Absolute CON ARTISTS! I purchased a vehicle in July of this year. The process is no different than any other sleazy car dealers. First the entire process took 4 hours. We had excellent credit so no need to haggle, the price had already been determined over the phone prior to even showing up at the dealership. All we had to do was show up and sign the papers. But first, we went back and forth about the interest rate. Second, they tried to low ball me on my trade in. Finally, I purchased the Gap insurance for $895 which I found out later I could purchased through my own insurance company for $6 a month. So I cancelled within 30 days for a refund. I'm still waiting on my refund check FROM JULY, even though I was told that it was "mailed out" last Friday with a UPS tracking number that states it was never picked up. Love my new car, but HATE the dealer! Save yourself the headache and just avoid them.

These guys are the best. They are no pressure and very professional all the way round. I went in looking for a particular vehicle (Silverado) and came away very happy with my purchase. I personally dealt with Bill Connor and Bob Collins, as well as Josh and Ian in the finance department.

This dealership has nice enough sales staff but horrible business practices. I don't buy from dealers very often and this dealership is the biggest reason why. Very pushy, and the price on the vehicle I was interested in went up 2,800 a hour after I came in and looked at it. This place is shady. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I had a real good experience buying a used 2007 Hyundai Sonata from Chuck Olson Chevy about a month ago. I found the car I was interested in online and went in to take a look at it. Within 60 seconds of getting out of my car, William K came out and greeted me. I told him the car I was looking at online, and within 5 minutes he had the car located and ready to look at and test driven. William acted like he wanted to sell the car and gave me good info about the car and its features, but didn't try to push me into it at the same time. A few days after the successful test drive, I decided I wanted the car as long as I could get a good price on it. I emailed William with the price I needed to get, and after a lot of back and forth phone calls, it looked like the sale wasn't going to happen over only $150. However the next day William went the extra mile, talked to a different manager, and got the deal done.So in the end, I ended up getting a very nice car at a very reasonable price, and the customer service when I was buying the car was exceptional. I don't plan on buying another car anytime soon, but next time I need to I will certainly take a look at Chuck Olson Chevy first.

Chuck Olson Chevrolet over charged me. They are dishonest and have poor customer service. Supposedly, it took them three hours at a rate of 115$ an hour to find that I had a loose ground in my Chevy - a vehicle they work on everyday! No parts were needed, however, it cost me over 400$ to drive away. Please, save yourself some money and take your car somewhere else.

Do NOT take your Chevrolet to the service department here. I've taken my 2500 Duramax truck here three times. Not only have they not fixed the steering problem I've been having, but it has gotten worse after every trip and they lack any sort of customer service unless you go straight to the service manager. Even then, they still overcharge you and feed you a bunch of garbage on what you need to get "fixed"...

They Ripped me off on a simple repair Power Steering Pump Repair. Charged me 95.00 for the Serpentine Belt which lists for 46.00 at other Chevrolet Dealers. Charged me a extra hour Labor for belt installation which is total BS the belt would be removed and replaced while installing the Pump and Pulleys.They don't get reimbursed enough from Gm Protection Plan Extended Warranty's was the BS explanation they gave me. I would never buy a Vehicle or service a vehicle from this place. Owner is a Jerk with a Bad Attitude very unprofessional.

Your definition of a lying used car salesman with the unusual twist of an insulting, condescending monster when called on his underhanded tactics.I will never go to this dealer and have told my coworkers about them, who in turn won't. Later discovered from a coworker that she also had a horrific experience with this dealership.Would love to go into greater detail about them as well as share copies of documentation of our interaction but they have started to send threatening messages. In looking for a new car, we visited several Kia and Honda dealerships. We found Bob, Rob, and Mark extremely knowledgeable, friendly, honest and low pressure. We came in many times over the course of our decision making process for test drives, and each time we were met with the same level of courteous attention as the first time we walked onto the lot. Purchasing a new car can be nerve wracking, but the process of purchasing our new Kia with Chuck Olson was an overall pleasant experience. We would highly recommend this dealership.

I went in with the intention of buying a specific car, I knew what I wanted and I knew I could afford it. The salesman I worked with was decently nice, not terrible customer service, however, the financial guy was a complete jerk. They were coming up with numbers for payments that made no mathematical sense at all. And were questioning " well if you make that much you can afford that much a month" how rude! I do not deal with people who have terrible customer service so I left and looked at the same car at Bill Pierre Ford and bought it because they were so nice and got the finances much closer to where I wanted them. A little kindness goes a long way.

From the moment I walked into Chuck Olson Kia until the minute I drove my new Sorento Kia out of the showroom I was treated very well--I got the car I wanted and the trade-in offer negotiated for my two year old Scion XB was an offer I couldn't refuse.This is not the first new car I've bought in Seattle but it is hands down the best experience ever--I will be back.

Knowing that I needed new transportation, a friend of mine suggested that I contact Brian Appleby who works for Chuck Olson Chevrolet Kia, Inc. and I am glad I did. From beginning to end Mr. Appleby was very curteous, patient and helpful, and based on my needs and financial possibilities found an SUV (Mazda Prelude 2006) which is perfect for me.Furthermore, knowing that I was reluctant to drive an unfamiliar car in mainland traffic, Mr. Appleby asked an employee named Robin to drive the SUV to the ferry for Whidbey Island where I live. Again, I am glad to report that Robin was very nice and helpful in every way and helped me get home safe and relaxed.I will not hesitate to recommend this dealership to my friends in the future. F. Visited dealership to look at a used vehicle online. Dealer would not negotiate price of used vehicle or my trade in value. Had a take it or leave it attitude. Used car sales manager then insulted me. Chuck Olson is 1 mile from my home - I ended up driving 50 miles to Blade Chevrolet in Mount Vernon and had an amazing buying experience. If Chuck Olson continues to do business the way they do, they are going to continue to loose customers to other dealers. I continue to get e-mail from the sales person and even after replying and asking him to stop, he has persisted. All around a bad experience.

I used the online appointment scheduler on 7/25, requesting service of my 2008 Express 1500AWD for a Stabilitrak and ABS warning light, I also inquired about installing cruise control on the vehicle. The system gave me the option of choosing a time on the 26th, so I chose 9a with an alternate time of 10a. I received no response or confirmation from the service department until the afternoon of the 26th with the following response, "will need to have an car toys install cruise control...call to make an appointment,to do repairs..206-546-4926"Needless to say, I wasn't very impressed with the lack of communication before the scheduled appointment or the laziness in the response - why not pick up the phone and call the customer instead of tasking them? I will however take their advice in the email and take my business elsewhere, if the service department at Chuck Olson Chevrolet can't install something as simple as a cruise control system on their own make of vehicle, I'll look for mechanics that have the skills to do so.

my experience at chuck olson chevy was great. the staff was honest, curtious, and respectful. i purchased a used truck and they threw in lo/jack and tinted the windows at no extra charge. i looked around at other dealerships before i settled on chuck olson, but the next time i decide to purchase a vehicle. they will be my first stop. i've already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so in the future.

I think Trust plays a large part in purchasing a car and I have not been disappointed in this category. I bought my first KIA at Olson Chevrolet in 2005 and, over the years, they have taken good care of the servicing and repairs to my vehicle. I brought my 2008 Silverado in there to get a new actuator for the door lock installed and for some reason they couldn't figure out how to put the door panel back on correctly. After 2 appointments they still couldn't figure out why there was a one inch gap from the panel to the window instead of being flush like it was suppose to be. The tech actually told me that's the way it was suppose to be! HA HA.After hearing that I decided that he they were incompetent and took it to another dealer,where they fixed it in 20 minutes and discovered that the tech from Chuck Olson broke one of the panel pieces and and stretched the door lock cable. So now the panel has a rattle that I can't seem to make stop..Good thing I got the LTZ with the Bose sound system so I don't have to hear it.I don't remember the techs name but he had a beard and looked homeless.

On 3/11/04 I visited the Chuck Olson Chevrolet in Seattle as <br>a result of a deceptive advertising placed in Seattle Times <br>and the information provided by their sales staff.<br><br>A week before, I called this dealer based on an add placed <br>in Seattle Times for a 2001 GMC Yukon XL for $18,900 (I <br>still have the copy). The salesman I talked to was Paul. <br>He answered me all the possible questions I asked about the <br>car, confirmed the price and said it is leather interior, <br>dark grey metallic.<br><br>On 3/10/04 I called again this dealer, I asked if the car is <br>still available and confirmed the price. My mistake is that <br>I forgot to take the name of the person again.<br><br>I made arrangements for baby sitting, took time off work, <br>called my wife to come from Issaquah where we live, all this <br>driving in Seattle at the peak hour, only to find out, after <br>seeing the car that the price listed is not the correct one <br>and that the price is actually 10k higher. This is mockery <br>at its worst and it doesnt fit well with any business.<br><br>Other businesses, even smaller than this dealer, in similar <br>situations, and if a genuine mistake was made, accept a <br>short term loss vs. long term benefit. If Seattle Times <br>made a mistake, then they should pay for their mistakes. In <br>this case, the dealer should notify the buyers right away <br>about a typo mistake. A week is plenty of time to notice <br>this, especially with the number of inquiries this type of <br>error would generate.<br><br>I was hoping the manager, Mr. Olson would understand the <br>situation and honor what the dealer was advertising. I <br>talked to him on the phone on 3/11/04 but he did not want to <br>honor the advertised price. He prefers to continue <br>misleading buyers to the dealership with phony lures.<br><br>The description of the car was made by a specialist in the <br>field who understand the relationship between price and the <br>car they describe. The accurate description and price <br>advertised was confirmed twice by two different sales people <br>a week apart.<br><br>Under the circumstances, the explanation provided by the <br>manager does not "hold water". He is saying that a <br>different GMC Yukon, same year, of lesser value was sold for that price. How could 2 cars, from the same year vary by $10,000?<br><br>The salesmen searched for the car in both situations based <br>on the price. Somebody in the field, from a Chevrolet <br>dealer, selling Chevrolet cars for a living can not make a <br>$10,000 error on the price, repeated twice, by 2 salesmen, a <br>week apart.<br><br><br>It is the worst experience I had with a dealer in my life. <br>On top of this, the manager did not honor the advertised <br>price. The fact that 2 salesmen and the manager where <br>involved made me believe that this deceptive advertising was <br>made on purpose with the training from the top.
