Just picked my car up yesterday, the dealership had it for two days to do work that was needed, $1500 worth, thought they wash the cars after work is done, guess not,Also had wife’s Yukon there last week to have an oil change done and we were told that there Was a Recall on the passenger side airbag, they ended up cracking our Dash, That has been an ongoing battle for two weeks now to get fixed, they also did an inspection and when the wife got home the front headlight was out and the rear brake light out also, But their inspection check off list said everything was good. Not sure of the technicians are doing the job they are paid to do, Not very happy with Clark Chevrolet at this moment

Had service appt at 7:30am, requested shuttle service to get me to work. I even called again the day before to confirm. The shuttle driver had already left with another customer and didn't return until 8:15a making me late for my 8:30a meeting. I let them know I had to have my car back at 3:30p. Once again, this was confirmed at 1:00p that it would be ready and the shuttle would pick me up. I called at 3:45p to see if the shuttle was on the way and I was told yes. Called again at 4:15p and was told the shuttle driver would be there within 15-20 minutes. I could NOT wait that much longer so I had a coworker take me to get my vehicle. This caused me to be late picking my kids up from daycare. No apologies were given.

New customer, first time using the service department- Matt was very welcoming and informative. Waiting area was relaxing with coffee, TV, magazines and wifi. Will be back, thanks. Ed Ward

The staff is courteous and very helpful. They explain things and make you feel welcome.
