We have had out truck at the body shop for like 2 months and it wasn’t hurt that bad lady called and said it would be done 3 weeks ago on the following weds they didn’t even start on it until that Tuesday and said they had to order parts. But they call a week after they got truck to ok it with us to go ahead and order parts and after they come in they would start on it. They don’t call and give u accurate info and the customer service isn’t very well my opinion they should atlease call and tell the owner what’s going on. They will not help with a loaner car or anything. Picture is just how bad the truck really was. Not that bad at all

They tell you that they will offer you KBB for your vehicle. Just bring it in and walk away with a check. No need to trade in, no need to buy another vehicle. Just bring it in and walk away with the check. Truth, they will tell you everything that is wrong with your vehicle and low ball you on their offer. That is what will happen. Trust me. That happened to us today. Say one thing and then they do a complete 180 with their offer. Beware!! Beware!!!!

2010 Ford Fusion, repair was required to turn off the engine "idiot" light on the dash. Line from where gas enters car to gas tank was corroded and tripping the sensor. Service manager helpful and worked with us to get warranty coverage, as we had purchased the 7 year, 70,000 mile coverage. This was the first pleasant service in some time. The new manager seems to have improved the staff attitude and we received respectful service. The car is even running better, as it had been missing and the system not running smoothly. It is appreciated to have repairs made with no issues or hidden expenses. Julie was thoughtful and patience when setting things up and even called us back. She and Dan are a asset to your dealership!

The service dept is fantastic. Everyone is so friendly and polite. They told me it would take four hours to repair two different problems we were having. It was exactly four hours when they were done. I tell everyone I know how wonderful the staff at Chenoweth Ford is. The only thing I regret is that I didn't purchase the car there. Our local dealership doesn't hold a candle to Chenoweth Ford.

My last service was at quick lane a walk in walk out oil Chang and since this one was free what more could one ask for.I don't use the local service in Buckhannon as the parsonal are unwilling to talk and make deals signed I choose to spend my time and money where you can talk. Overall I don't consider Buckhannon as a friendly town and I figure it cost them thousands in tax revenue.

Absolutely amazing. We first went to Sutton, WV to look at a Buick Enclave, talked to the dealership the evening before going up and everything was all set. We arrived on Saturday morning, mind you it takes an hour and a half each way, for a total of 3 hours just to find out, after looking and not finding the vehicle, the salesman fessed up and said that he had sold it 2 days earlier that week. What a farce. I was not a happy camper. So I told my husband, let's just drive by Chenoweth ford, it is on our way home. I had not even looked at ford's since we had a bad experience with the dealership in Parkersburg several years earlier. And our other two vehicles are fords. We stopped by and met with the salesman Denny, he showed us a few explorers, and a truck, we went on two test drives, and home we went. Still looking for my enclave. About two days later, Denny called and said he had just the vehicle I was looking for, but it was black. I made the appointment to go look at it and take a test drive. He was right, it fit all my needs. Slightly used, very low miles, loaded, and in perfect condition. We bought the Explorer that day. I highly recommend Chenoweth Ford, they listen to what I said I was looking for, and they were not the least bit pushey. What a great experience. I cannot say enough good things about them. I have a 2013 Ford Focus, I noticed a problem with the transmission in October of 2014 I had the transmission looked at, I was told that a part needed to be replaced. I was also told that someone would call me back in 2 months to set up an appointment to have the part replaced. I never received a phone call. I called back in January of 2015 and was told that the parts needed to be ordered and it would be 2-3 months before the appointment could be set up. I proceeded to call in March of 2015 and got an appointment finally in April of 2015. I believe that taking that long to get your car serviced is not good customer service. The service department however, did do a good job on finally replacing the part in the transmission. However, it did take a long time to get the part replaced.

I had an oil change at Quick Lane. I had Ford Advantage points and got it for free, which is always great. I was a bit turned off when I presented at the desk, in that the representative seemed to discourage me from having my oil change because of the wait time. My response was, "Guess what guys? I'm staying." My 2006 Explorer was purchased from Chenoweth and I am very happy that it is still in good shape. When I have to purchase a replacement vehicle I will check out what is available there.

We have no issues re: sales or salesman. My complaint is after the fact. We purchased a remote start with the escape. We had to take it in about 2 weeks later. Now the issue; that little black box (ugly thing that it is with 2 antennae) is certainly well off to one side behind the rear view mirror. And dirty fingerprints left on the drivers door post. Our salesman has told to bring it back it up and they would make it right. I appreciate that, but I shouldn't have to. I live several miles away, and my mother is sick, so I don't have a lot of free time anymore. I will take it back when time allows.

When purchasing my Subaru Legacy at Chenoweth Ford, I was extremely impressed by the way I was treated. Being only 22 years old. I was taken seriously. Tommy Maxwell treated me with the same respect that he would have if my parents or someone old than me was in his office. After making the choice to purchase my Subaru, the staff made it possible to drive away with my new car that evening even though it was 5 o'clock on Saturday. This is the 4th vehicle my family has purchased form Chenoweth, and certainly will not be the last.

I have a 2014 Ford Edge. I purchased my vehicle in July 2014 and have since had 2 oil changes and one issue with the Bluetooth device. The issue with the Bluetooth device was pretty much resolved and the service sept have been excellent each time I was there. They are always very polite and helpful. They were eager to serve, very polite We went in with a time limit and they were able to meet that time limit and send us on our way. They also had a shuttle bus to take me where I needed to go and would pick me up while my car was being serviced. Last time we had the truck worked on, it took 40 days.fortunately, we had another car to use. This time, we didn't have that option. But the service dept, finding it was a sensor, found when they ordered a new one there was a back ORDER for 800. But it came quickly, and was installed the next day after it was recieved. Then I was called to pick my truck up. Very courteous service person(Lisa Moses). Also Jerry, who took me home and came to pick me up. I am very satisfied, and appreciative.

Our experience in this purchase may have been the best out of any car we have purchased in the last 30 years. Our salesman was fantastic. He was able to work with us to get a payment with in our budget. He was super friendly and thorough in explaining the financial details and then the workings vehicle itself. The service was excellent. I scheduled the service on a Tuesday and got an appointment on Thursday afternoon. I was told that it would take no more than a hour. I went to lunch with my wife and returned in about a hour and the tech was backing my vehicle out of the bay. GREAT SERVICE.

We took our 2001 Ford Ranger in for the annual inspection. It was ready when we expected. We had Owner Advantage credit, so there was no cost. We got a free oil change. We were thrilled to not have to pay a lot. Most years we end up paying about $1000 at inspection time. The staff was very pleasant and friendly.

The 5,000 mile service on my 2014 Ford F150 STX was excellent. The service was completed in a hour and a half, but I was shocked to find out I couldn't take it home because of a recall that could cause loss of control with the steering. After the shock of no truck, the use of a rental vehicle until the truck was repaired did make life a little more pleasant.

I initially had issues with the service department. The car did not receive prompt attention or what I perceived to be correct troubleshooting. In frustration, I had to escalate the issues to the service manager. Kevin helped turn the tide. He listened, did some background checks, and explained the issues at my level of understanding. We then progressed through the repairs with no surprises. What an excellent turnaround in service. The vehicle is operating great!!! It was a rocky start but they did a great job in the end!!! Thanks

Because of previous dealings with your service department we were looking for somewhere else to have our truck worked on. But we had been informed that you had a make over in the staff and that we wouldn't have the problems we had before. I don't know that its true but we never saw the person that caused all the problems we had previously. So far the truck is doing good, it runs a whole lot better and the people treated us with respect instead of like dirt. The only question I have is we have points from a reward program, and I saw nothing that showed us how many points we got after spending almost $6000.00 to have our truck worked on, and the person we talked to acted surprised when it was brought up. I would like to know if we received these points or not as that is one of the reasons we brought our truck to you to be fixed as it more or less paid for the oil changes and gave us discounts when we brought in our car to be serviced.

I bought a 2015 Ford Escape. I love it!! I had completed an online request and looked at some of your stock. To be honest I was a little discouraged when I did the estimate page. I received a call and spoke with a very kind and cooperative women. She encouraged me to come in and talk to one of the guys and it may relieve me of my doubts. I did voice to her that if she had not called I would not have even bothered to talk to them. I stopped in with really no intention of buying a vehicle. Jeff met me as soon as I got out of my car which put me more in the mood to talk. He was very nice and professional. At the end of the deal John was very efficient with the paper work. Several of the people working there spoke with me and was very nice and professional. There was an employee that gave me a gift card and ask me why I didn't ask for it but I was to backward to ask for it. They didn't just ignore the subject they were on their game and ensured I got what I should have. Some places don't give you what they advertise they just keep quiet and let you leave without it not your people they did exactly what they should have done. GREAT JOB!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH? We live in Pennsylvania and went to two Ford dealers prior to finding Chenoweth by looking on line. I paid three visits to a local Ford dealer and found no one to help. On the fourth visit I stopped a person to inquire about purchasing a vehicle and was told they were all at a meeting and he would send me info via email. This info when it arrived was a 3d rendering of an engine!!! The second dealer seemed like we were bothering them and spent maybe two minutes with us, promising to "get with us later" Chenoweth Ford could teach others how to deal with people and how to sell a vehicle. We received prompt and courteous service, Mr. Tom Maxwell, and drove our new Ford home, which we love. A really nice experience all around and I would highly recommend Chenoweth Ford.

I received a letter in the mail requesting that I make a trade of the 2008 Ford F250 Super Duty that I have had since 2008. I stopped in and the salesman showed me the exact truck that I was interested in purchasing. Jeff was very friendly, courteous, and did everything in his power to make sure we were comfortable and knew every option available to us. He even called me the following Monday (signed lease on Friday) to check up on us and see how we were liking our new car! Highly recommended!

The sales staff was very attentive and accommodating from start to finish, even though we came into the dealership late on a Saturday afternoon. The salesman and dealer rep who did all the paperwork were cheerful and informative right up until we drove away in our new car at around 8:00 p.m. , even though the rest of the staff had gone home. As we drove away, my wife remarked that buying this car was an enjoyable experience.

Do Not Purchase from Chenoweth ... There is NO SERVICE after the sale. We purchase a 2014 Ford Fusion and had an awful experience after the sale . The salesman, sales manager and service manager were condescending after the sale repeatedly making reference to the fact that we purchased on a discount plan offered by Ford Motor Company. Regardless of that we still decided to spend our hard earned money there, but will never make that mistake in the future. We were going to purchase another new vehicle, trading the Fusion, however they refused to work with us in any way. Therefore, after dealing with Ford Motor Company on a higher level we went to another dealership where we received excellent customer service. Chenoweth Ford should be ashamed and Ford Motor Company should also be ashamed to be represented in such a manner.

There were not many trucks like I was looking for available, and three other dealerships had already give up looking for the truck I was asking for. Carl at Chenoweth Ford found what I was looking for, made sure it had everything I wanted, and answered all my questions. He got me the truck I needed quickly and worked with me to make sure it was what I wanted.

The saleman was very helpful and answered all of our questions promptly with no pressure to make a quick sale. We was pleased with the trade in and the finiancing arrangements. Everone we talked with was kind and anxious to help us. We would recommend this dealer highly.

The overall visit was OK however, after I bought the vehicle, I took it home to learn all the different accessories that the truck had. My main concern when buying the truck was fuel economy. The salesman did not provide any additional guidance on the vehicle unless I asked specifically. I had to learn how to put the step down on the tail gate and I didn't even know that it had power adjusting break and gas pedals until I started looking through the book. I still don't know what gears in the rear that it has, I believe 3.73? I ended up with the wrong set of extra keys. Also, the previous owners paperwork containing his personnel information was left in the truck. I blame that on him, however, I would think the dealership would take a little pride in protecting the customers information when detailing the vehicle.

Had 100k service performed on F-150. $800+. After service transmission leaked. Had no leaks prior to service. Cost another $180 to get leak repaired. Have had no luck with service here. Oil change, drain plug left loose. Leaked oil out. Tire rotation got truck back with 2 missing lug nuts. Took 6 weeks to get new lug nuts. Never have your vehicle serviced here unless you are wanting to buy a new one. Seem like they are trying to destroy my truck.
