Drove 3+ hours to buy a Jeep here. Mike was an excellent salesman. He worked with me ahead of time on the phone to make sure it was what I was expecting and had it pulled up and ready when I arrived. Everyone working at the dealership was friendly. I was treated very well, and the car is exactly what I was looking for. I have been looking at cars for a few weeks now and this has been the first dealer where I felt like I was treated fairly and didn't have to play games with pricing. Their listed price was fair, without having to haggle, the car itself was very clean, and ran well, and the trade value was where I needed it to be. Jeremiah in finance took the time to explain the pricing structure and got the payment exactly where I wanted it. This was a great experience. I was in and out in a few hours, and on the way back home with a great car.

First time buying a car in my life and everyone here at Ottawa Chevy made the experience great. Very helpful and cordial. Also, Bruce was a pleasure to deal with as well as the sales manager. Waiting for the paperwork to get done and passing the time with good conversation made the experience enjoyable as well. They stayed late after hours as well as our appointment was at 515 pm and they closed at 6pm. Thanks for making this experience great...go see this crew for your new and used car needs. Appreciate all you guys did.
