanks for a wonderful experience. FYI we are first time BMW owners and had previous unpleasant experiences with Desert BMW(AutoNation)here in Las Vegas. Again we want to express how happy we are with the service and expertise we received from Tim. He is definitely a "keeper".

The cost of repairs at this BMW service center is outrageous in my opinion. (This is probably true for any BMW service center, but my experience is here) A part that can be purchased for $70 will cost you $300 at this dealership and this is not including any labor charges. If you do go here... check your options with other shops and let them know what you were able to find. They may negotiate. (they did negotiate with me once, but I still way overpaid for the service and know that now.)Another example... I needed a new emblem for the hood of my car. I was told that the installation was "difficult" by the service manager and that it would be about $80 for the installation. I paid about $30 for the plastic (yes it's plastic.. it only looks like metal) piece and within about 2 minutes, my dad was able to carefully pry off the old piece and click in the new. Really? They wanted to CHARGE ME FOR THAT!!?? So much for good old customer service.

This is a very snobbish dealership and Chapman has no sense of customer service whatsoever. BMW enthusiasts stay away if you value good service. I had taken my vehicle in several times for warranty issues, they could not pinpoint the issue until 3 days after warranty expired. Then, the dealership would not honor or fix the issue. Garret O'Dell Service Sales Mgr, did not even return my call when I elevated to him.

Don King was great to work with. My only complaint that I have is is that when you walk in there are way to many people waiting to help you and sale you a car. I know their salary relies on it but maybe give the customers a little "breathing room."

I bought a used car from Chapman as is, and there were no follow ups after the sale. Beware if buying "as is" with them- ended up doing $1,000+ work on the first week of owning my car. I felt like just b/c I didn't buy a BMW, I wasn't worth their customer service. I didn't even get a call to get the 2nd set of keys that was promised- I had to track down the person that handled the keys and of course there was no 2nd set of keys. Manager kept saying he'll have my salesman call me back, but NO phone calls. I would never go back to this place.

However, we never been to Chapman BMW nor have we ever met Bruce Kotlicky before either. He is not your typical sale man who is working for commission. Overall, the dealership is nice. I liked working with the Internet Manager, Ryan Dorfman. Unfortunately, because I had gone in for a test drive in which the total time spent at the dealership was maybe 30 minutes, I was also required to work with Bits Fajardo, who had taken me on the test drive. Ryan spent a lot more time negotiating with me and convincing me that Chapman was the right dealership to go with for my 5 series. I did not like working with 2 people. I ended up repeating myself multiple times on items that had been communicated with Ryan because Bits apparently gets half the commission since he took me on the test drive and needed to be involved. This was very frustrating. I understand the team concept but that shouldn't impact the customer. Also, I didn't like that the online tracking wasn't accurate. It showed my car was available "At Your BMW Center" and it actually wasn't until almost a week later.

i've been to a lot of auto delearships in my lifetime and it is fair to say most of them have friendly and helpful staff but none of the service compare to the experience i had at Chapman BMW in Chandler.My expectations were exceeded beyond belief by Karl Muik.As soon as we got out of the car, he approached us with a smile,greeted us and shook our hands.I was at ease and comfortable right from the beginning because of his warm demeanor.He answered all of our questions and even went out of his way to educate us on other concerns. He was very cordial and professional and never pushy like a lot of other salesmen. After he presented me with my financial options,he actually left momentarily just to give me some time to think and make a decision. He spent a lot of time with me to compare and pick different customizations on the car i wanted. That i thought was selfless and generous. Even as the car was being built he kept in touch to give me regular updates as well as when to pick it up. Karl's laid - back demeanor and integrity is unparalled and if BMW employs a lot of people like him i can assure you your sales will jump through the roof. This experience was stress-free and extremely fun it was unbelievable. I'll do it again in a blink, hopefully, through Karl Muik. I have to mention i normally wouldn't fill out surveys but i wanted to complete this to give a feedback on the remarkable job expedited by Mr Muik. Thank him for me again and again.

3 years ago when I custom ordered my 335i Coupe, I would have rated this dealership with all 5's, however now I believe that the dealership has taken a turn for the worse. Over the last two months that I visited the dealership and inquired about purchasing a new E90 M3 from them I was given the cold shoulder time and time again even though I had purchased 2 vehicles from them in the past. I was told that I was not allowed to take an M3 for a test drive several times as their excuse was that customers who buy them don't like a lot of miles on the car so that the ones they had were off limits for a test drive. I'm very curious as to how they believe the can sell a car without offering a test drive of it first....Since the wouldn't allow test drives a new M3 I then inquired about taking one of the used ones on the lot for test drive and was told yet again that was a no go because all of them had deals in place and that they could not be driven. The sales person at that time offered to take my information and give me call when they got an M3 in stock that I could drive and two months later I still have yet to receive a phone call from that sales person. I guess he didn't really want the sale after all. Each time I walked out of the dealership with a feeling that they didn't want my business again and just figured they would get the sale from the next individual that walked through those doors. In the end I ended up going across the street and taking a look at the Audi S4s and was treated with the utmost respect and ended up purchasing a brand new S4 today.I'm a big fan of BMW but Chapman BMW has lost me as a customer for good. When it comes time to look into purchasing another vehicle it will likely be another Audi but should it happen to be a BMW I will now take my business else where and will likely end up buying from either BMW of North Scottsdale or going out of state for my purchase.P.S. I will say that the service department at Chapman is a pleasure to work with but their sales department really needs to go back and take some basic customer service classes and drop the elitist attitude.

I was turning in a leased vehicle and was told by another BMW dealership they couldn't help me with a new vehicle due to my credit score. When I called Sandy Orenstein to discuss turning in my current leased vehicle she asked what I would be replacing it with and I indicated I would love another BMW but was told I wouldn't qualify. She indicated that Chapman had several programs that may be of interest and encouraged me to speak with a salesperson when I brought the car back. Jeff Orenstein really went to bat for me with finance and showed that even though my credit score had dropped, I am a loyal BMW customer (this is my 4th consecutive BMW) and I have always made my BMW payments on time. Jeff found the exact car I specified I wanted and came in at the payment I had required. He set up my bluetooth and satellite radio for me and was all around a joy to work with. Megan in finance was there very late to finish my paperwork and was extremely pleasant.In sum, I had an extremely easy, professional and pleasant experience at Chapman and will be a long time customer. This is our 3rd BMW but our first time at Chapman BMW. Our experience up to this point had been very good. There is no pressure at BMW and none of that " let me go talk to my manager" stuff. My husband and I were pretty sure going into Chapman we would have another very good experience but we didn't. We had a GREAT experience ( never thought the day would come when I would say that about buying a car). As usual, no pressure but JJ Garcia made us feel very comforatble, explained everything so we understood all our options and made the whole experience smooth like butta!We then went to see Megan in finance, again no pressure just explainations and very smooth and quick! After we checked Audi dealership in Chandler, we feel disappointed. When we drove cross the street end at Chapman, it likes day and night comparing to Audi's. We had very good impression for Chapman VW at Scottsdale 5 years ago. It is still the same as before here at Chapman BMW, salesmen are professional, honest. Karl spent a lot of time with us, explained everything in detail and accurately. Later we tested drive a X3 and learnt what was the car capible of. Both my wife and me were impressed and decided we would not look further on other dealerships. Karl made a few phone calls when we went back home about the driving expericences and prepared for our next visit. 3/26/2011, a week after our first test drive, we came over again and made the purchase of a beutiful blue colored X3. We are very happy with it and the overall expericence of the Chapman BMW dealership.We have started to recommend Chapman and Karl to our friends.

Bruce was a very good, professional, and understanding salesman. Immediately upon arriving at Chapman BMW, he made me and my parents comfortable to be there. This was particuarly in stark contrast from my experience, just moments earlier, at another dealership just done the street from Chapman BMW. At that dealership, my parents and I waited over 15 minutes until someone asked if we needed any assistance, and even then, they stated that someone would be with us shortly. Yet, nobody came to help us. Upon the second or third "offering" of help, I told my parents - audibly enough for that dealership's salespeople - that we would be leaving since apparently that place did not want our business.Our experience at Chapman BMW was completely different. Bruce welcomed us to the store the moment we exited our vehicle, and he introduced himself to us. He was friendly and informative and provided us with great answers to our questions. His assistant (whose name escapes me at the moment) that day (3/12) was great and very friendly as well. Needless to say, the customer service and attention to detail was light and day difference.Although Bruce focused on the specific makes that I had asked about, his inquiry into either mine or my peers' interests as to a preowned Jaguar was a good move by Bruce. In fact, I was interested in the Jaguar after he showed it to me. After that, Bruce simply made me comfortable in eventually coming to a deal that I liked and felt was reasonable on both sides. I would say that Bruce was relentless, and I don't mean that in the negative sense of the word - I meant that as him trying to work with me and my expectations in order to arrive at a deal that I was comfortable with and that the dealership would be satisfied with. Again, after arriving at our deal, everyone else at Chapman BMW, to the financing people (Giuseppe, and then Megan when I came back the next day) were all friendly, patient, and willing to walk through things and/or explain each part of the contract that I had questions about. My entire experience at Chapman BMW was superb. Bruce and everyone at Chapman BMW made my experience of buying my own car for the very first time a very seemless and enjoyable one. Not once did I feel pressured to do something I didn't want to do, and not once did I feel like I was having the wool pulled over my eyes. Bruce and others were honest, sincere, genuine, patient, and were able to address my concerns. I think you all should continue providing customer service this way as long as you run your business. It was light and day comparison to the other dealership I referenced earlier. Keep it up and thank you for helping me make an easy choice!

Tibbs and Jennifer were very friendly and courteous to work with. After not being able to come to a good price with Tibbs I was at home working on the computer and contacted the same dealership through the dealership where I got a price cheaper and more trade in than with Tibbs. Car sold but Jennifer with here ambitious nature found us the right car and was delightful to work with. Yes I would recommend this dealership and Jennifer to anyone. I give Jennifer a 10 rating!! I never thought that I would own a BMW. I have been looking for over a month to find a car that I felt would be worth spending money on to replace my 2002 Nissan Maxima. I am a thrifty person and purchase my cars with cash. Therefore, I am picky and reserved when it comes to automobiles. I like sporty cars but am turning 44 this year and am a real esate partner at a large firm in Phoenix and therefore felt that I needed to purchase a more "grown up" car, but everything looked so borring. I looked at VW, Infinity, and Lexus, but nothing looked good to me. Earlier this week I thought that I was going to purchase an ISF from Lexus, but when I test drove the IS 350 FSport, I was not impressed. I felt like giving up. My wife suggested that I test drive a BMW because I like the way the cars look. I had avoided BMW because I didn't want to spend the extra money I thought I would need to spend to own a BMW. When I met with JJ Garcia, he took the time to get to know me and understand what I was looking for. He showed me many cars from the vast invitory onsite at Chapman BMW. I was able to touch and feel the cars rather than just look at them on the computer. It made a big difference. However, it was the test drive that sold the car. The 335i drove like a heavy car (wheels tight to the rode and suspension absorbing bumps) with great acceleration and turning, like a light car.The negotiation was the best part. I explained to JJ what I wanted to spend and that I was going to send out emails to many BMW dealers for a specified price, using Edmuns, and JJ was able to accept my offer. The rest of the time was spent visiting about the car and JJ showing me how to use the many options assessories.I can't say enough good about my experience at Chapman BMW. I am not only a new BMW owner, I am a BMW client and look forward to returning to the dealership to see my friend JJ Garcia.Thanks for making my car buying experience so enjoyable.John D. Bethea

I found Bruce to be extremely helpful throughout the entire process and he made me feel very comfortable from the begining through drive out. This has never been my experience anywhere else. Bruce was very knowledgeable and supportive in helping me meet my requirements and providing information pertinent to my objectives. From the pleasant greeting, through negotiations and check out of the vehicle Bruce was supportive, never overbearing, and open. Of all the cars I have purchased though my life, my experience with Bruce, Chapman, and BMW has proven to be the best yet. The price was fair in my opinion and I am satisfied with the purchase, but it could always be a little less expensive. My experience with Bruce will bring me back.

We have been using Chapman BMW for servicing our vehicle, so it was our first stop when we decided to buy a CPO 5 Series. First reaction - STICKER SHOCK. The funny thing is that they were able to justify the price even though they have full access to the inventory at other AZ BMW dealers. Heck, their inventory isnt all that great either. When I seemed disinterested, they dropped the price by 4K. Still it was not a good buy and priced about 3K higher. They seem to think that the customers dont do their homework before purchasing a vehicle. I bought a great vehicle for 7K less at another dealer. No wonder their inventory doesnt move. I will still use Chapman for service. Matt K has taken good care of us.

In September of 2010, I purchased a used 328i sedan from Tim Smith, sight unseen. He was willing to accommodate my needs in making the deal over the phone and internet, and the purchase was made successfully, with Tim delivering my car, and me not setting foot in the dealership. Soon after that purchase, I realized that I missed having a BMW SAV - which I had traded in on a dodge pick-up truck. I gave myself three months to see how having a truck and a small sedan worked for me. Long story short, I made another internet inquiry on Sunday morning, and Tim set me up to see David on my way home to Tucson from Scottsdale- I wanted to see the X5 diesel which now sits in my garage. David was great in taking me for a test drive, and we both knew before leaving the lot that the X5 was a good fit. Time was tight as I only had an hour, and the on duty sales manager was not familiar with the way Tim and I had done business in the past. I walked out of the dealership not knowing if I would get the car or not; I understand that placing a value on my trade-ins was difficult with out seeing them, and within my time crunch. I immediately brought Tim into the loop and he took it from there, we got the trade-ins evaluated, paperwork was taken care of over the phone, and 2 days after first seeing the car, TIm delivered it to my home in Tucson, with David's help- two vehicles had to get back to the dealership. I will not buy a vehicle any other way in the future if I can help it; I don't care for showrooms, and it was nice that TIm and David understood that and were willing to work within the parameters that made me most comfortable. its the best way for me to make a car deal, and I'm grateful for the service of David and TIm.Sincerely,Elizabeth Evans

Came in to ask about custom ordering a 335i convertible, and left with a 335is convertible for about the price I was expecting to pay for just the 335i. I have worked with Chapman and Bruce recently in September whan I bought a 2009 used X3, which I absolutely love. Definitely had a great time at this dealership. Jeff was a great BMW rep, he showed me the best deals and was pretty straight forward. On my initial visit, he didn't push hard on trying to get me to buy a car right then and there as i wanted input from my family members. I was planning on coming back the next day if there was a car i wanted. He was very friendly and will let you REALLY test drive the cars you want, not to mention very knowledgeable with the specs. I ended up getting a pretty great deal on a certified pre-owned 328i BMW the next day (which was christmas day). My family and I came in on a short time constraint and the dealership (including the managers) put the transaction on overdrive just for me. Although they definitely took the time to explain every detail, they made sure everything from the car setup and ready to handling my insurance and registration was time efficient and done right away with no sign of irritation. I was able to get out of there on time despite some bumps with insurance and was very satisfied with the service. On another note, the next day the motor on my right rear window broke causing the window to retract and not go up. Good thing i had a warranty but i was irritated thinking i had to leave the car for a day or two (the service line was long), get a loaner, and would have to delay my driving trip out of state. But to my surprise, dealing with Jeff and Mike (service guy), they got me in and out within 2 hrs after telling them my dilema. They got my window fixed, washed the car, and even did an early oil change all with a smile on their faces. All in all, despite the little motor problem (thats what the warranty is for anyway). The service was excellent and I definitely recommend those two if you are looking for friendliness and a straight forward deal. Happy hunting out there!

I walked in the dealership to browse. My son had bought a car from you a week before my visit. He bragged so much about his salesman and how he had worked with him. Namely, Karl. I just wanted to look for a car that was simple, but safe with low maintenance. Wow!!!! I was impressed with my salesman. Although, my car note is somewhat ghastly, at least I can manage maintenance problems w/o out unexpected out of the pocket money. With BMW's an owner has a better trade-in value. You can't go wrong with the amenities that the car has to offer. Now, I know never to buy another Porsche. Thanks Chapman you were great.!!!!

I purchased a 2009 Z4 as a new car. Tim Smith was very professional in our dealings. He was very knowledgeable and familiar with the features of the car to the point he answered any questions that I had and also pointed out several features that I overlooked. After purchasing the car on Tuesday, I called him Wed. afternoon to inquire about a feature that I was having trouble with on the navigation system. Tim offered to come in early on Thursday to accommodate my schedule. I consider that above and beyond the normal call of duty. Great customer service.

Beware, this dealer has taken away the joy that I had in owning my car. They refuse to stand behind the 4 year warranty. Additionally, they "shake you down" for work that is not required, under the threat: do you want your BMW to be like new again, or don't you. I escalated my concerns to the Service Manager and the General Manager. I even called the national headquarters. All I can say, is stay away from both Chapman and from BMW.BMW ownership is disappointing. The cost of service is immense, compared to domestic or main-stream import brands. I recommend that you at least be aware of this before you buy "luxury" brands. My guess is Audi and Mercedes are the same. Believe me, I'm sorry to have to admit this.I owned BMW once before in Germany and received similar treatment: poor ethics and sky-high prices. Only there it was a company car and I (nearly) didn't care.

Originally I came in and test drove a used 3series. I enjoyed the knowledge, and friendliness of Marvin. I knew at that point I wanted to buy from Chapman in Chandler. I thought about the financing over the next few days, and decided to apply online. I received my approval, and was contacted via telephone and email by Ryan. I let Ryan know this, and he informed me that Marvin would still be a part of my buying experience. I was comforted by the fact that the employees seem to work as a unit, not the "Every man for himself" type of attitude that other dealerships I have dealt with in the past seem to uphold. When I went in to pick out my car, Ryan was just as pleasant informative, and polite as Marvin had been. He wanted to make sure that I was happy with my choice. We drove a couple of different vehicles, and it came down to two, one new one used. Ryan left my husband and I to decide which vehicle would liked best, no pressure. I think we spent an hour going over all the pros and cons, yet, we found many more pros then cons! I made my choice, and proceeded with my purchase. Ryan worked diligently with the Finance Manager to get me the payment that I wanted, and the process was smooth. He was respectful of my expectations, and proceeded them. I have not purchased a car for myself in some time, and I am so glad that I chose to by from Chapman. Thank you for providing me with excellent Customer Service. I look forward to the years ahead!

Best car buying experience ever. Bruce Kotlicky was knowledgeable, professional, and encouraged me to look at other dealerships until I was sure I knew what car I wished to own. There was no hard sell. All Bruce's claims and facts were checked independently and he was honest to a fault. He spent time ensuring that I knew how to operate the vehicle and all its buttons and knobs. He was insistent that I have every last item I might need or want before leaving - new mats, extra key, books, manuals, and so on. A quick word with his finance guy meant closing that part of the deal in about 15 minutes. I suffered no long sales pitch on gap insurance, dent protection, tire assurance, and so on. Bruce told the truth, was respectful, patiently explained warranties and extended warranties until he was blue in the face (I was having a hard time catching on), and taught me how to be a better consumer by evaluating purchases differently. He called me the next day to let me know that he was sending me some other information and he made arrangements to have a minor repair made at a dealership closer to me. Nice.When I need another car, I will call Bruce. He will deal fairly and honestly with me. My days of trudging from dealership to dealership are over. Bruce is successful because he understands that he is selling service, and that the most valuable customer is the one who is already in the door.

Best buying experience I have had in 40 years! Jeff has the patients of a saint. He worked the best deal he cound on my trade in and went though the inventories in both locations at least 8 times to get the vehicle I wanted. I guess that most sales people would have given up after 8 website visits, but not Jeff. This is the 4'th vehicle in 3 years that Jeff has sold to either my son, brother and myself.That should speak louding about the satisfaction we have with Jeff.

This is my first time going to CHAPMAN BMW, I just move here from NY. Here is my experiment.My sale man is very friendly and professional. We have some negotiation with the price, but overall, I'm satisfied with the price. Nonetheless, the service is not that great. My car need to get a touch up done, I purchased the car on Thursday and they told me that it should be ready to pick up by Tuesday's morning. My fiance and I went to pick it up at 10ish on Tuesday's Morning. After giving them my check for the car, they came back and inform me that it won't be ready for a pick up until around 4ish . Really?! No choice and we try to be understandable. After complete the paper work, we left and told them that we'll be back around 4:00pm to pick it up. At 3:30pm they called and told me the car was not ready until tomorrow morning. What ? What kind of game is this ? I told my saleman that I'm not happy with this. It is unacceptable. Nonetheless, there is nothing much I could do at this point, beside give them more time or demand my refund. So, I, once again, trying to be understanding and agree to pick up the car on Wednesday's morning. I called my saleman in the morning to schedule sometime to pick up, he text it me back (not sure if this is consider professional nowaday!), but since I don't have text on my phone anyway, I didn't received anything and decided to swing by at lunch. That when I found out that my car is just make it to detail folks and won't be ready until the afternoon. I mean, come'n, what kind of professionalism is this ? This is not the first time I bought new or used cars from dealer before and it is certainly not my first BMW. I had excellent experience with BMW, in general, that why I decided to get my next car as BMW as well.Anyway, back to the experience, my car got detailed and deliver on Wednesday's afternoon around 5pm. Though, I was informed that my car was detail, buff, and wax like a "showroom detail". I've notice that it is not that great of a job done. I'm not sure how it done here in AZ, but compare to NY, it have to come in 2nd or 3rd. I could have do a better job myself. But nevermind, at least it clean, and I tried to be an understanding customer.Ok, after this little mishap that I have with the purchasing. Not too long after that, I found out that my car paint job was really weird. I thought it was defected because the passenger side have a perfect orange peel effect while the driver side is flat and glossy, color is tidy bitty off, but not that noticeable.So, I swing by the service to ask questions and see what they could do for me. I got greeted by an service advisor; after looking at my car, she informed me that there is nothing she could do right now, I need to call "my " service advisor at CHAPMAN BMW to talk to the advisor and make an appointment to see what they can do. [Wow, I'm here already, could you just find "my" service advisor or someone I could talk to? Also, I just bought this car at this dealer and have not been service yet, how do I know who is my service advisor is ? ] I informed her that I'm not sure if I even have "my " service advisor here, since I just bought it here and have not been service. She was nice enough to look up the information and give me the name of "my " service advisor, Vin. So, I contacted him, after several messages to his direct line, I decided to called the service center directly to find out. My call went to another service advisor, I informed him the situation, this service advisor took my info and said that he make sure Vin would call me back. So, Vin did called me back while I was in the meeting at work, left me a voicemail telling me to take it to my saleman, since I just bought it. He is not aware of anything, but he is looking into the situation with the sale manager and will get back to me ASAP. I return his called ASAP as I received the voicemail, he didn't pick up, I left a message ask him to called me back to discussed the situation further. After 5 days have passed without any call from BMW, decided to call again and left the message. I also call my saleman, Jim. Jim informed me that service should have take care of any problem I have with my car after the sale, but asked me to come in so he could look at the problem anyway. FINALLY! In the end, I'm not here to complaint my little mishap, but I just want to justified why I give this dealer a rating above. We're talking about expensive car here, and I know BMW dealers strike to get 10s in all criteria. Yet, this is just bad. Compare my recent experiment, I had have way better service at Toyota and Jeep dealership. Perhap I should just ask for the refund when they keep delaying the pick up time.

Jimmy was awesome. Extremely knowledgeable. We have been disappointed with the knowledge of audi of chandler for some time. We have been a loyal customer of Chandler Audi in the past and I doubt we will ever again after the experience we had last night with BMW. Jimmy definitely met our expectations and was extremely knowledgeable. I have been missing that. After all, I should not be the ultimate expert on a brand of car. I believe the Dealership Employee should be. At chandler Audi, I always have to answer my own questions and the salesman there are simply equipped with a smile and a set of keys to take you for a test drive. They are lacking the knowledge I expect from a premium brand of car.Loving the Diesel so far. I feel as if we purchased a Sports Car rather than a mid size Luxury sedan last night.Thanks!!

This is the second 1 Series we purchased from J. Garcia in the past 4 months. He is truly a great salesman with excellent knowledge of the vehicles. he listened to our needs and made both deals happen very smoothly and quickly with no stress.In all we have purchased a total of 5 vehicles from Chapman. The first was a new 2002 325I, the second was used 2003 M3 smg convertible, then a used Porsche 911 Turbo, and now the two new 1-series (my 2011 Blk on Blk 135I, ans now the wifes red 128I.I guess u can say we are truly loyal chapman customers.So now in our garage we have the two new 1-series and of course we recently gave our 16 year old daughter' my wifes X5.So thx again.P.S. The only thing I wish we were able to add was to have been able to have the wife's car be a convertible in stead of a hardtop. Then everything would be perfect.Also don't know what u can do, but I have the original M-spoke wheels that were removed from my 135 in the garage without tires. Would like to be able to trade the brand new tires and wheels from the new 128, for just tires for the 18 inch m wheels. we want to put these on wife's car. Basically trade a set of new 17inch wheels and tires for just a set of 18 inch tires for the set of m wheels I have that were taken off the 135I.

This deal was made in a matter of 20 minutes from the time I first contacted Chapman over the internet. From email to the phone call, I was pleased with the time from which I did not have to waste any time negotiating. Most of all the had the vehicle with the options I wanted. If I had to make recommendations to any other dealerships is to have all color combos as possible with more of the middle priced models. I found either low end to high end to choose. Karl Muik made purchasing my first BMW an excellent experience. I explained I knew absolutely nothing about these vehicles. Karl explained the history of the car company, the different options and the CPO program. Karl then spent the necessary time with me in the vehicle going over how the many options in the vehicle operate. The day after my purchase, Karl phoned me to ask how I was doing with my new car and if I had questions. Three days after this, he phoned again and asked if I had further questions. There are many BMW dealerships to choose from here in Phoenix but Karl's customer service will be the reason I come back to Chapman in the future.

People I've met with are friendly, professional and accommodating.For my wife and I, we have always been treated with respect as consumers. I'm one of those anal BMW owners (I now have three in my garage) that knows BMW model information and simply have it reinforced from exchanges with Rich. His BMW knowledge is A+ with this buyer.Quick story. I had a cherry Chevy SUV that I traded in for a new X3 from Rich. I'll never forget his feedback from the vehicle appraiser when in disbelief about how clean my trade-in was. The appraiser couldn't believe the vehicle wasn't repainted. Rich simply told the appraiser "this guy ALWAYS takes great care of his vehicles". Now that...is respect for the customer.Being persnickety at times about details, Rich is always there (when he can be) to answer the questions and work through issues. His communication is direct, timely and reinforcing to support a less intimidating buying event. Long story short there are no issues with his oversight. 1. Let me start by saying we customers can attempt to grind for the lowerst price but everybody has to make a living and I want the dealer to be around for repairs. 2. I marked the price as Good rather than Great because I found a 335i in MA with the same options except one. Taking the lack of that option into consideration their price was approx. $500 less than the Chapman price. Obviously I was not going to go to MA to buy a car and that is extremely far from your market area so it really a mute point. I gave the advertisement to Chad.3. More important than above is the Navigation map. I personally feel that you should upgrade the Navigation to the latest version of the map when you sell the car. It could be used as a selling point. "We upgrade all Nav maps to the latest version saving you the cost of an upgrade which at the present time is $225 (or whatever it costs.)"4. Chad did a fantastic job. He gave us a good price by e-mail, was quick to respond, answered all of our questions, demonstrated the car to us and never seemend to be in a rush. He also didn't go back and forth between the sales manager and his desk and let us sit for 10 ir 15 minutes while he was gone.5. I asked Chad to tell Megan to not push us for things we do not want. Apparently he did so. Megan asked us if she could explain certain things more fully. In some cases we said yes and she kept it short and to the point. In other instances we said no and she pushed ever-so-slightly, as she should, and when we again said we were not interested she dropped it. A really great sales approach for us. We have spent what felt like hours in the finance dept. In one case, my wife and I left the dealership it took so long. At the Power Toyota dealership up the street from you across from Costco, they lied about the interst rate. We found out later that they were lying and I called and spoke to their GM. He called me back with a much better rate from Toyota Finance. We will never buy a car from a Power dealer because of that.

Jeff spent a lot of time with us on the lot explaining the vehicle and all it's features. He was particulary interested in making sure the car we were buying "fit" us. He said this many times. He even took the time to compare vehicles on the internet with us that we had seen at other dealerships! He was not high pressure and even let us know about other pre-owned cars at your sister store that might be of interest to us. That just made him appear all the more confident about the car he was recommending for us! :) He was super nice to my kids that we hauled along (not easy for many people believe me). He gave us wonderful value on our trade ins. He and your finance staff stayed to about 10pm at night to finish "the deal"! We came to your Dealership after a visit to BMW No. Scottsdale (where we had 5 transactions in the last 4 years). We were unhappy with the attitude and lack of information and interest from the salesperson in answering our questions. Basically we were dismissed. We left with the thought "never again". On our way home we decided to give Chapman a try (you service both our cars) and to just "look" at the options available to us at the end of our 2007 X5 lease. After spending some time with J.J. and having him explain programs (not done by the other Dealer) and availability (we were told there were very few 2010's available by the other Dealer),we decided to turn in our vehicle and BUY a new car with J.J. Terres was great! Great attitude! Very positive! She was straight forward and "whitepapered" the value of purchasing a BMW as opposed to other car manufacturers and specifically her dealership. My name is Heather Harrison, my husband and I came in on April 18th looking for a 5 series BMW that was used. Bruce Kotlicky approached us and was interested in what we were looking for. Bruce was amazing, he is very low pressure and listens to what you are looking for and then shows you something that would fit you within all the guidelines you give him. I think the thing we liked about him the most is that he is a true salesman, too many times now you always deal with numbers too much and you don't get sold, he could teach a lot of people how easy it is to sell a car. My number one complaint when going into dealerships is being pass around and using bad and useless sales techniques. Bruce Kotlicky was precisely the type of sales person I enjoy working with. We negotiated quickly and without games. Bruce took care of a few open items on the car I bought exactly as he promised and within the schedule he promised. Bruce kept me up to date on status while my car was being serviced. Bruce provided me a loaner vehicle which was a very hassle free process. Overall Bruce really knows how to provide great customer service. I would definitely work with Bruce again.

Max was great to work with. I felt he listened to my concerns and helped find the right car for me. I felt he was honest. He let me take the time I needed to make my decision. He followed up with other car options. He did not try and make my decision for me. That was important to me. The buying process was acceptable. I expected more of an unpleasant negotiating scenario. He did a great job explaining the cars features.

Renate, Was exceptional from the start of purchasing the 650i. She let us test drive the car, walked us through the dealership and let us know how important we were just as a visitor to the dealership. It was Thanksgiving weekend. We started the process of ordering the car when we returned to WA. Renate, went through every option of the car and helped me with my decision on the color. The sport package was not offered with my choice of color. Renate, explained to me the color is the first thing you will see when you look at your car. She assisted me with all the other options and we put the car together. We new when the car would arrive, what barge the car came on, etc. Renate picked us up at Sky Harbor at 5pm. Drove us to the dealership and the car was inside in front of her office. She watched that car until we arrived. The paperwork was already done when we arrived. Renate, sent us a Fed Ex in advance and we mailed it back. , Renate, took 2 hours just walking me through the car. Heated steering wheel, navigation system in the window, keyless wand, cruise control, i navigation system in the console. She called the sirius satelite company while we sat in the car to activate. We were not familiar with the area and Renate suggested a local restaurant and we put it in the navigation system and it drove me the the destination. Great food. The next day Renate followed up with a phone call about the car, any questions. Stayed 1 more night and she suggested another great restaurant. No clue where to go so I let the cars navigation system drive me . What a car. It drives itself. The cruise control is incredible. It rained the night before we left for CA. We asked Renate about washing the car. No problem she took care of it, while we shopped in the BMW store at the dealership. Husband is a Harley Davidson dealership owner and likes toys. We have never experienced a purchase like this with all the cars, boats, bikes, snowmobiles. Renate, Thank You!Sincerely, Jodi, Chris Chambers

This was the BEST experience we have had buying a car. I have purchased 2 cars from Chapman BMW while working with Rich Hoferichter. He is honest, hard working and dependable. He is always willing to go the extra mile. As a recent example, I had a problem with my Sirius satellite radio account 4 months after the purchase of my vehicle. I emailed Rich asking for help and within 30 minutes, he had spent nearly an HOUR on the phone with Sirius fixing my account on his own time. Service and customer loyalty like that are not easy to find. I would recommend this dealership, and especially Rich Hoferichter, without hesitation!

This was my third NEW BMW puchase/lease from this BMW dealership and there are many reasons why. First, Rich Hofrichter has always made a stressful thing (buying a car) fun and promising and is the only man I will go to. I have always asked for the impossible and he continues to deliver efficiently and in a timely manner, with a smile on his face. He is much appreciated and it is clear why he has such a strong, loyal clientele. Second, Matthew Trader is my service advisor going on 6 years now and I hope to stick with him for as long as he is in the business. He has taken extremely good care of me and my car and I believe he is one of the biggest reasons I continue to get a BMW. He has taken car maintanence/service to a whole other level. I was lucky to work with Jim in finance this time and all I can say is that he was a lifesavor. If not for him and his strong reputation, I don't know if this deal would've been able to go through. I appreciate all of the employees I have encountered at Chapman BMW Chandler. I believe this staff (even the people I've just met once)is the reason I stick with BMW and recommend it to my family, clients, and friends.

We have dealt with Chapman BMW for the past 9 years and would not purchase a BMW from anyone else. We live in Vegas, yet travel to Arizona to purchase our cars. In the past nine years we have owned approximately 8 BMW's. We go there because of the service, the knowledge of the sales people and the outstanding customer relations. They value you as a person first and then as a customer. You never feel pressured and any questions you have are answered honestly. I recall the first time I went to the dealership. I was in Phoenix on business and wanted information and a brochure to take home to my husband. I walked in and Rich Hoferichter took the time to speak with me making me feel like a valued customer, even though he knew right from the start I was not ready to buy. I told him my husband would be calling him, he took all the information and when my husband called he knew exactly who he was and over the phone, the deal was made. This was so different then the treatment I received when I walked into a Porche dealership looking for information and was looked up one side and down the other, told they had none and sent on my way. I guess they assumed because I had on my Harley outfit I couldn't afford the vehicle. This is definitely not the treatment or attitude you receive at Chapman. It's because of that and numerous other reasons that I would highly recommend Chapman BMW.

Wehad test driven several of your vehicles back in 2007 and did not like the racer like handling nor the feel of the road. So, we completely dismissed your cars due to our bias and ignorance of BMW changes in ride philosophy.Your salespeople went to bat for me in ways that defy the norm in today's Dog-eat-Dog world. I assumed that the sale was the most important thing to them at the time. You cannot imagine my embarrassment after just three days of owning the ultimate driving machine.Our eyes have been opened to engineering that; we continue to marvel at the ingenuity, simplicity and down-right necessity. Service department found over 4000.00 of repairs needed to my X5. I was just in before the warranty expired for them to check it over, they found NO problems. 7,000 miles later they found eight, these problems were there long before the warranty expired but they chose not to fix them or tell me about them. They now will not do anything about it. I was told by one of their employees that while a car is under warranty, they are not to fix any problem or bring it to the customers attention. They will only warranty what the customer is complaining about. This is unethical.
