Customer services was amazing. We loved the fact that he did not pressure us in to something we knew we were not going to be able to afford so he knew by having us choose two cars we would be excited to choose in between one or the other and gave us the prices that we knew were reasonable and he went beyond by letting us know other deals that we were intrested in and ended up going for those. I can honestly say that i left please most dealer ships do not encounter us because of our age they feel like its not serious but Jordan took us upon and showed us cars !! We left happy with our brand new Equinox 2017 !!!

Mike Phua, one of the internet sales managers helped me with my purchase. He was very, very educated about the truck especially in the diesel version ! This was the first time I have ever purchased a diesel powered truck and I had lots of questions and concerns ! Mike took the time to educate me on the differences and benefits of switching over to the diesel powered motor ! It helped me understand and appreciate what the diesel power brings to the truck ! That honestly made me feel good about my purchase , as the diesel model is much more expensive that the gas model ..I had also gone online to shop prices and Montebello Chevrolet had the best price ! They quoted it to me in writing and honored it without any questions when I got there ! They were also very honest with me about my trade in ! When I didn't accept there offer for my trade in, they delivered my new truck to me at carmax over 12 miles away !! The sales service is great and I would most definitely recommend going to mike if you want to buy a new truck !!

Bad bad service they waste my time I went in for New vehicle the Guy runs my Credit. Everything was going fine I was just waiting on the response to get the best interest rate , when all of the sudden the guy comes out and told me the vehicle has been sold and that the was the last one we had . He could've told me that since I got there instead for making me wait for almost 2hr . That's not it is go online again and the Vehicle still posted like if they have it so I don't know if is like a hook to bring you in then sell you something else. But clearly that is wrong , or maybe they just have bad communication wich is also bad and wrong as well.

My daughter was looking to buy her first brand new car. I called Mike Phua, Internet Sales Manager, and told him what she was looking for and what payment she needed to be at. When We got to the dealership he had the car she wanted ready to test drive and all the numbers in place. As soon as my daughter saw the 2017 Chevy Hatchback, she said it was "love at first sight". When she drove it, she was sold. Mike gave us such a great price for an amazing car, we just couldn't say no! Mike is such a nice guy and makes you feel really comfortable and not pressured. Sirenio Victoria, the Finance Manager, took care of our paperwork and he was extremely efficient and a pleasure to work with as well. I came to Montebello Chevrolet because they were highly recommended by friends that bought vehicles there, I was able to look around at the end of the day without being followed by sales staff. I picked a model I was interested and was helped by Mike Phua who was very knowledgeable about the new model I was interested in. We moved at my pace and even though I was on the fence regarding a new purchase, he left me alone to think about my options. After a test drive and comfortable feeling I got with mike I made the purchase and haven't been more happy with my choice of vehicle and dealer. I haven't bought a new vehicle in 13 years. I have to say, I have never been more accommodated than I was at this dealership. I only had to show up to sign the paperwork, which was done electronically using a fantastic computer system, provide my deposit, and take my new Tahoe home. They also provide free access to their fancy coffee / hot chocolate machine and a kids-only playroom with books, toys, and video games. It's always a pleasant visit when having my vehicle serviced.

This year I was able to go from the 2014 cruze to the 2017 Equinox and it was all thanks to Jared! My husband and I were looking for something larger and more reliable than our Ford Edge. Chevrolet of Montebello had a really good selection of preowned SUV's that we were interested in. Mike took his time to show us each of the vehicles we were considering. Once we decided to move forward with one of their low mileage GMC Acadia's Mike was very upfront and transparent about the buying process and pricing. It was the first time I didn't feel like I needed to haggle for hours at a dealership. I knew he was giving us the best possible deal. After having the worst experience at a dealership we had ever encountered at Rotolo Chevrolet where we were yelled at by a sales manager, we decided to give Chevrolet one last chance and contacted Carlos Corona at Montebello. We confirmed make and trim availability over the phone, pricing, etc. and he was confident that they would be able to offer what we were asking for. We walked in the doors just before closing on a Sunday night and the experience with Montebello was a day and night difference from the 2 prior Chevrolet dealerships we had visited that day. The employees were friendly and Carlos went above and beyond for us. He knew every feature of the Volt and ones we didn't even know about, he also was thorough going over it. He was familiar with their incentives, rebates, etc- something the other dealerships never even mentioned. Every question we had either about the car or the financing he was able to answer confidently. We got the pricing and the car we had sought out for. We were in and out and we really appreciated Carlos for staying late for us. If you want to get the best deal, excellent customer service, and honest business practice with no suprises- go to Carlos Corona at Montebello. I wish we had gone there first instead of the other dealerships. Without Carlos and our great experience at Montebello, we would have never stepped foot on another Chevrolet dealership again. Brought my car in for brake fluid service, David S, welcomed me & got the paperwk going...while waiting for the shuttle, David took me over to see the new camaro's, I appreciated that, we talked abt Christmas & plans for New Year's Eve. He's very friendly & helpful. He's honest & I feel he tries his best to make all of his clients/customers happy. Also, I wanted to recognize Carlos the shuttle driver & David, I really need to get home, my grandmother had gotten on her hands & knees & before she knew it she couldn't get up, she called me crying. I wanted to express y 100% satisfaction with Chevrolet of Montebello. My wife and I look for over 5 weeks and ended up buying our pre-owned 2015 GMC Acadia from this dealership. The experience was very pleasant. Our Sales Representative Carlos did an outstanding job in communication with us online and in answering all of our questions. He was courteous, responsive and knowledgeable. I live in Gilbert Arizona; I basically bought my SUV without seeing it. This is how much confidence I had in dealing with such a professional person. It was a great deal and I ended up buying an Airline ticket and flying to Burbank Airport . Carlos picked me up from the airport and we sealed the deal. I ended up driving the SUV back to Arizona same day.

I called to make an appointment to test drive at Chevrolet Montebello in an hour. Mitchell answers the phone and he says that the car would be ready when we get there. So far so good. We arrive and find Mitchell. Mitchell tells us they will bring out the car and then he disappears. So we wait in the lobby. 5 minutes pass. 10 minutes pass. No sign of Mitchell. My wife and I are wondering what is the hold up. 15 minutes pass. We ask the front desk person to page Mitchell. The front desk guy pages Mitchell over the loudspeaker. We still wait. 20 minutes pass. xxx?? At this point, we're really annoyed and started calling other dealerships. 25 minutes pass and still no sign of Mitchell. After 30 minutes pass, Mitchell finally appears but walks around with another customer. When I asked him what was going on with our test drive, he comes up with a lame excuse. I ended up asking somebody else to help test drive the car.Mitchell completely disrespected and wasted our time and didn't even bother to tell us what was going on. AVOID MITCHELL. HE IS FULL OF IT

Took my 2011 truck for air conditioning problem well within my warranty. I told them my air conditioner would make a grinding noise every time I turned on my A/C after it had been sitting for a few days. Not only that, my A/C cold air would turn off (fan stayed on) while driving and my battery gauge would drop to 9 volts. After 5 or 10 minutes it would start working again and the volts back up to 12 or 14. After 4 visits and 2 1/2 yrs they would not fix it because they could not duplicate the problem. During one visit they found the system was empty on freon.. I gave up (now out of warranty) a finally took it to Pepboys. They found the A/C compressor was defective. They said the've seen this problem in 2009 thru 2011 Silverado and Suburbans in the past. I have NOT had any more problems with my AC. NOTE: this in ONLY on this issue, Chevrolet of Montebello has been good on other repairs.

I bought a Chevrolet Tahoe from this dealership back in May 2013. My sales consultant, Max, was perfect. He treated me fairly and courteously and provided all the necessary information. We will be referring him to our family and friends. If you go, make sure you ask for Max.

When I saw the 2005 Pontiac Sunfire on your lot I fell in love as I was driving by. The next day I called Chevy of Montebello and spoke with RT. He sounded very sincere and explained the car and all the details to me. I told him Id be there to see the car and him later that day. When I got there, he greeted me but was with another customer. So rather than have me wait, he introduced me to MG and CP. All 3 sales reps showed me much interest, courtesy and respect. I felt no need to go elsewhere to find what I wanted! Im very happy with my purchase of my 2005 Sunfire and your staff. My thanks to all of you.

Great salesman. Kept me genuinely interested in the car. Communicated well throughout the process. He stayed hours after his shift to make sure we were satisfied. I was referred to salesman David Henriquez by a friend who purchased a car from him last year. I contacted him and from beginning to end it was a painless no hassle experience. I wish my past car purchases had been as easy. It only took a few phone calls and emails and it was almost done. The final touch was a personal delivery of my new Cruze by David. This delivery was very much appreciated since I live 100 miles from the dealership and work 6-7 days a week. Thank you David and Chevrolet of Montebello, I will be referring family and friends to you in the future.

i was i the market for a 2013 chevy volt. sam came recommended from a co-worker from my office who had leased a 2012 volt from sam last year. sam was very very responsive over email and phone. he was able to locate a volt at another dealer. sam and i agreed on the lease terms. on the day of delivery i guess the dealer had sold the volt much to my disappointment. in any case, sam sprung to action again to find another volt at a different dealer and i had my new 2013 volt delivered to my office in pasadena. i never had to go to the montebello dealership. based on my comparison shopping experience with other chevy dealers in the los angeles area, i would highly recommend working with sam.

This place is awesome! As soon as you get there you are greeted by friendly people. They have an amazing sales team. Eduardo helped me around the lot, I told him what I was interested in and he showed me what they had in stock. He was very friendly. After I chose what I wanted, he took me back to the office where I met the sales manager Ed, who is also nice. They helped me get the car the wanted. It wasn't a stressful situation like I thought it would be. Very pleasant experience for buying my first car!

In my previous car buying attempts, it would start off very good, but end up with the usual phrase's "You need a co-signer or you need more money down" or the (Sorry, but you don't qualify for a new car. Well much to my surprise, I went in on a Saturday, and drove home the same day in a BRAND NEW 2013!!!! I was totally bewildered when the salesman ( Eugene Aquino) told me "We're getting the car washed and cleaned up for you" I looked at him and said "What?" and he repeated what he said. I the went in and spoke to the finance mgr (Mr. Victoria) who was also incredible, when he told us our rate would be even lower than first mentioned. Overall it was a GREAT experience, and Thank-You to Chevrolet of Montebello for restoring my faith in the U.S. Auto Industry, and now I know President Obama did the right thing!!!!!

I have bought several cars before but my experience with Chevrolet of Montebello and the sales person Kevin were the highest best I have had. He knew alot about the car and told us everything. He was patient with us made sure to tell us what all the buttons on the car do so we could know. he understood we were a little older and not so savoy with the computers.we recommend them to our family and friends that wants Chevy.

GO HERE for your vehicle needs. You will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. These guys are AWESOME!! They are so respectful and honest. We dealt with Sam via email and he ALWAYS responded to our emails and every question and request we had. He is SOOOO nice and helpful. Benjamin is AWESOME too! From the time we walked into the dealership to the time we drove off in our new vehicle these guys were HONEST. They were never pushy during the negotiations and guess what??? NO GAMES here. They went over and above getting the vehicle ready for us from the waxing to a full tank of gas. SIMPLY AMAZING!! Thanks guys!! I would highly recommend this dealership and it's staff. I help my sister purchase a certified pre-owned truck here on 1-12-12. We drove 80 miles to come here and it was well worth driving this far to come here. We probably passed 10 other Chevrolet dealers on the way here. I recognize that most people dread walking in or purchasing a vehicle at dealerships. I have personally bought over 40 cars my own self ( All new ). I know i have purchased my vehicles at many dealerships and I would rate this dealership as in the top 3 dealerships I have worked wit in the past. I was also a finance manager at a dealership 20 years ago. So I kinda know the business. We worked with Ralph Jaramillo ( Our sales consultant ) and the Sales Manager. Then we went into finance department and meet with Serenio Victoria. They were all so pleasant to work with and really seemed concerned about our purchase. This was a very pleasant experience for my sister and for me. Also no high pressure sales !!! IN A NUT SHELL, GREAT JOB YOU ALL DID AT MONTEBELLO CHEVROLET !!! GIVE THEM AN OPPURTUNITY !!!! I must say I was very impressed, I had an issue with my vehicle while visiting a friend and stopped into Chevrolet of Montebello, not wanting to chance breaking down. Within 15 minutes of diagnosing the care they found the problem and had it repaired in about an hour. They saved me additional money and got me back on the road safely in no time.

I wanted to thank you and your staff for providing such great service to my family. We purchased the car on April 14, 2011. Your no pressure sales approach is so refreshing after going to multiple car dealers over the last couple of weeks. The 2007 Scion is the perfect car for my daughter and the care your staff put into preparing the car for sale was impressive. The car we purchased was in "show car" condition. I actually walked your car lot when the paperwork was being processed for the Scion and I was so impressed with all the cars on your lot. All the cars were so clean and ready to sell. Not like other car lots we went to where the cars were dirty and you could tell they did not care for them. Also mechanically, this 2007 Scion runs perfect. You can tell your team of experts put the same care into preparing this Scion as they would with any Chevrolet product. You treat all cars the same, like you were selling them to family members. I for one will be back to your dealership when I am in the market to purchase another vehicle. Thanks again for all your great service

The reason I thought I would write a review or responce, is because, after I purchased my Chevy HHR, I notice more scratches where it was not immediatly visible. The other reason I am not fully satified is because after discovering these scratches, I should have received a lower price and a lower percentage on the purchase. I have a good credit score.

I visited the showroom and was greeted by Carlos. He was the best car "salesman" I have experienced in quite sometime, perhaps the best ever. I have owned Corvettes in the past and when youre buying such, you expect superior service. On the day I purchased my Corvette it was between that, a BMW, Lexus and a Mercedes. Chevrolet won in the end because of one simple factor: your service. End of Story. I sincerely appreciated his attentiveness, knowledge and fairness.I will definitely be back for future purchases.A satisfied Customer!
