After 25 years of living in the Clinton area my wife & I moved. Purchasing a new Honda at another dealership closer to our new home was not going very well so we traveled back to Clinton Honda. Best decision (besides buying a Honda) that we could have made. Both Tom & Rachel were great. I appreciate the clear communication. They made our purchase easy and enjoyable. Thank you!

I walked in last Saturday morning not exactly sure what I was looking for. In just a quick 2 hours I was driving out in my brand new HR-V. My salesman, Chris, did an excellent job from narrowing down my search, to dealing with my trade-in to delivering!! Would highly recommend him, as well as the dealership to my friends and family.

The talent and seasoned wisdom of this dealer's leadership team is "the real deal"(!) Seriously, I used internet buying, my insurance company's buying service and the resources of four additional NJ Honda dealerships to search for my new Civic sedan. Resolved to find/negotiate the best offer possible, I tried to suspend the common sense of building a relationship with the nicest people, partnering with a convenient/nearby dealership and leveraging my attractiveness as a buyer by pledging to return to the seller for every service need; and, instead, simply focused on price and trade-in offers to drill down to the best value and price. Clinton Honda did it ALL!!Thank you Charlie and Tom.

Buying a 2017 Ridgeline was a big decision and we had lots of questions. Rachel Lemos worked with us so professionally every step of the way. She explained all the truck's features, models, options and pricing. When we were undecided about a color, she even called us when they got one to the dealership (it was a different model) just so we could see the color in person. Trading in the truck we had for 10 years was emotional for us and she understood the difficulty in letting go and did not pressure us to make the deal. She was always available for our visits, phone calls and emails. As they did not have the model we wanted, Rachel scouted around and found just the one we wanted, had it delivered to their dealership and had all the options we ordered installed. We picked up our new truck a few days ago and cannot be more pleased with the experience as well as the vehicle.

Another great experience at Clinton Honda. Completely without stress and easy. Bill even arranged to deliver the car with a bow as a surprise. I can't say enough nice things about my experiences with Clinton Honda!

My friend and I came to Clinton Honda after a long day of car shopping. We were immediately greeted at the door by Kevin Thompson who spent a good part of the afternoon listening to what I wanted out of my new, putting into perspective what I could afford, and then showing me what my options were and giving us some chocolate (it was late in the day after all!) He even put up with mine and my friend's incessant questioning and story telling! After limited time in the office and more time looking at and test driving cars, we were shown a 2015 CR-V and it was the PERFECT FIT for me. Two weeks later I was back and with the fantastic help of Mike and Ajay, I traded in my old car and left with my brand new CR-V. I cannot say enough about the friendliness of the staff and their incredible hospitality. They had me when they offered me some Yoohoo from the fridge in the service area! A great dealership that I recommend anyone buy a car from!

I've purchased a lot of cars in my life but have never had an experience this easy, quick and professional. The HR-V was a surprise gift for my sweetheart, so Bill Butler and I did all the paperwork in the afternoon and when she and I arrived that evening to 'look' at one it was sitting out front all prepped and ready to go. She had no idea that the car she was looking at would soon be hers. She loved the car (whew!) and asked if we could possibly buy it. That's when I handed her the keys and told her it was hers - I only wish we had a video of her reaction! Not only is Bill a great salesman, but his acting skills helped pull off the ultimate surprise!

Doing business with Bill Butler is always a phenomenal experience. He listened thoroughly and attentively to our needs, and helped us find our way to a solution that met and/or exceeded each and every one of them. His warm, welcoming personality and great sense of humor really put us at ease, and the inquiry/sale process went effortlessly. Walking into the dealership, I was greeted by Kevin Thompson who was friendly and enthusiastic. I explained the need of purchasing a new car and he listened and offered ideas for the right type of car. After taking a test drive of the Honda Fit and Civic, we discussed different options that were right for my family. John Killian introduced himself and was also professional and friendly. Buying a car can be a stressful situation and these gentleman were attentive and helpful clearly explaining the different options available without the pressure. John Butto assisted with the financing and again, was clear with the options we chose. There was no hidden agendas but rather just helping me in deciding on the best model for my needs. I really appreciated each of their expertise and high level of professionalism. Great job Clinton Honda, you demonstrated what excellent customer service looks like and I look forward to visiting again.
