Brian made my mother and I feel comfortable and listened to our concerns and wants. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. Normally going to get a car is dreadful in my opinion. This was our best experience yet! Very quick and to the point. We felt like we were in and out of there which we were super happy about. I was satisfied with my new car with the help of Brian. 10/10 recommend.

Customer Service is really helpful. Customer Service was so good to to me at Nissan Customer's Service, She listen to understand the reason for my visit patiently and better explained to the mechanic. She represented me to the repair guy to ensure that a better job is done. That behavior makes me happy to come back for another Service on my car!!!!! I also recommend that other car owners visit Nissan for better services. Both interior and exterior were detailed cleaned as well.

I called the Corporate office because I had just purchased a 2017 Pathfinder and experienced some issues within the first 4 months after purchasing. I needed a new fan assembly and during this time, paying what it costed was not in my budget. Chapman Nissan really came through with helping me financially cover the cost that was needed to repair my vehicle. Frank my service manager was just excellent and was also very patient with me. I’ll be back next month for inspection and tires!!! These guys were awesome and I recommend anyone to shop with Chapman.

I always have a great experience when I take my Nissan Altima to Chapman Nissan for service. This last time was no exception. The young lady who waited on me was pleasant, and kept me updated about my car as I waited. She even sent me a video of the mechanic assessing my car. Even though I wasn’t expecting to have more work done beyond the oil change that I initially went there for, she worked hard to find me a discount that could reduce the charge. Thanks for you great service!

Working with Chapman Nissan was hands down the easiest car transaction my husband and I have ever experienced. Our sales rep Tawny was extremely accommodating and made sure to go over everything with us before we left the lot. When it came time for the dreadful paperwork, Chris Casey literally had us in and out in record time and had us talking and laughing the entire time. Lastly the owner, Kevin Lambert was nothing short of amazing and certainly has our business for life!!!

Last year I purchased a 2014 Altima and bought it in for a oil change in May 2016 and while there I saw a 2016 Maxima I fell in love with. I contacted my sales person Sherman Brooks and asked if I can trade my Altima for the Maxima. Sherman got back to me the same day and said bring in your Altima and I drove out with my new Pearl White and Black 2016 Maxima. Sherman Brooks is a sales person that will definitely work with you, no pressure. You tell him what you want and he makes it happen. This is my third or fourth car I bought from Sherman Brooks because I trust he will give me the best deal. He takes his time with you and treat you with the utmost respect.

The first car dealer I met that didn't appear to be taking me for a ride before I brought the car. Mr. Brooks was courteous & took the time to answer all my questions about my options & choices. The guys over at Chapman Nissan were a huge help. I went in there not knowing much about the different options/ choices I had as this is my first new car and first time leasing. They were very helpful, patient and efficient from the time I walked in to the time I left with my brand new Altima :) Would definitely recommend to anyone that's looking for a new car!

This is our second time dealing with Warren Crooks who made us very satisfied.Three years ago we came in looking for a less pricey vehicle. When we saw the vehicle it was at the rate that we was prepared to spend but was much smaller than we wanted. Warren saw our disappointment then showed us a vehicle that was just pennies higher, had much more room with an added technology package. Of course we jump at the opportunity and was very happy. That was three years ago. Yesterday 2016 we went back to see Warren Crooks with a Murano in mind. We noticed that the price was much more than we anticipated in spending. Warren again found a way to work with ''Chris Casey finance Manager'' who made the transition pleasant and faster than usual. Together they was able to work out a price that was within our financial budget. Although my favorite color Black was not available, they showed me a color that was new to me called Gun Met which looks like a dark gray with light interior. The wife loved it so of course, with her being happy, I had better be happy...Lol. So again because of Warren Crooks, we both left Chapman Nissan in a new colored comfortable vehicle with smiles on our faces. I will definitely be returning to Chapman Nissan to see Warren Crooks on our next Nissan vehicle.

Other than the usual oil change and tire rotation I rarely find myself in need of service on my vehicle unless it is an emergency. My story goes back two years ago when I ended up at Chapman in need of a car due to a accident. That was my introduction to Warren Crooks and Chapman. Warren (and team) treated me with kid gloves, listened to my "must haves", respected my budget and put me into a great 2012 used Nissan Rogue. I loved it and always had a good experience at Chapman when having service done. Which brings me to yesterday when I went in for a simple oil change and left with a beautiful 2016 Nissan Rogue. They made me an offer I couldn't refuse. Again, Warren took the time to show me what was available, listened to me say over and over again "I can't go any higher". Warren and the team worked their magic and made it happen. I only wanted an oil change but thanks to Warren and the team, I think I did pretty good! Ten's to all!

I had purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima n liked it a lot , warren crooks was the sales guy I dealt with , I had that car n I than decided I wanted a better one I came back to warren n told him I wanted the full loaded Altima so warren made sure I was happy n wanted me to have it n that's exactly what he did . Now I got my 2016 Altima n now I'm even happier he is the best thanks warren !!!!!

I purchased my 2011 Nissan Maximum 5 years ago at the dealership. I did my homework, knew what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. The entire purchase experience was great. I have always taken my car to be serviced at this dealership and every time I have gone with or without an appointment, the staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and nice. Sitting in the service department, you get to hear other people talked and I have always had people talk about their service and purchase experience - same has mine - Awesome Customer Service!

I am a loyal Nissan owner. This is my second car from Chapman Nissan. Chapman has taken an otherwise problematic experience and streamlined it and made it enjoyable. First, high marks go to Carrie Allison, the Owner Loyalty Manager. She has remained in touch and concerned about the 1st purchase, 18 months ago. I reached out to her about a second car and she put in in touch with Dave Dowd. He provided available options and when the time came to come into the dealership, he turned me over to George Carris, a most knowledgeable sales rep that got me in and out of the dealership in two hours. Kudos also go out to Chris Casey, the finance manager. I have always had a love/hate experience in buying cars. Chapman has turned that into a good experience all around. To sum up, good selection, very accommodating, excellent service. Well worth the visit.

I purchase a used car a 2009 chevrolet Malibu . I ended up having the worst sales experience of my life. This place does not believe the customer is always right and does not strive to hold up their end of a buying deal. The first day I took the car off the lot, the cable came off. Secondly, the sales man chris did not stress to me that the care need actuators needs replacement. If he would have told me that, I would not have purchase the car, I bought the car 7-3-2015,and today 7-20-2015, the car will not start. When your buying a used car, you don't have time to review every thing that is written down. Don't buy a used car from chapman nissan. I tried call Carrie Allison at chapmannissan, and of course no answer. I payed $440.00 at chapmannissan chevrolet for repairs. This is a financial lost. Presently, the car is not running. I feel I was defrauded by the dealership. I thought I was purchasing a car, not a junk heap. The as is contract I signed is no defense for fraud.

Came to Nissan to trade in my 2012 versa for another car and ended up having the worst sales experience of my life. This place does not believe the customer is always right and does not strive to hold up their end of a buying deal. The car I chose on the lot had some cosmetic damage and the worst of it all was damaged rims. The salesperson Chris told me he would fix the rims even if he had to take it out his commission so I took the car in an agreement to bring it back to have the rims resurfaced. The next day comes and I speak to Chris about the rims and he says I have to pay $100 for the most damaged rim and he will pay the rest. Then when the shop quotes a price of $75 a rim he reneged on the deal saying it will be all of his commission to pay the amount asked for the other rims to be fixed. He says he will only pay $100. So I say I'm bringing the car back and he says I can't and he can't do anything else for me. This was a deceitful sale and I did not agree to pay to fix these rims with the purchase. I will never buy from here again. The worst salespeople and the managers don't care to assist the customer either. Go to Piazza Honda, much better service and they don't deceive you.

My experience at Chapman Nissan was wonderful. Everyone there treated me like I am a person. Chapman Nissan really shows you that they really do care about people. I was very nervous about going because other places had been running me around like crazy. My situation was not good and the staff said that they work with all types of credit problems. My saleman was Santos. He really showed me that they really do care and they all will try there hardest to get you a deal for a car. My spirits were really down but between Santos and the other staff I was able to relax. I do know that there are good people in this world and the staff at Chapman Nissan showed me this. God Bless All of them. Special thanks to Santos, Chris Casey, the Finance manager who got it approved, sales manager, etc. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. The experience at Chapman Nissan was Amazing.

I called the service department and the guy that answered the phone was rude from the start. Did not introduce himself, no hello or anything, and asked right away if i was calling to schedule an oil change. At the end of the call he just hung up without saying thank or goodbye or anything. Very rude.

Everyone at Chapman Nissan was AMAZING! The staff was incredibly friendly and they worked within our needs and budget and found us a car at the exact price range we were aiming for! We will ABSOLUTLEY be back the next time we are in the market for a new car!

The customer service here is absolutely terrible. I bought a 2010 genesis coupe and they told me as soon as I faxed over the inspection papers they would get it taken care of and send me my tags. It's been a month, my temporary tags are expired and I still haven't received my tags from them. I have called plenty of times and all they tell me is "we will have our financial manager call you within 15 minutes" but he never calls. They are obviously trying to avoid me because they haven't done their job and because of that I can't drive my car in fear of getting pulled over for expired temporary tags. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE BEWARE.

I'm new to this country and first time purchasing a car, before that I have done lot of search and came to conclusion that either I should wait few more months or buy now with heavy down payment and interest rate but luckily I met Chapman Nissan.Discussed with them about my requirement and budget and they did understand it and were dedicated to make this deal happen and came up with aggressive pricing and payment options which really fits into my pocket which is something like "solution from out of box" for persons like me.They really have a excellent team and I'm really thankful to below persons with whom I have interacted: - Carrie Allison, David Down & JJ, for the excellent communications and convincing me to come to this dealership and getting all the pre-approvals done to smoothen the process.- Chris Cusey, for excellent salesmanship w.r.t car's feature demonstration and financing options.I'm very much pleased with this dealership and the incredible people that work there !and I do hope that same treatment will be provided to me for the car service and maintenance.

First time shopping for a new car and they made this experience amazing. They were suppose to be closing at 6pm but they stayed until 8pm making sure we finished the deal properly. They also made sure they worked with my budget and got me my dream car! ABSOLUTELY GO TO CHAPMAN NISSAN (6925 Essington Avenue, Philadelphia, PA. 19153). The two people I worked with directly were Santos Laureano (showed all the car options) and Jonpaul Handy (worked with the finances). Words cannot express how pleased I am with this dealership and the incredible people that work there!

I am a very opionated person and I have yet to be dissapointed with the service, care and professionalism I receive when ever I go to my dealership. I have always taken my car in for service since I purchased my Rogue at Chapman on Essington Ave. I recently convienced my daughter to do the same with her Nissan Altima (she was pleased and will continue to do so).Thank You to all the service people at Chapman Nissan! I purchased a vehicle in November of 2013 and had an issue with it almost immediately . I called/returned to the dealer and they unit all told me basically there was nothing that were going to do for me but after a few weeks of returning back to the dealership they finally swapped a part from another vehicle . I than had/have and issue with another part of the car and tool the vehicle back to the dealer 3x's I was told there was nothing else they could do and they "exhausted" all their resources but yet my vehicle still looked the same since the first time I brought it back and since they "fixed" it. So I got the surveys in email from the initial purchase and the service work and I was 100% honest in my answers and I had the Sales manager and the service manager call/text me within 24hrs wanting to know why I did not give them all 10's when the survey clearly asks if any of my answers were influenced by anyone at the dealership. Seems to me that "tried" to influence my answers but I was honest . I than returned to the dealer to attempt to trade the vehicle in and get a apprasil . They appraised my vehicle and it was way to low so I told the sales person that I was offered more value for the car at another dealer , their reply was "when u purchased your car here we did some repair work and you gave us a bad review " which cost us (the dealer) thousands of dollars so we will not give you more for your trade. STAY AWAY

I bought a 2013 Altima with 30000 miles on it. Drove it off the lot and when we woke up the next morning the tire was low. Turns out there was a screw in it. Came back the next day they said I need to buy a new tire because they could not plug it. I went to the spot my car was parked in on their lot and found another screw sitting their. I brought it I and they said "we don't use those screws". So basically called me a lair and implied I just keep one of those scews in my pocket all the time. I didn't even know it was a screw until they showed me when my car was up on the lift, it was on the inner part of the tire. Then when I got all the way home the tire pressure gage went off again. I had to drive it all the way back. The mechanic said "sorry I forgot to reset it." A few days later we found out the rear passenger auto lock did not work, well even worse it worked some of the time! I live in Philly and when you hit your lock button you expect your car to not be able to get into unless the break in but no sometimes the back door would be unlocked becuase at Random it would auto lock would work to unlock it but not lock it. We also started hearing a rattle in the dash. It happens with certain songs and when you hit certain bumps. They say it's near impossible to fix that. So just do your self a favor and stay away! Also, tried to get a water from the vending machine and nope got another dollar from the cashier. Tried to get a different water and still nothing happened. She then asked "are you trying to get a water?" I said yes. Then she says why did you try to do it again. I said I tried a different one. She said we have a water fountain around the corner. The entire time it was with a confisending attitude treating me like an idiot for trying to get a water out of a vending machine. Oh silly me for expecting that to work......STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

I just brought a 2014 Nissan Versa Sedan and my experience was great. I went on a friday and my mind was made up and I walked off the lot with my brand new care that monday afternoon. My salesperson name was Jody Mccoy and I loved him. He was very courteous, fast, competent, knowledgable and funny I might add. I would definitely recommend others to go here

When I came to this dealership today 3/12/14 I really was only interested in test driving a new 2014 Rogue AWD & Juke AWD. I just knew that I had to put some money down to get the vehicle that I was interested in and that would not be until next year. I was approached by sales consultant Charles Lane and he changed my total outlook on what i thought I knew my outcome was. I told Mr. Charles Lane that I was not going to get my hopes up about getting a car today rather buying or leasing and expected to go home without a new car. He advised me and kept advising me that it was going to be a very positive outcome for me and I would definitely be happy. He was so very right there are not enough words to describe how overjoyed Mr. Lane, Jon Paul Handy, Whitney Harley & the Chapman Dealership has made me truly feel. I will never forget my Chapman Dealership experience and the excellent attentiveness to customer service and care is award worthy. The customer service was great. Provided me with a free oil change with purchase. Showroom very clean with large selection of vehicles in stock. Refreshments were offered. The staff was very nice. Everyone said can we help you. Always pleasant. Best of all was the price! The employee made sure I got the right car after looking at a number of cars to meet my budget.

I told myself I would not return to this dealership after my last horrible experience. I went to Chapman Nissan in search of a new vehicle since it was the closest dealership to me, however it was not my intention to purchase a vehicle from here. Immediately I was greeted by Tawny Gates and approached in a most professional and personable manner. From that point on I knew I was in good hands. Tawny not only helped me achieve the payments I could afford but she kept me informed and up to date as to whether I qualified for any additional discounts. Let me just say that from Tawny to John Paul to Carrie I experienced one of the best customer services I've ever had. They couldnt have been more pleasant and professional. John Paul even honored the one year complimentary service that was part of my last lease agreement. Kudos to him! The customer service I received was a complete 360 degrees from when I was there in 2011. Needless to say I am very satisfied with my lease of my 2014 Altima and I look forward to getting my car serviced there. Thank you for FINALLY having a good staff to work with.

HORRIBLE. WE JUST BOUGHT A NEW 2013 NISSAN ALTIMA THAT WAS LESS THAN TWO WEEKS OLD. IT BROKE DOWN WITH LESS THAN 800 MILES IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT! THEY CAME TO GET THE CAR FROM THE NISSAN DEALERSHIP THAT WAS CLOSER TO MY JOB AND BRING ME A LOANER.....WHERE THEY GOT IN A ACCIDENT IN THE LOANER CAR. MY CAR THEN WAS SUPPOSE TO BE SEEN BY THEIR SERVICE MANAGER WHO SAID THAT THE CAR RUNS FINE....I ASKED HIM...."SO YOU FOUND OUT WHY MY REMOTE START AND PUSH START WOULD NOT START THE ENGINE?" HE SAID NO.....BUT ITS RUNNING GOOD NOW. THIS IS A CAR MY NEWBORN AND KIDS RIDE IN...THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD NOT REPLACE ME WITH A SAFE NEW CAR BECAUSE THEY WILL NOW HAVE TO SELL A USED CAR....( WHY WOULD THEY EVEN TRY TO SELL IT AGAIN TO ANOTHER FAMILY) THEY ALSO TOLD ME TO TRADE IT IN....PASS THIS ALONG TO FAMILY. I ALWAYS WENT TO FRED BEANS BEFORE THIS BUT I WAS CLOSER TO THIS ONE....I WILL NEVER MAKE THAT MISTAKE AGAIN

I don't know where to start. I was beginning my new car shopping adventure. I honestly thought this would take at least 4 days of torture and lots of running around. Although I had an idea of what I wanted, I was apprehensive, due to my last car buying experience over 12 years ago- that experience was AWEFUL! I'm still astounded that I found exactly what I was looking for, the first place I looked with absolutely NO hassle(s). I walked into Chapman Nissan and was very impressed by the over all appearance of the dealership. Honestly soo much so, that i felt like maybe I couldn't afford what I was looking for. Well, Chris introduced himself. He was confident, knowledgeable, very nice and most of all he listened, was attentive (yup, you read that correctly), and very patient. I was put at ease immediately. As a nervous, prospective new car buyer, I could not have made his job harder (Sorry, Chris!) and it didn't phase him in the least. I did everything backwards, and without skipping a beat or making me feel annoying or uncomfortable, Chris made my experience not only successful, but easy and fun. I've already told all of my friends, if you want a new/used car, please go visit Chris at Chapman Nissan and tell him Candice says hi & thank you! Oh, and please don't be annoying, like I was. I forgot to mention how amazingly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly my finance guy was! The whole team is great!

My experience with the service center was amazing! I have a 1999 Nissan Maxima that needed a new starter. I have had too many bad experiences with local auto shops and I refuse to take my car to Manny, Moe, and/or Jack. My boyfriend suggested that I stop being cheap and have the car repaired by the dealership. Best advice I have ever received! The quality of work and the exceptional customer service is priceless. I will NEVER TAKE MY CAR ANYWHERE ELSE FOR REPAIRS!

I had a wonderful experience at Chapman Nissan. Julie, my sales associate made car buyings a pleasure. She was very attentive, informative, very respectful to my needs and most all extremely knowledgeable. I was actually there just shopping around because I hadn't yet made a decision between the Nissan or Honda, but after the great price, information and friendly service I received I was convinced that I wanted to be a Nissan Sentra owner. I would defiantly recommend this dealer to any one who may be thinking of purchasing a new or used car. My experience was overall good and my sales person Julie Thompson was excellent. She was very helpful, friendly and honest and that made me feel comfortable about the decision I decided to make. Our overall experience with Chapman Nissan was a great one. The price of the vehicle was superb and our salesperson Julie Thompson was very attentive and helpful. She did everything right. I'm still amazed that I was able to search for and negotiate a new car purchase on the internet, 3 e-mails, 1 telephone call and I had a deal. Found the car on the Nissan website, cut and pasted the detail in an e-mail to the dealership with an offer, it was accepted, gave them my credit card information for a deposit and all I had to do was go to the dealership to sign the papers. Coffee and donuts, the signing and they gave me a ride home until the car is ready. No hard negotiation, no questionable fees, everything was straight forward and everyone was nice and pleasant.

I visited many dealers in my search for a used Armada. All I can say is don't waste your time going to this dealer. You want to talk about rude, sheesh. The salesperson acted like I was bothering them. It did not take long for me to just get up and leave. I will certainly not be going back.

This was my first time purchasing a car on my own. Tawny was professional, but did not make me feel over pressured. The GM and financial person worked tirelessly to make it possible for me to purchase the car I wanted at a price and monthly payment with which i would feel comfortable. I have been driving a mini van all of my life. My husband and I recently discussed the possiblity of purchasing a newer car. When we got to Chapman Nissan we instantly felt welcomed and at ease. The customer service couldn't be better and the sales consultant was extemely patient. I bought over the internet. Traveled 8 hrs. by bus to pick up vehicle. I was picked up at the bus depot on time and brought to the the dealer where the car was ready to go. There was a 150 dollar overcharge in the billing which I was refunded by mail to my surprise! honest people to do business with.

In the past, I have not had very good experiences with car dealers or car sales personnel. However, I recently started shopping for a SUV and my sister recommended Chapman Nissan. I was really impressed with Chapman Nissan and especially with Tawny Gates, my sales lady. She was NOT pushy, and she did not try to talk me into a particular vehicle. Instead, she encourgaged me to take my time and make a selection that I would be happy with. HATS OFF TO CHAPMAN NISSAN AND TAWNY GATES.

My sales experience was great at Chapman. This is my second vehicle that I've purchased from them. My sales person was friendly and didn't waste my time. The manager was very friendly and was ready to make a deal. They worked with me until I received and payment in my budget. I was very pleased with the experience and will continue to go back for future vehicles.

It was a good experience. The staff was very professional. I wasn't really looking for a new car, my warranty on my old car was up and I didn't want to have huge mechanic bills. My payments are ok. My only negative comment is the insurance company gave me a quote that was great and then told me to stay with my insurance company and the premium is a little higher. However, I know in a few months time, my insurance rate will go down.

Although it was an all day process and I had other things I had to do. The sales lady help me and my wife picked a good car. She was very patient with us and helped us with what we wanted. The dealership was small and has very few new car selections. However, they have plenty of good used cars to choose.

I have reached out to USAA to remove you from the program. You sold us a 1995 Neon having reported over and over that it only had 26,000 miles but the odometer only works intermittently. I agree the odometer was not rolled back as Henry very succinctly pointed out. You did not lie to me but you did intentionally withhold information. Perhaps I would have purchased the vehicle anyway but certainly it would have left better feelings about your dealership.No, I will never recommend you and obviously will not return.

Very friendly atmosphere. Rick especially took his time with our daughter to show her many cars and helped her find the exact one that she drove off the showroom floor. What a great experience for a first time buyer experience. All staff was friendly and also helped us with the financing and got us to the price we wanted to keep our payments. Will we come back and recommend this dealer, ABSOLUTELY! It was a pleasure working with everyone at this dealership. The bottom line was we did not have a PUSHY sales person working with us. Rick truly cared about our needs and wants instead of just making the SALE. Thank you Chapman! I was previously leasing a Honda and was informed that they did not have what I was looking for. I decided to try Nissan and was pleasantly surprised when I spoke to Henry. He was able to explain the leasing process and what my options were in regards to the Honda I was already in a lease agreement with. He took his time with me and worked extrememly hard to get me in the vehicle of my choice. I went in for an oil change and left with a brand new car. The experience I had at Chapman Nissan was great. The sales guy Henry really treated me like I was family and I didn't feel as if I was being taken advantage of, he answered all of my questions, even the stupid silly ones. Yes I am a woman and I was there by myself. The finance department persons I talked to were very thorough with explaining every nook and cranny, they answered all of my questions. Everyone there from the greeter to the manager made me feel great. I didn't leave out of there feeling like I signed my life away. They worked hard to find me a great deal and I brought a used 2008 Nissan Rogue with 34000 miles and in excellent shape. I've been recommending people to Chapman Nissan since I brought the Rogue. Yes I will do business with them again even if I move out of the area. I am a very happy customer. Thanks Henry S. And thanks Chapman Nissan.
