I never leave reviews but I had to for this situation. I bought a car from Charlie's about 4 months ago and have had nothing but trouble with the vehicle since 31 days after my purchase. The car drove fine and on the 31st day, 1 day after my "warranty" was up, my first problem started. I called Charlie immediately and never heard back from him. I was hoping he could point me in the direction where to get it fixed but I didn't get a call back. I've had 3 $300+ problems with the car and found out the 3rd month of having the car the head gasket is blown and there was a small leak that caused it, that's probably been there for quite some time even though I checked my fluids frequently. Save yourself the hassle and don't buy from Charlie's!

Last year I got my first car (2012 Mazda) from Charlies and got a great deal. He’s been very honest with the car and very easy to talk to. It’s been a year and half now and my car has still been in great condition. Thank you.

I bought my 2003 explorer from Charlie a year and a half ago, paid cash, Charlie was vary up front and honest with me and let me know all issues with the vehicle. And it has been the best vehicle I have ever owned. I'm in the market for another car and Charlies will be my first stop.

Charlie and Chad were great. Followed through on everything they said they would do. No complaints. Would buy again from them.
