Honesty, transparency, and great service. Was immediately impressed when I arrived. Another women had dropped off her car for service and they were pulling it into the back when the service tech told her that she really didn’t need a service for another 6 months and had them bring her car back up front so she could come back another day. Secondly, I forgot something valuable in my center console hours after dropping off my car and they were very accommodating and kind while taking me back to my car to retrieve it. Lastly they use a very intuitive text system so you can be in constant contact with your advisor while sending you a walk through video of the actual service being done on your car. I never felt more comfortable with a dealership service department. It was through and through a great experience! Thank you!

I was pleasantly impressed with the service at Chapman today. In dire need of an oil change, I called to see if I could get an appointment. Not only did the attendant take the time to assist around my schedule he also arranged pick up and drop off. This is a game changer. I’m a customer for life. We have 4 cars, I can’t wait to tell the family how well I was treated. Thank you.

Always very professional and respectful. That’s why I buy all of my cars here. Jeff has been my advisor for the last 10 years and he’s fantastic! Randy preformed the maintenance needed and the video, which was a first for me. I really enjoyed, Thank you Randy!

Amazing customer service everyone was friendly and quick to greet you. We traveled cross country to buy from them and couldn’t be happier with the service!!! Amazing car and amazing employees. Carrie took us in from the first call gave videos and answered any questions or concerns about the car!

Everything was done in a timely fashion. Service guy was quick n pleasant. Dee at the pay counter was great. Everybody was very cordial n pleasant. Good job folks.
