Salesman named Thomas was top notch. Never even felt like a sale. Made me feel comfortable, didn’t rush the process, answered all questions, followed up in a timely manner. Really great experience. Finance guy was very nice and very helpful! Savannah at front desk was pleasant. Jessalynn did a great job explaining paperwork and ensuring everything went smoothly. No complaints whatsoever. So glad to have a great dealership right down the street! Thanks so much to everyone that made this experience happen and happen in the least stressful, least pressure way. Took my wife’s car in for a coolant leak. They found the leak and completed the work fast. Jonathan and Kip in service were AMAZING!! Had it at another dealership before and they said “no leaks found”. Car overheated right after I left the other dealership and drove straight to Madison and it was a timing cover leak. Good thing they took the time to find it. I was on my way back to Cleveland since my daughter was in surgery that day. That would have been a mess if my car overheated on the way down there. I feel like the other dealer didn’t care to even look at it properly but Jonathan and service here did take the time. Thank you for taking my stress away. Will be bringing it here for now on! Jonathan and Kip are amazing.

I took my 2014 Stingray on a 500 mile journey from Michigan only to find my front tires were beyond dangerous condition on the inside edge. The service department was very helpful in getting the Tires I needed before my fishing trip was done. Everyone was very friendly and helpful got me on the road stress free. Great price on the tires as well !

I had a complimentary oil change scheduled. Was greeted with friendly faces and smiles when I arrived. I had to run some errands so they said they would call me when my vehicle was ready. A couple hours later I received that phone call. Checking out was easy. No complaints. Everyone was friendly throughout the whole process.

CUSTOMER SERVICE is awesome! They get the parts you need pretty QUICKLEY! John is more of a serious guy,but,makes you feel important.Very recommended for all of your GM parts that you need.pretty helpful
