Went there last summer. Walked around the showroom for 20 minutes and no one ever came to help. went there yesterday and was looking at cars outside. One man walked by and said he was busy. If I had questions to come in and ask. He should of had said, I will get someone to come out now. I don't get it?

Bought an XC 90 from Derrick Walters and I couldn't have asked for better service!! He went above and beyond before and after the sale of my car. Routine maintenance on my Volve V60. I drive for work and feel fully confident in the services provided at this facility. I have had three maintenance visits now and my vehicle has been completely functional between visits and they are fast, efficient and friendly upon arriving. The clean the vehicle and polish making me completely satisfied when leaving.

I walked over to the Volvo dealership one Saturday looking around. There I met Derrick as he greeted me on the lot. I asked if they had a S60. He took me right to it, knew everything about the car and answered all my questions. I never felt pressured to buy and he made my experience fun. Not only will I return to Volvo Chattanooga, I will make sure Derrick will be available!

I had an excellent experience at Chattanooga Volvo. Derrick Walters was my sales person. He did a great job of highlighting the features of the car I was considering. He was not pushy, just friendly and informative. After buying the car we went over the features again in detail. I have a good understanding of how they work. The actual purchasing process was very smooth. I appreciated their having everything ready. All in all, I was pleased with the whole process. Thank you, Chattanooga Volvo and Derrick!

Derrick was helpful through a stressful process for me. I was buying a new car my first in 14 years. Needless to say cars have changed a lot in that period of time. I was able to test drive the car a couple of times. There was one issue when I went to pick the car up and Derrick handled the issue.

Our entire experience at Long Volvo has been a complete nightmare. My biggest issue with the service department is after we left a sub par review, THEY CHANGED OUR EMAIL ADDRESS SO WE WOULD NOT RECEIVE SERVICE REVIEWS AGAIN. I am still in awe of the entire situation.

My wife and I were looking for her a new XC90 and searched all over middle Tennessee. While having to go back and forth and haggle with other dealers (here in Nashville, Memphis and others) Kelly Mayhew at Long of Chattanooga was the easiest of all and gave us the best price upfront. They didn't have the exact car we wanted on their lot, but they wanted to help us and found our exact car the next day at another dealership, had it transferred and she delivered it herself to us in Nashville from Chattanooga. Top notch service from Kelly, would definitely recommend reaching out to her if you're in the market for a new vehicle.

By the time I got in touch with Chattanooga Volvo, I had already considered and discarded 5 vehicles, each with multiple dealerships involved. I like to research and shop around. Once we narrowed it down to the XC90, we contacted our local dealership, and a couple others including Chattanooga. I'm not a fan of the entire car buying process. Any time a manager has to come and talk to me because they want to ensure they aren't losing a customer, I feel like becoming a lost customer. This did happen to me with Chattanooga because I actually put a deposit down at my local dealership when they promised an imminently arriving vehicle, that was closer to my ideal car and at a relatively SIMILAR price. At the end of the day I can't get too wrapped up in the persistence, because they ended up making me an offer I couldn't refuse, they really went above and beyond and certainly made it worth my while to purchase out of town. As for Derrick, he really did a great job. He was professional (unlike my local dealership that started to get emotional when they were losing me as a customer), he was able to answer all my questions about the car (not always the case at other dealerships!) and he had a fast response time. He certainly went above and beyond and the customer service did not abruptly end once the sale was completed. I think I was most impressed with the time he spent with me as I learned my way around the new car on Friday night after the purchase was already complete. He was very thorough and patient and even has a sense of humor. #derrickatlongofchatt

Service was performed as need for scheduled maintenance. Satisfied with performance and helpfulness of service personnel, Brent in particular. He answered all my silly questions & offered to wash my car next time I was in Chattanooga because I didn't have time to have it washed then. I like the way they care about your concerns and willing to take the time to answer your questions.

Just had the best experience purchasing my 2012 C70 from Chattanooga Volvo. My online sales person was Jason Odom & he was the best. Spent almost 2 weeks calling & texting before I made it up to Chattanooga to purchase my car & he answered all my questions & then spent about 30-45 minutes showing my how to operate everything so I would feel comfortable driving the 100 miles home. Thanks Jason & Chattanooga Volvo,!!!

I called Long to schedule service for the next day. When I arrived the service team was ready for me. The service team was courteous and efficient. The waiting area is very comfortable. I am very pleased with Long's service experience.

I'm on my third Volvo and Chris has helped me tremendously over the years. Whether it's reoutine service or random issues that pop up, I know I can call over to the service department and get immediate help.

Chris was awesome--I just moved to Chattanooga with my 2014 Volvo and he looked up in my care in the system and let me know what was needed and when. He took my email and promised to send reminders whenever service was needed. He did the required work quickly and provided my car back when promised. Overall, great experience--highly recommend Chris at the Long Volvo Dealership.

We have bought numerous cars in the past 30 years and this is by far the best experience and price we have received. My wife and I were treated exceptionally. The dealership has honest and quality people. We experienced both service on our used car and new car purchase, both exceptional.......We tried another Volvo dealership prior to visiting Chattanooga Volvo and the experience was awful. LaShawn was wonderful to work with. We test drove the XC60, went to test drive another vehicle and after doing so, went straight back to see if we could strike a deal with LaShawn. The overall experience was easy....not what you expect when you go to purchase a car.
