Just got a car inspected at Chapman Ford of Horsham and had another great experience. Started with Mike at the service counter. He was welcoming and experienced. Also wanted to comment on the inspection follow up video by Trevor, the tech who did the work. I was very impressed with this new form of customer service. His video was exceptional and professional. Thanks Trevor! Keep up the good work.

I have been taking vehicles to Chapman Ford Service for a few years now steady as I live close to the dealer. I recently bought a 2017 F150 from a Ford dealer in NJ and took it to Chapman for oil, inspection, tires. The video they show you during inspection of your vehicle was awesome! Communication was excellent the whole time and very happy with service. 4 new tires were priced competitively. Thank you Dennis!

Thought we loved this place until we realized we were lied to and ripped off. Brought my '14 Explorer in to replace weather stripping that was falling off the door jamb. When we picked the car up for service, we noticed they replaced the wrong weather stripping. They replaced the driver door, which was completely fine, and missed the rear passenger door that was hanging on by an inch and supposed to be replaced. Always happy with Chapman, we didn't question it when we were told it was worked out. Things happen right? No big deal. Today we discovered the parts were retail, and not cost as they claimed to offset the price difference and only a 10% service discount was given. So we paid an extra $225 for parts and labor on something that didn't need replacing. The worst part, and the reason I resorted to a public post, is that I called today to point out they forgot to credit the mistake, which is when I got the long fake story about the way they made the cost the same for us by "giving us the parts at cost and then adding a labor discount to make the charge correct". What a shame that I bought my Ford here and brought it for service for 7 years. Do better Chapman Ford.

I love this dealership! This is my 3rd purchase from the Chapman group; 2nd from the Horsham location! Each time is a better experience than the last! This visit I decided to lease a 2021 Ford Escape SE and thanks to Ashley McClain the process was smooth and quick! She was extremely patient with me and very professional and knowledgeable! Highly recommended!
