My experience was awesome. Everyone was so friendly, professional & very helpful. I was very pleased with the process. I am leasing a Tucson Limited & I love it! I was nervous going in but, my salesman was very knowledgeable & made me feel at ease. The financing part of this process was even a nice experience . Everyone I dealt with at Classuc Hyundai of Mentor made my experience much easier! Their selection is great & I am glad I chose Hyundai.

All of the staff at Classic Hyundai were very friendly and knowledgeable. I had tons of questions about the car and they either knew the answer or got the answer right away. This included any details about the car as well as warrantee coverage minutiae. I never felt rushed or pressured. Thanks to Jamie, Joe, and Matt.

I never imagined buying a at could be so enjoyable! James was with me through e entire process making sure I had all he information I needed to make an intelligent choice. He was knowledgable and went out of his way to ensure I leave satisfied. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and also did all they could to ensure my happiness and security in such a purchase. After several days of research on the next Chevy Malibu as a replacement for my '06, I settled on the 2012 LTZ model with the 3.6L V6. As it turns out the car was 15 minutes from my home at a price that seemed reasonable and the color I was looking for. I texted the salesman Don Ashba and he returned a text within 5 minutes saying that the car was still available. The next day I went to test drive it and ended up buying it on the spot! This is a great dealership with friendly people everywhere and salespeople who are very courteous and knowledgeable. The whole process was really easy! I highly recommend Don and his staff for your next purchase! Super people!

Excellent communicate and easy buying process. After shopping locally and attempting to make a deal in the Youngstown with no success, I contacted the sales department via e-mail and was then able to make a deal over the phone when contacted by the salesperson. I drove an hour and a half to look over the SUV and drop off payment. I had car delivered the next day. I shopped around for a month or so, this was the best deal I could find. 2012 CRV EXL with 11k miles. Great buying process, as stress free as the process can be.

This is the first time we had ever bought a car from a Classic dealership. Everyone was very courteous and professional. The salesmen, Scott Yee and James Hull were great to deal with. The value of the transaction was better than I expected. I would highly recommend them!
