Absolutely obsessed with my new car. Our salesman Kevin Childrey made the car buying process so much fun and easy. Which was totally awesome since we had our 2 month old with us. Helped me navigate all the cool features in the car (some I didn’t even know existed in cars) I will definitely be recommending my friends to Kevin when they are in the market for a new car. Such great service!

Body shop does sub standard work. Had them replace a headlight assembly, replace the front windshield, and repair paint damage on one of the rear quarter panels. Did a decent job on the paint work but that was it. It seems that someone rushed the rest of it. Weather seal on the windshield wasn’t completely put back as it should have been. Also as soon as I left the body shop I had an airbag light on, that wasn’t on before I brought it in. Guessing they most likely forgot to reconnect a harness on the front bumper when they were finished or something worse. Sad thing is they had the car for two weeks and still left things unfinished. Take your body work elsewhere. I definitely won’t be using this body shop again.

The staff was personable, knowledgeable and understanding. I most certainly will go back, they truly cared about my family’s safety and it was proven with conversation as well as work quality. They have superseded my expectations. Especially Justin and the Service Manager Kevin

Best dealership in the county!! really give off that southern hospitality and make you feel welcomed Josh helped us fill out the paper so we didn’t waste no time getting the car. Christy helped detail our car better than we would’ve done it ourselves and gave us a really good deal on the leather for the interior design and Scott showed me his super dope car. Overall best experience I’ve had in a car dealership in Gadsden

I went in knowing exactly what I wanted to pay. My sales guy Kevin never once tried to nudge me into anything more or in a vehicle that costs more. I bought a used car not a brand new one. He was very helpful and kind. It was like buying a car from a friend instead of a car sales man. I would definitely recommend Kevin and team one Chevrolet of gadsden to anyone! Thank you so much for y’all’s help in helping me find the perfect car!!

My truck needed a repair, part was quickly ordered and my repair was done! I was given a loaner to drive while service was being done. I am very happy with both my truck and service I receive at Gadsden Chevrolet.

Took vehicle for service and they were test driving and totaled my car and have not paid for anything or claiming responsibility. I had to file under my insurance and they keep telling me I need to contact our corporate attorneys and insurance. Their insurance company was not notified until 4 or 5 days after accident and only when I contacted my insurance first. The driver utilized my insurance information on police report and I was told not to worry as their insurance would cover everything. Nope, not the case as my insurance had to pay out and I am out my deductible and down payment. The dealership was the one who totaled my car and I am the one getting penalized.

I returned to this dealership because it is where I purchased my previous vehicle, and I had a good experience. This time purchasing a car from them was a different experience. I could not go in the lot and browse cars, I told the salesman certain specifics and he brought three cars to me and I was made to feel like, those were my choices so now decide. The salesman could not tell me the price for any car and did not want to until I had made my decision. I do not know about the average consumer, but price effects what I like more. The salesman made several remarks about how his paycheck was affected on whether or not I bought the car. When I told him something was out of my budget, he would just throw out the exscuse well the bank says you can afford it. He was not concerned about my experience, only his paycheck. Once I received the car, the phone charger outlet did not work, he called me to check on me and the car and I told him about the problem, and that I would call the service department. He insisted he would do everything for me. When I arrived for my appt he had done nothing, and made no appt for me. I drove 45 mins for the appt.The lady in the service department did not want to be bothered. She told me she could work it in, but it would be a while, and was pushing for me to leave, so I did. I will use this dealership until my warranty runs out, and then I will not be back. This is 100% truth, word for word... I hope this helps....

I contacted salesman Brandon Davidson when I found the truck I wanted. He kept in touch, no pressure to make a deal and he stuck to his word that he would try his best to make me happy. I scheduled an appointment and we carried the truck home with us. Every one was nice and I left happy and didn't feel violated.

I wasn't looking forward to buying a car. My son in law recommended that I stop by and take a look. My salesman, Mike Campbell, listened to my concerns, understood my financial needs, and was more than willing to show me every car that fit my budget. My contact was with Terry. She was straight to the point of buying the vehicle that I had indicated interest in. She also did great followup on the questions I had about the vehicle. She went as far as checking several sources to see about a conversion I needed for my wife being in a wheelchair. Great to be working with such a great sales person. I definitely would purchase a car from this dealer, even though I haven't at this time, just based upon my telephone conversation with Terry.

The young man that wrote up my estimate was knowledgeable and very efficient. In fact i told him he was the fastest person I have met since moving to Al. Never been in and out of a body shop that fast and the estimate been so accurate. The workmanship was excellent and the finished product was exceptional. The vehicle was clean and I think they even waxed it. I was impressed with the work and customer service.
