I give Wesley chapel Chevy a 5 star rating 100%! Michael was exceptional when it came to communication and knowledge about the vehicles! He was very patient and thorough when explaining the details about the vehicles. I honestly wasn’t too sure about buying a Chevy but Michael reassured me and I am so grateful he did! Michael is also very personable and has a good balance of talking business too! He made it feel very relaxed and took away a lot of stress which can be difficult to do at times! This was an amazing experience! I recommend speaking to Michael, the salesperson when trying to find a car!

Mike and Christina are awesome! Great service even when we had a untimely experience the first time coming. Mike was persistent on getting us a vehicle and made the second experience way better. Christina made this so much more faster as well and was so friendly.

WE CANT SAY ENOUGH FOR THE WONDERFUL SERVICE WE RECEIVED FROM THIS BUSINESS. JOHN WAS OUR ORIGINAL CONTACT AND HE TOOK US THROUGH EVERYTHING IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. WE SETTLED ON A VEHICLE AND ASKED IF WE COULD NEGOTIATE A BETTER PRICE. SALES MANAGER ASSISTED AND WE BOUGHT THE CAR. WENT TO SEE CHRISTINA IN FINANACE. THE BEST WE HAD EVER DEALT WITH. ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION AND COMPLETED THE PROCESS QUICKLY. THANK YOU CHRISTINA. JOSHUA TOOK US THROUGH EVERY ASPECT OF THE VEHICLE AND DID NOT RUSH US. HE WAS WONDERFUL. My wife took her 2018 Chevy Sonic in for an oil change yesterday. They were quick, however that is because they didn't actually change her oil. The computer wasn't reset, a new oil change sticker wasn't provided. She questioned them and they were emphatic that they changed the oil. She told me about the interaction when she got home so I checked the oil to see if they put new synthetic oil in her car. It was definitely not new synthetic oil. The service manager, Nick, was apologetic and did refund the price of the change and offered to do the change free of charge. I did not take him up on the offer of a complimentary change as I now have a very hard time trusting that it would be done right. Would the filter be replaced? Would they remember to replace the oil plug? While the location for this dealership is convenient, we will take the extra time to go to Jim Browne. They have always done a great job for us.

I had a great experience here. Josh was knowledgeable and not pushy. I didn't feel pressured and was comfortable the whole time. I will refer him to friends and family.
