By far this was the best car shopping experience I ever had. I just purchased my new vehicle last Friday. The moment you stepped in to the dealership everyone there was very friendly. I have to give a big shout out to Patrick the sales advisor and Frank the Sales manager who helped me get into my new vehicle. They were both very friendly, very attentive and very professional. Everything got done is timely and efficient matter. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a new vehicle to come here. Great overall experience. I wish all of my future car buying experiences are like this one.

Upon entering with my vehicle, I was actually surprised to see employees ready to help. Even though there were a few cars in front of me I was out in a few minutes with promise of knowing what's wrong and given a estimate on time of completion later on that day. My vehicle was well taken care of and was returned in a timely manner without exorbitant fees or adage. Best place in New York. Yes it is!

I came in looking for a car and now I’m leaving with a car and excellent service. I highly recommend to ask for Jesus he is the best of the best. Jesus helped my wife and I find a car for us. He was very professional and friendly. We honestly could not ask for more. We felt welcomed and excited. Thank you Jesus for everything, we will definitely come back again.

I had such an amazing experience thanks to Giorgio. He helped with every aspect of this purchase which including find me the best rate for financing and insurance coverage. The service center at Maserati Manhattan is absolutely excellent. They may have a small footprint in the US vs. some of the larger car manufacturers but they treat the owners as royalty. Their service and attentiveness is exceptional. They work very hard to make sure the customer is always happy and satisfied. I make a special note to the efforts of Dan in service, who went above and beyond for me and met all of my requests promptly and accurately. Cheers Dan and Gordon for always being of such great help and support.
