They aren’t professional to. I’m an on time person and a man of upholding the words I speak. I’ve been waiting for a response for days. I call and all I get is the voicemail after being transferred. They said there’d call me for three days and not one day have they done the least of sending an email to update me but rush me in for their business. They called me everyday until I came in then went ghost. You can’t make a sell with little to no communication!

Just purchased a beautiful Hyundai Santa Fe Limited 2.0T AWD yesterday and is it possible that i could love it more today than I did yesterday?? This is my second buy with Phil Rotzell, aka Big Phil :-). He's so easy to work with. No pressure, no song and dance. I appreciate working with someone like that. The finance guy was extremely efficient and quick, I wish I made note of his name, apologies! Anyway... if i had any constructive criticism at all it would be directed at the detail shop. Detail could do a better job. Will definitely refer friends and family to Phil. Thanks again, I love my new wheels!

We purchased a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. This is our first Hyundai and actually first non GM vehicle. Spent time researching and felt the Santa Fe Sport was the way to go. Phil was our salesman helped us through the whole process. He was not pushy or overbearing. Phil went over all the features and at no time did we feel obligated to by the vehicle. We got the deal done and Chris did a fine job with all the financing. We are happy with all the features and so far after almost a month have no regrets with our purchase from Ciocca Hyundai.

This was probably the best buying experience I have ever had. All staff did their jobs well, and this was precisely the car I wanted - even down to the color and features. Phil and Chris at Ciocca did such a super job. From walk in to drive out, we were done in less than 3 hours - including test drive, paperwork and prep! And we saved over $3,000 off the MSRP. Amazing. We'll be back for service and for our next vehicle.

Evan, and the entire staff at Ciocca, was great! He really worked with us on price and lease options. He spent a lot of time with my wife, the primary driver, explaining everything from the rear storage compartment to the Siri integration via the audio system. Our particular program includes oil changes, tire repair/replacement, minor wear and tear forgiveness and roadside assistance for the life of the lease. That assurance really helped us decide and we wish that had been available when we leased our 2015 Veloster Turbo just last year!

Marcus and the Ciocca team were great. I was ending a lease on a 2013 Hyundai Sonata that I purchased at Ciocca 3 years ago. I've had some credit issues recently and wasn't sure if I could lease another vehicle, so I thought I'd stop and ask my friends at Ciocca. I was greeted by Marcus. I let him know that I did not want to waste anyone's time, so I asked if we could quickly determine if my credit would allow me to lease the vehicle. He and the Finance manager were very respectful of my situation, and, as I asked, got me a very quick approval at the sticker price. I knew that this price was high, but this made me very comfortable that I could qualify for a lease, and I went home happy, with no pressure from the Ciocca team. After discussing with my wife the next day, I called Marcus with, what I felt was a fair payment given my financial situation. After discussing w/ his Finance Manager, they agreed and we closed the deal. Great experience. I really appreciated the respect they showed me, even with my current credit issues. Thanks

Also, they took way too long in the finance office to get my papers together and they really try their darnedest to sell you maintenance packages for a leases car, which makes no sense.

I had decided on a car before going into the dealership. I reviewed many dealerships on-line and selected this because their on-line responses were open and honest, and not holding back on price or pushing to come into the dealership to get the price. Once I got to the dealership, the staff was friendly, professional and aligned with the e-mail discussions I have been having. There was no further discussions about the price, other that costs associated with additional services, such as insurance. My overall experience was great! And I am loving my car.

I found the car I was looking for on the internet and asked for information. Marcus Adams called back within a short period of time and we scheduled a time to come see the vehicle. After walking through the lot with Marcus and my wife looking at all of the variations of Sonatas we still went with the original vehicle. Marcus explained thoroughly all of the different options in each. He took us for a test drive, explained all of the features, and we made the deal. Dave in finance was also very helpful explaining all of the charges, also additional add on packages that were available, but never pushy letting me decide what I wanted. Overall experience was excellent and I would recommend this dealership.

Pulled into Ciocca Hyundai about 12:15 and walked around the lot for about 15 minutes before walking inside because no one came out to see me. Was approached by Josh who sat down with me and asked me a few questons about what I was looking for. Then he passed me off to Marcus who asked me a few more questions. Marcus then handed me off to Phil who took me on a test drive with the elantra. Got back to the dealership and was handed back off to Marcus who then took me on a test drive in the sonata. And then went back to the dealership where I stayed until 5:15 just trying to finalize the deal.

After the original sale price was settled, into see the finance manager I went. He tried to sell me a few extras and I purchased one. Since I believed I had to turn in the leased Hyundai vehicle I had for two and a half years, I did allow the vehicle to be taken by the dealership. I had to sign a paper that I still owed for the remainder of the lease ($1440) and that they still owed me a key to the new vehicle which would require me to return to the dealership and pickup (a 2 hour round trip from my daughter's home where I was visiting. I had the choice of financing my newer Hyundai through my bank or Hyundai Finance. My bank offered a good rate, GAP insurance and debt protection. Hyundai Finance did not offer debt protection so I went with my bank. Not a word that Hyundai would not waive the turn in charge ($400) if I did not finance with them. Also not noted on the "WE OWE" form I was required to sign. After I bought the newer vehicle Hyundai charged me for $240 for August which would lower the amount I owed to $1200. So I get my final bill from Hyundai = $1869.55 which included Lease payments due ($1442.88) plus excess wear and tear ($260) even though I had coverage for wear and tear that I purchased when I originally leased the vehicle. plus ($400) disposition fee plus unspecified fees and taxes ($22.75) minus advanced lease payments (256.08) all of which totals ($1869.55). I owed $1440 when I left the dealership, they take a payment of $240 for August (deal was done July 9th) and now I owe $1869.55. You do the math. Ciocca Hyundai - wish I never heard of this place. When I asked about damage and scratches on the car I was buying Evan said there was nothing they could do - it was a used car! All in all Evan earned five stars. Have had my 2017 Elantra for a little over a week and I'm thrilled with it. John Haber was very helpful throughout the entire process. Couldn't be dealing with a better person. He let us compare the limited model and the se to the other car I was looking at. Then showed us a car that was a demo that had everything I wanted at an unbeatable price that I couldn't pass up. The car had some minor issues initially with rust and debris from being on the lot, but the GM Pete ended up personally working on all the problem spots with one of the detailers before we made the purchase. Very satisfied value wise with the deal I got, the car, and the service that John and Pete provided.

The dealership was overall very nice and accommodating. I appreciated their help with getting the price down the the amount that I wanted to pay per mouth. One downside is that less than 24 hours after I had the vehicle my check engine light came on and my trunk is not latching correctly. The check engine light was fixed and I am in the process of getting my trunk fixed as well. I am satisfied with my purchase and love my car, but it was just a bit discouraging to receive a brand new car that had issues with it right from the start that should not happen and is unacceptable. Overall, I am happy with the vehicle and I will be doing my maintenance and this station and I hope that everything with the vehicle is fine from here on out.

We absolutely love our 2017 Santa Fe Sport Turbo!! Evan Parker and Mike (the Sales Manager) were very helpful and professional. From start to finish, Evan answered any of our questions/concerns to the full extent of his knowledge. If we emailed/called/texted him, he answered us within a few minutes of receiving them and even got back to us on his day off. The only thing that we had a problem with is the day of signing our purchase paperwork, we had to wait for the finance manager for a very long time (about an hour and a half). They only had one on duty for a Saturday but I wish they had two - that way the process would have gone faster for everyone, even other people who were buying vehicles. Even though we had to wait, it still did not discourage us from Ciocca or coming back for another vehicle. They were great!

I was dissatisfied with my inability to get the salesperson and F&I manager to give me direct prices and APR figures. Instead I was offered "monthly payments" and "factors". When I shop for a vehicle, I simply want the best offer you have available the first time, in straightforward numbers without the need to haggle and negotiate. Service was good, we liked Kevin the salesman, he listened and was very helpful. There was a discrepancy with what Kevin told us the monthly price would be as opposed to what the manager came up with - which was quite a bit more. Kevin used a formula, the manager used the same formula - and it was different. This almost caused us to walk away. But in the end it was resolved and we bought the Tucson.

My whole experience from start to end of this purchase was very disappointing and stressful! Purchasing a car should not be either of those. I feel as though Mr. Jones and his staff were extremely unprofessional, unprepared, unorganized and above all RUDE. I def think that made him that much more valuable to the me. He knew a lot about my vehicle. I loved the fact that he never pushed me to buy car. He knew that the car was a great vehicle so all he had to do was point out the great advantages of buying a Hyundai. I don't think many salesman realize how annoying it is to be really pushy. They need to be like Vince- make sure they let the customer know they are HERE for them but give them the space to make the proper decision. He has a very long prosperous career ahead of him. One thing I really loved about this place was the fact that they were willing to work with what I could afford and they actually cared what I wanted. It was my first car experience and it was PERFECT!!! Not only did I come home with a nice ride(2014 Veloster Turbo), but my sister who came along with me also decided to get her a new ride as well. On January 14, 2016 I purchased a nice new 2016 Sonata SE at Ciocca. This was the culmination of 3 months of shopping at various car dealers, including four (4) different Hyundai lots.The Ciocca Hyundai salesman -- Evan Packer -- took me thru the whole process from start to finish. This included an initial test drive of a Sonata on my first day at the dealership in late November, as well as notifying me of different models, and applicable rebates, as I changed my mind a few times early on in the weeks that followed.When my internet shopping and test driving stalled a bit becuase of being very busy just prior to the Christmas holidays, Evan was proactive in keeping me informed of new models (with trims & colors) by e-mail and by phone >>>>>> This was important, and I appreciated Evan's patience and professionalism, because I needed to test drive the curious ECO Sonata, as well as the elegant Azera, before ruling out both of these fine cars, in favor of the Sonata SE 2.4 L trim which is best for my drivng needs at the moment.All of the four (4) Hyundai dealers were a good experience, but Ciocca was the most engaging with Evan as the salesperson. Further -- and not to be minimized -- Ciocca allowed me the longest, and hence most meaningful test drive(s), in a good stretch of freeway and regular road routes. >>>> This was important because I needed time & distance to test the acceleration and performance (within the speed lmits :) of a car I invest good money in.So, to conclude I give Ciocca Hyundai and Evan Packer four-and-a-half (4.5) stars out of 5, for my car-buying experience, which resulted in my new purchase. The Sonata is great looking and smooth running vehicle, obtained at a reasonable price. Evan is the man to see when you visit Ciocca, because of his friendly demeanor, and his good knowledge of the Hyundai product line, especially the Sonata. This is my second Hyundai from Ciocca. My first was a 2011 Elantra Limited, which served me well and serviced at Ciocca exclusively. Although I don't even recall my Elantra Salesman, I certainly will remember my Tucson Salesperson, Brandi Kern. Brandi was amazing, and her knowledge of her product line really impressed me. Upon delivery, Brandi spent almost an hour with me at the vehicle going over all features and electronics. (My head is still spinning, lol) Brandi was awesome and I would highly recommend her if your in the market for a Hyundai. On the other hand, I wasn't terribly enthralled with the deal I got from Ciocca. I think they could have easily given me a more substantial discount and probably $500 to $800 more for my Elantra Trade In, but it is what it is, I guess. At this point, I would say shop around, which I didn't, and if you end up at Ciocca, look for Brandi Kern!

My wife and I were planning to visit a different dealer but they were already closed. We decided to try Cioacca in Quakertown, PA. We were greeted on eye contact, by Ms. Kern. She was inquisitive right from the start. Even though I already knew we were looking for a Veloster, she verified if we were interested in anything else in case the Veloster didn't end up being what I liked. She was a little embarrassed that the car battery was dead and went to get a jump pack. The test drive was more than adequate to understand the car's handling and acceleration, without being too short or too long. I never once felt in any way that she was trying to manipulate me into anything I didn't want. She simply laid out the alternatives and options, for my wife and I to make an informed decision. The prices we were shown on the lease and loan options were fair and never once was there anything hidden or altered in any negative way. In fact, she asked us straight out what we were hoping for and even though she couldn't meet our desires 100%, we came to a more than reasonable and mutual option. We were then passed on to Mr. Jones, who presented us with options for extended coverage on the car. After signing the paperwork, we went home as it was after closing. We returned the next day to pick up the car and it was detailed, the battery had been replaced and Ms. Kern came to greet us as we pulled into the lot. We were then given a tour of the service department and then a final review and checklist of the different items inside the car. This was scripted via the quick reference guide, as well as her own knowledge of the car as she owns a Veloster too. She finished up the review by showing me that the car had a full tank of gas. She reassured me that she could be reached for any questions or concerns by either calling the main dealership number or any of the contact methods listed on her business card. All in all I have never spent so much time at a dealership, but this was in a good way. I felt as if they wanted to make sure that I was not only comfortable with the purchase but knowledgeable enough with the car to not feel lost in it. Mr. Jones and Ms. Kern were knowledgeable, patient, courteous and kind in every aspect of our dealings. I will highly recommend them and Ciocca Hyundai to anyone looking for a car from a quality establishment.

During an evening visit, the salesman Evan P. was positive that we could leave with a New 2016 model. He was so laid-back, helpful and understanding it really made a world difference in my book! We found the vehicle we wanted on an internet search, but it was all the way across the country in Quakertown PA (we live in Franklin, TN near Nashville). I called the dealership and got connected with Fred Hill one of the sales people who handles internet buyers. Fred was very low key and a good communicator. He guided us through the entire process. I was concerned that they might be selling a vehicle other than the one pictured on the website. Fred went out to the lot and made a comprehensive video of the vehicle, including audio in which was speaking to me and identifying me by name and describing various components of the vehicle. That made me comfortable. We received the vehicle in great condition. Buying a car this way, at least with this dealer, was a delight.

We were looking for a new car for the family. It could be new or recently used. We were told to try Ciocca Hyundai, so we took a Tuesday afternoon go check them out. We were not looking to purchase that day just look and test drive the Tucson and Santa Fe, but after a great experience we did drive out with a new car. We started in wandering in the lot and a young man, Evan Packer, came out to greet us. He asked what we were looking at and immediately made a suggestion to try the 2015 Tucson. We took it out and enjoyed the ride, so much that we moved it into one of our top choices. After test driving the Santa Fe we knew we were very interested in the Tucson. Evan asked what it would take to get us buy the car. We discussed where we needed to be price wise and he and his manager were able to make it happen, The people at Ciocca were very upfront and honest with us during the entire process. I never felt any pressure to make a decision. I would go back to Ciocca for all future car needs. As a side note my 9 & 12 year old sons were with us and they had a great time while we took care of all the paperwork. The kids were able to watch Cartoon Network will we conducted business.

I recently purchased a 2015 Hyundai Sonata Sedan at the Limited trim level with the technology package and I couldn't be happier with the vehicle. It's loaded with features that Honda and Toyota simply do not offer at Hyundai's price point. The Sonata, although a larger sedan, drives quite nimble for it's size and handling is responsive and agile. The vehicle is loaded with amenities, as I'm finding new features by the minute. Overall, I could not be happier with the vehicle itself. As for the purchasing experience, it was one of the smoothest and simplest transactions I've ever partaken in for a purchase of this size. We came in looking for a car for our daughter and already had done some research on comparable vehicles from other makers and even done some test drives that day. We quickly got the information we needed and went on a test drive. Phil, our sales rep, was well informed on the car and gave us the details without too much pitch. Also met with finance rep Mike Jones who was equally helpful. Both told us to contact them with any questions or if we wanted them to hold the vehicle (it was the only one like it on the lot). We contacted them later to set up a time to bring our daughter back with us. The next day we returned and made the decision to purchase. Within 2 hours we had all the paperwork done, the car was cleaned and fueled up and ready to go home. Great experience with both Phil and Mike.

I bought a Limited Turbo Sonata in 2012 and have had it serviced for maintenance several times. Dealership is always accommodating and courteous. Kyle was my salesman 3 years ago and recently I was contemplating buy an AWD vehicle because I will be moving to the mountains of NC. I'm not ready maybe for another year to make the move, but Kyle was very generous with his time in taking me out to consider the Santa Fe and the AWD Genesis and explaining all the functions. We initially went in to look at a used Hyundai and ended up leaving with a car that suited my style, a Mazda 3. He was up front and honest about the entire product. When we walked the lot he immediately came out to greet us. That is a huge A++++ plus for me. I do not like waiting around for help. He made us feel very important by doing so. I normally hate the whole car buying experience but I left with a great car that day and extremely happy. Everytime he walked away he gave us a time frame of when he'd be back, offered us water, and assessed exactly what would need to happen finnancilaly for us to leave with a car, and made it happen. When I went to the Ciocca lot I really was only looking, my sales representative, Kyle, took the time to listen to what I was looking for in a car. I am not a Ford guy or Chevy guy, or an particular car guy, though I did have some requirements that needed to be met for me to make a purchase and Kyle took the time to listen to them and made a recommendation based on those needs and the monthly payment that I wanted to be in. I will admit that I was less then thrilled by the car he showed me, but I gave it the time Kyle had given me and took the car for a test drive. I am very thankful that I did as now I love my VW Rabbit. The rest of the sales process was just as smooth as the beginning, Kyle and I had agreed on a monthly payment, with my trade and money down and as long as the finance guys could make those numbers work we made a deal. Sure enough we made a deal! In the end they knew what I could spend and did not spend time trying to add on all kinds of extras like warrants only making strongly recommendations like gap insurance based on the year of the car. In the end I am very pleased with my purchase at Ciocca Hyundai and I would recommend them to anyone. I was treaded with respect unlike other places I have been, I don't have the best credit, though I was still treated like anyone should be.

This was an amazing buying experience. i absolutely hate buying cars, the pushyness, the judgement, the sneakyness. Let me tell you, this car lot was amazing all around. Our dealer was Kyle. He approached us immediately and was incredibly friendly, knew exactly where to start in the buying experience, no questions up front like "hows your credit," or, "how much do you have for a down payment today," just a great "hello" with introduction a great smile and approachability. He was very patient with my questions and new exactly my needs as far as what i was only going to leave with. He worked with me on a price I could afford and would work. The car had very little gas in it and we had asked if it were possible to put a little bit of gas just so that i could get it home. He offered to fill the tank on a used car. We were surpised because they usually don't do that for a used car purchase. That was incredibly generous. Everytime he needed to walk away he gave us an expectation of how long we'd need to wait, opened the doors everytime we walked into a room. He was just all around world class!!!!! A big plus was everybody there was excited for me and very happy to see that I was pleased. Every employee that passed had a smile on their face and congratulated me on my purchase. They shared in my excitement. That was a WOW! The perks were aweseome. I won wireless speaker just by scratching off a ticket they had for their customers.

Alex Blank was very to-the-point, had all the answers to our questions, and just made the whole process easy. I've been looking at the Sante Fe for about a year, really like the style and all the extras offered on the car, also liked that it was able to tow up to 5,000 lbs.. My husband is slow to part with a dollar so he kept on stalling even though he knew we would soon need a new car to make our retirement travel plans possible. When I saw the perfect vehicle on line at Ciocca Hyundai in Quakertown I showed my husband who, when we were driving by the dealership the next day decided to drop in to see the car I had showed him on line. I received a personal note from the general manager to visit the dealership in regards to trading in my leased Sonata. Needless to say the deal was not available and I needed to provide $2,500 to change my lease. In the process the salesman took the car registration out of the car and KEPT it! I did not realize the registration was missing until two days later. I had to leave work to pick up the registration card. I never received a phone call form the dealership that they had my registration. Very poor customer service!

First off this is not a best price, I haggled down to the nickel review. I walked in knowing the car I wanted and the price I was willing to pay for it, upfront, total and monthly payment. I came to Ciocca because many neighbours have purchased from them and the word of mouth service reviews have been excellent.Phil Rotzell and team were accommodating, I had a short time window, needed to leave my old car parked in their lot of a few days ( I wanted to keep it) and didn't try to oversell or play with my expectations in any way. I was upfront and asked for what I wanted and they were quick to respond. I can get a car anywhere, getting a local dealer relationship that you trust and feel good about is important to me. So far I have been very pleased with the process. Btw I LOVE my new Genesis!!!!

On November 7th a bought a Sunata car and everything appeared to go very well but I am not getting the feeling of extreme joy I was hoping to get. I can't convince myself I really did get the best deal that I could have. I am not sure it was the dealership's fault or me just being resolved that I had to play the game of a dealer selling a car. Just purchased a new 2014 Tucson and worked with Phil Rotzell, he was great to work with. I had searched for the cars before visiting the show room and both I wanted to see were in stock for me to look at. We arrived at about 6:30pm to begin this process and what I found the most amazing was we were done from looking at cars to test drive, to finance to finish by 8:15pm! Inquired about a 2015 Sonata on cars.com Internet coordinator was very nice. She linked me with John Rodgers. Very nice guy but very unorganized. I told him my situation and expectations. It was a dealer that was not close in distance so I didn't want to waste time and gas. Gave him the numbers of the deal I already got offered. Pricing was not bad at all...John said he would call me back never did so I called him. They could never seem to reach him maybe he was outside smoking.We agreed I would come in on Wednesday but he did not confirm with me the day of. I never heard from him so I went in the next day, 2 associates asked me who I was and one introduced him self and started showing me the Sonatas. The gentleman I was working with seemed confident and knowledgeable so when we decided on a vehicle we began getting my truck appraised out of nowhere another associate chases me down and it's John. He forgot to call me he's sorry and wants me to leave the gentleman who I was working with and come to his desk. I went along and regret that I did. After the manager did most of the back and forth the deal got close to a comfortable price I left and later decided to apply for financing online. I asked earlier if the dealer was an indirect lender with my credit union peoples first who I already was established with and was told "yes we deal with them all the time we can do it directly". I got a call later that day from John I was denied he didn't say why or what options I had so I asked... he fumbles around "oh too much negative equity". Understandable.. i told him that prior to coming asked him How many banks did you try "oh maybe 5 I'm sorry. Call your bank and bring us a check". Before it was yes ... we deal with them now it's you call them and bring a check. Now usually a skilled sales person would say do you have any money to offset the negative? but he never asked. I went back to the previous dealer and got approved for the vehicle not sure what bank but I can always use my bank after the fact but nonetheless it's an approval. Not impressed with John or Ciocca. Pricing is good but sales department better step it up.

Ciocca hyundai listed their 2014 elantra on cars.com less than any dealers in the Ny,Nj area. I contacted ciocca to confirm the price which they verified. Ciocca then notified us that the price was reduced an additional 500$ for labor day. I traveled over 130 miles to ciocca from Orange county Ny. We arrived at ciocca with our own financing, everything during the process was carefully explained, with no pressure they offered to do our financing and obtained a lower rate. Ciocca's staff was straight foward, they had our car prepared while we handled all the paperwork. Overall we are very happy with the elantra and very pleased with the experience we had with the ciocca team. Thank you.

It's too bad that we don't live closer because we would definitely bring our car back here for it's routine maintenance. First I will start by saying that I worked late and made an appointment to meet with them at the end of the day which was undoubtedly not the most covenient for anyone there, but it was my only opportunity to get there for the next three weeks due to work. When I arrived, I was greeted and the entire staff was very friendly. I was trading in my vehicle so I had to wait about a half hour for them to inspect and put a value on it and when the salesman (Frank- extremely pleasant to work with by the way) came to the table, they gave me a very reasonable offer. Previously I went to Lehigh Valley Hyundai and they lowballed me at every turn. After agreeing to the value, my fiance and I started looking for a new Santa Fe Sport. Frank managed to find one in Marlin Blue very nicely equipped and gave us a great price with literally no haggling. We agreed to take it and within minutes we were waiting to sign the papers. While waiting though, my fiance and I kept walking the lot and I couldnt help myself, My fiance wanted the Mineral Grey and I wanted the technology package so I walked back in and told them that I changed my mind and wanted a different model. I expressed my apologies as they were already prepping the one that I originally wanted, but they were courteous and never batted an eye. Their service was impeccable and to top it off, they ordered us pizza while we waited for the paperwork since we hadn't had dinner. all said and done it took about 3 hours, however, if I was more decisive from the start this would've gone even smoother. I have bought alot of cars over the last 16 years and this was by far the most pleasant and stress free experience. Truly a classy staff and dealership.

I was very satisfied from start to finish with our purchase of a 2014 Hyundai Sonata. On the morning of our purchase I saw that Ciocca had the lowest price for sonatas in our area according to truecar.com. Within minutes of printing out our certificates I received a courtesy call from a salesperson. She was friendly and helpful. We decided to head down that day. At the dealership, Phil was knowledgeable and attentive, but did not harass us. He let us have our space and allowed us to approach him with questions, which we appreciated. Andy was also very thorough regarding the warranties. In addition, other dealerships couldn't beat the price! Don't waste your time going anywhere else. I was shopping just about EVERY dealer in southeast Penna and got slow or inadequate response from most. Even went back to dealer we previously bought our Elantra from - they seemed uninformed and uninterested in making a deal, couldn't close the gap to complete a deal....so much for being a "nice place to do business." Went on the Ciocca website and was immediately impressed with their 'bottom-line' pricing. Wife &I paid a visit to John Rogers, explained our situation & what we needed &John took it from there. Less than an hour later we had a deal - no B.S., no tag team back and forth with sales manager; just "here's the best we can do." Previous dealer wasn't even close, even missed the military discount. And, bottom line: we felt important & appreciated by everyone we talked to - no pressure, just " we want you to be happy. I hope other dealers read this - a lesson in customer relations. Thank you Ciocca, can't imagine going anywhere else.

During our first interaction with the dealer, there was a bit of a miscommunication between us, but Mike and the rest of the Ciocca staff really went above and beyond to make it right, and they definitely did so!! In the end, it worked out perfectly. The atmosphere at Ciocca is a comfortable one, and the staff were all very welcoming and friendly, not pushy, unlike some other dealers I have been to in the past. We saved a lot of money at Ciocca, thanks to Mike and the rest of the staff who helped us, and we are extremely satisfied with our Ciocca experience, and definitely appreciate all the time and help they gave us. Shopping for a Hyundai Sonata I tried local dealerships in the Easton area before finding Ciocca Hyundai. After checking Ciocca's website and short phone call with Katherine Bowes, she offered the car I was looking for at a price no one around me would even get close to. I asked for a quote to be emailed for the car and she had it to me in minutes. That evening I went to Ciocca with the email in hand and met up with the sales manager who was expecting me - Tom O'Donnell. From the time I entered the dealership until the time I left with my new car Tom and the salesman Phil Rotzell were top notch. Together they delivered an awesome buying experience. I was surprised and impressed with the straightforward and honest approach I was given in purchasing the car. The crew even stayed after hours to close the sale which in total took about 2 hours. I really couldn't have asked for better service, an easy 10. I don't even see why anyone would go elsewhere when looking for a Hyundai, a 25 minute ride to literally save thousands and get better service on top of it is a no-brainer. As long as they have the make of car I'm looking for the next time around I'll definitely buy from Ciocca again and refer them to friends and family in the meantime. Thanks guys!

I was quoted a price on a new car in email however, once I arrived at the dealership I found out that the price quoted was only if I qualified for all of the incentives. The sales consultant Phil was very reasonable and seemed to want to work with us. His manager however didn't seem to want our business and I almost felt rushed out the door by him. I came there with money in hand and ready to buy a car. I left there after 3 hours feeling misled and not valued as the sales manager let me walk out the door over a difference of $376. Wish we could have made it work.

This dealership listed a price on Cars.com and after we drove out there we learned the price is only if you qualify for all of the incentives (interesting how the seller's notes don't say anything about the price being only if you qualify for the rebates/incentives). When I contacted their Internet Sales Rep Mike Hall he quoted the same exat price that was listed on Cars.com but the scruffy looking sales rep, we ended up with, who had red bloodshot eyes, needed a shower and a shave, told us we did not qualify for the military incentive and therefore we needed to pay above the sale price listed on Cars.com. Sad he did NOTHING to try to sell us the car. We had to ask for a test drive. Mike Hall was more informative and helpful elaborating on the car. We learned more about the scruffy sales rep and his divorce than what we learned about the car. Sad Ciocca frauds serious buyers with false advertising. My husband and I walked in here with money in hand and ready to purchase. My first time going here and my very last. They are very unprofessional. Please avoid this dealership and their false advertising. People deserve to be treated better. Take your money elsewhere where you are valued.

I recently purchased a 2011 Hyundai Sonata Fully Loaded Limited Edition with 19,800 mi on it for an unbeatable price. Trust me, I tried to find something better but absolutely could not. I'm a bells and whistles kinda girl and everything that was cheaper was either the standard GLS, a Limited but did not have the Navigation and/or had more miles on it. I had been looking for the best deal on this specific car/trim/color for a while but it was so hard to find. From my internet contact with Katherine at the beginning to signing my paperwork with Andy at the end, they made my process wonderful. They were surprisingly very honest. They gave me tips that I know for a fact dealers don't usually share. They worked with me every step of the way and basically held my hand dealing with the bank to finance. I felt valued as a customer and most importantly did not feel scammed at any moment. The process took a week because they were being patient with me and I wanted to take my time. they knew I was coming from a distance and did not rush me to come in to the dealership to put pressure on me in person to by (as most dealers do). Not once did I feel pressured or that I was being lied to or taken advantage of. I will definitely be referring friends and family to them. Hats off to Katherine, Andy, Jaret, and mostly John Bogart the Sales Manager. Thanks guys for making my experience so pleasurable. I love my new baby!

Avoid this place at all costs, they will give you the run-around, charge you for time spent not helping you, try to sell you a lot of other work that you're not asking for, refuse to stand by their supposedly great warranty, and when you stand up for your rights they will literally call you names. When I asked that they just take it back and refund my money after it refused to stop at a stoplight and drifted out into the intersection with the check engine light turning on once again, they only offered a partial credit toward another vehicle from them since they couldn't sell the truck in the condition it was in. Well, I ended up stuck with another vehicle from them, and they turned around and sold the truck anyway! I've been lied to and yelled at, and I feel taken advantage of. This place is untrustworthy.

Upon finding exactly what I wanted through weeks of internet search, I contacted Ms. Bowes and set an appointment to come look at the 2006 Used Ford Ranger. After a two hour (one-way) trip, the Ranger was magically sold just before I arrived early, no attempt was made to contact me to relay this information. Both of the used vehicles my fiance and I bought here were junk and they didn't completely stand behind his when it had issues on several occasions; they only offered to try to fix it and then, after it crapped out at a stoplight and almost got him in an accident, they offered some credit towards a different vehicle from there, but no refund and no complete credit. The below messages are mostly the same ones that I sent to the CEO of this family of dealerships, Mr. Gregg Ciocca. His most recent response offered no further assistance to make up for our disappointments in the vehicles sold by them. My fiance, James, and I purchased 4 vehicles through Faulkner-Ciocca dealerships throughout the area over the last year or so. I just got my license last year, and chose to visit Faulker-Ciocca for my first car because my family friend, who is also a master auto technician and co-owner of an auto shop, suggested them to me. In September of last year, I found a car that I liked at this specific one: a 2007 Ford Focus SE Hatchback with slightly under 60k miles on it. I was very pleased with how smooth the buying process was and I loved the positive and upbeat attitude of everyone at the dealership, and the price of the car was well within my budget, so I had a great first impression on the dealership. Unfortunately, I already began having issues with the 2007 Focus after a mere few miles; my car would not accelerate over 45 MPH (I never went over that speed during the test drive), the transmission was getting jumpy and it was idling roughly. When I brought it in to the dealership to get it fixed, they discovered that the transmission was having issues and needed to be replaced, so I was out a car for a few days shortly after purchasing it. I wasnt offered a rental or anything, either, which was disappointing. At my 3 month inspection, my car was reported as being fine, but when I brought it in to the FC Ford Service Center about a month later for an oil change and multi-point inspection, they found that the steering fluid needed to be replaced and there were a few other things to fix, which I found odd for the number of miles on it and the minimal driving that I did over the 6 months that I had it (I drive less than 7,500 miles yearly). Around the time of my oil change and maintenance, I received a letter in the mail from FC Ford of Quakertown, offering to have me trade in my used Ford Focus for a 2012 Focus at the same or a lower payment price per month (there was no fine print on this letter, either, stating restrictions). I was slightly uncomfortable with the types of issues that my 2007 Focus had already had, and was starting to feel like the previous owners took poor care of it, so I decided to go in to FC Ford and learn more about their offer. I brought in my letter and Brian Rubin showed me a new Ford Focus, which I test drove and liked. However, they told me that they could not fulfill the offer stated in my letter of matching or reducing my current car payments. Since I have a wedding coming up and James and I are planning on finding a place of our own soon, I told them to never mind and left after a bit of pushiness from Brian to reconsider. The manager, Ag, called me later that night and asked me to come back in because there was someone interested in my car and he felt bad for me leaving, so I came back in after work the next day. Ag offered me a reduced price on a new Focus, but still would not fulfill the letters offer of equal or lesser car payments. After a lot of discussion, I agreed to trade in my 2007 Focus and purchase the new one, mostly because I was slightly concerned about the state of my 2007 Focus and I wanted to have a car that I knew was well cared for and maintained, but also because I felt hassled to agree. The new Focus had no issues up until this month, and is now failing to shift correctly (automatic trans). James and my dad purchased a 2004 Ford F-150 from FC Ford of Souderton in April, as well, to replace his old car. They purchased a 3 year warranty with it. The truck ran fine for a while, but after a couple of weeks, it began making a clicking noise and sounded more like a diesel engine. James brought it to the dealer on multiple occasions to have them look at it, but they blew him off every time, saying that it was just the cam phasers making noise and that is was normal for F-150s. James began to notice a decrease in fuel efficiency and an even louder diesel noise after a while, but FC of Souderton continued to insist that it was okay and, when he asked them to replace the cam phasers, they refused. The truck payments were at the high end of our budget range as it was, and the fuel efficiency finally got so poor that we could no longer afford to keep the F-150, so we went searching for a smaller truck in October. We found a 2001 Dodge Dakota Sport at FC Hyundai of Quakertown, traded in the F-150, paid the $2k payoff difference, and paid off the Dakota in full with our savings on October 12th. We purchased a 2-year warranty on the Dodge. The Dodges check engine light has came on 6 times during the 2 months that we owned it. It came on the first time right after we drove it home from the dealer. The light ended up turning off without repair. The second time that the check engine light came on and turned off on its own, we called FC Hyundai. They told us to wait until it came on again to bring it in for repair. It came on again, for the third time, by Friday the 19th (one week after purchase), and we brought it to them. They told us that they wouldnt be able to fix it until Monday because the service manager was out and they couldnt figure out what was wrong with it, so they wanted to send it to Sands Dodge up the road. James was out a vehicle for days right after purchasing it, just like I was with my 2007 Focus. At that point, I expressed my disappointments to our salesman, Marc, and he sympathized, but said that they would fix the Dodge thoroughly this time. I was still dissatisfied with the whole of our experiences at Faulkner-Ciocca and wanted to talk to someone about it. I asked to talk to a manager, but he said that they were gone for the weekend. I asked to talk to a supervisor, so Marc went to ask them to talk and they told him they wouldnt because they couldnt help me. I felt like the only one that cared about us was Marc, and that, to the higher ups, I was just another number. While we were talking to Marc, James asked him what happened with the cam phasers on the F-150. Marc informed us that FC Hyundai replaced the F-150s cam phasers before putting it up for sale because they were malfunctioning and they made too much noise. It was very irritating to hear that they repaired them in order to make it suitable for sale, but another division of the same family of dealerships refused to replace them when we requested such. I asked him if that effected the trucks value, and he said, Yeah, cam phasers cost a couple grand to replace. He also confirmed that the cam phasers effect fuel efficiency. If having the cam phasers repaired would have mended our MPG issues, then we likely wouldnt have had to trade it in in the first place. Additionally, knowing that the trucks value was reduced by the cam phasers that FC Ford of Souderton refused to fix left us feeling cheated. James and I returned to FC Hyundai in the afternoon on Monday the 22nd. The Dodge had been sent to Sands, and they had found that the vacuum hoses were having issues. The service manager came to talk to us and said that the work wouldnt take long and that theyd call us when it was time for pickup. I thanked him for the information and asked to talk to him in his office. James and I reviewed our concerns from all of our experiences with the service manager, but he said that there was nothing he could do. He also swore that he knew nothing about the cam phasers being fixed in the F-150, even though Marc said that they had been. He said that he would have to look into that, but he never did. He was kind enough to admit that the service centers had opportunities still, and that he would not have refused to replace the cam phasers in the F-150, but he didnt seem to care very much about us as loyal customers. When I told him how we felt completely unvalued as a customers and that I was at the point that I no longer wished to shop at any Faulkner-Ciocca dealerships, he merely said, Well, its a free country, so you dont have to shop here. That certainly did not make us feel any more important to the dealership. At that point, I asked for the email of the CEO, Gregg Ciocca, and I wrote him an email, adressing my concerns regarding the quality of the vehicles sold at Faulker-Ciocca dealerships and the fact that we were assured that we would receive a check in the mail with a refund for the unused portion of the F-150's warranty, and had not received one. After receiving my message, Gregg forwarded it to the dealerships and we were asked by the manager of FC Hyundai, Tom, Heitz, to meet with him to talk. He had us sign the papers (which we didn't know were required) to get the warranty refund and told us that Marc had not been telling the truth and that the cam phasers were not fixed for the re-sell because they weren't quite worn out yet (once again, we only learned this after I complained to the CEO). Bob also apologized for the service manager's commentary, tried to satisfy our repair concerns with the Dodge (getting all of the vacuum lines replaced and having Sands Dodge drive it around for a few days to determine the cause of the whistling noise) and gave us a small credit towards future repairs and parts at the FC Hyundai service center. He provided us with a nice rental car while the Dodge was in the shop and even made sure that it was delivered to us. The Dodge was returned to us sooner than we expected (about a day and a half), and James was told by Sands that they didn't hear the whistling noise. James argued against them returning it to us, since they were supposed to keep it for a few days to wait for the noise, but they insisted that everything was okay. The day after they retuned it to us, James was driving home from work and the truck puttered, shook and stalled out at the light. James was unable to get it to stop, too, so he ended up out in the intersection and almost got hit by a tractor trailer. Thankfully, the truck driver was paying attention and turned away. James managed to get the truck to restart, and when it started up again, the check engine light came on (for a sixth time since we bought it). He brought it straight to Sands and called Hyundai to request a rental. Hyundai was unable to give him one right away, so I drove to Sands and got him. We picked up the rental later in the day, since nobody at the dealership was able to bring it to our house (they said they were too busy). Sands promised to do a full workup of the truck this time (they should have the first time). Unfortunately, the Dodge had another issue that didnt meet the eye; the evaporator hose was leaking, and not only that, but the crack that the leak was coming from was duct-taped. The hose wasnt readily visible, so neither James and I nor Hyundai knew about it. Needless to say, this truck was not a quality vehicle in any way, and the fact that it almost killed James was the icing on the cake. The warranty wouldnt even cover the repairs, and we had to pay a $90 diagnostic fee (which we were supposed to be reimbursed, but were not). We went to Hyundai and asked for a refund or replacement, and yesterday we met with the team at Hyundai to look at replacements since they couldnt offer a refund. Bob met with us first, and said that he would be more than happy to get us out of the truck and stop wasting both of our time and money with it, and that he didnt even care if he made anything off of the replacement vehicle as long as we could put the truck behind us. He would not, however, give us a refund for the truck, which was what we wanted (I really want nothing to do with these dealerships anymore, but there is not a lemon law to cover this situation). Although he mentioned that it was technically our problem and he didnt have to do anything to help us, I felt pretty confident that he would make sure we didnt end up losing out because they sold us a junk vehicle that completely misrepresented their sign out front that says quality used vehicles. Marcus spent a few hours with us helping us to find a vehicle to replace the truck (James and I really took our time looking, since were very leery of getting another issue chromatic vehicle...thankfully, Marcus was very patient). We looked at vehicles that would have been essentially even trades at first, but they all seemed iffy to us (one was making odd noises, another was shifting funny, etc), so we said that we would be willing to go up to $200 a month payments if we had to (we really didnt want ANOTHER problematic vehicle). We ended up choosing a 2007 Nissan Altima with 48,000 miles on it and a 1-owner CARFAX. We werent told during the time that we were looking what we would be getting back for the truck, even though we asked multiple times, so when we went to look at the remaining cost, it was pretty disappointing to see that they were giving us $6,900 back for the truck as a credit towards the replacement vehicle (we payed $8399 for it, not including the tags and fees, only had it for 2 months, wasted tons of time on trying to get it fixed and gone through plenty of stress the whole while). I told Bob that we really couldnt take that great of a loss after all of the vehicles weve gone through, and he asked me what would make me happy. I said that getting a full refund of what we paid for it would make me happy, and he told me he couldnt do that, but he eventually increased it to $7,700 back for the Dodge after getting a bit steamed. I don't believe for a second that he truly didn't care if he made money off of the replacement or not, because he even ended up reselling the Dodge, and the Altima was not even reduced in price for us. I had to leave after 3.5 hours of being at the dealership, since I was already late for an appointment and was now crying from the stress of it all, so I let it go at that. I'd rather lose out fiananilyy than have my fiance driving something that almost killed him. James and I ended up losing out a little over $1,000 to the Dodge when all is said and done (after taxes & fees) because the truck was in much poorer condition than we thought or the paperwork said (it stated good condition!), but we are grateful for the amount of time and effort that was put in to helping us. Are we still disappointed? Absolutely. We have a wedding coming up and need to move out in the near future, so the financial and emotional stress of this whole ordeal has been a pain, since we certainly werent planning on buying a failing vehicle and really didnt want to get yet another one. We already lost about $6,000 of investments into the F-150 when we traded it in for the Dodge, partially because James and my Father shouldnt have chosen something so close to the end of our budget range and partially because nobody would fix it and the reduced gas mileage put us just over the edge. Bob even used the cost savings of trading in the F-150 for the Dodge as a good reason to seal the deal when James and I both were hesitant (the pushiness is getting really old), and at this point, we havent saved anything were worse off, and they do not care! To top it all off, when James drove away in the Altima, the fuel tank was nearly empty!The Quality used vehicles sign that Ive seen in front of the Hyundai dealership is false advertising as far as I am concerned, if the company will not stand behind a vehicle when they sell one that is in poor condition. I understand that they were not aware of the duct tape inside and they couldnt see into the future and know that the check engine light would come on 6 times, go into the shop 3 times for different problems, and give out at a stoplight, but they should have stood behind their vehicle and made up for their mistake of putting it out for sale as a quality used vehicle. Im not positive how all of the financial things go for dealerships, either, but if Bob truly did not care if he made money on the next car he sold us, then I'm sure that he could have offered us a better deal than he did. I agreed to remain a customer after we agreed to have the truck fixed up by Sands the first time, but after one of your vehicles almost killed my fiance the day after it was "fixed and after we have wasted so much time, money and sanity trying to purchase two functional vehicles, I am not buying another vehicle from ANY of Faulner-Ciocca's dealerships and urge ANYONE who is considering one from them to have a certified mechanic thoroughly inspect it before purchasing, or better yet, WALK AWAY! In the end, it is just about money for these folks. They don't value their customers. The only redeeming quality here is that they did something to "help" and they put on friendly faces...but I'm not buying it anymore. I feel scammed and hope that anyone reading this does not end up in the same position.

I own a 2003 Tiburon with 180k miles that needs a state inspection, timing belt and AC compressor. After calling several dealerships last Friday to discuss price and availability to get the described service, I scheduled service with Cioca Hyundai in Quakertown for Tuesday July 24 at 8AM. . When my daughter arrived at 7:45 AM to drop the car off, she was surprised to find that no appointment was scheduled, and that the Service Department had no information about what needed to be done. She informed Patrick what was needed and stressed to him that she needs the car to go to work that evening, and that I should be called if there are any problems with the car that we do not know about. When I did not hear from Cioca by 2PM, I called Patrick who informed me that they were just getting to the car and he would call me back by 3PM. I waited until 3:20 to call and left a message for a return call. I also called at 3:45 and could not get through to Patrick. around 4:PM,Patrick called to tell me that the car needed extensive work. By this time, I was on my way to the dealership to personally see what the problem was. When I arrived, I was told that the car needed over $5000 worth of repairs, including replacement of a $1500 part, a $450 headlight assembly,a sway bar, engine mount, and parking brake (which had been working properly when the car was dropped off ),in addition to the timing belt and AC compressor. I decided to seek another opinion, and was shocked to find Cioca was charging me $145 in labor to "Diag Air condition inop" in addition to the $26.96 state inspection fee. the mechanic hourly rate is $95, so that means he spent over 1.5 hours diagnosing an AC system that I already knew needed a compressor. What a rip off! I am getting the car repaired elsewhere, for less than half of Cioca's cost.

I was referred there by several friends who did business with them and they couldn't say enough good things about the dealership. And I couldn't agree more. When I first got to the dealership I was nervous and just wanted some time to browse. I was approached by John Rogers and advised I was just looking. He said to take my time and me gave me his name and number if I had any questions. Great first imprsssion.After some time, I did speak with John about the 2012 Elantra Touring GLS. I got all the information I needed regarding the vehicle, my trade-in,leasing versus purchasing and service. I advised John I needed some time to review all the information I was given. He followed up several days later and set a time to meet as I wanted to move forward with the purchase. The purchase and trade in process could not have been smoother. They made sure I understood everything I was signing. The also went over various operations of my new car.I am very happy with my car and I could not have received better service. Wonderful Dealership and I highly recommend them.

I searched through numerous online dealerships. I found a few dealerships that each had a vehicle of interest but either after speaking with a sales rep or visiting to check out vehicle, I ended up still shopping for the best all around deal for me. I came across Ciocca Hyundai. They had a vehicle I was interested in so my friend and I took a drive to see it. A sales rep by the name of Jeremy Sabol approached us to assist us. We informed him what vehicle we were there to see and stated that we want to be dealt with in truth. He said that he could help. He did exactly that, dealt with us straight up. Jeremy and the other staff at Ciocca Hyundai still stays true to to the real meaning of customer service.

I have been buying cars for many years with some really bad experiences. This however, was not one of those. I went to meet Mr Rogers with the intent of checking out the Product line. John not only took the time to show me multiple vehicles, he was able to find a car that not only did I like but fit into my Budget. Being very busy, he took the time to make sure I was always taken care of and made the experience enjoyable. I am happy to say I left that day with a new Elantra and would recommend John and the staff at the dealership to anyone.

Don't trust them!!! Make sure you have someone else check the used car out because they will sell you anything. I had troubles from the very beginning... I really should have walked away, but i figured it was a big company and why would they sell me a piece of junk. Well they did. Same problems I had with the car in the very beginning, which they acted like I was crazy, was why i had to get rid of it for next to nothing a year later. They should not be trusted. They sell crap and don't really care about anything but the sale.

For six months I have been waiting for the Hyundai Veloster to be released, along with a lot of other people! Many Hyundai barely knew anything at all of this car and even now after it's release many can't even pronounce "Veloster". Phil knows the car and has kept me informed every step of the way. No wonder their first one was sold right away. No outrageous markup like some other dealers and so very friendly. The cars were no sooner off the truck when Phil called me for a test drive. He even offered to pull it under cover because of the rain. The sold car went to someone on the same forum I am on and he also recommends Ciocca 100 percent.

The dealership was spotless I have OCD for cleaning and it even meet my standards first time that has ever happened in my life. The customer service advisior went over and beyound turned on Disney for my 8 year old daughter.That really meant a lot to me at other dealerships that I have bought cars from you could tell they didn't want kids there one example would be Haldeman Ford Alllentown PA.What I don't understand is why you don't have more of the market-with what you have,the quality,and the waranty you offer I would challange people to try your car and if you don't like after 3 months you owe us nothing. We came to Ciocca Hyundai in Quakertown after researching the Sonata online with Consumer Reports and finding out that they had excellent ratings! A friend also had one and loves it! Seeing from their website that Ciocca Hyundai had a used 2011 on the lot, we headed up to Quakertown. We were definitely planning to buy a used car. We'd visited another used car dealership earlier in the day and had a used 2011 Sonata sold right out from under us as we watched.When we got to the Ciocca Hyundai dealership, salesman Bill Ripka greeted us outside. We inquired about the used 2011 and were told that it just sold, too! He explained to us how much they are in demand. But he asked if we had any interest in a new Sonata. We said no but he asked to just have 10 minutes of our time to show us how affordable a new Sonata could be. Bill showed us the most reasonably priced new Sonata on the lot. It was only $2,500.00 more than the price we were prepared to pay for a used car. He also explained that the warranty would be longer for a new car and that we had some discounts available to us. Bill was very knowledgeable and passionate about his product. He explained how highly rated these cars are and how much it would be to our advantage to purchase a new one. He checked out every possible discount available to us and really seemed to care about our need to spend as little as possible. We found him to be honest and straight-forward about the product he is sells. He clearly loved and believed in his product. Bill gave us a discount for already owning another Hyundai. We also got money for our old car that had a bad motor. He spelled out our interest rate and made sure we understood how low it would be. He answered every question we had convincing us that we were indeed able to afford a new car! We were thrilled to know that it was within our reach to drive a brand new car out of the lot that day. When we decided to buy the car, he took us out and explained every button and feature of the car, introduced us to the staff and gave us a tour of the facility for future maintenance needs. We were very impressed with the integrity we found there and with all of the staff. We would highly recommend this dealership to any of our friends and family.

My experience with Ciocca Hyundai was positive from the time of my email contact to the completed purchase. All personnel were courteous and responsive. Communication was excellent (re: timely response to both email and phone messages). I also thought the negotiated price of the vehicle was very fair. I rated the buying process only as good because there were some delays coordinating my insurance and the vehicle loan. These items were not really anyone's fault, but they resulted in an extended waiting period on the day of the purchase. I rated the facilities as good only because the Dealership was in the process of some renovations. I feel comfortable in recommending Ciccoa as a great place to purchase a vehicle and I would not hesitate to do so again. I would also note that the site of cars.com was of phenomenal benefit in helping me make a choice of vehicle and Dealership.

Ciocca Hyundai of Quakertown, PA deserves a 5 star rating in all areas. Primarily, I received top dollar for my trade in, but more importantly , Bob, the General Manager, took the time to listen to our situation, took into account our price range, and acted based upon our best interest. Bob communicated with his sales associated, Brian, his recommendations on a car choice that would suit our needs. Brian showed us cars in the top and bottom of our price range. He did not swindle or push us to go in either direction; instead, Brian described the cars' features and the differences between the Sonata and Elantra (as well as the trim levels). Brian demonstrated extreme patience with my indecisiveness, and willingness to answer my questions. Since I have never leased a car before, Brian also took the time to explain how a lease works. In addition, Brian remained enthusiastic throughout the entire process, even when I asked to look at the car one more time before I made my decision. Also, Brian had no problem looking into how a different trim would change my payment. Once we made our choice on the 2011 Sonata, Brian introduced us to the service department manager, which reflects that at Ciocca Hyundai, they care about building a rapport with their clients. However, what impressed me most was the time Brian spent to explain the features of my new car, while sitting in my car with me. Brian helped me setup the bluetooth, demonstrated how to use the XM radio, heating/cooling controls, automatic lights, etc. Whoever says buying a car is a pain staking process, must not have bought at Ciocca Hyundai.

I went to 2 other Hyundai dealers to inquire about a blue Tucson and had been told by both that they did not have one and that was it. Heather proceeded to get it done and in a half hour the vehicle was located and they started the process of obtaining it and had it delivered the next morning. You cannot get service better than that. This dealership is not close but we woild purchase or lease from them again.

The Sales person, Heather, was very good. She was helpful and gave the impression that she was there to service us, the cutomer. She closed the sale very professionally and not too "pushy". Great job ! After taking delivery, we had a question reegarding one of devices in the car...it was answered promptly.

My fiance and I have had only horrible experiences here. We purchased 2 vehicles from them within a few months of each other. We purchased a Brand new 2009 Hyundai elantra and a used 2006 eclipse. When I bought the eclipse it had a rattle in the exhaust and as I drove down the highway the alignment was way off. So I brought it back in the same week of purchase they said oh sure just drop it off and well take care of it, so I show later that day to pick up the vehicle and they try hitting me with a $200.00 bill, I say I just purchased it this week and then he says oh sorry u only got 150 miles on it sense purchase. So I'm sure if I didn't question it I would of been out of pocket 200 bucks. Okay so the rattle went away but steering was always crappy. Then 3 months later the window button housing fell in the door, all the buttons still worked just was laying in and loose. So I stopped in and talked to them and explained then they looked at it and couldn't find what I was talking about and I had to go into the shop to show them, then u get the classic oh..... That. Lol so I said yeah just needs a screw or something. They go on to tell me they have to order the parts and not sure if covered under the warranty I purchased with the vehicle 1200 bucks on top of the bill. So I dont hear anything from them for 2 months they I call them back and have no idea what I'm talking about and give me the run around routine. Then another month goes buy and finally receive a call to come in, they so called replace it. As I get home I check all the buttons and of course nothing works on the passenger side now. I call them back tell them the scenario and say oh the parts are defected. (all buttons worked prior) so I bring it back in then the lock doesn't work on this new part and then another weeks go by and finally replaced. And when I get it back that time my door had dirty footprints on it and a screw missing and a dent in the door aswell. No all of a sudden my heater blower stops working. I call bring it in for that and they tell me it's the transitory pack 200 and some odd dollars and that's not covered under your warranty. When car was sold to me they claimed all electronic components would be cover! Pure Lies! Place is a scam. Will never go there again I sold both vehicles.

This was the third Hyundai dealership I visited and the employees were very attentive. They say three's a charm!Prior to this visit I had visited a dealership where just getting a sales person's attention was a task.Even though the dealership closed at 9 my paperwork wasn't completed until after 10pm. I never felt rushed and as late as it was all employees were patient.

It is great to buy a car from a dealership that does not pressure you. John was courteous and very patient. All the staff of Ciocca Hyundai was very professional and efficient.I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone.Buying a car is not exactly a fun thing to do. We had a great experience at Ciocca Hyundai.

This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Ciocca, second from Ciocca Hyundai, same salesperson (Kyle) from Hyundai. His customer service and knowledgeability are exceptional! The GM Bob Heitz was also great to work with, very helpful of our situation.

Bought a new car! Price was the best in the area. No pressure, NO annoying phone calls, quick in and out car buying experiance. This is the third car I priced over the internet, the only way to buy a car and they made it easy. By all means check them out if you're buying a Hyundai.
