It all started the other day when i called to ask if a vehicle was still available for purchase, with that being said i told id be calling back the next day to have them fax paper work on the vehicle to the bank. This is where the problems started... they were very rude and hung up on me. (for no reason) then proceeded to be rude with my bank also when they couldn't get the paperwork to fax. I will never recommend this place to anybody or wish that kind of service on any person and I will defiantly be taking my business else where. One star is too good of a review for this place.

I came to chicago motors from a friend got a car I love it and the guy that did my review was awesome the service was great the saleman barbaro is the best I told my friends and family and my friend came and got a car also.

Great, but Pedro didn't get me the tv or something to drink. Lol - but really I had Great service and the salesman was very workable to get the deal done.

Chicago Motors has consistently provided the best customer experience. They've provided VIP treatment every time I've made a purchase. I'm extremely happy with the Tahoe and the caprice that I bought. I keep going back and will continue to do so. I recommend you do the same. Don't make the mistake of thinking you can get a better deal somewhere else. Abdul and Ted stand behind the products they sale and make phenomenal deals. Each time I've purchased, I got into the vehicle and drove over 6hrs to my home state; no problem. That's evidence of a dealer you can trust.

My name is Stephen I bought an 09 Tahoe from Chicago motors Inc. These guys were awesome when I had a problem they serviced the vehicle right away no hesitation. They answered all my questions I will refer everyone I know that wants to buy a truck or used police vehicle to go to their location and when I can I will buy another vehicle from them and continue to do business with them in the future. I do appreciate all the time they took to make me feel welcomed.

I can honestly say the guys at Chicago Motors epitomize what a real quality used car buying experience should be. My father and I have been purchasing vehicles from Chicago Motors for business and personal usage for the better part of the last two decades. These guys go above and beyond anyone Ive ever seen just to make sure their customers are leaving 100% satisfied. Last time I was there they had just recently expanded their dealership to include a huge repair and service facility which they gave me a quick tour of when I went to purchase my 4th Chevy Tahoe PPV, which was definitely an awesome experience; this just further showed how transparent of an operation they are running. I can assure you a large percentage of smaller dealerships would never allow a customer in their prep/service area (thats if they even have one). I dont write reviews for businesses often at all, but I just cannot vouch for these guys enough.

These people are amazing. I visited Abdul and Ted after I spoke to them regarding a few Tahoes. They were all in great shape. They have their own technician staff that is very knowledgeable. I can't wait to buy again and again. I bought my car and drove it 1400 miles to Tennessee and back! Thank you once again!

Just brought my husband a 2003 Mustang, he loves the car. These guys were great to deal with, took us longer to get there than it did to make the deal and drive away. Dmitry was awesome!

I live 50 miles away, was interested in a vehicle for my business, something inexpensive since it probably will get used a lot, was told about this place, So I looked at their website and decided to give them a call. Only know them by their phone and website etiquette. Sorry I wasted my time. First time, I used their so called "inquiry" on their website a week ago, never heard back. I then called today, was put on hold for 3 minutes, came back asked me what I was looking at on the website. Told him 2 different 2004 vehicles and gave him his own stock #'s. Said he would have to get back to me cause he didn't know the status of the vehicles, I said OK, Gave him my number and never heard back. Called 2 hrs later, some other guy answers the phone, I told him what happened, he asked which ones I was interested in, I told him, he said "Sold and Sold. Anything else???" Never asked me if he could help me out with some thing else. No professionalism at all. His tone was like a phone call was a big inconvenience to him.

Just purchase SECOND car from Chicago Motors. This deal was as good as the first which was 2 Years ago. Negotiated the price, delivery was excellent, and any issues upon arrival were taken care of!! CAR WAS AS ADVERTISED !! and they kept their word. Just to note ... I bought BOTH cars without ever seeing them in person ... only pictures and asking questions! Also ... be patient! These guys work too ... they replied to every 'nagging' question I had. Thanks again! mda

These guys were eager and ready for me to test drive the truck that we discussed over the phone. The engine light came on, during the test drive. The team worked on the truck, and then took it to a dealership, and got the engine light issue fixed. I then proceeded to purchase the truck. Great job! Thanks, Team.

I live out of state, I called to get some feed back on a Chevy Truck. When I called the person on the phone kept referring me to their website. I was already at their site which is why I was calling. He seemed very lazy and didn't want to do any of the leg work. I am glad I talk to him on the phone, the way he represented his company I would have made a huge mistake purchasing a truck from them.

Family owned business. As far as customer service and quality of the vehicle, they hit this process on the head of the nail. This was the best experience ever. I have purchased several vehicles in my lifetime and I have to say they treated me with the most respect. They valued meas a customer and treated me that way from the trip from the airport to the dealership and once I left. I received a follow up call to ensure everything was okay. If you are seriously interested in purchasing a Chevy Tahoe, I strongly suggest you purchase from this dealership.
