I bought my 328 IX BMW from Classic BMW in December 2016. My experience was the best because of Teri Blakeley. She was patient and thorough in helping me to under my car and the process to purchase. I absolutely look forward to purchasing my next BMW because of my experience with Teri. Here I am three years having to revise my review of Classic BMW. I bought what I thought was a wonderful car, my dream car three years ago, but going into year number (4) I had the Drivetrain Malfunction Warning come on. I took my car back to Classic for service and after a $150.00 diagnostic fee, plus $289.00, plus tax to pay for what they thought was possible a programming problem and it wasn't that at all. Then after they did more diagnosis they found the issue (the timing chain guide that protect the timing chain) which ends up being $4200.00. After doing my own research I found out that BMW and Classic knew of this problem long before I purchased my car in 2016. I purchase my car certified new in hope of avoiding this problem, but being a certified vehicle doesn't mean anything if you're not informed. I spoke to Tom and Mike South and expressed my frustration because had I been informed of this issue prior to my purchase, I could have purchased a 2015 328XI which is when BMW corrected the known issues with all models prior to 2015. I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from BMW and I advise anyone who has to please be informed of all the possible issues that could go wrong prior to purchase.

Highly recommend the team at Classic BMW. James Fleming and Mike couldn’t have made the buying process any easier! They responded immediately to any question I had via email/call and James stayed way past close to answer my questions as I had a hard time making it to the dealership during open hours. James allowed me to move at my speed through the process and was very enjoyable to work with. They truly want you to feel comfortable /confident with your purchase and it shows!

We had a fantastic experience with James Fleming at Classic BMW when we leased a X1 in July 2021. James was very accommodating and helpful as we requested multiple test drives while deciding between BMW and several other types of SUVs. He also went above and beyond in helping make sure our car insurance was set up correctly, after we had problems due to recently moving states. Additionally, James and General Manager Mike Southworth provided us an excellent deal and even honored their initial offer when in the end we did not qualify for one of the special discounts. We highly recommend James and Classic BMW.
