It's been a month since my vehicle purchase and I have decided to finally write a review for Chicago Cars Us, the facility was nice and cozy, and all of the people working there were extremely helpful. I would recommend buying a car from them as I was treated like family and not just one more sale.

I think We went to 10 dealerships before we visited Chicago Cars Us. We were looking for a used BMW and they had many of these cars to choose from. We bought 3 series with a sport package very easy and smooth transaction nice car and very nice family owned business. When its time for our new bmw we definitely will be back.

First of all I want to thank you guys from Chicago Cars Us for making my purchase so much easier!!!! I was looking for a used Audi and I found one I was interested in at Chicago Cars and I gave them a shot. I I drove 100 miles to look at this Audi A4 that they had in stock. When I came to the lot they handed me keys and with no pressure I was able to look at the car and test drove it. The car looked exactly like in the pictures, there was one very minor issue which they took care of right away. Thank you guys for making my car buying journey easy and soooo pleasant !!!! Especially with no pressure to buy, which is very hard to find these days at dealerships. Guys you are awesome!

first of all i want to thank the whole staff at chicago cars us for helping me chose a reliable car that fits my needs. i went to this place to look at the car which i found online. i was a little bit skeptical because i know cars in pictures arent usually what they look like in real life. but when i arrived there they took me to the really cool indoor showroom and the car looked exactly as i saw it in pictures. they were more than happy to let me take it on a test drive.with the help of the staff we figured out my financial needs and i left the place that same day with the car. also, i would like to point out that the atmosphere here was really nice and i wasnt feeling rushed at all. thank you very much, ill make sure to recommend this place to my friends.

Car buying makes me somewhat anxious, but my experience with Bart and Margaret eased my anxieties. The staff here are patient and respectful by allowing time to look the vehicle over and not pushing you into a quick sale. The price was compatable with mileage and age, but the condition of the vehicle sold me. Their preparation for sale is very good as the vehicle was clean and smelled good. My test drive was long enough to truly evaluate the vehicle, and helped me decide that Chicago Cars US is is where my purchase would be.

went to a few dealers and was really happy to stop by this one last in the day. the other ones were not as nice and friendly as these guys. at the other dealers that i visited the miles on the cars did not match or pictures were taken in a way that never showed the bad parts of the cars. this dealership actually had the real miles posted online and all of their pictures showed all of the car. i came here and was greeted right away and they were really nice with all of my questions and made me feel like i was important. im so glad i bought my lexus from these people. next time im just gonna come here instead they really helped make my day feel like a good use of time. they were all so friendly and made it so easy.

I'm from out of town and showed great interest in a car, I called them a couple days and told them I had the money I just can't find the time to get down there. I asked if I could made a deposit and was told I couldn't. I called a couple times after and every time I called I was told they would call me back, well they never would. The day I told them I would come down to p and purchase the car they called and told me somebody had put a deposit on it. So why was this person able to put a deposit down and I wasn't? I know how car sales go first come first serve but I didn't realize they didn't have any integrity and lied to their customers. They seem to be fine if you're from the area but if you want to try from out of town don't waste your time.
