I will start by saying I absolute HATE and DESPISE the car buying process, but this has hands down been the absolute best buying experience I've ever had. Bill Bass was my salesman, and he was great! The car I found online was exactly as described and priced fair. Jay Bechara was very helpful with my transaction. He is passionate and knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell. Also he was very accessible via a phone or text, making communication very smooth. I drove 110 miles to look at a Lexus, but had questions about a few other makes of cars. Jay was able to patiently listen and discuss the pros and cons of each model. Purchased the Lexus on my second visit. Being objective and informative is something Coast to Coast does. This definitely helps a customer find the right car.

I went in to Coast to Coast in Fishers looking to pay cash for a car. I looked online and decided to check it out without any car particular in mind. I seen cars in my price range listed online. The salesman, which never introduce himself by name showed me a couple of the oldest models they had and said he couldn't help me. Even though they had cars listed in my range online that I personally seen there. Also, did not ask if I would be interested in financing or anything. I do not recommend this car lot to anyone. I felt like I was wasting their time.

We contacted Bill Bass yesterday after stopping at 5 dealerships yesterday trying to find a used minivan. I am a female and the service I received at 3 of the 5 places yesterday could only be described as condescending at best. I have been a "car" person since I was a little girl & trust me a mini van is NOT my first choice of vehicles, but with three teens it becomes a necessity. I digress... Bill told us Coast to Coast opens at 9 AM, we were here by 9:30. After a divorce, my credit has a few hiccups and I have been hesitant to car shop. However, it's been an hour and a half and I am about to drive off the lot with my new, used van. The service from Bill and the finance department made this major purchase easy. When the kids leave for college, I will be back for something more fun!

I do not normally write reviews as I cannot normally spare the time. In this case I feel the like the service provided to me more justified spending the time to let other know about the experience. I met with Austin and Coast to Coast initially when I was still in the exploration phase of car buying. He actively listened to what I was trying to accomplish, and showed me things that met my needs and budget rather than pushing me based on any incentive he may have for himself. Austin went above and beyond doing research on his own to find a vehicle that best fit my needs knowing that I do not have time right now to endlessly car shop. I can say I shopped enough to know that I got the best value for my money, and ended up with a higher quality vehicle than I could have gotten at other dealers. Austin even convinced the service bay to put the car I ended up buying up on the rack so I could inspect the under side of the car (I am fairly knowledgeable about cars and want to inspect myself). The other staff and Coast to Coast made the car buying experience fast and stress free. Coast to Coast was a high quality experience from start to finish. I could not recommend Austin and Coast to Coast more highly.

The dealership was a 4 hour drive from my home and I wanted to make sure I knew everything about the car before making the drive. I was pleasantly surprised what the financing department was able to do for me. I had financing all lined up through Teachers Credit Union, which they were able to beat. I just bought a car here through Jay Bechara! He was awesome to work with! I came in first on a Friday evening to look at a car I found online, we test drove it and went through the car fax quickly as I told him I did still have another car to go look at. He was very respecting of my time and not pushy at all about trying to make the sale right then. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. He took very good care of me and made sure all my questions I had about the car were answered! I came back the next morning, took it for one more drive and then got finaced through Chance here at the dealership! This place really did a great job and I am very happy I found them!

I recently purchased a 2013 Porsche Cayenne GTS from Coast to Coast in Fishers, IN. It is a great vehicle although the Carfax showed it had damage to a rear door. It also had only one key. I intended to finance the vehicle and their financial person offered me a 7% loan for 60 months. It seemed high so I purchased the vehicle with cash. I subsequently refinanced with my bank at 2.4% with the same terms. Curious. We negotiated to have the door repaired and a new key ordered. After two weeks I had heard nothing. After several calls to the Porsche dealership there had been no parts ordered. Then after more than a month I contacted Coast to Coast and still no confirmation of parts being ordered. Finally I spoke with the GM and he assured me the matter would be resolved. I'm losing confidence. My advice would be to visit the dealership, which is nice, and test drive the vehicles you like. When you find the one you like, buy elsewhere.

This dealership was highly recommended from my family & friends who lives in Indianapolis. They have had good experiences in the past. I had my brother in law & sister to find me a Mercedes Benz, Unfortunately, at the Fishers location, Bill Bass was their salesman. Under any circumstances, do not let him handle your sale! I told him, I wanted to check with my financial banking centers & that I would get back with him. He was very pushy with me over the phone. I ended up financing the car in Michigan, then drove over 4 hours to pick up the car, which he had assured me the driver outside window & the passenger door handle would be repaired. Also he had assured me floor mats were in the trunk. Well into my drive, he called to say, the parts were not in, for the repairs & no mats were in the trunk. but he would find me some. After I signed the check & was outside to enter the car, is when he handed me one key! He had not disclosed this information to me. At this time I am trying to resolve the matter with the General manager Ahmed,he has been very friendly & professional. I surely hope this dealership do not let Bill Bass ruin their reputation.

My daughter bought a car from Coast to Coast last year, and was quite pleased with her experience. When my car was totalled in an accident, we looked at a number of other sources, but ended up purchasing a 2008 Lexus in great shape from Coast to Coast. We were pleased with their efforts to work with us. This dealership specializes in high end imports, just a few years old. It is like a candy store walking in and seeing brand-new-looking Jaguar, Aston Martin, Porsche... The car we purchased was an outlyer in their overall inventory (less expensive, a trade in from a previous customer), but they spent all the time needed with us - several test drives, answering a number of questions we had as this is a significant investment for us. They fixed the minor issues that came up and we left confident that we have purchased a high quality, dependent vehicle at a good price. I would definitely recommend checking them out in your car search.

My buying experience here was absolutely excellent. This was mostly due to the dilligence, attitude, friendliness, helpfulness of Jay Bechara. He went above and beyond to help me find my vehicle in an incredibly short amount of time. He was honest in everything he said and explained any and all processes thoughouly, for example, he was not your typical car salesman. I used to go to "big name" dealers, but after my experience at Coast to Coast, I will always come back. I would recommend it to everyone!

Our salesman Bill Bass was extremely helpful. We knew which car we wanted when we went in. We knew what we were able to afford and he worked with the financing manager to help make it happen. The financing manager was to the point, no going back and forth like a lot of dealers. Both were very pleasant to work with. The car we purchased did not have floor mats. We have several children and the weather outside was pretty yucky, and Bill and the finance manager made sure there were floor mats in the vehicle after the car was cleaned to ensure our car stayed in the fabulous condition it was in when we drove it home. Love our car, and the overall experience.

I was surprised to find out that I could actually get a great deal on a great quality car here in Fishers that was BETTER than in Chicago, NY etc. The website was easier to use and the personal service that Joe Girges provided was even better. I have to buy another car in six months and Coast to Coast will be my first step. definitely glad I reached out to them. Recommend their inventory and personal service.

I saw the car advertised on line, so stopped by to take a look. Car was very clean, well maintained and in very good shape for being 5-6 years old. Bought 2009 Toyota van, trading an older model van. I wasn't sure how they would value my trade-in, but they were able to meet my target. Salesperson was very polite and informative.

I worked with Steve McCune to check, test drive, and eventually purchase a new to me 2008 BMW M3. Steve worked overtime to help assist me in having the car inspected by a mechanic and was a pleasure to work with throughout the sales process. WE PURCHASED AN ML350 SUV. DURING THE NEGOTIATION OF THE TRADE IN ON OUR BMW 328 I WAS ASKED HOW MANY KEYS I HAD FOR THE BMW , TWO (2). SURPRISINGLY UPON DELIVER OF THE ML350 - I WAS PROVIDED WITH ONLY ONE (1) KEY. THE SALESMAN EXPLAINED THEY ONLY GET ONE KEY ON DEALER LEASED VEHICLES. EXPRESSED MY DISAPPOINTMENT AND THAT I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED THAT TO BE BROUGHT UP WHEN ASKED ABOUT MY BMW KEYS. SALESMAN DID NOT SEEM TOO CONCERNED THAT THIS WAS A $300 EXTRA I NEED TO BUY. THEN AT DELIVERY I NOTICED A TRIM COVER ON THE OVERHEAD CONSOLE WAS MISSING, WHICH WAS THERE THE DAY BEFORE. IT TOOK OVER 3 WEEKS TO SUCCESSFULLY GET A REPLACEMENT PART FROM THE DEALER. THEIR CARE AND CONCERN AFTER THE SALE WAS LESS THAN THAN WHAT I WOULD EXPECT FROM A DEALER SELLING HIGHER END VEHICLES. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER - AFTER SALE SERVICE IS POOR.

Disclaimer: I did not purchase a car from them but enquired about a listing on the site. I was sceptical that one of the listings for a 911 was inaccurate, since the listed was for an AWD but the car did not carry any of the trims that is usually associated with a current-model 911 (the Carrera 4's have a red horizontal strip connecting the rear lights, and the decal on the back should show Carrera 4). I contacted them with the question and got a prompt email response that was not helpful- to the effect of "it's an AWD because the listing says it is..." and "never heard of the red stripe on the back". 2 days later I get a phonecall about my enquiry, with guy #2 not knowing that guy #1 had already emailed me back. Anyway, I didn't wish to drive all the way there to check out a car I'm 99% sure was listed incorrectly so did not pursue this further. Appears that they now realize their mistake, as the listing summary now lists that car as a RWD 911. However they used the same verbage in the description- and though the summary shows RWD, the dealing notes still states "...this 911 is equipped with AWD for improved handling... . Not a far review of a dealer since I did not purchase, but guys, please get your listings accurate, and try to do your homework when a potential customer asks a question, and don't just say it is so because the listing says so.

I need to start with the fact that I am a blue collar guy with 4 kids. I saw on the internet that they had a car that I had been looking for at a price about 4k less than every other dealer I'd seen and instead of 20-25k miles, this one had just under 14k! I drove my old '05 Dodge caravan in and saw all of the beautiful cars and thought, "They aren't even going to give me the time of day." My experience was the exact opposite! As soon as I stepped in the door Jay Bechara came right over, shook my hand, and asked what he could do to help me. He was kind, knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and very helpful. He let me test drive the vehicle immediately, then asked what my payment range was, and after a quick check with the finance manager, he said " I am positive that we can get that done for you." After filling out the paperwork, Jay helped transfer the contents of my work van, mostly parts and tools, to my new car (no salesperson has ever done that for me) and I drove away thinking that it was the fastest, easiest, most satisfying capital purchase that I have ever made! I found this car on the internet with low miles. I drove to the dealer, and took it for a drive. Walked out the door an hour later with a great car. Initially the floor mats were missing from the vehicle, but Jay found some more floor mats for me that matched the car exactly. It was a very smooth and friendly experience. This is a dealership that sells high end (Mercedes, BMW, etc) that had taken a domestic SUV in trade. Nevertheless, we were treated just like one of those high end customers by Jay Bechara. He was most polite and helpful. The SUV we had come to see was exactly what we were looking for and he worked with us to make the deal. I would recommend if you visit this dealership, ask for Jay. We had a little trouble finding the dealership, but it is right off US37 at 131st street. Worth the trip!

My car buying experience with Coast to Coast Imports was excellent. I drove over 2 hours (one way) to finalize the purchase of my car. Jay Baracha was fantastic to work with. By communicating with me via fax, telephone, and email, he had everything ready to be signed when I arrived at the dealership. Stopped by unannounced and had seen the car we were looking for online. Test drive was easy to obtain and we purchased the car. Sales staff was very attentive and made sense during our negotiations and trade in. We got a fair deal with better than expected financing and a 100K warranty. Our salesman Bill Bass was very knowledgeable and great to work with. Car was missing a manual and a spare key which we were not aware of until we drove it away, and the dealership would not pay for this, but managed to get us a 40% discount from BMW. Very pleased overall.

I was looking forward to buying a new car about as much as I was looking forward to a trip to the Dentist... Having never purchased a car until today, I was expecting long processes, researching multiple cars/dealerships, getting the run around from salespeople, etc etc... I am not one to easily admit when I am wrong (and I might as well add that I am rarely so) :) but in this case, my negative expectations were quickly transformed into positive when, upon arriving I was greeted and shown 2-3 vehicle options within my price range. Carfax coming back clean with only 1 owner, low mileage, and AWD??? I thought it would take me a long time to find this vehicle trifecta! To seal the deal, my salesperson was not "pushy" and didn't bore me with details that I didn't understand - AND he didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing what a "turbo" was. His team worked well to make this an easy transition into my new (ish) Audi A4! Yay! Thank you so much for making this a great experience - Greatly Appreciated!!!!

I had never visited this dealership before, but stopped by on a Sunday when it was closed to look at some used cars because it's close to my home. I called to get more information on a couple of cars the next day and wound up with a sales associate, Bill Bass. It turned out he had sold a car to me from a different dealership nearly 15 years ago. Bill was a pro. Loaned me a car for an afternoon to test-drive, answered all my questions, and was assertive without being too pushy. I make a point of walking away from the dealership at least once before making a final decision, and Bill didn't try to tackle me on my way out the door like some salesmen would. This makes two purchases from Bill, and I wouldn't be opposed to a third someday.

Deposit for the car, sign the agreement, done with financing, and 1 day before come to sign financing document and pick up the car, I received a text message from the saleman: "call our sale manager" and "check your email". Opened up my email and I saw a message: "My name is Ahm**, I am sales manager at Coast to Coast; unfortunately the guy you were going to buy is SOLD. It was sold on Saturday; Zah** just told me the car you wanted, so I am writing to you to suggest another car."...that's it. I copy their email here for everybody to know how professional they are. Not any apology, and I dont know what they meaned by telling me:"the guy you were going to buy is sold!!!!!!!". Before decided to buy the car, I DID call the dealer to make sure they can hold the car in a week for me dued to my tight schedule. I did deposit more than usual for the car as they required.... I kept contacting with the saleman to make sure that they hold the car for me...But what I got is the wonderful message from the saleman and salemanager. P/S I still havent get the receipt of deposit refund as they promised

I purchased my 2007 c280 Mercedes 4matic and drove it for a half of tank of gas and the check engine light came on. It was the camshaft sensor magnets (seleniod), which I will fix myself, but my assumption is the dealership (coast2coast) disconnected the battery to make the code go away. The customer service was great, I know enough about mechanics the way to get around the check engine light was super shady. I bought the car with no warranty so I will take care of it, but I thought other buyers should know.

Our 9 month search for a sound, affordable, late-model used car finally ended at Coast-to-Coast.. This place is more than just luxury cars, they also sell used domestics that are affordable! We had been searching for a car that was both safe and reliable for our daughter. She had quite a "want" list, and our "must have" list was just as long. We decided on a 2010 Escape with high mileage offered by Coast to Coast. Our expectation was that since the dealership specialized in luxury cards, their reputation was important and they cared enough about reputation to ensure car was good to go. We were right. First contact was a phone call with Jay Bechara. He had the car ready and waiting for us when we arrived for our test drive. We drove it home that day. Our Mechanic checked it out and praised it as solid car and well-kept, a good purchase. I drove about two hours to purchase my Audi Q7 and it was well worth it. I drove 135 miles to see a 2008 Infiniti FX35 and was nervous about driving all that way and possibly being disappointed with the car. I live in Michigan and was looking for a pre-owned Audi TT 3.2 AWD. I had about 6 that fit my parameters and after reviewing all the cars and having brief conversations with the sales people - I decided to buy from Coast to Coast Imports in Indiana using Zahid Khan as my salesman. We're very happy with our recent purchase of a 2013 Ford Flex from Jay Bechara at C2C. Although I am local, I actually purchased the vehicle "on line" via phone conversations with Jay. (The weather locally was horrible at the time and all of the roads were closed). The vehicle was taken in on a local trade as was absolutely as represented. I've intentionally waited approx. 10 days since the purchase to respond to give the vehicle a thorough try out. Since the roads were so bad, we were not able to take a suitable test drive. I was concerned about the presence of any vibrations due to tires/bent rims, etc. Jay assured me that the vehicle drove as new and would correct any issues if they were found. The vehicle was ready for pick-up on schedule and was clean inside and out. Based upon this experience, I would consider Jay at C2C for my next used car purchase. The only reason I did not rate the facility as Excellent is that they were somewhat limited in their ability to show the vehicle after dark in a snow storm. We needed to use a very constrained service bay. It was functional, but not ideal. The showroom, lot, selection, and offices are excellent.

This is our 4th car purchased from Coast to Coast and 3rd car from Jay Bechara. The reputation of any dealer lies with the first contact made and the follow through. I have to say I have been impressed not only by the amount of luxury vehicles this dealer has but also by the non pressured approach Jay has. Buying a car can be an emotional decision which does not need to be forced upon you. I've had my share of pressured sales from other dealers in town that only look at making an instant sale rather than building a lasting relationship with its customers and potential clients. The difference between this dealer and others lies in the fact that you are not ignored upon should you decide not to purchase on the spot, as this happened to me at other dealerships, the sales person left me in the middle of the floor and went to talk to new customers that came in. Jay is extremely patient. I know what I want and it can be at times a stressful process for any sales person. The philosophy of treating the customer right the first time is experienced from Omar (the owner) down to its sales people. This is the best way to make a business successful by having repeat customer such as myself. I praise Jay for his patience, ability to go the extra mile repeatedly and to keep his composure under any situation. I also praise Omar for his ability to make the impossible, possible, regardless of the cost incurred by his company to please his current and future clients. The vehicle purchased were an E500 (2008), E320 (2012), E350 (2013) & C300 (2013). I am planning to change my vehicle within the next year or so, and will be heading to Coast to Coast again for that purchase. Coast to Coast legitimately has top quality vehicles at affordable prices. The used cars are very clean and well preserved. I worked with Jay Bechara at the Fishers location to buy a used Mercedes GLK. If you're thinking of buying a car from Coast to Coast, I recommend calling Jay first. The only criticism I could offer would be to note the "sales team" approach. At one point, there were 3 salesmen/managers in the same office selling me on the car. This wasn't a problem for me, but I understand how it could be intimidating for a first-time buyer. Do your own research and know what you're looking for. I purchased an extended warranty and anticipate taking the vehicle back to Coast to Coast to for servicing. Fingers crossed that service department is honest, efficient and affordable.

Jay was the Best saleman I have dealt with in years! I was treated with respect. As the customer I had preconcieved thoughts (the value of my trade were wrong). Jay made the case and talked me down to a more realistic value. He was professional in every aspect. We came to terms and made the deal which I was very happy with (only a week before a sales team tried to catch me asleep for an extra $5K) Jay has earned by repeat business and trust. I finance cars for my members all day long ( I am well versed in the "deal"), we didn't play games it was great business. Love the BMW 335i I bought and I plan to buy another vehicle from Jay and Coast to Coast in the future.

Spur of the moment, we decided to purchase a BMW Z4 convertible. Found one on CarMax and was ready to go forward yesterday, but they failed to call back. Searching for more info on-line, I found one at C2C that was not only one year newer, but $2k cheaper. I called today and spoke to Jay Bechara, who was very helpful and friendly, but without pressure. I explained there was no urgency to my interest, and he responded with nothing but eagerness to answer my questions and provide superior customer service. We exchanged texts - again no pressure - and set up tentative plans for me to see the car. Ultimately, I made the trek to Fishers, Jay provided all information needed, including a CarFax report, the financing department beat my credit union by over a point, and I walked out with my new convertible less than 1.5 hours after arriving. I received two keys and a manual, and Jay was responsive to my every need, even though he also was dealing with another client at the same time. Assuming this purchase ends up as hoped for, I couldn't be more pleased and would happily be a loyal repeat customer. Well done, Jay and C2C!

I had been searching the internet for a very specific vehicle (2010 Mercedes CLS550, Barolo Red) and Coast to Coast had the only one for sale in the US! I was reluctant to buy from a non-Mercedes dealer and also reluctant to buy from a dealer which is 1000 miles from my home. Jay Bechara was extremely helpful and worked hard to earn my business. On the internet, I located a nearby mechanic (Hash Automotive) to inspect the car and Jay brought the car to them for a checkup, which was very positive. There were a few minor issues regarding titling the car in FL, but again, Jay sent the appropriate papers by overnight mail, taking the extra steps necessary. Could not ask for better service, and the car was exactly as represented to me, even though I bought it sight unseen! I'd recommend Jay and Coast to Coast to anyone!

World Wide Motors is NOT the only game in town when it comes to excellent used Mercedes Benz. This is my 3rd Benz purchased from this dealer since 2008 (E500, E320 and yesterday E350 4Matic Sport) and my 2nd buy from Jay Bechara. The facility is very nice, the car choices are great and above all, this dealership is patient and will work with you. I found Jay Bechara to be very honest and not a pushy salesman like I have experienced at other delearship. Jay has great skills and will work all day with you if necessary to meet your needs. All 3 times, my expectations were exceeded. I also purchased 2 Benz from World Wide since 2002 and I have to tell you those guys have attitudes. The sales person lies more than President Obama. Mgr was just as bad! Just sign here and we will do all this stuff to the car, clean, wax, oil change etc.also had to leave the car for one day.. Went to pick up the car and they told us they didn't have time !!! So we left it again and it took 3 days this time and it was still not done.( But they had time to go to the bank and cash our check). We will never step foot in that place again, worst service, worst attitude, by far the worst salesman we ever had and we are in our sixties!!!!!!!

Before we went to the store, they were very friendly and said that they would let us test drive first and also can let us take the car to check if it's in good condition. When we got there, they didn't like us test drive the car. THEY SAID THAT WE CAN TEST DRIVE IT ONLY WHEN THE PRICE IS SETTLED!!! Then we sat down and talked about the price. The manager has very bad attitude, he can't provide any record only the carfax report. Don't go to their dealership!!!

Just purchased a used C300 Mercedes a few hours ago. We are the kind of people that drive our cars until they die so we hadn't purchased a vehicle in many years. What a wonderful experience! My husband and I bought a Lexus SUV and we were so satisfied with the sales staff, managers, and the friendliness of everyone. They were so helpful and really worked with us to find the perfect SUV for us. We drove away thinking we would definately visit Coast to Coast again for our next vehicle purchase down the road. Little did we know we would be buying another Lexus SUV 2 weeks later. My husband totaled the first SUV after 2 weeks. Once again, the sales staff bent over backwards for us helping us find another SUV to suit our needs. We are so happy with the vehicle and would recommend Coast to Coast. Omar, We bought a 2011 C 300 Mercedes today from your lot. Ashley was very sweet. We were treated well. We paid sticker price. My husband and I are both on the title and will both be driving from time to time, however; only one key. We paid listed price bought the extra warranty even wheel and tire coverage. I sold real estate for 23 years and many times I paid for inspections or cut commission just to help people. YOU KNOW $200.00 to $300.00 would buy a lot of good will and referrals. It's not like you don't have connections with Mercedes to get another key. These keys are expensive. That's really my only complaint. Would have gone a long way in terms of making me feel like our business was appreciated. March 15, 2013

This place sells high end cars like Mercedes and BMW. I saw online a fully-loaded Hyundai Sonata listed for a very reasonable price. I was even able to talk them down a little bit more. That was the good. When I came in to buy the vehicle, I said I wanted to take it to my mechanic to have it checked out for any major flaws before investing that kind of money. I did this with all cars I looked at in the buying process. After a look by the mechanic, it came back that the wipers needed changing (no big deal) and that the front brake pads AND rotors needed replaced. The next day, I went back to Coast to Coast with the report from the mechanic and asked for either a price deduction or the appropriate repairs. The sales-woman, Ashley, went and got the General Manager. He came and talked with my girlfriend and I, and this is about where the problems started. I gave him the report and he said that the wipers and pads were no big deal, and said that they would look at the rotors and they would be turned if needed. I said that my mechanic told me that they were too rusted and had a big groove in them so that they couldn't be turned, and had to be replaced. He started giving us a hard time about it, and when my girlfriend added something he said, "Do you even know what rotors are?" THE AUDACITY! How could a GM of a dealership, supposedly trying to sell cars, be so rude. My girlfriend also grew up on a farm working on semis so yeah, I think she knows what rotors are. he then went on to say how that the cars on his lot were worth upwards of $150k, almost bragging to us. My girlfriend said yes we realize you have nice luxury cars, but this is not one of them. This is a nice average every-day person's car, and if you don't want clients that would buy one, don't put it on your lot. We finally got the "we owe" slip for the repairs, and were given no "thanks for you business" or even smiles as we left. Our sales-woman just came back in and said "Are we done here?" and shoo'd us out. I have yet to receive any sort of follow-up from Coast to Coast about how my purchase is going or anything of that matter. I have taken the car in for the repairs and the wipers and pads seem to be changed, but I don't know about the rotors. I will be taking it to my mechanic to check.

I recently purchased a 2008 Lexus RX 350. The overall condition of the vehicle was reasonable for the year and mileage. In particular, the mechanical condition was excellent. The sales team was firm on price for the vehicle, but offered to take my vehicle as a trade and sell it to the already identified buyer at that same amount, allowing me to benefit from the tax savings. Their follow up after the sale was a little weaker in the sense that I had to reach out a couple of times, but they did deliver on expectations. The dealership facilities were impressive and the selection was strong. Note that their prices will be below other dealers online (that is their sales model), so it might seem quality is lacking. It is not. The carfax was readily available and most vehicles were one owner and had a well documented service record. I will consider buying there again, but hope to get many years of service from the Lexus.

I dealt with Lauren and Eric Peterson during my buying process. Eric did a great job of working with me to find out my primary concerns and what I was looking for in a vehicle. He was very fair in negotiating with me although they couldn't do much on the price due to their already competitive pricing. They made up for it in other ways though. The finance manager was also very helpful and was able to get me an awesome rate, better than what I walked in with. I highly recommend this dealer and they will be very patient in answering all of your questions and ensuring you're satisfied.

Bought a 08 escalade ext. stopped by on Friday test drove but couldn't come together on price or terms w another salesman. Then Eric Peterson followed up w me immediately on phone to see what could be done. Truck was great price what they had it listed at but everyone wants best deal. So they detailed my other car, fixed seat in truck, tinted windows on truck, buffed some scratches out. Bottom line Eric Peterson and his team blew me away. Just awesome. And I paid full price. They price cars right to bottom dollar so people see best deal right off bat.

Coast to Coast Imports is a great option for buying a high quality vehicle like BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Audi. These guys are the real deal, I've watched them grow over the years and they really work hard to make sure the customer gets what THEY want, and for a price that makes the dealers sweat. They have grown significantly over the years and continue to stock great vehicles. The staff are pleasant to deal with and very courteous, but not over the top or fake like you get at some of the dealerships around. I really appreciated the efforts of their staff and am writing a review to complement THEM. I'm a very picky buyer and was looking for a very specific car for my wife. Unfortunately for me, the option list was rather specific and very difficult to locate--that didn't stop C2C from working very hard to find it. Although it didn't work out this time, I wanted to express my appreciation for their efforts. I do look forward to buying from them as a good friend of mine picked a sweet BMW M3 that has been a fantastic car (very nice daily driver!). Coast to Coast is a GREAT alternative to the local dealerships for premium luxury cars. Thanks guys!
