Ive had Audi, BMW, LR and Volvos and the Service Team at Cherry Hill Volvo is second to none...hands down. When you schedule service they are never over committed so you get in on time and typically are done faster than expected. They are professional and set clear expectations and will almost always leave me feeling like the value of what I get for my service dollar is more than with any other higher end vehicle.

A long, long and somewhat unbelievable and sad story about a flat tire and cracked rim that ended in the very best way after six weeks of frustration with after market wheels that didn’t work. Having purchased my car last year used from another dealer, this was my very first Volvo service experience. And like many, I was skeptical that they could do what needed to be done at a reasonable price. But they did, with great care, detailed explanations and speedy service. And each and every person I worked with was open, respectful and, with that elusive quality these days, very kind. Thank you to all.

Kellen is always professional and helpful! My car is returned vacuumed and washed. They help me keep my car in good working order. It takes me an hour and change to get to the dealership, but it’s worth it to get Volvo service with this team.

Walking into this Volvo dealer on a Thursday evening - I never thought it could be so unprofessional. Volvo is a high end brand and I anticipated a high end experience. Instead we were greeted in the parking lot by a salesperson who knew nothing about the car we were interested in. She kept insisting they had the model we were asking about - but didn't. Tried to pull off a V60 Cross Country AWD as the V60 FWD even after I told her they are drastically different vehicles. The test drive was barely around the block - on a car we were not interested in. As soon as the drive was over - we had to leave! We wasted too much time as it was!

My 2004 Volvo had enough and was ready to retire. Although I knew the time was approaching, I didn't expect it to be this soon. Jean from service put in the right hands. I worked with Chris Buonavolta and the entire experience was wonderful. Not only was he pleasant and friendly, he immediately put me at ease. He made the car buying experience more fun than I thought possible when spending money :). He was very helpful, knowledgeable and answered every question so that I could make an informed decision. My 2002 Volvo needed to be replaced. It lived a good long life and after 12 years and 260,000 it was time for a new car. I contacted the dealership mid-week for their assistance, the Owner and General Manager have been very helpful through the years and they arranged for us to work with Chris Buonovolta. Chris spent all morning test driving cars with me--both new and pre-owned, and answered all my questions. After going home for a few hours to think about my purchase, I returned to the dealership with my husband and we made the final decision. Everything was taken care of by Chris and his colleagues without any hassle. We drove home that evening with a new car! It was a great experience and I love my new car!

We brought back a vehicle that was at the end of the lease. We were undecided about keeping the vehicle or leasing a new one. Chris Buonavolta presented all the options to us. After reviewing everything with Chris, we decided leasing a new vehicle made the most sense. Thank you so much Chris for helping us lease our new XC 60. Once again Cherry Hill Volvo has gone out of it's way to find me the exact S60 I wanted. The color the interior and equipment. My salesperson Mitch could not have been more helpful and understanding. I generally don 't write reviews but, I wanted to share my experience with Cherry Hill Volvo (service and sales). I have never owned a Volvo before but I took a look at them due to their safety and luxury, It will be Volvo's for me from now on! With that said, I have walked out of many luxury car dealerships due to how I was treated. Chris Buonavolta never once came across as a "car salesman", instead he listened, researched and made sure that I left with the perfect car for me! He was friendly, approachable and truly wanted me to enjoy the car shopping and purchase experience! CHV service staff are top notch too! I was driving home from Long Beach Island to Virginia. My check engine light came on, and I was nervous to get on 95 if anything was seriously wrong. I drove in to lot and was met by Kellen and John. They immediately took care of me. John asked where I was coming from, and when I said LBI, he immediately asked how the shore was. I explained it wasn't a pleasure trip. My sister had a heart attack, and I was there caring for her. I cannot express how much their kindness and empathy meant to me. Luckily, the problem with the car was minor, and John came and got me and escorted me to my car. He again expressed his sympathies about my sister, and wished her well. I wish this was my own volvo dealer. They were incredibly kind, caring and helpful! I would return in an instant and recommend them to anyone in the area!!!!!

We had our car repaired on the weekend and could not pick up until after hours. When we started the car on Sunday there was an engine light. We went to Autozone and a really knowledgeable gentleman said that it was most likely due to the work we had done , alternator and belts replaced. I called CHV and the manager said well that's just a coincidence. I asked why a mechanic would give me a car with an engine light on. He must have missed. I asked about the car wash guy that parked the car, he must have missed it. Heh NOT MY FAULT was their basic answer. Never trust a dealer we had to because of the weekend repair. $1410.00 for aggravation

Re: Cherry Hill Volvo I took my car in for service to fix my air conditioner unannounced. The results were excellent. From my check in with Jean, during the waiting period and the completion of the work. Jean was quite professional and pleasant at all times. She explained my options with the air conditioner and gave me a couple of scenarios that could happen. Fortunately it was the easy was out for me. She delivered the car cleaner than when I took it in. The final price was very close to the estimate. Not only did she have the AC up and running but she also told me what the computer readings were and what I may expect to fix in the future. I would say Jean's customer service and their service department were "EXCELLENT". It is so refreshing to be in such competent hands. From the front desk, cashier, to the young man delivering the car. I also must say that no matter what Judith Krupnick (She's the President) is doing she always has time to speak to me and say hello. I have a late model Volvo, so because of the inherent quality of this brand, coupled with very low mileage, I haven't had to utilize the service department as of yet (with the exception of an extremely minor adjustment the first day I got the car which was dealt with immediately and really can't be counted as a "service issue"). I needed new wiper blades - which are covered under Volvo's "Safe & Secure" plan, but for some reason (I'm always skeptical of "all inclusive" warranties) expected that somewhere in the fine print, I would have to come in on a Tuesday, during a full moon and only in conjunction with another service type of thing. I called and spoke to Kellon. He was very professional and told me to come right over. I was at the dealership in 15 minutes. As promised, Kellon had the paperwork ready and greeted me as I walked in the door. (He greeted me by name and we had never met previously, which was pretty cool.) As he was taking the key to the car, I suddenly remembered that the windshield wiper fluid jet was "misaligned" and the windshield wiper fluid was going all over the place - but not where I wanted it to be. He hand-wrote a note on the work order and took the car.I waited in the showroom waiting room - which is very clean with complimentary beverages and comfortable seating and a small work area for those so inclined. Not wanting to watch the Price is Right (yawn), I meandered into the showroom to just look around. I was not hounded nor pounced upon to buy a car. Rather, Linda (salesperson) engaged me in a very pleasant, real, down-to-earth conversation. Wow. I've had plenty of experiences to the contrary, so this was refreshing.Not 15 minutes later, Kellon came and found me in the showroom. He told me that not only was my car ready with new wiper blades, but they had determined that the washer fluid jet was in stock and that they replaced it. Wow - and all with no appointment on a Friday? Incredible.I came from a dealer (believe it or not) where I didn't have to take my car in - they picked it up for service and gave me a loaner - which I dearly loved and was hesitant to give up that perk - but I am glad I did. There's definitely a sense of family at Cherry Hill Volvo and doing business with these people feels good. I have heard some extraordinary things about the owner, Judith Krupnick, from friends and directly from her employees, as well. All indications are that she treats the employees well, which seemingly translates to receiving great service from them. Happy employees = great employees, right?I'm glad I made the switch and so far, so good. Keep up the good work! I definitely recommend checking them out.

Our experience with Cherry Hill Volvo, specifically Kellon Poole in Service, was the finest example of customer service. This is why we bought a Volvo. After a negative outcome with a different dealership we were shocked at how accommodating and gracious Kellon was. He treated us like the most prized of customers and in doing so guaranteed Cherry Hill Volvo our future business. The loaner XC60 he provided will most likely be our next purchase. Customer Service seems to be a dying courtesy with far too many businesses content doing the bare minimum. Kellon turned a difficult situation into a thoroughly enjoyable one and we cannot thank him and Cherry Hill Volvo enough.

I had my 2004 Honda Civic at the body shop for work after an accident. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and I drove it home. Over a week later I had an oil change and was told that my axel was leaking fluid. I contacted Mike Diorio and told him that I had fluiding leaking from the bottom of my car. I scheduled an appointment to take it in with Mike assuring me that the repairs would be made to fix the problem. I picked up the car and took it home and put some cardboard under the front to make sure it was repaired. Much to my surprise, there was still fluid leaking under the car. I once again contacted Mike and he decided to make an appointment to take my car to the local Honda dealer since they were experts on my car. I scheduled an appointment and dropped off my car once again and was given a rental car to drive at no cost to me. My car was taken for repairs to the Honda dealer and returned to me a day later. A new seal was placed on the axel and we were sure the problem had finally been fixed. All along Mike assured me that problem would be fixed to my satisifaction. During this time Judity Krupnick contacted me to find out how the repairs were going and to let me know that they were doing eveything to get the repairs done to my satisfaction.Once again I put some paper under the front of my car to make sure there was no more fluid leaking. But in the morning there was some fluid on the paper so I called Mike again. He couldn't believe that Honda had not fixed the leak so he called them and made another appointment with them to take it back for repairs. A new axel was put on my car and I picked it up once again.I am happy to report that my car is finally repaired and it is not leaking any fluid. Mike, Judith and Gina Malone kept me informed about my vehicle the entire time the problem was being repaired and could not have been more responsive to my feelings. I was very impressed with the care and compassion shown to me during this time. I would highly recommend this dealer's body shop to anyone.

The service department is the worst ever. First of all, when you call it almost always goes to voicemail. The first time I took my car I had an 8:00 appointment for regular maintenance, but I had to wait until after the service department closed that night to get my car back. I went a year or so later to get part of my headlight fixed and they ordered the wrong part at least twice. Each time they kept me waiting and I had to call to see what was going on and get some answers. Today I took the car in and was told that they would call me when they knew what was wrong, before they did any work. I called later to see if they knew anything about the car and was told "I will have to research that and will get back to you in the next 5 minutes." I waited a half hour and called back. Apparently a light bulb was out and he said they will call when it is done. It takes over 3 hours to replace a light bulb?

My experience at Cherry Hill Volvo has been nothing but the best! I had never owned or considered purchasing a Volvo before. My Mom bought an S80, a life long dream, from Mr. Cohen, and was amazed by the overall experience at Cherry Hill Volvo. The entire team was extremely kind, helpful and experienced. As a previous Honda owner, I never thought I would visit a Volvo dealership. Let me tell you, I was in for a treat! My only experience prior to my Mom's S80 was the old boxy style Volvo that my Grandfather owned for years. Things have changed! The current Volvo's are beyond expectations. They are sleek, smooth and safe. After hearing my Mom rave about Cherry Hill Volvo, I went to see what all the fuss was about. Well, well, well. I was in for a treat. Currently, I am the proud owner of a new S60. Everyone was so curtious, helpful and honest from the Sales team to the Service department; there is no other place I would ever consider buying an automobile from. This is the beginning of many Volvo's to come for me from the Cherry Hill Volvo family. P.S- This is the only dealership where the Owner will personally put your license plate on for you, among many other things. The Rosen Family~

I had a tire blow out on 76E, 6 miles from the Cherry Hill Volvo. Had to have it towed because I only had a donut and was traveling too far to use it so I had to replace the tire. I called the dealer, telling Junior from the Service Dept, I was traveling and needed to replace the tire, he said they were opened until 6pm and would be able to take care of it if we can get the car there in time. Volvo Roadside assistance also talked to the dealership and again Junior reiterated they are open till 6pm and would stay a little later if necessary. My self and my passenger called the dealership several more times as we got updates to our arrival status. Enroute, in the tow truck, at about 5:25, my friend called Junior to report we were just a few minutes away. We got to the dealership about 5:35pm. He told us we had to go to him because the cost of the tire was covered and they wouldn't cover the cost if we went elsewhere. When we arrived Junior told us that his techs left at 4:30 and he stated he never told us he would take care of us if we arrived by 6pm. He downright lied to us...we were flabbergasted! We could not believe this man just out and out lied to us continually! Then he tells us the tire isn't covered. So we are stuck in Cherry Hill with no car and no one to fix it. Junior couldn't even tell us if they had a replacement tire in stock. He didn't even know how far you can drive on a donut. He couldn't answer any questions - absolutely useless, with a bad attitude not to mention deceiving. I asked them for a loaner for the night and they said no because I had never used their dealership but I could rent a car from Enterprise. I repeatedly asked them to cover the cost of the loaner and they finally relented and said they MAY cover half. We finally got the rental and got out of there. I bought my 2011 Volvo from Wynn in Norristown, PA where they treat their customers with great respect and provide excellent customer service, they always go above and beyond - I knew without a doubt had I been at Wynn they would have taken good care of me without any hassles whatsoever.I called my salesperson, Sandy at Wynn the following day and told her what had taken place, she immediately stepped in, made the necessary calls and we were comped the cost of the rental. Cherry Hill Volvo should take a lesson (or 10) from Wynn Volvo. Cherry Hill needs to train their staff - start with Customer Service 101!

THE WORST. they lied to us about service and about loaner car policies to get us to purchase a 2010 volvo. Once we purchased, our car need some glass and leather work done due to a vandalism issue. they flat out refused to honor the loaner car policy they promised us and have taken over 3 weeks to repair our car - because they "cant get the parts" to repair the brand new car. they don't get back to you when you call to check on your vehicle for days. they are rude. they basically do not care, the only goal is to tell you anything to get you to buy a car from them and after that they treat you terribly. we even asked to talk to the service manager, dennis, however, he refused to speak with us and instead elected to sit at his desk and watch us in the waiting room from his all glass office. i tried to complain to volvo, but they wouldn't get involved and deemed it a dealership issue. long story short, this is a terrible volvo dealer, they are rude and have serious problems with their service department. i have driven volvos all my life and have never encounterd such a horrible dealer. never, ever buy from them unless you want nothing but rudeness and hassle in return.

My wife and I bought our 2011 XC90 at Cherry Hill Volvo. This is our second Volvo purchased from this dealer and both times were the best car buying experiences we have ever had. We had done much research ahead of time on the particular model we were interested in. They had 20 XC60's in their inventory which was pretty good to start. We were greeted by Nick France, a very professional, courteous and respectful salesman. We told him what we were interested in and he could tell we new a lot about the vehicle we were considering buying, but so did this sales person. We usually over research anything we are looking to buy especially a vehicle, so we usually know more about it it terms of options, specs, and performance than the salesperson does. This time the sales person actually knew the vehicles he was selling inside and out. This gave us a feeling of confidence that we were not on our own but could use the help of someone knowledgeable about the vehicle to help us choose the right one. Test driving was easy too. Just a copy of your drivers license and your on your way. The salesperson doesn't come with you. My wife and I could take our time driving vehicles and discussing between ourselves what we thought of them. There is absolutely no pressure here. We also met the owner/ president of the dealership Judith Krupnick. She sold us our first Volvo in 2003. What a wonderful down to earth person. I told her how I felt buying our first Volvo from her and she got teary eyed hearing it. She will tell you and believe me she is sincere, a person should buy a car not be sold one. That attitude trickles down into the whole operation here and was evident on the day of our purchase. After we choose our vehicle, then they took our keys on our trade in to appraise it. Most dealers would have taken the keys early on. To me that is a tactic of holding you, your keys , and your documents hostage so you don't leave. This dealer does the opposite. They only sell cars to people who want them. Now let me talk about the price. I was not a hundred percent sure we were going to come home with a new vehicle on this day. The day before I looked up the Kelly Blue Book value of our trade in. When the salesman Nick came back with the value of our trade in and what they would actually sell the vehicle we wanted for I could not believe the numbers. We were fully prepared to haggle but the trade in amount was more than I expected and the price of the vehicle was much less than the sticker. Call us a wimp but I said yes we will take for fear they would change there mind. They promptly prepared our new vehicle and we soon went home with our beautiful Volvo XC60 T6. Not only would we recommend this dealer but a person would be foolish to go anywhere else. Also I would like to add that the show room, waiting room, and service department are spotless. The entire place is spotless and looks amazing. That tells me the dealer takes pride in their establishment in all categories.

The service was amazing. The problem came up on Sunday and my wife and I were very busy and I emailed the dealership, they emailed me back that evening, and came to pick up my car the next morning, updated me by email during the day, and delivered the car back to my home later that evening. It was the best service experience I have had in 20 years over several dealerships and brands.
