I got a suv form this place and seven months later the engine went in it. Before the engine went I message the worker there saying that the engine was making noise. He never got back to me. The passenger side mirror was broke too that they never fixed like he said they were going to. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. THEY ARE JUST ABOUT THE MONEY. He keep asking me to talk to the bank that finance the car to get the deal done so they can get paid. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GOT HERE .

I believe it was Joey I spoke to on Thursday, July 22, 2021 at 2:28 PM and set up an appointment to check out a 2016 Mazda3 the next day at noon. I drove 2 hours to make my appointment, and was told that the car had been sold the previous night, by non other than Joey. Did I receive a call to say the car had been sold? No! Did I waste my time? Absolutely. The salesman- whose name I did not bother to ask except to say he was not Joey- on site that I spoke to informed me that the car had been sold and that he knew nothing about an appointment. He then asked if I would like to look at any other vehicles. I declined, told him to give Joey a message thanking him for wasting my time, and left. Again, I drove TWO HOURS (99 miles) to Syracuse to look at that specific car, just for it to have been sold probably within a couple hours of setting up an appointment. If I had been able to test drive the car I made an appointment for and had the opportunity to buy it, maybe I would've looked at other cars if I decided I didn't want it, but my time and money was wasted driving here for a specific car that got sold after I made an appointment, so no thanks.

Luke and his salesman are great and respectful and honest. I went in with bad credit and drove off with a great car at low payments under 225 month Luke got me a better bank than credit acceptance and a great warenty I'm glad I stopped in no harassment to buy no pressure to buy he layed it on the line and gave me the choice that's what makes Luke and his team great Definitely one of the best in the business and he helps the Working man on a budget Thanks Luke

CNYDRIVES has probably the best customer service iv had I’ve learned a lot from these guys they were kind, respectful, overall great people. I highly recommend
