My wife and I had been looking for a certified pre-owned Toyota RAV4 for a few months. We wanted something with low miles, alloy wheels, and clean inside and out. Another Toyota sales person advised us to check a RAV4 at Classic Lexus in Willoughby Hills. It was an unusual color, so unusual we knew it wasn't something we wanted to look at for the next few years. Parked right next to it happened to the a beautiful 2014 super white Toyota RAV4 with 8,000 miles. We took it for a ride and the rest is history. The staff at this dealership was first class from beggining to end. They asked us to come back anytime to review all the bells and whistles that were a little new to us. I'll definitely be back for the free one year of maintenance and the car washes. I didn't purchase a new Lexus but I sure felt like I had!

I have been a BMW person for a very long time. BMW does not offer remote start, and I live in a climate where that would be helpful. I love the Classic dealerships, so I decided to try Classic Lexus and they are terrific. My sales consultant, Kat, was great. The dealership is not close to my house, but worth the drive.

Promptly met as I entered dealership and directed to my Salesman who advised of the procedure to finalize the purchase and thoroughly explained all documents then we looked over the returned car and evaluated the car being leased. Once satisfied we proceeded to finance deptment and completed all paperwork. A Technician reviewed all features of the car to my satisfaction. All in all an enjoyable experience.

I found my dream car, Lexus SC 430 at Classic Lexus of Willoughby Hills, Ohio. The whole process of purchasing the car was handled very well. I dealt with Scott Arnold, who was very pleasant and throrough regarding pricing and information about the car..Upon arriving at the dealership and within five minutes, we were greeted by several salespersons and the general manager. Everyone was very gracious and eager to help me with my purchase. Time was spent going over the paperwork to finalize the deal and Aaron Williams guided me through all aspects of my new car, ensuring I would be comfortable with it before driving it home. I recently received a thank you letter from Aaron Williams and offering to be of assistance when and if i had any questions. Thanks to Classic Lexus for helping me achieve my dream car.

On July 6, 2013 I brought my Lexus IS 250 to your dealership for service. While dropping the car off for service my husband and I explained that we would like to have a second key programmed for the car. The service associate, Eric explained that there was a possibility that it may not be able to be programmed but they would try. With that being said the car was serviced with a oil change, tire rotation and recall repair. When Eric called and stated that the car was ready for pick up he explained that the key was unable to be programmed and that it was not the correct key for the car. He failed to mention that there would still be a charge for this service. I found this to be a bit disappointing as I thought you only pay for services rendered. I have certainly overpaid for various services/items, but never have I paid for something without receiving any benefit. Not wanting to cause a fuss we paid the fee and left the dealership. Upon taking delivery of my vehicle I noticed that there was some oil/dirt on the driver-side interior pillar. I returned to the dealership and explained the issue. At the time the service technician, Greg stated he did not know how that happened and took the car to be cleaned. My issue with my experience is that it was not at all what I was expecting from a high-end dealership. Although I have many options to choose from, I chose Classic Lexus for my service needs expecting good service. I understand businesses exist to make money but as a customer you should never feel that is their sole motive and be taken advantage of. I feel you should always leave a business feeling good about your experience. The primary reason this rating was given is because we emailed the same information above to the Service Manager and waited a week and never received a response. This dealership sends you an automated email after your service is complete that states they care about customer satisfaction but I don't believe that to be the case. After waiting a week and never receiving a response, I emailed the GM of the dealership. Still no response.

I bought a 2010 nissan altima coupe from classic lexus. it had low miles,excellent condition and just the car i wanted. Mr Scott Arnold helped me throughout the process and guided me well. Although the dealership is 80 miles away from where i live, he arranged to return my rental car so that I could drive back home in my new car. he provided all the information i requested, replied to my emails even on holidays. no haggling like other dealers, you give your maximum price and he'll give you his minimum, you both agree and you have the deal. I am very happy with the car I got at the price i paid.

Of all my car buying experiences that's one was the best by far!! Michael Arsham struck an incredible balance between no pressure and being appropriately proactive and being there when needed; an almost impossible balance. I dread the car buying experience and am allergic to salesmen, but I had a great experience this time around. And Classic surprised me with the deal I didn't think possible. I highly recommed Classic Lexus and particularly Michael Arsham.

As a long time Toyota/Lexus owner, I have been coming to Classic Lexus for many years now. I own a 2002 GS 300, and an 07 RX 350. My 02 GS was purchased here, but my CPO RX was purchased at Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. I get both cars serviced here. Unfortunately, Classic didn't have the options I wanted for my RX, so I bought the RX at Sheehy Lexus (big mistake). Even though the car was sold CPO from Sheehy Lexus, there were many issues with the car. Thankfully, Classic Lexus service took care of these issues. Unfortunately, Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis gave me quite the run around for many weeks before coming to an unacceptable solution. I do drive quite a bit to get service at Classic Lexus, because I live on the westside of Cleveland (about a 45 min drive), but the drive is worth it due to the quality of service from Ernie Kish, and Dave Spindler. Their prices and service are a lot better than Metro Lexus as well, which makes the drive worth it.

I first saw the vehicle on the internet and needed an objective and accurate description of the vehicle since the pictures could not show all imperfections on a used car. Barry Rice looked at all the areas of the car and gave his assessment. I purchased the car, trusting in his rating. When I picked up the car,it was better than he described it. I was very pleased at the condition of the vehicle. I received a warranty of thirty days or 1500 miles with the car which was honored even when an unexpected problem arose within the mileage limitation but past the 30 day limit. Also, when I made the trip to pick up the car I dropped off my rental car at Enterprise. When I told them where I needed to go, they said "they are good people to deal with" which was confirmed by my first hand experience. This is our 4th Lexus from Classic. That should speak volumns. Service is great. Calls are always answered quickly and Loaner cars always available. Lexus really does give great service.We also have our cal serviced in West Palm Beach and they do a great job. That is why Lexus always scores high in customer service.

Shelley Kertcher was wonderful! I bought the car off of the show room floor. Since it was inside I think they felt they didn't need to clean it. Smudges everywhere, foot prints/scuffs on the seats. The polyshield which they put inside was all over the seat belts leaving stain marks. The inside edge of the trunk was filthy. As far as the price goes I do not feel it was a fair price. That is OK, I understand sales. I'm not one that likes to bother with going back or walking out etc. I had the blue book value of my trade in. The salesman showing me the blue book value of my car on his iphone (which was way under what mine said it was worth) to justify his price is just insulting my intelligence. We used the same condition of the car. Perhaps there are different blue books floating around? After buying my Acura I wondered why people made jokes about car salesmen. They were fair in every way, no games or anything. Now I understand.

This dealership is always responsive, respectful of my time and focused on the customer experience. I know that with or without an appointment, when I stop at Classic Lexus, I will be greated in a warm friendly manner and they will do whatever they can to accomodate my need. The service and sales personnel are knowledgable about the product. In fact, when I had difficulty programming the garage door opening feature, Paul came to my house to help me. I have bought many cars over many years from this dealer and would never even consider going elsewhere. I take my cars to Classic for service because I know the service will be done right the first time and the car will be ready when they say it will. The service department always calls if there is a change in the scope of service required and provides me with alternative transportation whenever I need this. My car is returned clean and ready to go! Barry took alot of time to make sure that I was comfortable with all of the features of my new Lexus and let me know that he was available for follow up question that might arise. Classic is a terrific partner

The Classic Lexus dealership and sales experience was by far the best I have ever experienced. I have purchased many vehicles over the last 30 years, and I never had an experience so good. The dealership is pure class, very professional, service was outstanding by all I met. Mike Arsham, sales, was outstanding in every respect. I have recommended the dealership to serveral others already. There is no doubt this is where I will return for my next purchase. Considering I am a 1 1/2 hour drive away, I would never do that unless the service was outstanding. I hope you can give this feedback to Mike directly, and I apologize I do not remember the business office persons name that did the paperwork, however, she was excellent as well. The people I encountered at this Lexus dealership were very nice, helpful and professional. Unfortunately, I had some problems with my car. First the alignment was off. I took the car in and that was fixed. My tire light indicating low air pressure was continually on, even after I put air in the tires. It turns out that all 4 of the tires were leaking from the rim and that took two visits to rectify. Shortly after that,the change oil light came on (less than a month after I had the car). The oil didn't actually need to be changed, the service department just forgot to reset it. All of these things were mildly annoying, but what most irritated me was that when I bought the car with the navigation unit, I specifically asked if the there were free updates. The sales person told me yes, but I recently got a postcard in the mail that it would be $200 to update my navigation unit. To say the least, I have not been entirely happywith my experience with Lexus. I know that mistakes happen, but it was just one thing after another. I bought a used car, but it was still a lot of money.

Our customer service rep, Mark, referred us to Michael when we came into the dealer to trade our 2007 RX 350 for a 2011 model. Michael answered all our questions and his knowledge of the vehicle is extensive. We feel we were given a fair trade for our previous model and a good price for the new. Michael explained all of the features, took his time and will be assisting us in the future to get our phone to work in the vehicle. We would recommend Michael and Classic Lexus to anyone who is looking for a dealer and salesperson.

This is my fifth Lexus and I have never had any problem with any of them. All five leases have been through Classic Lexus and the organization just seems to run as smooth as their cars. The last two cars I purchased the maintenance service up front. That has kept me on a close to real schedule of service.The sales rep is really a down to earth nice person and I trust him to do what is best for me, for his company and of course that does the best for him. Aaron Williams has a good way of communicating and helping one make a buying decision.

Michael has taken very good care of me. Not only was he able to take 2 of my family's cars in trade, he was able to put me in a comperable car to the one I had when I was giving serious consideration to downgrading. Overall the experience was good. Just had one problem that Manny took care of after a bit of arm twisting but nothing major. Just wish the car was better prepared before pickup and not during or after...i.e., paint chips, all keys, rear wiper cover, and mats.

Buying my Lexus was a first-class experience. The dealership is beautiful and the personnel make you feel special and appreciated.I have been nothing less than highly impressed with the service department and the quality of service I have received at this dealership.My sales rep even sent me a card to wish me a happy birthday. Lexus is a good car.However we have owned Mercedes Benz,Jaguar,Volvo among other nice cars.We will continue to purchase cars from Classic becuse of their unbeliveable service .We tell everyone we know who needs a car that the Classic service center has no equals. I purchased a used Lexus GS350 from Classic Lexus. I greatly appreciated the kindness, patience, and nonpushy nature of their service. They were also always very informative/knowledgeable when questions were asked regarding a possible purchase. Finally, they were also very patient when it came to my purchase. I took ~ 6 months to decide on my final purchase, and when the time came, it was quick and effortless. Thank youo!

I have been a customer of Classic Lexus for approximately 20 years. I have either purchased or leased at a minimum 14 cars & SUVs. I continue to return despite intense competition from other Lexus dealerships because of the relationships, products, and service quality that I have consistently experienced. My adult childern and many of my friends are Lexus customers because I talk openly about my experiences at Classic Lexus. Both Brian and Chris are superb at satisfying customers and so are the service managers listed above. I have participated in several focus groups hosted by Lexus competitors and amazed noncustomers of Lexus by my comments.

My initial experience with Classic was not a good one. The salesman who took care of us- his name was Jim, I don't remember his last name, was not a man of his word. Roger, the sales manager took care of the issue and since then I have not had any problems. If I was to ever get a Lexus from Classic again, I would go through Cliff Murphy. As far as service and maintenance, I have never had a problem since day one. I have worked with Eric Nicolli and everything has been first rate.

Its a nice, clear and friendly atmosphere. The sales associates, customer service and other personal always give 100% and makes you feel very comfortable. If the person you ask a question of does not know the answer, they will make sure they find someone who does.

Everyone at the dealership bends over backwards to make sure I am satisfied. You walk expecting to have an issue and they surprise me everytime. I came in on a Saturday recently to explain that my brakes were pulsating expecting only to make an appointment within the month and thinking that I may have to pay or agrue for new pads. They immediately took the car in, gave me a loaner and replaced the brake pads at no charge and I had the car back within 4 hours.

Dealt with sales manager, salesman, and business manager. All were friendly, courteous and honest. I would recommend this dealership to friends, acquaintances and relatives.Have not dealt with service department yet, as vehicle has but 3,800 miles so far.

Car should never have been sold as certified pre owned. It's been to two dealerships and problems still are not fixed due to the original damage to the car. Front bumper is not in alignment, door won't close properly, dash had to be replaced because of rattle. The biggest problem is wind noise from the driver's rear view mirror. This problem has been worked on numerous times now with NO fix and "you'll just have to deal with it" as the answer from the dealership. "This is considered normal noise" was the other answer I received. If driving down the road and it sounding like the window is down is normal then you may not want to buy a LS 460. I am very disappointed in the dealership for sticking me with this car and not be able to fix it.

The main reason I recommend this dealer is because the auto service department is great. Ernie is very professional and helpful. I also am very confident that the work is done correctly the first time. The Lexus brand is generally well made; expensive but still great.

Most recent trip was for warranty service which went very well. If service continues as well as the sales experience I will be very pleased even though I live about 60 miles from Classic. The sales experience commenced over the internet which I was dubious about but it worked out very well.

Michael was very helpful in explaining the vehicle options and setting up options for me (e.g. setting up the cell phone and the garage door opener). He also delivered the vehicle to my home and spent a full hour going over how to use the various controls.

We leased our 2000 and 2004 RX's from Classic. Then went to Metro for 2008. We came back to Classic for 2010 RX and were EXTREMELY pleased with the friendliness of the staff, the classy look of the showroom and loved the delivery room! Chris Barnett was recommended to us by a friend, but he was unavailable our first trip to Classic. We worked with Manny Brittnel who was also very knowledgeable and helpful. At the time of delivery, we worked with both Chris and Manny. We would recommend both of them. If have since emailed Chris with questions and he quickly responds and is very helpful. Thanks for the chance to provide my opinion! We will return to Classic for the next RX.

I've told a lot of my co-workers about the ongoing committment to service that I see from Classic Lexus after the sale has been made. For example, when I picked up the car, Jim Teschler noticed that one of the tires was low. When he checked, he found a nail in the tire in a place where it was difficult to locate. Without any discussion, he had it sent back and a new tire put on. I also love the idea of getting a free car wash with the Lexus. It has to be good for you too, since it increases the number of "marketing impressions" on your customers.

In 2006, we leased our GS 300 from Classic Lexus, from Chris Barnett. Since then, we have had all service done at Classic, each time, dealing with Eric Nicolli. We cannot offer enough praise for these two individuals. They have always demonstrated courtesy, professionalism and thorough knowledge of Lexus, giving us great confidence in leasing our car and subsequently, having it serviced there. Whenever we called with a question, they both always responded immediately. We have since purchased the car upon the end of the lease.

I have dealt with various members of the service Staff and all have been very professional and attentive. Saleperson, Mike Arsham, was excellent during the sales process and is always there to answer questions. Our overall experience was fine. We were talked into leasing a new car a month before our existing lease expired, and that left us feeling a little pressured and annoyed.
