Had a very great experience. Walked in for my appointment and then got with Brian Brooks. He was great, allowed me to check and road test the vehicles I was interested in. He didn’t give me pressure on getting a vehicle just allowed me to see if the vehicle was right for me. Sat down and talked about my options and decided on the 2020 Ford F-150 lariat and it was the best decision I could’ve made as well. Thank you Brian for helping me out and being a great salesman and thank you to the Chapman team for allowing me to get the vehicle I wanted in a short amount of time.

Chapman Ford is the only place I'll go to for my car needs. I have purchased all my cars there and they treat me fairly and respectfully. Recently I had some work done on my Lincoln at the Chapman Body Shop and they were fantastic. The communication was seamless. I knew what was happening every step of the way and had my car returned to me when promised in excellent condition. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

We purchased our 2018 Ford Explorer from Brendon Young. We found Brendon eager to please and attentive. We did feel he had his hands tied from above ,however, as the car had some issues that Brendon ‘s superiors seemed reluctant to address. The car was dirty, the front drivers seat cooling and heat mechanism did not function, the factory floor mats were missing as was the Owners Manuel . The battery positive terminal was covered in acid...... Brendon’s manager tried to convince us that the seat was fine, attempted to hand off any mats but the factory mats bit did agree reluctantly to address all of the items..... all seemed quite standard. In the end, Chapman, with prodding from us , provided the mats, the owners manual and replaced the battery. The car was also cleaned properly. Fixing the seat required three visits and a lot of inconvenience. But it too was eventually fixed. None of this is criticism against Brendon. We felt He had two challenges when he should Have had only one...... to satisfy the customer and to have the full backing of his sales team behind him. It seemed that his superiors were another obstacle for him to negotiate. More credit to Brendon for meeting both challenges for the good of the customer. That is the end game, after all. It appeared that there must be a policy in place to offer nothing or very little and deny the obvious , unless the customer pushes and insists. I didn’t feel we were being taken care of as much as we needed to sharp, focused and on our game to take care of ourselves and not be taken advantage of. Not the way we like to buy a car. And I’m Not even discussing our time In the finance department. But kudos to Brendon for sticking with us and following through until the car was right and presented as it should have been when we took possession. On a personal note, we found Brendon to be friendly and authentic and seems a genuinely good person..... a person one wants to do business with. Thanks Brendon . Chrostopher J. Dean

Chapman Ford delivers again! I take my Ford Escape to Chapman for everything my car needs, even oil changes and they take care of me every time, even with a courtesy car wash (don't forget to ask about this)! Logan Williams is a gentle guy but very professional and keeps you updated over the phone rather than depend exclusively on text messages. Complimentary Lyft drives back and forth makes things so smooth and efficient and Logan never hesitates on setting that up. I was back on the road in no time! Thank you Logan and Chapman Ford!!

My experience at Chapman Ford Northeast was amazing. I went to the location initially with my mother in law to get her a car. The experience that she had made me want to come back. To be honest, I didn't even want a ford. I went back two weeks later to purchase my car. The service was impeccable. Every employee that I made contact with was friendly. They were very professional. They didn't make my car purchasing feel like a business deal. I would definitely refer Chapman Ford to others.
