Melissa worked all day with me and was GREAT with my 4-yr-old. She was diligent and kind and thorouch. She was an amazing advocate for me and getting me into the exact vehicle I wanted. The management support is clearly wonderful here, too. Thank you, Chevy of Wasilla, and Melissa. I will be returning for my next vehicle.

Honest, no pressure dealership. Highly recommend. Great deal on a great car with excellent warranty. The salesman was great. This is the second car I have purchased from them and I plan on sticking with them for years to come.

We saw the car we had been waiting for. When we contacted Chevy Wasilla we received a quick response. It was downhill from there as our questions were answered by Brian, and test drive taken. Jesse was exceptional at handling all we needed to do to close the deal. She made sure our requests and needs were met. Jesse is very professional yet down to earth friendly. Thanks Jesse for helping us get the car we were looking for!

Before visiting any dealership I secured my financing. This was the first dealership we stopped at. The car we wanted to test drive was already being looked at. So we visited another dealership. While there the Chevy of Wasilla salesman texted us deals that were available to look at. We went back. Found a truck we liked. And the dealership worked with us until we were both happy with the deal.

Great service Jessie is amazing and will take good care of you! I highly recommend her and the Lithia crew in Wasilla. Very impressed with the patience of all the crew when it came to dealing with children in the showroom. Very family friendly aka kid friendly!

Very helpful and professional sales consultant. I was a little disappointed in the Sales manager as I would have liked a better price for the vehicle I purchased. Again, I was VERY please with the sales consultant, Jason King. I would recommend him to anyone I know who is in the market for a vehicle.

The sales department was very helpful in getting my truck ready for me to pick up after i arrived at dealership. My trade-in procedure went very well and i ended up leasing the the truck from the dealer. I had gone to the same dealer some years ago and they are still very pleasurable to work with, much more than the one in anchorage. The parts department was very helpful for getting me some extra parts for my truck thanks to Aaron and Jack.

Purchased my first car a 2011 chevy malibu. Vance was very helpful and was gracious enough to stay after closing hours to help put me in my vehicle with the best intentions for me the buyer. My parents purchased a truck with him as a salesperson . He has great customer service skills and is a very easy person to talk to with out feeling pressured. Great salesman. Thanks vance.

Chevrolet of Wasilla is my number one dealer of choice in Alaska. I have purchased 2 brand new vehicles from this dealership in the past 3 years - 2011 and 2013. Ryan Huntley has been only sales associate for my last 4 personal and business vehicle purchases. He has me spoiled! Ryan has an easy, friendly and no nonsense approach. He's not one of "those pushy sales type" of people. His rapport with his clients is what keeps them coming back. I have even referred him to my friends and family and they all love him!!

I had the same dealer for 10 years. When he retired 6 years ago, he passed me off to someone else at his dealership. UMMM...Yeah, not the same... I didn't even buy a car through him; I started searching for someone else once I realized that he wasn't the same as my dealer was. It was a little scary not knowing if you could trust the person you were talking to, my car is my livelihood. I drive 113 miles a day in my commute to and from work. I need a car and I need a good one... NOW. I also refuse to be raked over the coals on prices. You see, I am a giant pain in the rear. I will keep them there all night if I have to, this is not my first rodeo. Enter Ryan Huntley... funny, really funny and personable guy. He also doesn't take my attitude, he tells me like it is but works with me as much as he can, really goes out of his way. I had quit smoking and took my car in for service, as always I stopped and chatted with him too. When I came back to pick up my car, he had it detailed for me.. Seriously... he's pretty amazing, He talks to my kids while we are there, he even set his reminder on his phone to check on me about the time I usually start needing something. random phone call a year and a half after my purchase, just to see how we were doing and was there anything we needed from him. I have been in customer service my entire career. I know how hard you have to try to remember peoples names, kids names, what they bought and their general situation, likes and dislikes. He is amazing. I will never use anyone else... Thank goodness he's young and won't be retiring on me anytime soon.

When I went car shopping I figured I would end up buying a used vehicle with the price range I gave myself to spend, but I ended up leaving the lot with a brand new 2014 Chevy Malibu for the same price I was looking to spend on a used vehicle. This was my first experience in buying a new car and Ryan and the other employees who assisted me made it completely painless and stress free.
