This was the first car-buying experience for my son. Chelsea Motors, and their staff, were very helpful & easy to work with. It was a real pleasure to purchase from them. Matt was great. Very laid back with no pressure sales tactics at all. He was more than happy to let us decide on our own, then made it happen when we decided to purchase The money lady was good too :-D

Phil was very helpful in helping me finance a car. He made the bills fit my budget and even helped me find the best insurance rate. He was probably the friendliest car dealer I have ever worked with and gave me a gift card after I bought the car! Terry helped us sign the papers and the whole way through was making sure that we understood what we were signing. She was super funny and friendly. I would definitely recommend coming here if you are in the market for a car.

I usually don’t do this but I feel like I need to go out of my way and write this review I went into a Chelsea Motors expecting to buy a very cheap car that probably last me about a month not knowing that it was possible for me to actually finance a car because of my age when in their met with the sales person Fred Explain my situation and told him what I was looking for and somehow he managed to get me a 2018 Ford fusion which is literally my dream car my favorite part was when I told him that I was scared to make this decision on my own he volunteered to call my parents and talk to them and walk them through the whole deal before letting me make any kind of hash decisions!!! Even the manger mike Jones offered to pick my parents up if I felt more Comfortable doing so my parents were so impressed that they decided to purchase a car from them as well thank you Chelsea motors you will forever be my car dealership

I highly recommend Chelsea Motors to anyone looking for a vehicle. I was looking for a pre-owned vehicle and reached out to a couple of other dealers near where I live with little or no response. I sent a message to Chelsea Motor that I was interested in one of their vehicles and my phone rang almost immediately. Phil provided me with some the best customer service I’ve received in a very long time. He was very helpful and a man of his word. If he said he’d call me back within 15 minutes with more information I was inquiring about he did! He took my credit information right over the phone making each step of the process very easy and stress free. He listened to what I was looking for and actually got me into a vehicle even better suited for my business needs. The whole team there where amazing! I’m a first time buyer and this place was so amazing to make things work for me no matter what! Everyone was so very nice to my daughter and I and I couldn’t of been more pleased. Kelly, was amazing! I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a vehicle !! 😊
