Everyone was great. But my Salesman Christian Barahona was exceptional. Even after the sale was made he continued to take my calls, and answer any questions that I may have had. I went in for an oil change. Dallas noticed my car sounded funny and asked a mechanic to check it out. Upon looking it over they found several things that needed to be fixed. His knowledge and skills saved me thousands. I really appreciate him for that! Infiniti you have a gem in Dallas. Derrick closed me out and also reminded me of up coming checks o needed to be aware of. This team is phenomenal! Thanks guys!

First off, I was very pleased to have been able to book the appointment online the morning of. I had a screw in my tire and needed relief ASAP before I can go back to my normal routine which included a 35-mile drive (one way) to work. I was certain I would not get a same day appointment, but I did. And although I spent about 2.5 hours at the dealership waiting for my car, I felt at ease because Dallas kept me updated and informed of the repair status frequently. He was apologetic for the delays and acknowledged the importance of my time. Everyone was friendly and made the effort to chat with me while I was in the waiting area. And to top it all off, they were able to repair the tire instead of having to replace it for free!!! I was thrilled. I was very pleased with Dallas' professionalism and customer service that I will likely go back to see him for future service needs. This was a great experience! Thank you!

I had picked out my car had my credit union send over my buyer certificate already had got a price trade I had the price sheet then when I got there they said it was sold and tried to switch me to a car that was 10,000 more I walked out they also tried to get me to give them my credit card for a hold for my future car that they were going to get me to match my first car then the finance lady tried to bully me to finance with them instead of my credit union told me I was dumb to use them outrageous behavior and tactics.

This negative review is for the dishonest Service Department. We dropped off an Infiniti M45 because the radio was not working and we wanted to get it reprogrammed. Service Advisor, Robert, called me and told me that in their attempt to reprogram, they realized the radio controls were no good. I went and purchased new radio controls (with the part number he gave me) and took it to him. When I took it to him the technician came out and looked at it, to verify I had gotten the correct part number. When he came out he said that he had told Robert it needed the actual radio control unit (its the control unit behind the navigation screen). Robert then looked confused. The technician then said that he would swap that out because he did think it could also make it work since it contained a different module that he had to also program in order for the radio to work.So we brought him a used radio control unit and after they programmed it, he said the radio control unit was no good. We thought that was kind of odd since the radio was working before we took out the other vehicle but figured maybe it got damaged so we went and purchased another used radio control unit. Robert said the same thing with the second radio control unit that it was no good. So we returned that radio control unit and swapped it with another and took it back to him and he said the third radio control unit was no good! So we went and got a fourth radio control unit from a different place and took it back to Robert for him to tell us again the radio control unit was no good! After the fourth time, we realized two things (A) They are trying to force us to purchase a new radio from them or (B) they improperly diagnosed the vehicle and there has to be another problem other than the radio control unit. We expressed to Robert and the manager how frustrated we were because there was no way that all 4 radio control units did not work especially when we witnessed two of them working prior to taking them up there. Robert and the manager did not care and wont release our vehicle until we pay them $1000 for the reprogramming! They told us we are just complaining to try to get a discount! Who says that to a customer? Nobody in their right mind would want to pay $1000 for a repair that did not get completed. Currently the vehicle is still in their possession and my lawyer is in the process of filing a formal complaint with numerous consumer organizations which will follow with full legal action.

I have bought three cars from this dealership. I want to trade my current Infiniti for a new qX60. Went in knowing exactly what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. I don't believe in sitting In a dealership for hours. I told the guy what I wanted. When I wanted to trade in my current vehicle etc. he definitely wasn't pushy as a matter of fact I had to ask every question and practically beg him to help me. He didn't even get my name or contact number. Upon returning the second time to look again. I had to ask three times to go out to the lot to view a vehicle. He reluctantly went with no keys. Had to peek through the windows. He was arrogant and rude. You would think if someone was spending $40 to $50k they would be interested In Speaking to you. His name is Cameron I wouldn't recommend him. Try someone else. Good luck !

I have had many car buying experiences over the years and this one ranks at the top! After calling on a newly listed G37 Coupe to see if it had the interior color and options I required I spoke with Rob Halik. He quickly located the car and verified my needs and called me right back. Upon arriving Rob met me at the door with the car ready for my test drive. The car being perfect like all the others I saw on the Pre-owned lot I was sold. The rest of my buying experience was great with Jeff Stone and Kim Newton being very nice and helpful. I went virtual car shopping at Cars.com this Wednesday to look for a pre-owned vehicle. After much online research, I believe I had found my ideal car which was located at Infiniti Clear Lake. I was greeted by Zaman, who made me feel comfortable and he showed me around and guided me through the available cars there. After perusing the other available cars, he quickly moved his attention to the vehicle that was of interest to me. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. Zaman was very informative and he was answering every question of mines patiently. He was well versed in the certification program and its benefits. I appreciated the impromptu tutorial that equipped me with an enough information to make an informed decision as to procure pre-owned or not. Nowadays, it's commonly seen that car salesmen just dont do a good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. But, salesmen like Z delivers an incredible service and gives a very pleasant experience. My family will be coming to your showroom for the years ahead. Thanks for the great hospitality too. I emailed about the availability of a vehicle Monday evening (well after store hours) and got a response from Michael Pal right away, and was able to set up a test drive for the next afternoon. He let me know that he wouldn't be in, but that Mr. Zaman would answer any questions I had. Long story short, I drove out about an hour later in a new SUV feeling great about the entire process. As other reviews have said, Zaman is the man, he was a pleasure to deal with. I couldn't ask for a better experience, from the first emails with Mr. Pal to the final signing with Mr. Wheir. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.

OMG , after loosing my husband is October 2014. Trusting people when making large purchases is scary. A friend at work referred me to Clear Lake Infiniti to look at a QX60. When I arrived Friday , atmosphere was so professional , my sales agent Derrick Moss was a honest , patient guy. The General Manager was also helpful . They never seem to rush or talk down to me. On 1/22/15 I purchased a 2009 Audi A8L from Clear Lake Infiniti. The internet Sales Manager, Mr. Rob Halik was extremely helpful in making this deal go through. Throughout the entire process he made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. He was patient, informative, and kind the entire time. He gave me the honesty and respect which gave me supreme confidence that I had chosen the right place to do business. Perhaps what was most impressive to me throughout the entire process is the fact that once I told him my proposition, not once did he attempt to get me to deviate from it. He worked efficiently to get me the car of my dreams with my terms, Now I realize that it isn't always possible for the car buying process to go as smoothly as this particular process went, but I have to admit that it was really refreshing to be able to formulate a plan and execute in such a timely and affordable fashion. When speaking to the Finance Manager Ms. Kim Newton, who was equally helpful and kind throughout the process, I couldn't help but feel as though I was dreaming. Could I really be getting this amazing well maintained car for such a reasonable price??? Needless to say that I would recommend anyone to come purchase their next vehicle at Clear Lake Infiniti. I bought a Certified Preowned G 37 a couple of years ago and was very , VERY happy with the sales staff and service department. I went to clear lake infinity on Wednesday. I was greeted by ROB who was very nice and very professional. Never once he made us feel uncomfortable. When I asked him what car I wanted he got up really fast and got the car for us. Took a test drive and went we got back helped us all the way on our paperwork. That's what I call an awesome sells person. I have bought cars at different dealer ship and clear lake infinity is the best at costumer service and finance department. I recently went to Clear Lake Infiniti and was surprised with how nice and easy it was to purchase my new car. As soon as my mother and I walked in we were treated great. We accidently walked in on the Pre-Owned side and luckily there was someone there to lead us into the right direction. Jeff (almost positive that was his name) immediately greeted us and asked us if we were interested in a Pre-Owned or New car. Instead of just pointing us into the new cars direction he happily walked my mother and I from the Pre-Owned side of the dealership into the New side. At that exact moment I knew I had made the right decision by choosing Clear Lake Infiniti instead of one of the many other Infiniti dealers. He introduced us to the Sales Associate who would take over, Alex Orellana. I told him that I wasn't there to waste my time or his. I also told him exactly what I was interested in purchasing, what my credit score was and what I wanted to spend. Alex was very nice, easy going and most importantly not pushy. I can happily say that the process was smooth... I was in and out within 2 hours! I would also like to mention how wonderful the Finance Manager, Kim Newton, was. She explained everything out to me in great detail. She wasn't the type of person who likes to hear herself talk, annoying and/or cocky like a few finance managers I unfortunately met. I'm so in love with my new car and have Clear Lake Infiniti to thank! I would definitely recommend Clear Lake Infiniti.

The salesman who responded to the listing I was interested in emailed me non-stop, sometimes multiple times a day asking questions I already answered a couple hours ago. I decided it wasn't worth it to pursue looking at the car.

We went to look at a car at Clear Lake Infiniti and we were approached by Lee. He was very sarcastic and we felt like we were at a used car lot. He just didn't have the personality to handle customers who are in the market for higher end automobile. If we do decide to buy from them, we would consider a different salesperson. I would still recommend this dealership if the next experience is better.

I had been looking at cars online for the last few months as I was finally ready to purchase my first vehicle. I had been looking at several different makes and models and while I was in the Clear Lake area decided to visit Clear Lake Infiniti where I was introduced to Rafael Benavides - the Internet Sales Manager. He was exceptionally friendly and helpful and immediately found vehicles in my price range which had been kept in extraordinarily good shape! After test driving an Infiniti G35, he offered to loan it to me for the weekend to see how I would like it after driving in many different situations. I fell in love with the vehicle and when I brought the car back into the dealership, knew that I had to have it. Mr. Benevides showed me all the bells and whistles of the car, while never being too pushy or pressing to make a purchase. He genuinely seemed to want to find a car that would be right for me! I had a fantastic experience and would recommend him and this dealership to anyone looking for a used vehicle!

I just purchased my G37 and I have to say that it was the best car buying experience ever. From the moment we walked in we were very courteously greeted and not the fake "car salesman" greeting either. We were introduced to Rafael Benevides who was an awesome salesman. We had an actual conversation about what we were interested in and not a stream of steady sales pitches. We test drove two vehicles and he was very knowledgeable about the cars and what he didn't know, he found out as soon as we walked back into the dealership. After choosing one, we then met with Mike in finance who was also very friendly and courteous. He gave us all of our options but we were still on the fence about it. We left without purchasing the car but were treated as just as courteously as when we arrived. Well long story short, we called back the next day with our decision to buy. I will recommend them to any/everyone that I know that is interested in purchasing a vehicle.

I recently purchase a vehicle from Clear Lake Infiniti, with the help of the Internet manager, Rafael Benavides. I had seen the vehicle while driving by and picked up his business card that was on the windshield. I then contacted him and set up an appointment to view and test drive the car. He was very welcoming and helpful from the moment I got there. He was not the typical "pushy sales guy", and that I really appreciated. I then went ahead an proceeded to purchase the vehicle and his service was very good through the entire process. He even arranged for me to get a ride to drop off my rental, and back to the dealership to drive home in my new vehicle. We saw an FX 35 online that was a car we were interested in, so I contacted Rafael. He returned my call in minutes of my online request for information. We made an appt. for the same day to see the car and Rafael was there waiting with the car when we arrived. He made the experience a pleasant one and he and his Manager were great in reaching a trade in and purchase price that worked for us. We stayed and bought the vehicle that day. They agreed to fix minor imperfections on the vehicle and we chose to pick it up the next day. Raphael then asked to have it an extra day to have it detailed and completed to our request and we were happy to do so. Mike in financing was great working out our financing to the payment we wanted. This was the best experience of car buying we have ever had, and we've bought many having triplet sons!. Couldn't be more pleased with the staff or the car. I will highly recommend them to my family, friends and acquaintances.

I had noticed a 2012 G37 at a wondeful price online. I went to the dealership to take a look at it and was helped by Rob Halik. He is extremely friendly and personable. I got the impression that he was very honest. He never tried to rush me into anything or fast talk me to make a purchase. I was happy with the vehicle. He even stayed past closing time to complete the sale with me. There was absolutely no drawback whatsoever to doing business with Rob. The only slightly negative experience I had was with regard to my trade in. I felt the used car manager greatly undervalued my car. He insisted my trade in had a rear strut issue based on a noise he heard in the back of the car as he drove it. In reality, it was a basketball, I had in the hidden trunk compartment that would thud every time you hit the brakes. He valued my trade at $4000, which was $1500 less than I had been offered by CarMax, Momentum VW, and Texas Direct Auto. I ended up taking my trade out of the deal the next day and sold it for $1500 more than what the used car department offered me. When I came back in to recontract, the finance department knew I was on my way, and only had to reprint the buyer's order, but it was more than an hour and a half before I was seen by someone in finance and re-contracted. There was no one in the finance office when I arrived, so I do not know why the wait was so long. I realize the finance department probably wasn't happy to see me since I secured financing on my own for the vehicle, but for me, that was no reason to keep me waiting for so long when the dealership was not busy. Overall, I still do not enjoy the process of shopping for a car, but I would definitely buy another one from Rob.

Great pre-owned buying experience from this dealership. Enjoyed working with Rafael. They bent over backwards to make sure my pregnant wife and I did not have to make a second trip from Conroe to pickup the car after they installed the new tires, rotors, and did the oil change (all of which they offered free of charge after we had already put the deposit down on the vehicle). Test drove the car in the rain and it was dried off waiting for us by the time we were finished signing papers. Would recommend them to anybody. Ask for Rafael.

My daughter totalled the Camry and Clear Lake Infiniti had a used Toyota Avalon for sale from a trade-in. Called and spoke with Rafael. He had the car ready and waiting for me to drive and check out when I got there. He was very patient and made the process very easy. He let me send my mechanic out there to inspect the car, and when they found a couple of items, Rafael worked with the sales manager on my behalf to deduct this cost from the price. He was reasonable, straight-forward and prompt in finalizing this with me. Buying the car and working with finance was a piece of cake. They made it easy and I am so glad they did all the paperwork. Spoke with Rafeal about a particular car.. He was courteous. He was patient listening to my car search. When I spoke with Chip his tone was different he rushed our conversation. He was a fast talker.. He ask off the to about a down payment.. You know the scary phrase a hacker salesperson makes all over the nation.. My brother. Sales cars.. I definitely know the system at times I call my brother in California just to listen in on my car search.. He laughed at Chip and told me to keep Rafeal..Do not talk to Chip.. He's not right....Money hungry possibly. The thing he's was more concerned about how much money can I put down! Is it necessary to ask this question first? I make alot of money to purchase a car.. But that Chip has me nervous about this car purchase.. He must be new or maybe he's a fleet manager and knows how to get knows that money out interested potential buyer.. Especially a woman I can tell he's been getting them a while if not there at Clearlake infinity definitely another dealership.. He's a fast talker... We were set to buy a Lexus until we investigated the Clear Lake Infinity Dealership to "cover our bases." We were pleasantly surprised when we found a comparable Infinity that caught our attention and decided to get more details. We were there late Saturday after the dealership had closed, however Rafael Benavides was still there, noticed us milling around in the car lot and took the time to come out, introduce himself and offered to stay and show us the car. He was professional, super friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. He arranged a test drive for us on Monday, we made a quick deal and the car is now in our garage. My wife and I were overwhelmed by the dealership's friendly staff, facility and our buying experience. Can't say enough about these guys and highly recommend Clear Lake Infinity. Ask for Rafael or Jeff... you will be impressed! And the car is awesome too.

My husband and i had been all over the Houston area searching for a Chevrolet Traverse. We'd made dozens of calls and were getting frustrated by our luck in finding just what we wanted. Rafael was quick to answer our questions when we called and was very pleasant to do business with. Clear Lake stayed open late for us after we decided to buy the vehicle and was willing to work past cosing time to finish the paperwork, knowing that to come back the next day would mean another 3 hours in the car for us. Mr. Stone guided me through the dealerships pre-owned inventory, sharing unique insights about each car I showed interest in. He was extremely knowledgeable about each car, even those that were not from the Nissan Corporation. Once, I narrowed my choices, I dealt with Mr. Stone exclusively and he guided me, step by step, once I decided to purchase a pre-owned Lexus. My husband and I came in to buy a used SUV, a lot of other calls about the vehicle were coming in while we were there. Rafael is the best, he worked with us and did not make this a rushed process like most car dealers. He is definitely not the norm and was very helpful and honest. Purchasing a new car started a few months ago. In October, I visited the dealership and told Mr. Benevides the type of vehicle I was looking for. He was very diligent in helping me find it! I received emails frequently from him regarding cars he had found and we would converse via email about those vehicles. When I finally found the car I wanted he made sure the process was quick and convenient. Not to mention a great "interest rate." This is the second Infiniti I have purchased from this dealership. I will recommend it to my friends and I will purchase another car from them in the future. I hope Mr. Benevides is still there when I do!

Extremely positive experience! Sales staff is very professional, being very knowledgable of the product, working hard to make you feel comfortable with the process, being courteous and willing to go the extra mile to meet and/or exceed the customer's expectations. Pricing of CPO vehicles is the lowest in Houston. All vehicle's service records were available for my review (offered to me before I asked to see them). I was able to take vehicle for an extended solo test drive, providing me time to consider my options. There was never pressure to buy a vehicle, rather what can we do to earn your business. That is what Clear Lake Infinity did, they earned my business.

The car was pulling to the right and had a few dings - the team fixed the alignment while I was doing paperwork. I'll have the dings fixed when I go back to pick up the title. Overall a great, easy experience!

My wife purchased an Infiniti G35 from Clear Lake Infiniti before we were married. She always loved the car and plans on keeping it for a long time. Knowing that fact and now that we are married I figured it was time to step up and make sure it was getting the proper servicing it requires. So I took it in for a transmission flush at Clear Lake Infiniti as well as a brake job. I mentioned that it had not been flushed since I have been with my wife, and that it needed to be done.The service tech leaves to get me a price on the brake job and comes back with it and informs me that they will not do a transmission service on our car. Through my jaw dropping baffledness I ask why? He responds that they do not want to be responsible for it. Im still not sure what that means. I then asked what he recommends I do and he advised me to take it somewhere else. I laughed a bit and informed him that we bought the car there, that we were currently looking at their SUV's there, and that it is a dealership and they should have no problem working on their own products, all to no avail.So I balled up his $700+ brake job quote, gave him a smirk and walked out. Now we are shopping Lexus SUV's.Note: the car is all stock, has 70,000 miles on it, and was bought at Clear Lake Infiniti.Ridiculous. Never have I heard such absurdness.

I have always been treated courteously, offered a loaner car, had issues explained to me and never felt pressured to have extra service jobs performed on my car. Purchased 2005 FX35 from this dealership and have had my car serviced (recalls & oil/std.maintainence) there and have been treated fairly. Loaner cars when necessary w/o any of the usual headaches associated w/getting a loaner. Always respectful and even informed me of a warranty issue regarding my dash that I thought was my problem. I am having an annoy experience with the customer service at Clearlake Infiniti of Houston, TX. Want to share this experience. Please be aware, avoid this dealership if you don't want to be buying an infiniti and getting the customer service of a Chevy.I traded in a car titled under my mom's name, an purchased a 2006 Infiniti G35 program car at this dealership. All sale and licensing paperwork I signed indicated I purchased the car and the title goes to me. As I was signing the paperwork for the title application, Kyle Deng, the finance manager facilitated all the paperwork told me that by paying $50.00 having the dealership to get the title, I can save myself a lot of hassle and extra leg work. At that time, I did not know how comical and ironic his comments were. When I received the title, it was under the wrong name: my mom's name was on the title instead of mine. I realized this must be a simple error, I thought that one simple phone call would solve the problem. But I could not be more wrong. I left messages on the Finance Director, Kyle Deng's voice mail for three days in a roll (Friday, Monday and Tuesday), explained the situation and asking him to simply give me a call. Heard nothing. Went to the dealership on the fourth day, but Kyle was out for the day, talked to the sales manager, Macros, he asked me to writing down all my information again and promised to pass it along to Kyle. Then, no response again next day. Start to leave message on Kyle's machine again for another two days, total of 5 messages and one visit, still not heard one single word from Kyle or anyone from the dealership. After a week passed, I was really aggrevated with this "Silent" treatment. and called their switchboard and insisted that I have to speak to Kyle.When Kyle got on the phone, not only there was no apologies, he was short with me. Asking me to explain to him how could the paperworks I filled for title apps. was under my name but the title went to my mom. How funny... As I start to complaint about his lack of response, he blamed it to miss communication between him and the sales person under Marcos (funny Marcos did not see it that way when I went to talk to him) and practically hang up on me. I finally called the General Manager. He apologized for Kyle, and promised to resolve the issue next week....so, I am crossing my fingers and hoping that will happen next week.In summary, if this dearship can make a simple clerical error into a two week long aggrevation for a customer, think about what would happen if you really had some problem with the car, and require the dearship to cough up some serious money to solve you problem... One more thing that was even more comical, as I was fuming about not receiving any phone replys from Kyle after 3-4 messages, I received a fruit basket from the dearship to thanking my purchase and asking me "not to heasitated to call them" how funny.
