My experience was awful in the service department. I received a loaner car. I never was asked to look over the car and sign anything before pulling off in it which I thought was odd. When I returned the car the service staff accused me of scratching every part of the body of the car from the front head light, to the roof to the back! I was flabbergasted with the lie they told. I called the cops on them. Lying scam artist work in the service department at Maumee Dodge.

For the first time, I walked away from a car purchase happy instead of irritated.I had decided what I wanted before walking into the dealership. I have always hated car buying but this time was an exception. I told the salesman Scott M. what I wanted and he went out of his way to make sure I got exactly that. When I said I didn't want him to try to shove a bunch of extra things down my throat, he respected that (Truly a First!)If I ever buy another car, it will be from Charlie's Dodge!

Really did my research on exactly what I wanted, got the absolute best deal I could have asked for. Made the entire leasing process completely effortless. I will definitely be coming back to get my next lease from here!

In February 2014, I purchased a 2014 Dodge Durango from Charlie's Dodge in Maumee, Ohio. In early May, I started receiving numerous notices via mail and email that the car was due for service. Since this isn't my first new car, I was well aware that it was due for service.On 5-23-14, I attempted to make the 45 minute drive drive to Charlie's Dodge in Maumee to get my oil changed. When I pulled in, I was told that it would be a 2 hour wait to get the oil change performed. Not having the 2 extra hours to sit and wait, I left. The following Tuesday, I attempted to call Charlie's Dodge in Maumee to get an appointment to get my oil changed. I was advised that they would not give me an appointment for an oil change, and that I would have to sit and wait for the service to be done, regardless of how long it would take.I also contacted the Dodge Customer Service Line. They called Charlie's Dodge in Maumee, and was told that the slow time would be about 2:30 in the afternoon. So I guess my grand daughters can just stand at the door of their school, and wait for me to pick them up, since Charlie's Dodge in Maumee does not accept appointments for a simple oil change.This has to be the most UNFRIENDLY, USELESS customer service I have ever seen !!!

The service department is awful. Waiting room is disgusting with spider webs everywhere. Took over an hour for an oil change, on one of there own models!

Charlie's Dodge and Mike Enix made the purchase of my new Dodge Ram effortless. I applied for financing on line, and talked with Mike on phone about what options I wanted prior to ever stepping foot into Charlie's Showroom. This made my purchase much quicker as I did not have to spend all day in the dealership. I would recommend Charlie's to anyone looking to buy a new car and I would recommend having Mike Enix be the salesman.

Charlie's Dodge is the place to go.. Me and my wife stopped in to inquire about a Patriot latitude. We were greeted by Ben Meyer, and he talked to the both of us, which my wife loved. He picked out the perfect vehicle, and beat Yark by over $25 a month. And Kathy in finance is so professional and polite. Thanks Charlies and Ben, You our truly Toledo's best Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep Store.

My experience at Charlie's was great from start to finish. We went to turn in our existing leased vehicle and got a new leased vehicle that was within our monthly payment we needed to stay at. Ben and Ken worked with us great and made our buying experience fun and exciting. I would strongly recommend buying a vehicle from Charlie's Dodge Chrysler Jeep and look up Ben Meyer when you get there. Thanks again.
