Very, Very friendly and professional staff, greeted my wife and me with the upmost respect. I called Chris early A.M. and informed him that I lived over 200 miles away and he had a vehicle on his lot that I wanted to look at and possible buy it, he took my word and held the vehicle to allow my wife and I time to arrive, test drive the vehicle, and buy the vehicle at an outstanding price! He also filled the vehicle with gas and sent my wife and me to a beautiful very good restaurant ( McGuire's) for lunch while we waited for some minor detailing of my vehicle to be completed. Long story short we left there with a very good and beautiful vehicle, at a huge discount, full free tank of gas, and a belly full of good food. All I can say is thank you so much, my new automobile family!

Jon is probably one of the nicest guys I have had the pleasure of meeting. He made the process of buying a vehicle a great experience. Not once did he pressure me or come off as trying to make a dollar. After I made the purchase Jon went outside and cleaned my rims and tires, and made sure the interior and exterior was spotless before I drove off the lot. I have a lot of respect for someone that would from start to finish go above and beyond to my experience a great one.

Just bought a pre-owned pick-up truck from the Chris Carroll team. Absolutely 5 star from beginning to end. Prompt response, great price for the truck I bought and a very good price on my trade. I bought a 2008 Silverado from this dealership sight unseen. Chris and his team were professional from the start and spent the time to describe the vehicle’s condition to me and send me videos. In a couple days I had the truck delivered to me and it is even better than described. These guys are the real deal and stand by their vehicles. They even followed up with me a few weeks later to make sure I was still happy. Don’t shop anywhere else, this is the place to go!

I bought a 2014 Tacoma from Chris Carroll Monday. I shopped online and drove around mobile and pensacola over the weekend. When I returned to CC Monday morning Sonny met me outside and I let him know I wanted to drive the Tacoma and take it about 3 miles to my mechanic. Sonny copied my license and told me to take it where ever I wanted By Myself! I hate salesmen trying to talk to me while I test drive! After an approval from my mechanic I returned to the CC and they had me out the door and happy. We spent 3-4 hours total. That time included 2 test drives and me stopping for lunch. Pretty nice. Never pressured. Minor issues handled quickly prior to purchase. Heck the owner even helped me scrape off some trim I didn't like ! Mr. Carroll I am holding 1 star hostage till you take me fishing !!
