I contated City Hyundai through their website in the beginning of August. I spoke Liz Petnicki and I explained to her I was interested in a 2015-16 Tuscan but I wanted a certain color (ruby wine). She informed me that they did not have that color in stock. She told me she would check with her manager on availability. Liz informed me that they had a 2016 Tuscan coming in on August 25th. When the vehicle came in Liz contacted me and sent me photos of the vehicle. I set up an appointment and went into their showroom. When we saw the vehicle we really liked it and we bought it and got a great deal. Everything went very smooth and quick. I highly recommend City Hyundia for your next vehicle.

I had a great experience at Dodge Chrysler Jeep City! John Major was my salesman and he was a great help. There was no pressure, just facts and a lot of laughs. I didn't feel like I was at a dealership, they treated both myself and my fiance with respect and in a timely manner. I got the Jeep I wanted, got a great deal and met some amazing people in the process like John and finance funny man, Pete! I would highly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.

Tremendous buying process, no pressure or any of the other typical car sales tactics. It was most refreshing. I purchased, traded and did the financing in 20 minutes. This is unheard of and a much better way to do business. I came in for a newer car from a 2005 to a 2011 Kia Sorento, I spent time with Mauricio Mier & Gus Orsi. My sales men Marc had me in and out of the dealership so fast I was amazed. no other dealer has the time efficiency was AMZEING, my past experience's with vehicle purchases was horrible and it took hours. With this place I was in and out. I bought my car on the 25th of the month and my motor vehicle work was done the very next day I was shocked on how fast. I will recommend everyone I talk to that is interested in purchasing a new vehicle to come in and talk to my guys here, not only was there no pressure I felt very comfortable there. I was pleasantly surprised when purchasing my new 2015 jeep cherokee.from the moment i walked in the doir i was greeted by gus.He was engaging and sincere.My salesperson mo was wonderful.I never felt any preasure.THe finance manager got meca great rate and explained everything thoroughly.I went back a month later vecause i had purchased a new cell phone.I needed help syncing my phone .Gus came right outside with me and did it for me.no questions asked.I have never been to a dealership where everybody was so nice.

Although I did not buy my car at City Auto Park, I found the experience to be thoroughly enjoyable with the service staff eager to help me with understanding any problems currently yhst needed repair, any potential problems in the future and told me of product recall items that needed to be done in the future and took care of any product recalls that were oustanding. The cost of the repairs was reasonable and one part that was needed to be replaced that caused the "engine" light to go on was tracked down at another dealer and replaced. Turnaround time was excellent.

City Auto Park is the best complete dealership experience, hands down. The building, available cars and the lot are always well cared for and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I've bought two cars at this dealership from a terrific salesman, Joe Hernisey. Joe was very knowledgeable and professional and gave me a great deal both times.It's been some time since I've been there but he always remembers me and greets me like a friend. The management, both sales and service, are always doing whatever it takes to make me, the customer, very happy. A recent routine service appointment was very pleasurable, I was greeted and signed in immediately, extended the use of the comfortable waiting area (with coffee on at all times) and personally met and handed my keys and receipt upon completion. The service managers suggestion of a tire rotation was great as that service had slipped my mind, and I was thankful he reminded me. I travel a distance to go there but don't mind it at all when I get treated so well. I will, and have, recommend this dealership to everyone looking for a vehicle or for service.

I purchased a used vehicle from Mark D on 2/23/2015. Mark was so attentive, informative, and really took the time with me when taking delivery of the car. The finance manager Cassi, well what can I say she is a wonder woman. from the GM Mike who was honest with me about the vehicle purchase to the service dept that fixed anything that needed to be done. (I asked for new wipers ).... BAM it was done.... everyone was and is great. I will make sure all of my future vehicles will be a City Auto Park vehicle no matter what vehicle I purchase. My salesman Marc Dinetz was the best, spent a lot of time explaining all details of the Sonata I ended up buying. Took a long rode test on various roads and after purchasing spent more time linking my phone to the car. As a previous Sonata owner ( had a 2007 ) I knew I wanted another, my 2015 has so many great new features that could have been overwhelming for me. Technology is NOT my friend, however Marc explained it all and now I am loving all my new features.

Just purchased a brand new 2014 Dodge Charger R/T, this vehicle only had seven miles on the odometer. While test driving it my wife and I noticed the ride was a bit rougher than what we thought it should be. The person selling us the vehicle (also in the car with us while test driving) assured us it was just the road we were on, so we went ahead with the purchase. Three days later and several roads traveled the ride is still as rough as that day, so I took the car back to them informing them of this. I was told by their service department that the tires do in fact have flat spots on them from sitting on their lot for several months without being moved. Being that this issue is of no fault of mine, and when purchasing a brand new vehicle you go in believing everything on that said vehicle will be of optimal condition I thought they would replace the tires. Nope. I was informed that per their policy the tires are not covered under warranty (even though my wife and I bought every one of their add on warranties) apparently it does us no good whatsoever. Point of this review, just warning all others to check the tires before you buy a vehicle from this place!

First let me start by saying this was the fastest experience I have had in a dealership. I started out dealing with Liz from the Internet department. Wow she was on point with everything. Every question answered timely and always took the time to reach out to make sure I was ok. She referred me to the Moe who was the coolest down to earth Salesman. I got the car I wanted and the deal went through very quick. No hassleling Liz and Moe were the best hands down.

City Auto Park is probably the WORST car dealerships that I have ever encountered! They will promise you things, like extra goods and services, but make sure they give it to you in writing, because after you sign they will claim they never promised to give you anything. Be careful with how they set up their math, they will put your down payment on the left side and the sales price on the right side, hoping you don't notice. They will try to make some extra profit if you are not careful. If you voice your displeasure with them, they tell service department when you are in and you are at their mercy. Stay clear of this dealership. Best example ever seen of a used car salesman stereotype. There are many other Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep and Hyundai dealers in the area and this one is actually more expensive too. Spent the extra 15-20 minutes driving elsewhere - in the long run you will be happy you avoided them.

I have been buying Hyundai's and Jeeps at City Auto Park for 10 years. They are family owned and there is no pressure to buy. The employee's are nice and helpful in answer all your questions. I get a great car deal with the payment that I am comfortable every time. I also bring my cars in for service and they are very honest and reasonable.

The managers are FANTASTIC they will go to work for you and sharpen that pencil to ensure you get the best deal! They are honest and upfront and i never thought with my credit it was possible to get a deal as great as i did! I am particularly interested in hearing from them because of all the dealers I selected, City Auto is, by far, the closest to me. I know, from experience that they can do a good job in sales or leasing because I have leased from them before. However, that was not over the internet. Had a great buying experience with this dealership. The salesman (Fred) was great. He knew we knew the product and did not try to oversell it. We had a trade which happen to be a '12 Durango Crew Police Package which they gave us the best trade value for. We tried three other dealerships all which I have bought from before and they gave us a low trade which killed the deal right away. These guys were great, did not try and feed me bull, and made the buying process very very easy for me. Since I am in the market for another Dodge Charger (2015), I will be calling Fred first!

first it took almost a week to come up with a price on a leftover. then said it got damaged and would get to me when back. when finally got back ,went there and to find out that wasn't the one damaged. now the one i wanted they claim was sold figures. so the salesman looks on web and found one simular at about 50 miles away. now starts to work on deal and the payment was just a little high not much,enough that that maybe we could work on. that was on a friday afternoon, he said give him till monday so he can work with the bank and work something out , ok. here almost a week goes by and no phone call to let me know what is going on. if he had a problem he could of at least called me told me situation, not just shrug me off and left me hanging. very unprofessional. i have purchased there before but never again. over a week goes by still no word and i even texted their online person and told them of situation and still no word. forget them. i live over an hour from them so don't want to drive back and forth everyday.

i am still a bit shocked by this one - I called to get information on an oil change and simply asked that was included in the service. The coupon from the flyers they send me often list Oil, filter, check fluid levels and check the tire pressure. Thinking of changing from Jiffy Lube to City Auto as they specialize in my care, I politely asked what was included in an oil change hoping to gather any info that may not have been included in the flyer as well as any extras they provided that Jiffy Lube did not. The gentleman on the other end angrily, frustratingly and matter of factly barked at me: "Oil and a flter change". I thanked him and hung up. I am not saying that the dealership itself was lacking, but you would think as a place that apparently was yearning for my business, the customer service could have been more professional.

Our salesperson, Mark, was never pushy as salespeople can be. He was polite and considerate. He took care of what had to be done and didn't try to talk us into anything we didn't want. I would recommend him to anyone. The price we paid was lower than I expected after getting a Consumer Report car buying guide for the Elantra and after much research on other sites on the internet that list what you should be paying. We got a terrific deal.
