My car was having problems starting. After a $100 diagnostic, my advisor recommended they perform $909.86 after taxes worth of maintenance to fix the issue. A day later, I found myself back at GM of Murfreesboro still asking them to fix the issue. To make a long story short, I ended up going to a different shop where they fixed my car for $256.96 including the diagnostic. It turned out the battery was bad. I did real estate sales for 12 years. What you did was unethical. A company of your caliber should know better. I have sufficient documentation to proof my case. Feel free to contact me if you even care.

My experience was wonderful. I spoke with Bubba at first to see what he can do for me. Based off those numbers over the phone he offered to help us get into a 2021 Trailblazer. Although it was nice but not what we were wanting we needed something with more room. He introduced me to Jamie who helped us through the whole process. Jamie didn’t pressure us into buying a new car but rather just listened to our budget and what we needed. Even though we loved the Traverse we came to the realization that the price tag was way too much for what we wanted so we compromised and Test drove a 2020 GMC Acadia and really liked it after a few days of owning it we are definitely happy and in love with our new vehicle. We had a terrible experience with Toyota and so we turned to Chevrolet and GMC for a better experience and this is exactly what we got. Shawn finished the experience with getting us a better interest rate and making the paperwork process seamless and fast. We had the best experience and will tell everyone who needs a new car to come to see Jamie at Chevrolet in Murfreesboro.

Bought a used Sequoia from Paul yesterday. Paul was friggin awesome. Solid dude. I had a concern with the Sequoia and Paul had the mechanics take a look at it and got it taken care of. He said I could bring it back if I wasn’t happy with the repair. He even called me the next morning to see if I had anymore concerns. The guy that did up our contract was awesome too. He explained everything and was super quick with the paperwork. I hate car shopping. Sometimes its worse than house shopping. These guys made it easy though. If I have to buy another one anytime soon I’m looking there first. Thanks again Paul.

Justin Young- our salesman was very knowledgeable about the car we purchased and assisted us in every way possible to ensure we were happy. He went through a thorough inspection of the vehicle before we came to pick it up and made sure it was spotless. Upon our arrival, he came to greet us and went over every option and how to use them. I will be back to purchase again from Justin. Bubba- the gm assisted us in the beginning and did everything he could to seal the deal including negotiating my trade. Carl-in parts helped us to deck out our car. Shawn- the finance manager was great at his job and searched until he found The lowest possible rate for out term and credit. I don't think I have every been more impressed with a company's employee to help our the customer the way he did for us.

I always hate the negotiation and the nature in which it is done. Back and forth! My thought is, "Let's just get this done." They didn't do that this time which was very nice. Gave me the deal I wanted first go. The bad part is how long it takes. Shouldn't take so long to buy a car. Not really their fault as all dealerships are that way. More toward the industry as a hole.

So you get a recall on your ten year old GM car...and you call two weeks before hand to make sure when you drop the car off...that parts and labor will be waiting. And you leave the car for a few days...and check back. Nope not ready...parts are the issue. ..the parts they ordered and had on hand two weeks ago. So now comes the dance. We have a rental car, the clock is ticking, the weekend is looming...and the car isn't fixed. At the stroke of midnight...by the grace of God...miraculously. ..the car gets repaired. So, you drive over in your rental to get your spouses car, walk into the service bay...not a service person in sight. You walk to the cashier and ask for your car. She says...the little guy in the blue shirt will help you. So...you go see this guy who acts like you are not there neither asking or greeting. ..and walks off. Finally...someone that appears sane enough to speak...approaches you...and finally you get your car. The real name of this dealership should be the Who Gives A Crap about you....unless, you are driving a caddy.

Recently experienced engine damage in previous GMC truck and was dealing with their extremely courteous and helpful staff in the service department, when I decided to trade-in instead of continuing with further maintenance. The service advisor helped me transition from the service department to the sales department. The sales associate that I was working with was courteous and helpful throughout selecting the right vehicle for me. MY husband and I went to order what he would call the greatest car ever made.Upon arriving at the Murfreesboro Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac dealership we were greeted by Dick Pritt. This man gave us the greatest experience in buying a car that we have ever had. One of the first things he said to my husband was that this was a great car and that he was going to love it. His knowledge of the vehicle and everything we ask was almost like he made it himself. The friendliness that we felt was like a good friend ,he was never pushy and he never tried to make you feel like you were rushing into things. After ordering the car there was a problem at the plant and Dick called to let us know. He was very informative about what was going on with the car at all times.When we went to pick the car up Dick to the time to show my husband how everything work in the inside to make sure we were comfortable with driving it home,he even called to make sure it was a good drive home. I recently had the pleasure of car shopping with the Chevy dealership in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. I was fortunate to work with a nice young man named Justin Young. After talking with us and determining what we were interested in, Justin showed us several models that he thought would meet our needs. He graciously answered every question we had and we could not find the exact SUV we wanted on their lot, he began looking to find the one to meet all of our needs. He was extremely patient and understanding as we looked at each one to determine if it would be the one we wanted. Once we narrowed it down to 2 vehicles, we had trouble deciding. He allowed us to "sleep on it" and call him the next day with our decision. Once we called, he immediately began to negotiate obtaining the vehicle as quickly as possible. The day it arrived and I picked it up, he walked me through the features of the car and how to work them. He answered each and every question I had. I have been very pleased with my new vehicle but most of all, I am pleased with the way I was treated by Justin Young and the staff at the dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

I needed a larger vehicle, had two to trade. I was a walk in to the dealership, met James Walker. He found a suburban I wanted, got a price, then gave me a value on the two vehicles I owned. We used this Chev dealer because the one in Lebanon is awful. We met Dick as he is the expert in Corvettes. Boy were they right. He is amazing. Very knowlegable and helpful. He even helped with our loan and got us a better rate then our own bank! I highly recommend this dealership. Everybody is friendly and helpful. Sean in financing is very nice as well.We'll definitely look at this Chev dealer next time we are in the market. The manager even thanked us for shopping there. Wow.

I bought my 2007 Saturn ION here in 2009. After a horrible experience with a salesman who was not listening to what I wanted, I ended up complaining to the manager, Chuck Bentley. I told Chuck that I was interested in the Saturn and I wanted a payment of $200. I had been trying to work the deal out for 3 days with no luck. Once Chuck took over, I had the deal worked out that same day. I was even offered to take the car and drive it for a couple of days to see if I liked it. I was also allowed a test drive BY MYSELF, without the added pressure of a salesman. This is the kind of treatment I remember from years ago...I ended up trading the Saturn (GREAT car and I got a FANTASTIC deal HERE!!!). I traded with another dealer in town who had the car I wanted, a Toyota, and it was an absolute nightmare. I was spoiled by the experience I had with Chuck and other friendly sales/service people...:( Even the financing guy was great, gave all the small details, fees, figures. Smooth, went over everything with me, everything was disclosed, and I absolutely left the lot that day feeling great about my purchase. This did NOT happen at the next wholesale Murfreesboro lot I purchased from and I will tell everyone I meet about the experience I had at both of these lots. I highly, HIGHLY recommend buying here. You won't find nicer people or a better deal anywhere, I promise!!!!! I would not hesitate to buy here again.

My salesman, Phil Tilley, made a nightmare buying a newer vehicle, " A Great Pleasure". You never know what kind of a sales person you're getting until they go out of there way to make sure you are comfortable. Mr. Tillman exceeded that and more. I told him twice and I'll say it again. He's the greatest salesman I've dealt with... EVER! The manager, Mr. Tye fixed the little problems that came with a newer/used vehicle the best he could and I appreciate that. The only negative I have is that the tires were looked at twice and rotated & balanced but still ride and sound like the tires are more worn out than what they appear. I trust the judgement of the service department that the people sharing the road with my vehicle and my family riding in it and with me at the least, is safe and reliable until I can purchase new tires. Great dealership, staff, and coffee. I will definitely return to purchase another vehicle just on the kindness and professionalism I experienced. Last but not least, I'm extremely pleased with my new/used truck. Thank you!

Was promised delivery of the vehicle. Gave a $5000 check for deposit and was told I had to drive back to sign papers after being promised the car would be delivered. The $5000 check was cashed immediately but it took three more days before I could make arrangements for my car. Was promised car on Wednesday before my vacation but had to wait until I returned. Had to make 3 trips to dealership. Had I known would have bought from another dealer.

I called and spoke to Justin and told him I was interested in a vehicle that I saw online. I told him I would be coming by at lunch and he had it ready for me when I got there. He showed me the vehicle and all of it's options but never once did I feel he was trying to push a sale. I asked to see some payment options so that I could discuss with my husband. I contacted all 3 dealers in the Nashville area on the internet on Christmas Eve day. I heard back from 2 of them-the other one was closed for the day. Of the 2 responding dealers, Eric Beers at CBGC of Murfreesboro showed the most interest in helping walk me through the process of buying a new car. Without being overbearing, he stayed in contact with me and was able to answer all of my questions quickly and honestly. Since this dealership is the farthest from my home and from Nashville, I got the impression that these folks really will bend over backwards to do what is needed to make everything as convenient as possible. Eric even offered to come to my home to complete the paperwork to save me the 30+ mile drive to the dealership. I did go out to Murfreesboro, however, once Eric had the car that fit the description of what I wanted. Arriving at the price was simple and straightforward. I never felt as though I was being hustled or taken advantage of. Once at the dealership, everyone that I came into contact with was helpful and friendly. Those who were instrumental in finalizing the deal all showed in many ways that they had my best interest as their goal. Once I named an interest rate for financing the car that I wanted to shoot for, they found a way to make it happen, despite the fact that it was a full percentage point below the going rate. The car was parked in a sheltered area for my inspection and was in perfect condition. Since I had driven to the dealership by myself, they are arranging to have someone deliver it to my home. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. Thank you all for making my visit so comfortable. And thank you Eric for taking such good care of me. I really appreciate all of your help!

I've been needing the electrical system inspected on my car. I work full time on a two hour commute, so I normally can't never make it into the shop during business hours. EXCEPT, this year my office is closed on New Year's Eve, so I can take off. I did. I scheduled an appointment for 10:15, the time suggested by them. I arrived 10 minutes early, and the serviceman scheduled to take my appointment was on lunch. They handed me off to someone else who then told me they wouldn't be able to get to my car until Thursday. Their excuse? They had too many walk-ins. Yep they prioritize walk-ins over appointments, literally. I asked him, Can't you prioritize?" and he said, "We have been." Well nevermind that. He blamed it on an unusual flooding of walk-ins from the previous day, but shouldn't they cap it off when their schedule gets full? I know Tire World does, and you know, it works. Tire World gets service done when they say they will, and they don't push back appointments. He reiterated the Thursday service date, and I reminded him that I have to work in Brentwood on that day. They are completely unwilling to honor their word. I wouldn't dare trust their craftsmanship.The real burn here is that in Knoxville, we have a great relationship with our GM dealer. They bend over backwards (as the cliche goes) to give us royal service. They are prompt, detailed, and friendly. They will never allow a reason to for you to be unhappy. When we asked our Knoxville dealer where we can get the same kind of service in Murfreesboro, they recommended Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac of Murfreesboro (obviously because they are a GM dealer/service center like themselves). That was the first mistake I've seen them make.I did think of one way for CBMCC to partially redeem themselves. ANSWER YOUR xxxx PHONE, apologize, and service my car TODAY. And heaven help me if you break something.Now I have to go at least another week with only high beams and duct tape (I'm trying to be considerate) on my nightly commute. I'll also have to find another service center to figure out why my bulbs, fuses, and relays are all working, but my headlights won't come on. Thanks CBMCC.

Had been thinking of trading in my 2003 Avalanche truck for some time, but waited until GM's new 2014 trucks arrived on the scene. Took a while to decide, but chose GMC Sierra truck over Chevrolet Silverado. Went to GM website for GMC trucks and "built my own". Then used site to "locate vehicles" in my area. Truck very similar to my choices was at this dealership. Although the dealership is about 45 minutes from my home (as opposed to local GMC dealer about 15 minutes away) and I had never dealt with this dealership before, I went to dealer's website from GM website and sent email to dealer about my truck choice. Dealer acknowledged my email very quickly and not long thereafter I received a phone call from salesman Tony Manthey. He explained current rebates on GMC trucks and which ones I qualified for. He also gave me a ballpark estimate on my trade-in. Since the dealership still had the truck I wanted on their lot, I visited them, looked at the truck and took it for a test drive. I requested two dealer-installed options for the truck - a runningboard step and a hard truckbed cover. Also got concrete trade-in value on my Avalanche (dealer's offer was $1,000 more than well-known nationwide used car dealership's offer.) I made deposit on truck to have options installed and learned when truck would be ready. Since this was a Friday afternoon and options had to be delivered to dealership for their installation, truck wasn't ready until Monday, but that gave me time to get my financial arrangements completed. I took delivery of truck on Tuesday. Paperwork was fairly quick and easy. Salesman then went over all the "buttons" on the truck for my wife and I and then helped with ONSTAR and SIRIUS radio registrations. We left dealership with very pleasant impression of dealership and salesman.

The service department has been sketchy for a while now. Ive always had issues getting my car fixed right the first time. This was the last straw! I left my car there for a simple oil change and tire rotation, and they finally call me 6 hours later to tell me that my car would not be ready for me to pick up that afternoon. Really? For an oil change and tire rotation? When I asked why, I was told that there was an unexpected problem getting the right parts for my car. Its an oil change! Ok, I'll play along. So I tell them that I need a rental car. "I'm sorry, we dont do that" I was told. Ok, my husband can take me to work, after all, I will get my car back the next afternoon.... NOPE! Long story short, they WRECKED my car! I was not told about it, and wouldnt have been told about it if I hadnt noticed it when I finally got to pick it up 3 DAYS LATER! But wait, the one advisor (Kevin) blatantly lied about it, the other advisor (Mark) finally fessed up, and the manager (Mike) still denies it. I was finally told (by an inside source) that several of their best technicians have recently left and went to other shops in the area. Oh, just so you know, THEY STILL CHARGED ME FOR MY OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION! Beware friends. You have been warned. Hopefully I can find the technicians that left and give them my business!

I went through my USAA insurance car buying program. It showed me 3 dealers in the area who were participating. This dealer had the lowest price so I worked with them. They gave me a fair price on my trade in but I wanted more. They were easy to work with and never pressured me. When I told them they were $800 high, they didn't counter offer, so I walked. Mr. Swain called me later at home, stating that they wanted my business and would try to reconcile with me in the morning. They called and said they had found a military deduction they could use and would be offering me a price $858 below their offer. Sweet.Completing the deal was painless and the prep on the car was great. Tony sat down with us in the car, explaining the functions of everything to us. I asked the dealer to provide me with the best possible price with my trade in. They did this in timely manner. I then took my trade in to another dealer and asked for the same written request , which they did. My instructions to both dealers was " give me your best pice in writing". Before I left the lot the second dealer said," If that price is too high we can work something out". The next day I called Mr. Pritt and asked if we could get a lower price. He replied with a firm no, we gave you our best price already. That was the correct answer.

Entire internet sales department and finance person were very friendly and helpful. They did not have the exact car I wanted on the lot, so they arranged to get it for me from another location. They have followed up with us since we purchased the car. Mr. Manthey encouraged us to come back if we coulodn't figure out some of the features on the car. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I hate shopping for and purchasing a new car. I don't like the hassle and double talk. We did not have any of that with this purchase. Everything was very open and up front. I would purchase another vehicle from them in the future.

A+ all around for the dealership and especially Mr. Phil Tilley....I saw the award sitting on his desk proclaiming him as the "Salesman of the Month" for the previous month. Now I know why. Drove the "Certified" (BS!) 2011 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 off of the lot and straight to another Chevrolet dealership to have routine maintenance performed that should have been completed prior to placing it on their lot for sale. I had to have the tires balanced and the truck is still vibrating. I also have issues with the stereo speakers rattling. The condition of the truck was misrepresented in that I specifically asked about paint scratches, dents and dings and was told that the truck was "clean, it looks like a new one". I asked this question because I was going to have to drive 2 and a half hours to look at the truck. Upon my initial inspection, I found severe paint damage on both sides of the truck from what appeared to be frequent use on a gravel road. I decided to go ahead and purchase the truck since the paint was not chipped past the primer and I had considered removing the bed and installing a flatbed. I have purchased new and used vehicles at many dealerships all over the Southeast and have never encountered customer service this bad. In hindsight, I should have walked away from this purchase and shopped elsewhere. I have never written a negative review before but after my experience with this dealership, I felt it important to share my experience here.

I only had a couple days to purchase a car and i was discouraged when i pulled in the car lot. Roger was the 1st to approach me. He showed me a 2008 Dodge Avenger in the price range i had given him. It was a great looking car with low mileage. It was perfect for me and my 2 young girls! Roger and the rest of his team made sure i was comfortable and offered me coffee while i waited. I did not call ahead to let Tyler know I was coming back to look at the new Equinox. He was out for another 1.5 hrs or so. Other salesmen tried to help, I told them I would just come back in a couple of hours. I came back, Tyler called in to let me know he would be there in just a few more minutes. He showed me the cars, different colors and different trim packages, different engine options. Then we test drove one. He suggested I take it on the interstate and then on a winding road back to the dealership. This gave me a good look at it's handling performance. We then went in to talk price. He seemed to have a good handle on the pricing options for us. He had my trade in looked at, we agreed on a price, then he took the info to the finance man. A good experience over all. I recently purchased a 2013 Buick Lacrosse from this dealership. I have dealt with the service department for many years with total satisfaction, but this is the first time I have purchased a new car. My experience with the purchase couldn't have been better. I had an idea of the car I wanted when I went in to talk with Randy - they didn't have the exact car in their stock but found it at another dealership andI had it in 3 days. The financial part of the sale was handled by Shawn who was very helpful with acquiring a loan, extended warranty, and giving me information on the process of applying Perma Plate on all surfaces of the car. This will preserve the "new" look to the inside and outside of my car for a long time. Also Randy in Service (who I have gotten to know over the years) was there to confirm my choice of the Buick Lacrosse I purchased. I do appreciate the fact that there is a low turn over of the employees at CGBC of Murfreesboro which guarantees that I will know who I am dealing with whenever I go to the dealership for service or any question. This is our fourth new purchase from this dealership. We have always had a great experience with these guys. This time around, we bought a new Corvette, which they found for us in the Cincinati area. They brought the car down to the dealership and we picked it up in Murfreesboro. Our salesman was Phil Tilley and he couldn't have been nicer, a real southern gentleman. There was no pressure, only willingness to help us find the car we wanted and make us happy. Tye Hargrove has always been such a joy to work with and really goes the extra mile for us. Our only complaint would be the time it took to process the paperwork. We had already turned in our 2012 Cadillac and it's title and were writing a check for the difference. Because we were writing a check, we had to complete a credit application so they could run it through the credit bureau to see if we were deadbeats. I mentioned my displeasure, but I came to understand that this dealership is part of an automotive group that owns dealerships all over the country. Probably somewhere in another city, someone must have tried to cheat them so the bean counters in the "Eiffel Tower" created another document to be completed. Aside from the business office experience, everything else was a simple, pleasurable experience. Kudos to Tye and Phil. As Arnold says "I vill be back".

I purchased a vehicle a few years ago with this dealership under a different owner and as usual with car dealerships you needed to pack a lunch to go buy a vehicle because you knew it was going to take all day.Now that this dealership is under new management we were very surprised to see the difference. I gave this dealership a very good rating and recommend it highly. We arrived, was greeted by Eric Livingston (very nice young man)and taken directly to the trucks and picked out one. Because we get the GM employee purchase plan it has always been a hassle to see exactly what our price and discounts are. This time Eric brought us the paper, explained our price, the general manager gave us more than what I thought was our discount, everything was on a paper spelled out in front of me, it was great. The best part about this whole transaction was the time. Toni in finance came right over to start the paperwork, they even let us leave and go eat dinner while waiting on the paperwork to be finished (not heard of at a dealership, the doors are usually boarded up). Our complete time from arriving at the lot, picking out a vehicle, and purchase was (2) hours. I was so impressed!! Thanks to Chevrolet Buick GMC of Murfreesboro, Eric Livingston and Toni in Finance we had a wonderful experience, recommend this dealership highly and will continue to give them our business. I bought a Cobalt there 2 years ago. I had major issues with a water leak when it would rain. After several times through service we decided to trade. TC the service manager went to GM for help with the trade. They wouldn't do anything because it was still under warranty. The dealership stepped up and gave me a great deal on my trade. My husband and I have purchased 3 cars there. Its been painless all 3 times. The sales people are always friendly. The finance dept is fantastic. And the service dept is outstanding. Mr. Tilley was a great help as we purchased our new Mailbu. We came to the store knowing that we wanted a Malibu since I had one previously and loved it. We took the test drive and was very satisfied with the car and decided to buy. Mr. Tilley explained all the features and helped us set up the On-Star. He taught us how to use the blue-tooth and all the other features. I left feeling confident that I knew how to work all the gadgets. Mr. Tilley took his time with us and never seemed pushy or overbearing. It was a pleasure dealing with him.However, I promised I'd never buy another car because of the time it took to finalize all the paper work that seemed totally needless to me. We told the financial officer that we would not buy any of the extras and he was most courteous but we could tell he had to present all the lengthy list to us. We continually said no. And it seemed to take forever to get the paper work all filled out. We paid down over half the amount and our credit rating was excellent yet we still had miles of paper work and honestly, from the time we agreed to purchase to the time we left, took over 2 hours. We came into the store at 4:30 and left at 7:20. That was almost a deal breaker. I think this is customary with all dealerships but the one that eliminates and expedites the process will undoubtedly be the dealer of choice for many customers. I HATED THAT PART OF THE EXPERIENCE. Fix that if you want to improve.And I do not want a call or loads of junk email to come to me. Did this as a courtesy for the dealership. Do not share my contact info.

My wife and I recently purchased a used 2008 at this dealership. Since buying the car we've had to replace the wheel bearings, the transmission speed sensor, and the over shaft speed sensor. They told us that they did a 170-point inspection of the vechicle; however, when we had the computer ran at the Two Rivers Ford Service Dept. they told us that even though there were no lights on on the dash two trouble codes popped up for the Transmission Sensor and the Over Shaft Sensor. I guess they did a 168-point inspection. Did I mention that we bought this car 6 days ago? The salesmen was extremely pleasant to work with and the entire process went by wonderfully. However, once the car was paid for the salesman scratched off part of our tint trying to get a sticker off, he did not clean the residue off the front windshield, and there was still stickers and marker paint on the glass. Also, when we went to pick up the vechicle there was a puncture in the side wall of our front left tire (which we will also have to replace). Overall the experience during the buying process was wonderful but after they secured the financing we were on our own. I would recommend that anyone planning to purchase a car from this dealership to do a thorough inspection of the vechicle before bringing it home because once the car leaves the lot in your hands you are liable for any physical/mechanical damage.

I'm a young lady and this was my first time buying a new car. This may be the only dealership I ever try to purchase from again. They were very awesome. Unlike other dealerships I visited that day, they listened to what I wanted and did not waste my time in provided prices and getting me approved for financing. There was no back-and-forth for hours with this place, they told me everything straight, honest, and upfront. Tyler Weaver is the nicest, most friendly car salesman I have ever met! He let me test drive the car with no hassle; I was even offered to take a car home for the night. He explained all of my options to me- different packages on the car, and the difference in buying vs lease. Tyler made sure I got everything I wanted, even the color was my favorite choice. When I got inside my new car, he preset the radio stations for me and talked to onstar when the onstar rep was being demanding. He was protective- told me not to push buttons going down the road the first night. He was very caring and wanted to make sure I understood everything- he told me if I had any questions, I could call him on his cell phone at anytime day or night. The service I got was outstanding. Everyone in the office made me feel welcome. I highly recommend Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac of Murfreesboro and Tyler Weaver.

Overal my wife and I are pleased with our purchase. There were two items that bother us.The first is we were told that the car would get a 172 point inspection including an oil change. If the work was done they left the oil change two quarts low. This put some fear in us causing us to think we made a bad deal. I soon realized that the car requires two and a half quarts more than an average car. The second item is something the salesman told me. He said they would fill the car up before we picked it up. When we got it it was not full.

Really different process!! When it is time to buy a car you start treading the entire process of going back and forth with pricing. We really did not feel that way at this dealership. We had bought from this location from the previous owners and we vowed to NEVER go back. Much much better this time. I have been thinking about purchasing a new or slightly used vehicle for a couple of months now. I really had no idea what I wanted. I went from sports car to luxury, but finally decided on a cadillac CTS. I drove numerous cars on the lot and Phil was as patient and kind as he could be. I never felt over pressured even though I walked away several times to think about my decision. I got the call I had been waiting for on Friday night. She made everything about the sale so easy. She was extremely knowledgable about each phase of the sale. Barbara is not a high-pressure salesperson. She let us decide which automobile was right for us and then guided us through the process with patience and professionalism. Had my 07 Silverardo towed to the dealership because it wouldnt start , I had called Mark earlier at 710 am he told me to get my truck to them as soon a possiable so they could get a look at it .We got the truck there at830 he got it right in and told me he would call me when they found out what was wrong . Mark called me at1130 and said that thought it was the ignition switch , they didnt have one in stock but would have one first thing monday morning and gave me a total price on the repair for my approval. Mark called me back at 130 and told me they had done further inspection and found that it was the BCM ( body control module )and got the part replaced under Warranty and my truck was ready to go . i have used this dealership on many occasions for oil changes and other simple services , also have used them in my job sell big truck parts for Rush truck centers in Smyrna .I have always recommend this dealership to anybody who is looking for a car or services. Great Job By everybody involved . Thank you

I had been walking for several weeks, then borrowed and I even rented a car. I was putting off the fact that I was going to have to buy a new vehicle. I needed to keep my payments within my means. I drove everywhere looking for a vehicle. All the dealers said to keep within my price range I would need to get a used vehicle. A friend recommended Phil Tilley at Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac of Murfreesboro. I walked in to the dealership and asked for Phil. I told him that I really wanted a new GMC or Chevy Pickup Truck but didn't know if I could afford it. I told him what I wanted to spend and where my payments needed to be. Phil jumped right in and took me out on the lot....Of NEW trucks. Within 30 minutes I had picked out my truck and been on a test drive. Phil got me into a full size shortbed GMC pickup that is awesome! Phil went out of his way to get me exactly what I wanted for less than any of the used cars that had been "pushed" at me. I have never met such a great car salesman. Phil was helpful, professional, kind, was never pushy or tried to talk me into something that I didn't want. He walked me through the whole process from finding me what I wanted, crossing the hurdles of financing and walking out the door driving this awesome new truck. This man takes pleasure in making his customers happy. I never dreamed I'd be driving a new pickup. But Phil and Chev. Buick GMC Cadillac of Murfreesboro made it happen!

We talked to Gary about getting us a 2011 GMC Yukon because the one on the lot that he had to show us was not equipped with all the features that we wanted. He said that he would check up to a 500 mile radius to see if he could find one with the features that we wanted. He checked for us and did find what we wanted. So he sent someone to pick the car up for us. We returned to the dealership and Gary introduced us to our salesman, Dick Pritt, and he showed us the car and how everything worked. He was very patient with us and wanted to make sure that we understood everything. We have had the car about 3 weeks now and have called Dick several times,and he has helped us with whatever question we have had. It had been over 11 years since we had bought a Yukon, and we feel that our overall experience with your dealership was a very good one. We want to thank each one who helped us in our purchase. We are very happy driving our new Yukon and are learning more about it everyday. Thanks again!

Having several marginal experiences with dealers while looking for a used Dodge Dakota I happened on CBGC of Murfreesboro, and they made purchasing the car a very nice experience. I had to drive 250 miles each way to pick it up and it was worth the time and expense, as these guys were great do work with. The vehicle was all I expected; dealing with Bill Davis, Dick Pritt and Tony Griffis has restored my faith in auto dealers. Bill gave me a great price over the phone knowing how far I had to come, and when I got there Dick and Tony were great to work with. All the numbers were exactly as we agreed on, and I'm very happy with the purchase. Even though they're 250 miles away, I'll probably give them a call when ready for the next vehicle.
