If you are buying a new Toyota in metro Atlanta, you should buy it from Cobb County Toyota. I worked with 4 Toyota dealers when buying a Camry. I called Dwight Joiner and told him the deals that I reached at other dealerships. He told me to come in and he would beat those deals. I went there and he lived up to his word and beat the other deals as soon as I walked in. Dwight was great. Three other things that I appreciated. 1. There is no dealer/admin fee added on the closing statement (this was $600 to $800 at other dealers. The other dealers added it on after you agreed to a price. 2. There were not any dealer options added on. Every car on the lot at the other dealers, had things like nitrogen filled tires $199, extra clear coat protection $299, etc. etc. At one dealer these added up to $1,800 and I did not want any of those options but they had them on every car. 3. The financing/completing the sale step was quick and painless. They made you aware of options like extended warranty and prepaid maintenance plans but they did not tell me that I was making a mistake when I declined them. The also did not to sell me after sale options like tire/wheel protection, ding repair, etc. Overall great buying experience and would highly recommend Dwight and Cobb County Toyota.

Great customer relationship and most friendly service ever. I came in for my car service, first my service rep was very nice and friendly. Sadly I had to wait a long time since there was a lot of customers. I went to the show room just to see what is in there. I met Daniel Gonzalez who was very attentive, he showed me the RAV4 and the Tacoma, I like them both but I was not even intending to buy a car a the moment, just shopping around. However Daniel without pushing sales, just by asking the right questions and building a relationship,› I was so close to leave this place with a brad new car. Most likely I will be back in no time for my new car. I highly recommend coming to this place and if you are looking to buy a car please make an appointment with Daniel.

Cobb County Toyota is the best Toyota dealer in metro Atlanta. Their ENTIRE staff is truly amazing! Literally every employee I came in contact with was great. I’ve had my eye on a specific car and it was waiting on me at Cobb County Toyota like it was destiny. Dwight Joiner was my sales rep, he listened to what I wanted and DELIVERED! I didn’t get any dealer fees or try to sell me on extra stuff. Very knowledgeable, professional and patient. Outstanding customer service.

I test drove multiple vehicles with Bryce. I left my Ray bans in the Honda Civic I test drove and Bryce got them and left them at reception. A day later they went missing. I talked to Logan David the Sales Manager and let him know that the Ray Bans had significant value to me. That the my best friend who gave them to me has since passed away. He basically said he didn’t care and defended his staff saying “well I know my staff didn’t steal them. The General Manager as well as Logan were super disrespectful to the point where I started to get angry and I am a very calm person. The General Manager confirmed the only person allowed behind the reception desk is the receptionist, which can only mean that one of the receptionists has them. The level of disrespect I experienced is not something someone in leadership should treat a customer. The day before today I told Bryce I was interested in a new Camry hybrid they have but based on the morals of the dealership it has shown. I will never buy from this dealership. I don’t know how someone promotes the two people I spoke to. DO NOT GO HERE.

Stan Kosev helped me find a beautiful model at a fantastic price; I'll be a return customer for life. Thank you, Stan! Edit 8/20: after giving my vehicle it's latest service, I was notified that I needed two recalls done, an airbag and a fuel pump. they replaced the fuel pump and I immediately began to smell fuel coming out of the back of the car by the exhaust.sometimes the smell would be so terrible and there would be such an excess in the smell of fuel that it would start to come out of the vents. A few days after discovering this (about 3 or 4 days after they had done the recall) I took it back in for them to see what happened (could have been something as simple as a slightly disconnected piece of the fuel system). They "checked it out" and in about 30 minutes decided to put deodorizer in the vents and sent me away telling me it would go away on its own. Two weeks later it's smells horrifically like fuel anytime when driven and I'm afraid there will be something that ignites whatever flaw in the fuel system they created and we're all going to die in a fiery crash. I am terrified and none of the service managers were at all sympathetic or willing to do anything besides "check it out again". I have opened a case with Toyota Corporate and am hoping that when I take it in tomorrow, they will actually resolve the issue.

My wife and I purchased a new 2016 Toyota Highlander from Kent Givens. The buying process could not be easier. We scheduled an appointment with Kent at 10am on a Saturday and he was there to assist us when we showed up. It took all of 2 hours and we left with a brand new SUV. Kent was very courteous, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. We had a close family friend that sold Toyotas at another dealership but my interactions with Kent prior to us showing up made me go with him on this purchase. He helped me get good money on my 2006 Toyota Sienna trade-in and even took the time to get my kids balloons.I would highly recommend Kent Givens with Cobb County Toyota if you are in the market for a new car!

My wife and I purchase a new 2016 RAV4 (GREAT PRICE!!!) from Rob Warren. He is the most pleasant car salesperson we have ever dealt with, in over 30 years of purchasing vehicles. This is my ninth Toyota, the last seven from Cobb County Toyota. Rob Warren and Rob Smith (Sales Manager) are wonderful to deal with in all aspects. Knowledge, kindness and caring are all "Rod Warren". He truly goes above and beyond for his customers. Mr. Warren is a wonderful asset to Cobb County Toyota.

From the moment I requested a quote to the moment I drove out my new car, everything was top of the line. The salesman explained all questions I had about the car and the price. I bought the car the same day as the quote was given to me. It is nice that they give you the lowest price up front, hassle free!

I was recently in the market for a new car. I reached out to a few dealers that I might be interested in. Kent Givens is the first person that responded to my request. He was very efficient and showed me he was eager in getting my business without being too pushy. I was researching vehicles for a few days, and he remained constant, without pressuring me. While other dealers were overwhelming me with emails/texts/calls, I soon became annoyed with them; this wasn't the case with Kent. When I had the details I needed to make my decision, I told Ken exactly what I was looking for and he came through with an offer, and included everything that was on my list. He paid attention to my wants and seemed very concerned in making me happy. I came by myself to the dealership to pick up my car, and he even assisted me in getting my new car home. His service to me was OUTSTANDING and made my purchase experience a very good one. I would highly recommend Kent to anyone looking for a new car!

My daughter recently had her 2006 4Runner totaled in an accident. Her first attempt to purchase a new vehicle took her to a Toyota dealership on Peachtree Industrial Blvd. She had a poor experience there, with a pushy rude sales manager and every bad maneuver you would expect to see from a poor service dealership.I decided to research other Atlanta area Toyota dealerships and read buyer reviews of the companies and salespeople. I found several very strong reviews of Cobb County Toyota and salesman David Tyler. So I decided to reach out to David, and what a great decision that was! We had a tentative deal reached before my daughter even arrived at the dealership. Once she was there, she had a completely different experience compared to the other dealership. She said David and the management staff couldn't have been nicer and more professional, and she closed a deal n a new 2016 4Runner that very evening. Even more impressive was the fact that David worked nearly three hours past his schedule 6:00 departure to make sure that my daughter was 100% satisfied. I give my strongest recommendation to Cobb County Toyota and super salesman David Tyler!

My old 4Runner was totaled a week ago, so I was in the market for a new 4Runner. After I had a horrible experience at a Toyota near my house, my dad researched and found that David Tyler, a salesman at Cobb County Toyota, had good reviews. He called him up and asked for his best price on a 2016 4Runner (since I did not want to drive 30+ minutes to go through what I had gone through the day before) and he gave a very fair price. I made the drive to decide if I wanted a new 4Runner. David Tyler was the NICEST and most laid-back car salesman I have ever met. He was not pushy and he was genuinely nice to me and my fiance. When we got down to being fairly certain we wanted to buy, imagine our surprise that there really were NO HIDDEN FEES. No doc fees, no "toyoguard" fees, etc. We wanted to get leather put into the car, and he spoke with his manager and worked out a deal that we could take another exact replica of the car with leather already in it. I really cannot stress enough how much better I felt being at Cobb County Toyota over any other dealership I stepped foot in. David Tyler comes HIGHLY recommended!

I have recently purchased two cars in the span of 6 months and from two different dealers. Cobb County Toyota not only exceeded my expectations but they blew them out of the water. The other dealership was not upfront about pricing and even after paying cash messed up the paperwork multiple times resulting in multiple trips. Muhammad was very clear and honest about what features were in my price range and did not try and force me into paying more than my budget. He was patient with our specific criteria despite there being limited inventory in the market. Once we drove in to make the purchase the paperwork was fast and easy. The business manager (don't remember his name) was friendly and explained the warranty options without bias. We love our new Highlander and would definitely purchase from this dealer again. Thanks for a great experience!!

Service department is a joke. First time I go in for my oil change they forget my wheel key and I have to ask for it back. Scratched the crap out of my wheels with the impact gun and as I am leaving the tech comes out and needs my keys to "check something". Needless to say I went home and checked everything, thankfully everything was tight but they didn't bother to wipe the excess oil off near the filter and drain so it's all over the motor. I figured it was just a bad experience and went back for the next one. Long wait times (with appointment for an oil change, didn't let them touch the wheels anymore) and dirty clean up again. The last straw was when my wife brought her car in for a 1st service and someone spilled food and drink in the passenger seat and then the service manager (Todd) and the service writer (Sean) tried to say it's impossible for that to happen and tried to make it out that my wife was lying. WE DONT EVEN EAT IN THE CAR! Because it's new and we paid a lot of money for it. We sometimes drink water and that's it! Why would she lie about that?!?The only reason they get 2 stars is because the sales experience for both my truck and the wife's car was outstanding. Beware of the service department and do yourself a favor and go to a different dealer for your service needs.

The Sales agent Mark Kligerman made an appointment with me on Thursday for Sunday. I specifically told them that i live very far and i don't have any car so i will be coming by Cab so make sure car is available for test drive and we can make a deal.I took an hour cab's journey to there dealership and when Mark appeared he introduced with me some other sales rep and while we were doing this another sales guy shouted that Hey Mark we already sold that car on Friday.I was very angry and disappointed with this turn of events and i was just told "hey it was a glitch in the system" and the car was still listing there. Please stay away from such dealerships.

I took my 2014 Scion for it's 3rd 5,000 mi. service. They used to do a good job with my service visits and I felt pretty good about turning my car over to them. Now the service reps are rude, the parts guy is rude and I had second thoughts after turning over the keys this time.My car has drum brakes on the rear. They start rusting and looking bad after a few years and with allowy wheels, it starts looking pretty bad. What I've done in the past is to spray a light coat of black paint on the drums at each tire rotation. I asked the service rep if he would please have the service tech do this while the wheels are off. You would have thought I asked him to rebuild the transmission. "No, no... we don't do that..." He didn't even really take the time to listen to what I was saying as he was in such a hurry to rush me through the process. So much for personal service. NTB and Kauffman both have done this for me or allowed me to go back and do it myself.CC Toyota has done a really good job over the past ten years of dispelling the perception that dealerships (stealerships) are rip offs. I've even told people that they are now competitive in price and rival their after market competitors in customer service. Now it seems like the trend is reversing and they are going back in the toilet. A year ago I would have given them five stars. Now its two. I won't be around to give them one star the next time. I have one more routine service left and I'll be doing it myself or going to an independent shop.

We recently purchased a new Highlander from Cobb County Toyota and were delighted with their service and overall professionalism of the dealership. We had visited with our salesman, Rudi Santos, a few times before making a decision and he never made us feel pressured. The entire sales team is very polite. I really think that a manager's demeanor and influence (Robert), effects the whole team, and it certainly shows there. One thing that surprised me was how accessible the manager is to customers. Very nice guy and approachable. We felt we paid a competitive price and have no complaints. I would highly recommend this dealership. Thank you!

Body Shop ReviewThe worst experience EVER. The Body Shop Manager Marty Lee lied to us, repeatedly refused to call us back for hours. After I complained about the Body Shop employee Fred who was constantly aggressive and rude to my wife and I. Fred refused to do his job properly, he flat out lied to us. Fred barely spoke to my wife on Monday pm for the initial inspection. She told him what happened - it was a hit and run - he completely ignored her. She said you'll be dealing with my husband, in his trademark surly aggressive tone he said "good", and then told her she "could now go", like a child being dismissed. My wife felt like she was back at Home Depot. :(When we dropped the car off for the repair Friday morning Fred told us we had "already wasted two days of our car rental over the weekend". No joke.Worst thing they did was to STOP working on the car for at least TWO -THREE days, from Tuesday to Thursday, purely out of spite and then flat out lied about why they did this. Saying insurance co had NOT authorised the extra damage repair when they had by time stamped email and on a 'recorded phone line' with Lee the manager. They sent the supplemental cheque on Tuesday too. If I hadn't called Thursday, just how much longer would they have left our car waiting to be repaired? Lee glibly told me different dates/times about their sending in the supplemental, he couldn't even get that story straight. . Fred told me it would be 6 more days, Wednesday of next week to get car - presumably to further anger me. He had NO answer about why they hadn't called the insurance company for over two days to query the supposed lack of authorisation. He yelled at me he was doing his job - like xxxx you are I retorted. He then instantly hung up on me, and refused to ever call/speak to me again. So I called the the manager Lee and he lied to me yet again. Said he would call insurance co rep and call be back in an hour or so. Our car rental extension was now expired.. Well over 3 hours later no call from Lee, I left messages. I then called Jim Pyron, General Manager of Cobb County to complain, he could care less, had a why are you bothering me with this attitude. Lee finally called me back, at Pyron's behest, no apology, pretty surly as usual, he had done nothing at all, gave me more lies. I had just just barely an hour or so left to get my rental renewed in another time zone.I called Friday to see if it was ready, told it might be,, Lee took nearly 4 hours to say car not ready. . Yet Fred told insurance co Friday am it wasn't. They did NOT even tell me that. Almost 4pm told car was ready. After being asked much earlier for much more notice as wife and I were in different places 35 miles apart. We got just 75 mins notice before they closed. No apology from anyone, Fred saw us as we came in and walked out of the room. Beyond despicable treatment for NO reason whatever. On Friday I wrote to the owner Mr Chuck Perrin at Cherokee County Toyota - its now Wednesday, as expected, heard nothing from him.Bought 3 new cars, had countless oil changes/service appts etc over 18 years from them with no issues or problems. Monday went out traded my old Tundra for a new Silverado truck.Never expected I'd be dealing with such despicable, aggressive liars at a major Toyota dealership. NEVER AGAINEX-CUSTOMER FOR LIFE NOW.

I have been buying or leasing vehicles for many years. Forty eight years to be exact. My wife and I have leased one car, one SUV, and two trucks from Kent Givens in a three year span. We were introduced to Kent by our son who had leased from Kent. My point to all of this is Cobb County Toyota management should use Kent's Sales and customer service skills as a training tool for all of their employees. Thank you Kent for the best buying experience we have ever had. Bob and Sharon.

Run away from this place. You can get better prices in a lot of other places even if you pay for the dealer fees. A lot of dealers charge you extra 599 or 699 in dealer fees but give you a lot more. This place is horrible. The sales person never gave me my DL back and its not like he forgot it. He said he would meet with me but than he changed his mind. I asked to overnight it but that is not happening either. RUN AWAY! David Tyler was the sales person I talked to. Horrible and not professional is all I can say. He even went to meet with other clients while we were waiting for him. Unbelievable! Just dont waste your time.

I have gone to have my 2014 Corolla serviced here since the purchase date in May of '14, while under " Toyota Care" warranty I loved the service I was receiving. As soon as my 25000 was up suddenly everything was going wrong with my car. The first time I brought it in after warranty was up Richard told me I needed a brand new tire because there was a nail causing a leak in my tire, quoted me $172 for one tire. On.A.Corolla. I said hold on let me call someone else, because I am a woman and felt as thought I was getting ripped off. Found out the tire was only $102, and with installation, it would still come out cheaper than quoted. I told him I wouldn't have it done here and he told me I had to now because the tire was flat, and they pulled the nail out. I was upset but agreed, turns out there was never a nail in my tire he was lying the WHOLE time, needless to say I didn't pay for a new tire. Next service rolls around 30000 and same good ol xxxxxxx Richard quotes me $392 for an oil change and service really?? I said let me see what you are doing first, managed to get over $150 off price just from saying I don't need my air filter replaced or tires rotated. xxx

Jason McFarland was a great salesman -- knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. He was not at all pushy, and even though we didn't intend to purchase a vehicle, and in fact just started our search, we bought it because Jason was so helpful. We would definitely purchase another vehicle from him and from Cobb County Toyota. Jason Wade, the business manager, also was helpful.

I have worked with Jason McFarland for the second time in a year. I purchased a 2014 Camry in 2015. I got a great deal on the price of the car and more than fair offer for the Ford I traded in. I just sold the 2014 Camry to my brother in law so his daughter could have her first car. I immediately went back to Jason and got the 2016 Camry XLE. The car rides like a dream. The service was pressure free and very fast. I would recommend this Camry, this dealership, and especially Jason to ANYONE.

Had a much better experience here at Cobb County Toyota than I did at my last car buying experience (at a Ford dealership...). I will absolutely recommend my sales guy, Josh White, to anyone and everyone looking for a new car. Josh worked out a great deal for me on my Tacoma and helped me get exactly what I wanted. I had a 2006 Tacoma for years, but had to let it go when our family got bigger and the access cab wasn't cutting it. Drove a car for a few months, but just couldn't be happy without my truck. So glad to have a new one now and double cab fits the whole fam comfortably!

We went there to purchase a car for our son today. We had been saving money for some time and planned to pay cash for it. The deer ship wanted to run a credit check even though we were paying CASH.....makes no sense. I have excellent credit but this is about principal if I'm not asking for financing. They let us walk away over this policy AND the GM td me he was keeping my paperwork that had all of my information (including DOB and SS#) even though we were NOT buying the car based on their policy. He refused to give it to me and I had to literally rip it up while he still had it in his hands!!!!We will take our cash and business elsewhere.

I purchased a Tacoma in 2012 and was very pleased with my experience and the price I paid for my vehicle. The service dept also seemed to be fairly efficient whenever I needed regularly scheduled maintenance. However in December 2015 I wanted to purchase a 4runner for the fiancee and had a terrible experience. I ended up getting a much better deal from another dealer in the area on the exact same vehicle. Cobb County Toyota had the attitude that they could sell 4runners all day long and didn't need my sale. Either way, my Tacoma then had a recall issue that had to be taken care of which I was told would take a few hours. I inquired about a loaner car for a few hours while they fixed my vehicle and was told they don't offer loaner cars for recalls. Which is crazy to me since it is not a wear and tear issue it is a Toyota issue. I guess they want me to sit in the service center for 4 hours while they replace the catalytic converter and other parts. I hate to say it but I might be heading to the Ford dealership when I need a new vehicle

After they provided a written quote that was wrong- they wouldn't discuss it or work out any compromise. Just wanted me to go away. I was professional at all times, being considerate and saying I wanted to preserve my relationship with them, as I have bought 3 vehicles from them and regularly used them for service. They told the distributer that they now don't want to sell me a car. So understand this, you will be dealing with a company that only wants the uneducated buyers. If you want to "visit" the dealership and shop cars... good luck! They call you the low lying fruit, easy pickins. But if your intelligent and know where you should be regarding model and price- they don't want you. And if they offer a firm quote with vin number on paper- they could just as easy say- "sorry haven't you ever made a mistake" .

This review is specifically for the service received (or rather, not received) from the Service dept, specifically adviser Taylor Guzowski. Went in for a CEL that was throwing 3 codes, all interrelated, the main culprit which was an O2 sensor failure covered under warranty. Had the work done and paid to take care of one other related issue. At this point my wife who had taken it in had to be admitted to the hospital so I took over dealing with this once I got back into town from work, at which point we suddenly got news there was another $500+ worth of work. Turns out all were "recommended", 1 of which was almost entirely unnecessary which I immediately refused. For the other recommended replacement of a sensor, I tried to get information on the part and the costs, with which she immediately became defensive and downright condescending when I said I would buy the part myself and bring it in. But in all her infinite wisdom, decided to lecture me on how only Toyota parts are covered under warranty, using it as almost a veiled threat, while completely oblivious to the fact that the part I was buying is made by the OE manufacturer for Toyota, but she couldn't care less. Due to her unwillingness to confirm the part needed I ended up getting the wrong part, at which point I had had enough and said I would take the car as is. Overall, worse experience with a service adviser I can remember. You can bet I won't be going back there for a xxxx thing, which is a shame considering the friendly service I received at the cashier when checking out, one bad apple can ruin it for an entire establishment though. Oh and the kicker, now hearing a noise that wasn't there when we took it in, will be keeping an eye and ear on it.

I took my 2012 Tundra in for a brake service and when I got it back I had a vibration. Suggested that they do some rechecking to make sure that all the parts were installed correctly and I got the run around. I was told by the service manager Dennis Zullo that I should get a second opinion to which I told him they should have done the work correctly to begin with. However he didn't like what I had to say so I was asked to leave, at which point I called the other dealership owned by the same person and got my second opinion from one of the advisors there. His opinion was that the brakes should have been disassembled and checked for faulty parts or improper install (finally someone gets it) problem is I was told not to come back. No problem. If your willing to send a customer away because you think your right and they are wrong you don't deserve my business. BEWARE!!! If they do it wrong it's your problem at this particular dealership.

We went back a week later to test drive again and Greg patiently went over the features again. Greg answered all our questions and listened to what we wanted and what our needs were. When I arrived the female service rep said it would be $99 !!! She said that was the price for regular oil not synthetic. When I explained my phone conversation she said it does not matter, he quoted the wrong price. Even though any service rep should have known that my model uses that kind of oil. The best part was when she said I could have the price if they put In regular oil, even though the manual said NOT to use it! I typically don't right reviews but since purchasing a vehicle is usually an event most dread I thought I would share mine in case it helps a few people lessen the stress and save a few bucks. I have never owned a Toyota or Honda... I was looking to purchase a car for my daughter back in October 2014 and shopped 5-6 dealerships around the Atlanta area. I ended puchasing a new Corolla from Cobb County for several reasons...1. They do not load their vehicles with a bunch of fluffy stuff like paint protection, tinted windows, etc. These item add no value to your purchase... Period2. No document fees.... Thanks goodness!!3. Offers good, honest trade in value4. Treats you like a person, at least they did me5. They out performed ever dealers price that I shopped... And that was 5-6 of them!6. Kent Givens works with you to get you a car that works for YOU! My experience was that good back in October I decided to test my theory out three days ago. Guess what... I decided to write this review...I traded in my 2008 vehicle for a new 2015 4Runner! Do your homework and discover for yourself... ask for Kent Givens.

I had leased a Camry through Merrick Shaw/Cobb Co Toyota back in 2012. Merrick called me in November to see if I wanted to take advantage of the Toyotathon event and let me know I could end the lease early. After getting through the Holidays, I went to see Merrick on 12/26. All I knew is that I wanted to buy this time and would be open to new or Certified Pre-Owned. We quickly went through some options/pricing and it was easy to see that going with a new car would not be any more than going CPO. It didn't take long for me to find the new Camry that was right for me (once the leather seats get installed). It didn't take "all day" and I drove off in my new Camry very satisfied with Merrick's service and the overall experience.

Many of the salesman do not speak English or have such a heavy accent that makes it impossible to get answers you need. When you get one that does...than you get those salesmen that everyone dreads. The one that focuses on the sale versus customer service. They listen to you but only gather information they need to make their sale and will not listen to what kind of car you want/ need or what banks you want to avoid of hear any requests to look at the numbers first before running your credit for those with borderline or less than perfect credit that may not want to run their credit unnecessarily or get pushed into something they don't want/affordable. Here they try to run your credit before even trying to hear what you want/need. Than they try to push into something more than you want if your credit comes through. They try to not let you leave when they are trying to get you approve. Even go to lengths of keeping or not finding yor keys. When you do leave. They run your credit and even submit it the banks you ask them not to. When you get sales managers that try to keep you from leaving but make promises to call you the next day themselves but if you don't get approved but you receive letters from the banks that you asked them not to go through. Once, you're not approved than what little customer service was available is completely gone. You have to call multiple times to try to find the salesman that worked with you or the sales manager that lied to you. If you get upset and try to discuss your experience to the lead sales manager than he doesn't have any answer for you and tells you they can't call back people that have been denied. You get the impression that he doesn't know his job or care for you and will not offer any apologies or any answers to fix this in the future. If you ask for his supervisor than he will lie to you and say there is none but gives you an address to forward your complaint. If you don't believe him and are patient enough to go through multiple transfers. You will find there is a GM and he already knows about the situation if you call enough and he will call and leave an unpleasant voicemail on your phone telling you to take all future business elsewhere like i have and will always be unavailable if you try to call him back to address this bad customer service which starts from the top down

Buying a car can be a stressful experience, but this experience was far from that. I did not feel pressured and felt able to ask questions. Grant was very knowledgeable about the 2015 Toyota 4-runner. He explained everything on the vehicle and assisted me in setting up my navigation. This was very helpful. This is the second car buying experience I have had with Cobb Toyota and would recommend this dealership and Grant"s expertise to anyone in the market. I will be back for another vehicle in the future as well as refer my family and friends. I love my new 4-runner!

This is what car buying is supposed to be. We walk in, William is an absolute pro, he takes us around to as many cars we want to see, leisurely talking with us as we go. He was patient as my wife decided on a color, and worked with me on the deal. We all left happy. Later when an option wasn't installed properly, William personally took on the cause himself and got it done. Love this place, would recommend it to anyone, and will be back when it's time for a new one.

I went in for an oil change and to have a noise related to my steering column checked out. Unfortunately, it was a very expensive fix, but Winston Anderson did everything he could to make it as affordable as possible. He also provided a rental car for me while the car was in the repair shop. His customer service skills were great and I'm glad I had the opportunity to work with him. He went above and beyond. -dd

Had an alternator go bad on a certified pre-owned corolla, talked to service mgr. Jimmy Smith and after some checking saved me close to $900.00 for a factory alternator as I was covered under my pre-owned certified policy. I will never buy a car that is not certified. Toyota stood by what they said, But besides the money the kindness shown to me from all was great the entire service department.was very kind and it goes a long way with me!!!!!,

The staff has answered any question Ive ever had, and often go out of their way to help. We originally called Cobb County Toyota after looking at a used 4 Runner on the website. I called and got Rob Warren in the internet department. After advising me the car we were after had been sold, he mentioned the deals on a new one. I thought what most people would, "great, here it comes." After months of frustration with some lesser dealers (sorry Nalley and Sandy Springs) we drove to see Rob the next day. To say Rob is a great guy is an understatement. He might be one of the nicest people we've met. The offer on our trade in and the car blew the competition away. Long story short, we'd buy every car on the lot from him if we could.

I bought a 2011 camry which by the specs requires synthetic oil. I have taken the car to them for all oil changes every 10,0000 miles just like Toyota recommends. Yesterday after getting my oil changed for 90,000; I noticed on the receipt that the oil they used was conventional 5w-20. I asked the service tech why they didn't use the recommend synthetic, he looked back and informed me that since the 60,000 mile service they have been using conventional. He said it was good for the car as long as I changed it more often. I was very upset, that they made this change and never informed me. When I got home and told my wife she said that one of her co workers had the exact same thing happen...I will never use this service center again. You cannot trust them.

I am very please with my car shopping experience at Cobb County Toyota, for the 2nd time! From the time I stepped foot out of my car to the time I stepped foot into my new car from Toyota, I received excellent customer service from everyone, but mainly my salesman, Jonah Amlett! He answered all my questions and took interest in all my concerns, unlike some dealers who are just about making the sale and not too tuned into the customer's best interest. All of my car shopping expectations were met, just as I knew they would be, which is why I went back for a 2nd time and each time, I purchased a new car. Keep up the fantastic work and you are my first recommendation for anyone who is interested in purchasing any car!

I had initially went by the dealership for a toyota yaris. They only had one on the lot. The salesman talked me into rest driving a prius. I was somewhat impressed with the prius 2, but I preferred the prius 1. He found one at another dealership at a price which was 1200 over msrp. We haggle and I told him I wouldn't pay that price and told him what I would. If i were to trade my car in he priced my vehicle 1500 under a carmax appraisal, and then proceeded to try to sell me the car at sticker price which was overpriced to begin with and want me to take a huge loss on my car. I refused and they kept coming back with ridiculous numbers. By this time my daughter and I had been there for 3 hrs in the hot sun for 1. After I had refused to accept any of their offers the manager (he sat behind the counter) comes up with another offer which I was not happy with and I told him I had rather wait and sell my car and then make a deal. He then proceeded to tell me you won't sell that car at that price and angry got my keys and license and rudely sent me on my way (I was already out the door waiting to leave but they had kept my key, license, title, ins card for whatever reason I still don't understand. The original salesman was easier to deal with, but I am a customer and when the next one basically insults me, I'm done!!!!!!

We've had Toyotas for years, so started here when looking for new car. I went to other dealerships (not Toyota) to look at other favorite models, and though I thought highly of the other cars--maybe even preferred many aspects--I decided in the end that I wanted to stay with what I knew as a phenomenol dealership to do business with. (My experience at other dealerships fell short. I felt they'd prefer I shop online and not bother them!) Merrick Shaw is a super sweet salesman who didn't hurry me or make me feel stupid, nor did he seem in any way like he was trying to "sell me." (Toyotas really do sell themselves; the salespeople at this Toyota seem confident in their product and their dealership, so there's not the phoniness you find elsewhere.) The "closer/paperwork guy" (sorry that I forget his name) was also a kind man who was respectful of our choices and I think advised us well.

By the time all the paper work was ready the truck was washed, detailed, and filled up with fuel. Mr. Shaw even showed us how to set up our iphones with the bluetooth in the truck. Horrible ServiceLast week my wife scheduled and brought our 2013 Toyota highlander in for its first 5000 mile check up. From my experience with purchasing my Highlander I had no doubts that my car would be in the right hands with Cobb County Toyota, I was sadly mistaken. My wife who is 8 months pregnant brought in our car, her service writer on this visit was Zach Claybrooks. My wife informed Mr. Claybrooks that she only wanted an ASE certified mechanic to work on our car. ASE stands for Automotive Service Excellence, people with these certifications are highly trained and can be trusted with their knowledge and integrity to do the job right. After servicing our Highlander I spoke with Mr. Claybrooks on the phone and asked him to make sure during the process of rotating my tires that nothing was scratched or damaged since my wife couldnt bend over to inspect herself. I was told that everything went well and to bring the car in again for its 10,000 mile service. Once I arrived home from work later that day I noticed getting out of my car that one of my wheels were scratched, this was very obvious. When I started looking further All of my wheels were damaged badly and looked like someone blatantly did the damage. It looked like a Nascar pit crew had put my wheels on. Not only were my all of my wheels scratched and damaged, but there was also grease on the door and floor mat. I brought my car in the next day and spoke with Mr. Claybrooks about the damage. Jimmy Smith who is the assistant service manager informed me to drive the car in for inspection. Once inside they evaluated the obvious damage to my Highlander. Mr. Smith informed me that I would have to come back and speak with Dennis Zullo to approve replacing my wheels. Mr. Smith was not Customer friendly and was very rude and disrespectful to me. I asked Mr. Smith to document the damage so I had it on paper when I returned, I was told I cant do that. When asked again Mr. Smith seemed like I was more of a nuisance than a customer and begun writing down on the back of a business card about my visit, not at all professional. Finally Zach Helped with writing an invoice to show I was In the service department and printed an invoice for me to return. Today I called and contacted Dennis Zullo Service manager to properly assess this situation and get this resolved. Mr. Zullos only option was for me to set up an appt. with a wheel doctor to look at and fix my wheels. I informed Mr. Zullo that this to me was not an acceptable way to repair my wheels and that I wanted them to be replaced. Once again I was met with a negative attitude and complete disrespect about my situation. I informed Mr. Zullo that I dindt want someone to sand and paint my wheels to fix them which in turn ruins the integrity and balance of my wheels, but he insisted that was all he could do to help me. On Cobb County Toyotas service web site it states, We have an outstanding reputation in customer satisfaction as an 18 time Toyota Presidents Award Recipient. This prestigious award is only offered to dealers that maintain the highest levels of customer service. As it stands I wouldnt bring my car to have any service performed at this location because of the bad Customer Service and damage of my $40,000 vehicle. Mr. Zullo did contact me back and informed me that after thinking about this situation he wanted to go ahead with sending me new wheels for my vehicle. He also explained that no ASE certified technician touched my car and that the protective sockets used to do wheel rotations were all broken. For such high qualifications and awards you would think the customer would be taking care of and technicians supplied with the right tools to work on these vehicles. I had to take off two days of work and talk to 3 different people before finally getting this resolved, not to mention having to get my car detailed to remove grease. Even though the problem is fixed I wouldnt recommend anyone to ever have service done at Cobb County Toyota. Sincerely James Miller

Our experience at Cobb County Toyota was excellent in every respect. Every employee we encountered was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We received exceptional service from salesperson Greg Munroe who took us through the car's features, answered all our questions and handled all the paperwork with speed and efficiency. George Rollins oversaw the sale from start to finish in a most professional manner. We would highly recommend this dealership.

Great New Car Experience: Top Shelf Dealership! Not sure what the negative reviews on line are all about. Went to dealership to purchase 2014 Tacoma. Filled out paperwork and completed transaction.Took it home that afternoon and realize that seats were uncomfortable as they had limited controls for the model purchased. Went back to dealership two days later and spoke with manager Rob Smith. In doing so, met dealership comptroller and told them my situation. As they were unable to retrofit seat, they agreed to take it back. Keep in mind that I already signed paper work and drove a hundred miles or so. What dealership does that! What a resolution to my problem! People always make service promises but when it comes to actually doing something, no so much. Great experience. I strongly endorse manager Rob Smith and his team for making me a true believer in " service after the sale." By the way, just returned for a purchase of a 4runner.Sweet deal all around! I would put down my personal email for reference but the bloggers would spam me. Just go and talk with Rob about your next car purchase! You will be pleasantly surprise with his team of seasoned professionals. KM

This was a great buying experience. I was given a good price on the vehicle and the buying process was easy including the financing. There was no trickery involved. I also enjoyed the Starbucks coffee that the dealership provided. I will definitely buy from this dealership again in the future.

Really liked sales person Grant. Took my older brother to get a new car. We went to 3 other dealers and did not like any of them. At one ford dealer my brother decided to purchase a ford because of price but really dis- liked the finance dept. I tricked the finance dude into thinking it would take another day for credit union finance so I could get my brother to toyota dealer which is a better car. The L was really the only one he could afford. I called ahead and told grant that my brother did not like the process and was very pleased with the way Grant handled us. While the finance dept. Is no fun they did match his credit union so we let them have his bussiness. Over all I really liked the dealer. But please be smart when buying. Take time to check out different dealer sights and sights like truecar and consumer reports. And always remember to put your smart phone on airplane mode and turn the recorder on. Why, because buying a car is hard, you will talk about different models, trade-in, and financing. This way u can go back and listen to what the sales person said to clear up any questions. And the way the dealer shows you the numbers is ment to confuse you. So you need to ask them what the car will cost alone. They will try to tell you what the drive out price is. Tell them they need to give you a break down of what each item cost! I think that this is one of the good dealers as long as you have done your home work. Good luck!

From the sales team to the financial guy that we dealt with everyone was extremely helpful. It was not a long drawn out experience which is usually the worst part of buying a vehicle. They were efficient in everything that had to be handled. I was also shown different features in my new car. Merrick also programmed my blue tooth and took the time to answer any and all questions that I threw at him.Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car new or used. Truly AWESOME!!!

Jonah Amlett was great to work with. We'd spoken with him over the phone and he had stayed in touch, keeping us informed of the arrival of a new 2014 Toyota Highlander Limited. When we went to the dealership, he had the vehicle out front and warmed up (it was a very cold day!). He was very helpful and informative, and at no time of the process did we feel pressured or uncertain of the purchase experience. The appraisal of our trade-in was done in a very timely manner and we were offered a very fair price. When time came for our information to be turned over to the "the finance guy", we mentioned to Jonah in previous car buying experiences, we'd been left to sit for unreasonable amounts of time, waiting on that process. He did not let that happen this time. Our purchase information was turned over to Jason Wade, and the financing process was handled very efficiently and quickly. Jason thoroughly explained several finance options, and provided helpful information regarding each of them.Through the years, we've purchased several vehicles through Cobb County Toyota, with good success. Other than driving off in a new vehicle, the process of purchasing a new vehicle is usually not at the top of anyone's list. Jonah and Jason made this a pleasant experience and we left feeling great about the new Highlander and the purchase experience. We would highly recommend both of them and Cobb County Toyota dealership.

When in for a $299 dollar timing belt, then they called and said we need a $400 water pump, then they said the radiator lower pan had come apart from the radiator and that would be another $700 to fix (400 parts and 300 labor) but Oh to be helpful they had checked with the local radiator shop and theirs was going to cost $350!) pick-up the truck and pulled the radiator and took it to the local radiator repair shop (same one they checked with), turns out the drain plug had been loosened, radiator was fine and the shop would have only charged $140 for a new one. Now I wonder it I needed the water pump!

Very pleased!! A few months ago me and my wife decided to buy our first new car. In the past we have both bought cars from pushy negative car dealers that only seemed to want to sell a car instead of listen to our needs. Since we have 4 children we needed a car that was safe, dependable, and would also be reliable throughout the years. After deciding on a car that would fit our needs we went up to Cobb County Toyota to look for the Toyota Highlander that we had researched. Once on the lot we didnt know what to expect from Sales members on their staff, or if this negative car experience would continue. Our sales person for this visit was Beau Stacy. Mr. Stacy was very friendly and professional as he showed us the cars we had in mind. After test driving a few Highlanders we couldnt find the particular one that we wanted and left for the day. I contacted Mr. Stacy a few days later to see if any other cars were available that had the specifications I wanted, unfortunately there was not one on the lot. I thanked Mr. Stacy for his time and decided to keep looking. A day later I received a call from Beau stating that he had found a few more that were within my specs. and pricing. Once back on the lot I went to Mr. Stacys office to find very neat and organized paper work on his deck that was set aside for our car. Mr. Stacy was very patient with me as I test drove 2 Highlanders, and finally deciding on the one that was perfect for my family. Mr. Stacy worked with us for hours until finally deciding on a price. Once all paper work was signed and we were leaving Mr. Stacy walked us out to our new car and showed my wife the workings of the Highlander. Mr. Stacy showed extreme patience and impressive knowledge on the workings of the system and was very helpful in answering any other questions we had about the car. I highly recommend Mr. Stacy and look forward to a long association with Cobb County Toyota. -James Miller

After I received a quote to buy a truck from these guys, I questioned the great amount they were going to give me for my trade in. I was told "we stick by our word". After waiting for 45 minutes to get the deal going I was told the manger had made a mistake and had given me a quote for a higher grade vehicle. I figured they would rearrange the numbers and give me another quote but was told "it's ok we may take a loss but we stick buy our word". So I took my time and filled out all the paperwork and had the deal ready to go. The kicker was, they had made the quote without seeing my truck. I had been honest and told them it wasn't perfect cosmetically and they assured me unless it was a beater work truck they would "stick by their word". So of course when I bring my truck in the next day for the trade I can already tell they've changed their mind. It was somewhat embarrassing to have a bunch of guys critiquing every ding and dent with sour looks on their faces. I kinda like my truck and wasn't even gonna do the deal initially until they assured me I was getting the deal of deals. After multiple wasted hours the very same manager that I was assured would stick by the deal comes in and tells me he's made a business decision and lo and behold "will not stick by the deal". SURPRISE SURPRISE. Not really sure why I expected them to keep their word, after all it is a car dealership. My main complaint is I asked multiple times if they were sure they wouldn't like to bow out and they didn't multiple items and so in the end my limited free time was sorely wasted and I was made to feel like I hadn't been honest about my truck with them. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN

Jeff was extremely professional and friendly. We purchased an FJ Cruiser that afternoon though we had no idea in the morning we were even going to look at cars - He made it that easy. My husband and I had spoken with a different representative about a month ealier, and while he was a very nice and professional salesman, he didn't know anything about the FJ Cruiser which made it very uncomfortable to continue looking with him. Jeff did not try to push anything on us that we didn't want. He was a great listener and, very helpful. He was also quite knowledgable about the truck and was diligent in finding out what he didn't know when faced with a question he couldn't answer. My experience with Cobb County Toyota was nothing short of outstanding, from the moment I met them on the internet. I had visited several dealerships internet sites looking for a new Sequoia. Cobb County Toyotas internet site was by far the friendliest with the least amount of hype and small-print-type stuff that makes it hard to know what deal you actually are getting. The price was right there, but then, what they said on the internet was exactly what they said on the phone and was exactly what they did in person at the dealership! When they followed up my e-mail inquiry with phone calls, I was so comfortable with the phone conversations with Merrick I actually got in my 05 Sequoia and drove from Florida to Cobb County Toyota to purchase my new 2013 Sequoia. Cobb County Toyotas staff did not disappoint and Rob was extremely considerate, polite and professional. I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop: some type of switch, something not to be as represented, but every detail was as they had represented it; VIN number the same, all the extras promised, no hidden fees, etc. They went beyond what was expected and even included a few extras that were not promised like a full tank of gas and floor mats! I was just so pleased in every way. I love the vehicle I purchased and so appreciated the fair price they gave me for my trade. Every Toyota dealership in the Southeast region should take lessons on honesty and truthful customer service from this dealership. Cobb County Toyota is Five Star all the way: outstanding facility, selection, staff, I just cant say enough good things about this dealership.

The experience with Cobb County Toyota was very bad, but it was not because of Kent Givens. Kent was professional, courteous and helpful at every turn. Our problems came with the management at the dealership in general. We worked with Kent over the phone on a purchase because we were over 50 miles away and we didn't want to come across town unless we were sure we were going to buy the specific used Honda we had found. We came to an agreement and we left to cross town to meet Kent at the dealership. It was Kent's day off and he was going to come in just for us to do the deal. He talked to his GM before we left who told him he'd get the vehicle cleaned up for our arrival. Upon us just getting across town, Kent called us on our cell and told us they had sold that vehicle and just told him when he arrived at the dealership. It doesn't seem like Cobb County Toyota cares much about it's customers or employees if something like that is allowed to happen.

My experience at Cobb County Toyota was exceptional! No one enjoys car shopping, most people feel like they have to be on guard and untrusting of car salesmen. My guard was up, but quickly came down after meeting and working with Grant. He was personable, friendly and kind. His primary goal was to give me great customer service and get me the car that I wanted. I did not purchase a Toyota, but an Infiniti FX that I got for a steal in my opinion! There are no dealer fees at Cobb County Toyota so that is a plus. Financing was relatively painless and easy, I didn't feel pressured to add things I didn't need. Grant took the time out to go over all the in's and out's of the car before I drove off the lot and that was extremely helpful. I will recommend this dealership any day, but if you go ask for Grant Guzowski. You won't be disappointed.

I recently had my worst ever service experience and still, no Cobb County Toyota representative has contacted me. I guess customer satisfaction or retention is not part of their business model.1. I left my car after hours Wednesday night, 3/27/13, asking for a call back and 3 services: check for a burning smell from a possible oil leak, an oil change, and rotate my tires.2. At 5:45pm Thursday I called, to find out that no one had worked on it.3. The impatient service attendant did not listen to me on the phone or in person when I arrived an hour later to pick up the car after he said the service would be done by 6:55pm for free.4. The service turned out to only be the oil change and he insisted that he never said that he would check for the oil leak.5. He continued to make multiple wrong assumptions, yell at me, embarrass and intimidate me in front of other employees and customers. Ending with his repeated demand for me to call his service manager.6. This is the kind of bullying that people are arrested for.7. He sent a text to his service manager and talked to him on the phone while I was standing there waiting for my still unfinished car. That service manager has still not contacted me. I guess one dissatisfied customer doesnt really matter.8. When I got the car, there was a ratchet left on the engine, the oil was overfilled and a puddle of oil was on the bracket below the filter increasing the burning oil smell.9. I found the reason for the burning smell. There was a leak in the oil pan.10. So the free oil change should never have been done and had to be re-done when the leaky gaskets were finally replaced by another service department.Considering the number of Toyotas that my family has purchased and had serviced at Cobb County Toyota, I am surprised at the way it is being run today. I hope they continue to employ that attendant and service manager that care so little for their customers. Their behavior will continue to run off customers.

If you are looking for an honest and easy to deal with dealership, look no further. From the time I called about my vehicle until exiting finance it was a great experience. Jeff Granger is a professional sales person who will make sure you get the right vehicle and patient with you while you decide. The manager Rob also was very easy going and worked with me to get the perfect vehicle. If you want the best deal and want to feel like you are family, go see Cobb County Toyota and ask for Jeff!

All my questions were answered; once I got someone's attention, the red carpet rolled out; everyone was accommodating in all ways; the tradein and new car deals were wonderful. The location is close to my job, and I feel confident that service will be as good as the sales. I haven't done it yet, but I was encouraged to call (each employee said this) any time with any questions or problems. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I had a great experience here. My sales rep, Tony Cloud, went beyond what was expected. He was so kind and helpful and did not pressure me. I was all alone, so he even followed me home with my new car since I was still drving my old car. He even helped me contact my insurance and get that al changed before I left the dealership. He helped me with everything and made me feel comfortable. I could not have asked for better service. I was very apprehensive buying a car all by myself, but he made it so easy.

William is very helpful and polite, and I like the no nonsense approach that the dealership uses. Although the process can be slow, I don't feel like they are wasting my time with unnecessary steps. Fair prices, good selection and friendly staff. William, Jonah, Jason and everyone else I have dealt with are always courteous, polite, and professional. Same goes for Taylor, Shawn, Dennis, and the checkout ladies in service.

Was told by salesman Grant that we should have no prob. getting the car we wanted after going through application process. After waiting for 3 days , he told us we didn't qualify, although we've had no problems qualifying for the previous cars we've bought recently through Toyota. We went to Atlanta Toyota, got the same car at a MUCH better rate (and lower price!) and were instantly qualified. Bad overall experience with this dealership, cannot recommend dishonest salesperson/finance department, will not go back to this dealership for any reason.

Kent and Hamilton were patient and considerate to our needs and wants. They listened to us instead of trying to push something off onto us and went the extra miles to get us a deal we would be happy with and could afford. I laughingly called Kent superman, but no doubt, he gave us a "superman" of a deal. Hamilton made the signing of the paperwork easy, fast and we left with more information than we have gotten at any dealership. I would buy again from any dealership that had Hamilton working for them. Thank you Kent, and Hamilton.

Yes, I would definitely recommend Cobb County Toyota to anyone. I was looking for a 2012 red Camry or Sonata with Navigation, sun roof and leather seats with a good price package. I started with Cobb County Toyota and met with Jonah Amlett who showed me a red Camry. I wanted to look around and get the best deal available since this is December and all dealers are trying to get the 2012 cars off the lot to make room for the 2013s. I then looked at the Hyundai Sonatas which were comparable to the Camrys. The salesman at the dealership next door was very helpful, but they only had the new 2013 Sonatas and required $4500. down. I shopped around and then met with the auto representative at my educators' credit union. He called Sandy Springs Toyota and arranged a great deal - but they would have to find the red Camry I wanted at another dealership. I was now satisfied that Cobb County Toyota had the red Camry for me. I walked right in and asked for Jonah and told them I wanted a red Toyota Camry with Navigation, sun roof, and leather seats. As Jonah wasn't there, Todd Knight finished the deal. The best thing about Cobb County Toyota is they did not try to pressure me into excessive fees and add-ons. Todd was very helpful in connecting my new Camry's BlueTooth phone with my smartphone. What an awesome feature! I now have a beautiful red Camry at an unbelievable price! I am totally happy!!Donna GreenKennesaw, GA

Mr. Hinton bent over backwards to help me. He gave me the "bottom line" right away so we didn't have to spend lots of time negotiating. Then we test drove a 2013 Camry and showed me all the accessories. He was able to give me a generous trade-in value on my old car. He was very professional, yet down to earth. I was extremely satisfied with my sales experience, as this is the first time I have every purchased a new car, and I'm 56! As as single woman I felt very respected and honestly treated. I have already started recommending him and Toyota of Cobb County to my friends. Cathy Rockoff

Customer Service From the time we stepped out of the car, we were cordially greeted. We were asked if someone was helping us several times during our visit. This was not the typical ask if you are being helped then follow you around and begin trying to sell you whatever is in the direction that your gaze rests for more than 5 seconds, it was a genuine question. We were informed about the new customer lounge, which is a great facility with comfortable chairs, plenty of magazines, and television outlets. The new customer lounge definitely shows a deep commitment to customer satisfaction. Kudos!!! Ham was an excellent business manager. He thoroughly explains the financing options, complete with pros and cons. It was not the typical dreaded second room experience where you are scared into getting the most expensive protection, complete with rust-proofing etc. He was simply a deliverer of facts, and then advised you on those facts.Quality of WorkThe paper work was filled out accurately and timely. Ham was an excellent business manager. He thoroughly explains the financing options, complete with pros and cons. It was not the typical dreaded second room experience where you are scared into getting the most expensive protection, complete with rust-proofing etc. He was simply a deliverer of facts, and then advised you on those facts. The sales associate took time to walk us through every feature of the vehicle, and even paired our smartphone with the navigation system. He was attentive, straight forward, and every word he said on the phone was the same thing he said and delivered on when we arrived at the dealership, some 110 miles from our home. We are repeat buyers, and have learned that when you find great service, it's worth the drive and the time. Brad is the best salesperson we have ever dealt with. FriendlinessIt was a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We were offered refreshments over and over again. Brad and Ham were very funny and displayed a very professional, and at the same time comical and funny relationship. It was entertaining to watch. Overall ExperienceOverall it was an excellent experience. If car buying were free, I would frequent this establishment quite regularly.PriceWe got an exceptional offer on our trade over the phone, which was exactly what we got at the dealership, it was not the bait and switch tactic that I have experienced in the past. The price for the new vehicle was also exceptional, which was another big reason we chose to drive 110 miles to purchase our vehicle from Cobb County Toyota. Keep doing what you are doing, and I'll be back again, and I am sure to share my experience at your establishment with friends and family.Thank YouThe Jackson Family

I recently bought a fully loaded limited 4runner from these guys. I enjoyed working with Marcus and thats why I bought from them. At the end of the day, they can all give you the same deal. While in cleanup they noticed damage on the car but didnt tell me until after the fact. Yes, they admitted they knew but decided against telling me. I come back the next day to have the salesperson explain to my wife how everything worked when they told me. George and Joel tell me that they will make it right. I'm extremely hesitant because it looks like they will have to paint two panels to fix it. I didnt want a brand new car that had paint work on it. George and Joel tell me their paint experts will both be in on Thursday and to bring the car back to see what my options are. When I come back Thursday only to find out they are going to have to paint the car. I tell them that I dont want the car and George has the nerve to tell me if I would have said that on Saturday they would have swapped out the car no questions. I only get more upset because I only agreed to drive it off on Saturday because they asked me to bring it back because they wanted to make it right. So now I have a car with 150 miles that will forever show that it's been painted and will be worth less. I'm really not sure how Joel sleeps at night as dishonest and unethical as he is. I also think its pretty apparent there is something they know is wrong because they won't give me an escalation point or a district manager. I've never had a situation where you've asked for a manage and they won't give you one. There are too many Toyota dealerships around to deal with these guys. Would NEVER recommend them. After the sales guy made a mistake and submitted the wrong driver's license number to the DMV it took me 8 MONTHS to get my license plate. I had to call constantly and received the run around - they even tried to blame the mistake on the DMV when I SAW the sales guy put it in wrong. I corrected him but some how the mistake made it through to the DMV anyway (I think the sales guy was pissed off that I wouldn't buy the full insurance). After numerous phone calls, three trips to my local DMV, and three trips to the police department I had to pay again for another license plate. On top of that I'm now being harrased by the sales manager (Rob, i think) about returning a license plate they loaned me. He started hastleing me for it back before I even got my license plate. They've never once apologized or taken responsiblity for this mess. All I've recieved is harrasment and impatience when I called about my license plate - the one I PAID them to take care of. After all I went through now they are harrasing me over their license plate. What ever you do - DO NOT LET THEM DO YOU A FAVOR!!!! If they are this difficult and incompetenet over something as small as taking care of a license plate I'm terrified to have to deal with them when something goes wrong with the car!!!!

Years ago I bought my Toyota at Cobb CO. Toyota. After numerous problems with the car I finally took delivery. This car has only been serviced at Cobb Co. Toyota but I will no longer do so because things have changed. Twice now my car has come out of service with damage, not major damage but things that shouldn't have happened. Neither J.C. Cooper nor the Service Manager, Dennis Zullo, care about the customers. They ignored 2 certified letters, 3 phone calls, and Zullo only lowered himself to speak to me when I came in and personally showed him the damage. Services I requested and was willing to pay for do not get done, the quotes they give me are not honored, and their attitude is such that it is obvious they couldn't care less. It is really a stark change. The girls at the payment window are great. I pity them that they work with the service dept. Save yourself the trouble and hassle and go elsewhere.

I bought my new Toyota at Marietta Toyota because of the high pressure sales person at Cobb County Toyota. I live in Kennesaw so I took it to Cobb County for a warranty repair. It took them 2 weeks and the 6 week old vehicle was very dirty coming back to me. they do not use seat covers so dirt and grease was on my seats, head liner, dash and steering wheel. I contacted Dennis Zullo the service manager but he refused to speak with me on the matter. my service advisor told me that seat covers were not in their budget and that had brought them the car dirty.Well I have learned my lesson and will never go back to Cobb County Toyota

I took my brand new $35,000 dollar 4x4 Tacoma truck for its first oil change and when I picked it up, oil had been tracked into the truck. I took it back for the second oil change, to have the a/c fan motor replaced at 9,260 miles, and have my driver seat repaired that was wearing (area under my right leg which should not be wearing). The service manager (Dennis Zullo) said the seat "wearing" was due to someone harshly cleaning the seat. I have never had anything but water in the truck which I have never spilled. The seat started showing the fuzzy wearing after I had the first oil change at Cobb County Toyota. The service manager (Dennis Zullo) accusing me of harshly cleaning the seat is an absolute insult considering I told him honestly that I had not. I like my truck, but now despise Cobb County Toyota service department. Marietta Toyota is a longer drive for me, but hopefully at least their service department treats people with respect.

For nearly a month I had been working with a salesman to purchase my 2012 Silver Metallic SE Camry. Color and option package were important to me. The first car the general sales manager,Rob Smith attempted to sell me was a used 2011 white XLE. The following day I received 6 phone calls in the span of 7 hours (while I was working) informing me that a silver, base model SE was being delivered "in a couple of days" and if I wanted an opportunity to purchase I would need to "sign papers so it would not be wholesaled out".Due to the high pressure tactics,I declined on this unseen vehicle opportunity. Four days later, my salesman sent a test message to inform me that a silver 2012 Camry with the option package I desired was on the lot was going to be available in the price range that I was comfortable with (as I already had my financing secured).I immediately contacted him and scheduled an appointment for the next day and contacted him 2 more times before arriving to the dealership. I was left waiting for 30 minutes only to be told by Rob Smith that "We sold that car last night." Disgusted at having my time wasted,I was also told that he was "trying to help me" and had another WHITE Camry brought to the showroom door. A printout was offered showing a silver Camry that was to be delivered in the upcoming week. Having had enough, I went to MARIETTA TOYOTA and within 72 hours brought my new silver, Camry SE with options home! I have a teenage daughter that will be driving soon and I can assured you that she will drive past Cobb County Toyota to MARIETTA Toyota to be treated with professionalism, respect and courtesy when she chooses her Toyota!

Every time I take my car to this place they tell me something is "major" wrong with my car, for example this time I was quoted 991.91 + 712.67 (power steering leak and axle problem), in December I paid near $1000 for "3 oil leaks", hmmm. WTH - My car is a 2007 Camry - I'm suspicious, and bottom lock, no one seems to care or be able to help me. Also, the 800 is no better. I am 100% certain that I will never buy a toyota again. I don't know much about cars but I know a 2007 Camry should not be having these expensive repairs.

My husband told the sales person (whom we bought our last vehicle from)that we were in no hurry to buy and if it wasn't going to be the exact Nav system he would wait until they had a vehicle in stock with that same Nav system/Backup Camera. The system installed looked CHEAP to say the least, at times everything was reversed images in the camera that was mounted to the tag (not in the handle of the truck bed handle as promised). The bluetooth originally in the truck no longer worked, because the people who installed the cheap version of a GPS/Nav couldn't get it to work so they installed a mic glued to the windshield in the top left corner. This fell off within a day. Cobb County Toyota had us bring the truck back and have that system taken out shortly after installing it because they did not want to have to pay for that system and the invoice was due. This was at least 8 months ago. At this time we were told they would just order us a new truck with all the options we wanted from the factory (then the earthquake hit!). They have changed their tune on this story since then as well. We are being told now that the 2012 Tundras will have a system that will be available after the sell of a vehicle to be installed at dealerships (so they are waiting on these to come out!). Nobody in sales/general mgr ext ever even bothers to call us and give us an update. They wait for us to call them to get some sort of explanation...when we are way beyond mad at the poor communications! This will definitely be the LAST vehicle purchased at this facility! Hope this helps someone from making the same mistake...picking COBB COUNTY TOYOTA!!!

The reason for such a high rating is because I was greeted by three very pleasant gentlemen. All three were very eager to please me and see that I received excellent service. All three oif them were very professional. They answered all my questions. The entire car buying process was very speedy and very comfortable! I am extremely pleased with my salesman. Jonah knew all about the 2012 Camry I bought. He also synced my cell phone with the car. Jonah went over all the controls & made sure I was comfortable using all of the controls and features. This was by far the best experience I have ever had out of buying 9 brand new cars! Thank you so much! I love the car!!

I had purchased a 2005 Highlander from Cobb County Toyota and always brought it there for service. I was always impressed with the people at the dealership and knew I'd buy my next car from them. I had looked at the Prius a few times and did some research on the internet. The car sells itself. Kapelton did a great job explainig the car to me and did everything I asked on options. I hope he is there the next time I need to buy a car!!! The Prius is wonderful and I tell everyone I know how much I love it.

We have been servicing both our Toyota's with Cobb County Toyota, and we reside in the same area. So, when we looking for our new car, the dealer gave us that special consideration. On the whole, we had a superlative experience. The sales team, with Tony Cloud was understanding of our requirements, and gave us the best possible deal. Also, we did a detailed market survey of several other brands. And, we found that Toyota gave the best bang for your buck.

Capelton, Rob and Greg were excellent to work with. They were very professional and made my wife and I feel comfortable in purchasing a vehicle with them. Their sales methods were not confrontational nor overbearing, but very relaxed and amiable. Personally, I do not like going through the car buying process, but I found this experience to much more relaxed and enjoyable. I will come to this crew first for my next vehicle purchase and I will feel very confident in recommending them to anyone I know in the market for a car. I wish them the best! God bless!

I guess this dealership really needs to have two separate reviews: one for the sales side and one for the service, or "after the sale" experience. Our salesperson, Brad Megehrl, was great and that portion of our interaction was very good. EVERYTHING after the sale was terrible. One of the principal reasons we bought a $43,000 4Runner was because it had a hands free phone option. It has never worked. The sound quality is so bad that noone can undersdtand what you're saying, even if you lean over and yell at the microphone by the rear view mirror as they suggested. (Could be a safety issue, huh?)They fiddled with it breifly and then they, AND Toyota said, "That's the way it's designed-tough luck!" THEN we took it in for an oil change and tire rotation. They changed the oil but did not rotate the tires, (I know becuase one tire was missing a valve cap when we took it in and the same tire was still missing it when it came out.) They refused to take the car back in and complete the service right away and they refused to give me my money back. They said that my only option was to get back in a long line and wait. So, I charged them back on my credit card for the service that they did not do. Now we are blacklisted and have been told that we are not welcome there. Even for Toyota safety recalls, they refuse to work on our car. I've written (nice) letters to them and to Toyota USA and have never received a repsonse. My take away: BUY AMERICAN !!!!!

I originally talked to Todd about a Tacoma Double Cab a couple of weeks earlier, but you didn't have what I was looking for. I found what I wanted at Marietta Toyota, but we couldn't agree on a price. My original idea was to buy the double cab and then sell my regular cab for about $5500. Then I realized I could get a Camry for about six thousand less than a new Tacoma, and just keep my little truck since its paid for and is still in good shape. I found a hot on the lot Camry at Nalley in Roswell, but I didn't really like the black color, so I went back to see Todd. He wasn't working that day, but his partner Eddie Thornton was able to make me a great deal on a much better equipped Camry in a color that I liked for about the same price. He even took the time to mate my cell phone to the bluetooth in the car for me, which I greatly appreciated. It probably would have taken me hours to figure out how to do it by myself. This is my third purchase from Cobb County Toyota, and if I live long enough to wear one of my vehicles out, I'll be back for a replacement. All in all I rate my purchasing experience as excellent, and I will recommend your dealership, and both Todd or Eddie, to friends and family. Thanks for a surprisingly pleasant and painless buying experience.

The salesman told me that I was purchasing a car that was Toyota Certified. After a 8 months I found there was body damage to the car. I called the dealership where Jonah told me that it was toyota certified. When I went in to have them inspect it the manager said it was not. I went back to Jonah and he said no it was and he told me it was. When the manager said it was Toyota Gold certified and not just Toyota Certified, Jonah said oh well I was new and did not know the difference. HUGE MISTAKE!! VERY DIFFERENT THINGS! I did not know this. I was assured they where the same. When I asked him to please make amends they only offered to buy back my car for a low price or sell me a new car. I said I just want you to make this right as now I have a vehicle with an accident and I didnt know about it as it is not on the car fax. And they did not disclose that to me when i purchased the car. The manager took Jonah away, and when they came back I asked them to admit that they had just made a mistake and they refused. Saying they "didn't recall any such conversation." My father was there and can be a witness. Jonah said several times, I thought it was certified and I told her it was and then later came back and said he didn't remember saying this just 20 minutes earlier. They now refuse to do anything to help me. PLEASE HELP!! I just want this issue resolved and this is terrible business practice. When I asked again for them to admit they made a mistake, the manager said, "we don't admit to making mistakes." I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission and Toyota. I understand that I got a deal on this car. I love my car, but I have found out this information that changes the situation.

Jonah Amlett, greeted us (in the darkness) in the lot, as we shopped vehicles and stickers. He was gracious with his time, very personable, attentive and observant.I was a "repeat customer" since this was my 3rd purchase at Cobb County Toyota. I felt very welcome, and appreciated, valued. He was kind and I feel like he realized I was a serious buyer, and without undue pressure, he responded to my requests and "heard" my desires, and accommodated me. It was late, past time to go home probably, and he never showed me that he needed to be elsewhere. When I asked if Joel was still with them, I was happy to hear that yes, Joel was actually my sales manager that night. The previous 2 times I had bought there, Joel was my financial contact, but he has since, been promoted. Joel has always been kind, and professional. Jonah told me that Joel recognized my name immediately, as a repeat customer. When all was said and done, Joel said "see you next time." And he is right. When the time comes to buy again, I will seek out both Joel and Jonah. I love Toyota, and driven Toyota since 1993. This is my 9th Toyota purchase. I've been purchasing cars since 1968, so I know when I've been treated fairly, and gotten a fair price on my purchase. We were there for 4 hours, but it only seemed like 2. The salesman was fantastic. Very friendly and personable. We talked about everything - sports, life experiences, where we were from, etc.(including the SUV I purchased). I didn't have to do any haggling with price (the worst part of buying a car). When I went to the finance person, he just gave us the forms to sign and we were gone. No trying to sell any other items or adjust the price I had agreed on. The whole experience was GREAT !!

Hamilton Chan was easy to work with and helped ease us through the process. Both were terrific. I was also able to spend some personal time with both Sales Managers a found they were great Car guys. I would recommend Cobb County Toyota to everyone! I have been doing busines with the service department there for over 10 years and they are the best. I can always count on them to take care of whatever my 2000 Camry needs and they always do it right the first time. I needed to buy a second car and since my expeience with the service department at Cobb County Toyota was so great I decided I would give sales a try. I called and asked to speak to a salesman and I was very fortunate because a gentleman named Eddie Thornton answered the phone. Eddie made my shopping and purchasing experience outstanding. I cannot say enough good things about this man! His interest was all about finding the car I needed and wanted. It did not take me long to realize I was dealing with a very ethical man who truly wanted to help me. Eddie Thornton does business the way all business should be done. He was very professional, but also very personable. He answered every question, demonstrated all the wonderful features of my new Toyota Corolla and even called me today to be sure I still loved the car as much as when I left the lot with it. The quality of the toyota tundras is horrible! My power steering pump went out after only 32,048 miles. Everyone I have talked to said that it should be part of the engine warranty, but cobb county toyota not only said that it wasn't, they did it in such a rude manner, I was shocked to be talked to that way. I would never buy a toyota again! The quality and service is like nothing I have ever had to deal with. I even called toyota's headquarters in california and they said it was a dealership problem and they would not do anything to help me. They did not even apologize for the way I was talked too. Every month that I make my car payment, it makes me sick to my stomach that I give my hard earned money to this horrible company! I wish there was more I could do to make them suffer the way that I have. Made a deal with the sales manager (Rob) over the phone. Came in that night to get the car. Figures on paperwork were all wrong. After arguing with me about them for a while, he gave in. 1 hour later he calls me and my wife over to his "super secret magical counter" to tell me that the numbers don't work, the deal can't be done, and literally told us "I didn't want to do this deal anyway, so y'all can just go home". Later it was admitted by the general manager that the sales manager (Rob) had made a mistake when accepting my offer, and they just couldn't make it happen. To make a very long story short, a lot of time was wasted, there was a huge heated argument in the dealership showroom, and everybody left upset. Between my wife and I, and our immediate family, 4 cars have been purchased from this dealership in the last 5 years. The sales manager was rude and very disrespectful and never again will I or any of our family members visit Cobb County Toyota (all because of the sales manager Rob).

Went in for my 5k mile service. Tech spilt oil all down the front of my engine & did not fill to the correct level. Also the blower fan for the a/c & heater was making a scrubbing sound. I made sure it was not debies. When my truck was returned from service the underwriter said it was debrie and it was no longer making the noise, I new this could not be true so I had the underwriter walk with me to my truck & sure enough it was still making the sound. When I asked how long will it take them to repair it he said 2-3 hour. I asked why because it is held on by just 3 screws & 2 wire connections. His reply was because all the service tech went to lunch. So after going home without getting the repairs, I call another dealership about scheduling to get this fan blower replaced. This dealer adviced me that on my model truck there is a Service Alert Warning about the blowers being bad & I am now waiting for the part to come in. I will never go back to Cobb County Toyota. I bought my truck from them & they said it would come with a full tank of gas when I bought it but they only filled it up half-way. I told the saleman Greg Roy but he didn't show any consern. I also let Toyota know about this on my surveys but no responds.

We then left to check out other nearby dealers and found that Toyota was most likely going to have the better deals so we came back and when into their display room where someone was assigned to us. The gentleman then walked us to the lot and then switched off with another sales guy who ended up helping us for the rest of the evening. Our sales guys was very friendly, outgoing, and pretty nice which is something great b/c I was dreading a pushy sales guy. We then took the car to test drive it and I loved it. We then went back in and started the process. We ended up getting the extended warranty, and at the end if we don't use it we'll lose $50 but that's up to you; I just wanted the peace of mind. And our financial guy was nice, but talked too fast, and then when we asked him to slow down he did. He was pretty good at explaining the details. But our sales guy was awesome. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

This was a very pleasant car buying experience for all involved because Brad and Hamilton were both very easy going and we didn't feel like we were under high pressure. Thanks! It was good to work with Brad Magirl again. We bought a car from him 5 years ago.

Other members of my family have bought Toyota vehicles from this dealsership and now I understand why. Grant was there as soon as I arrived to greet me without seeming pushy. He listened to my wants and needs and showed me what was available. At no time did he pressure me to buy which was very comforting. Right before I left he did a search to see if there were any deals to take advantage. That was when he found the car that I would eventually buy.I left the dealership to go visit other places but no other place could match the car he found and the respect he showed. Later that night I came back and bought the car. During the process of filing paperwork everyone was nice and did not complain at all about working past closing. They treated me like a person instead of a task to be accomplished. They offered water and a place to relax while everything was being handled. At no time was I rushed during my entire visit.I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.

We initially were just fact finding and had not intended to purchase at this time. Our time was not wasted with a lot of uncessary information. All of our questions were promptly answered. We did not feel "pushed". It would have been nice to have the extended warranty information available prior to talking with the F&I manager. Our overall experience was very good. Please note that our son was previously employeed with Carl Black.

I have to be honest here... I almost did not give this dealer a chance, simply based on the few extremely negative reviews that I found on some review sites. However, I am very glad that I did, because my experience was great. Kent was very friendly, willing to work with us, and I was in-and-out in a few hours with the exact vehicle that I wanted. I lucked out b/c it was the last one in GA in that color and options config! I leased my vehicle and ended up with a stellar price on a 2010 year-end close out model with bumped up mileage allowance. With all of the incentives and their reduced pricing; they really did shine above other offers (across 4 dealerships) I was given. The difference, overall, was clear.I rarely give a 5-star rating but I really felt good about this deal with Cobb County Toyota, and I would say to take these reviews with a grain of salt. Your experience may be quite a bit better than is suggested here. IF someone IS rude, ask for someone else. That's what I was planning to do but did not have to.I'm a very happy leasee! :)-Brandon

My wife and I bought a 2011 Toyota Sienna from this dealership - the entire experience, from walking in the front door to walking out with the new keys in our hand took 1 hour. That is outstanding, especially considering we had a trade-in. The staff did a great job of getting things done quickly, which was very important because I had my two kids with me, and both are under 2 years old. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Well done.

Very friendly and helpful. I went in with the expectation of purchasing a discounted 2010 model but while I was waiting on the financing I looked around the lot and decided to upgrade to a 2011 model that was in the long run for me more practical. They were very helpful in changing all the paperwork to the new model. I made a change in the financing after reviewing the contracts over night and the finance manager removed the gap insurance with no questions and also was able on his on lower my interest rate with the bank. I was cover with gap insurance with my insurance policy is why I removed this service.Great service.

This was our second experience buying a car from this dealership and this one far outranked the last. At our last experience, we were completely taken advantage of as customers. Our experience this time was far superior. We loved working with Grant. He was incredibly professional and friendly. We also could tell he was very trustworthy and concerned with making sure we had a superb experience this time. He walked us through the car buying experience and even tried to help us out of the bad situation we were put in by our last experience. He was phenomenal. We are also very happy with our car choice. We bought a 2011 Toyota Camry and are more than pleased. We are pleased with the safety, consumer ratings and reliability of Toyota.

I would have said great on everything, but our first visit we met with a different salesperson and were looking at used trucks. There was one that we were interested in that had just come in and had not been inspected or priced, the salesman was given my sons number to call with pricing, he never called. My son who is 20 took his truck over be be evaluated for trade-in and met with Mr. Munroe who treated him like he was a serious buyer and then he called me a couple of days later to ask me were we still interested and did not try to pressure me into anything. I am a single mom who has no idea about trading a vehicle. While we could have gotten a lower price, this was the truck my son wanted and we were both treated well and that means as much as anything to me.

When we arrived at the dealership, it was merely for a test-drive, and we are still surprised that we bought as quickly as we did. This is likely one of the best car-buying experiences I can remember. Our salesman, Tony Cloud, was friendly, personable, and most importantly, straight-forward. He did not haggle; we did not feel we were being "handled" or manipulated, and he did what he said he would do without adding "this" or "that" during the final process. Our financial guide was also instrumental in our experience, speaking openly without condescension as he guided us in making long-term decisions. Both gentlemen spoke highly of their employer, giving full tribute for our positive experience to them. If this car is all we have been told it is, we will definitely be repeat customers.

Calls were not retuned from the Sales person, Dion Glass as he promised. I feel like after the sale was made, they were finished. I have had to call corporate, the sales manager, etc... Before buying a new car, I did quite a bit of research online to compare manufacturers, models, and pricing. Once I had narrowed my search to a few different cars, I started requesting quotes through the various online links and received many emails. I was surprised at how few of them actually provided a price quote. They were all very friendly but were really just trying to get me onto their lot. My feeling was that if you can't even give me a straight-up answer to the very first question I pose to you, then I'm really not that interested in working with you. Among those that did provide competitive prices, a few turned out to "not have that exact car in stock" once we continued to email. "But I can get you into this car for not much more!"This was not the case with Dion Glass at Cobb County Toyota. From the very beginning, he provided me with a detailed quote, including all the extra fees that you worry about being added after negotiations. When I modified what car I wanted a bit, he quickly replied with another detailed quote. Once I decided to go meet with him, I was a little leery that things might not be exactly as represented in the emails. But my experience was perfect. He had the car ready and waiting. He did not try to talk me into a more expensive car than I wanted. They offered a good price for my trade-in. And the drive-out price was exactly as he had quoted. Our paperwork only took about 40 minutes and we drove out with our new car. I was dreading the car buying experience but turned out to be very happy with it here. Thank you!

Buying a new car has always been a nightmare for me. The reasonhas always been the "pushy" sales people, their lack of genuine customer service, and their lack of accurate knowledge about the product they're trying to sell. The experience I had with Cobb County Toyota and sales consultant,Kapleton Forrest, has changed my attitude completely (at least in theshort term)! Although I think I got a good deal on the new car, I was not introduced to the sales manager, or even asked if I'd like a tour of the dealership and the service area. I wanted to purchase a 2009 Toyota Camry and found that Cobb County Toyota was the only place that had the color and model I wanted. I called ahead, and set an appointment with the used car salesperson, Deon Glass. When I came the car was waiting for me to jump in and we took a ride. I liked the car, but noticed that it hadn't been cleaned out totally. Like a typical dealership, we went back and forth. I know they assumed that since I was a girl alone by myself they could get over on me, but they were sadly mistaken. I negotiated a tough deal for the sale of the used vehicle and my trade in. Everything was fine until I saw the Finance Manager, Greg Fetzer. He was extremely pushy, trying to sell me the extended warranty. He kept talking down to me, stating that as someone who works in Finance I should know that it's good business to have warranty protection. Over and over again I told him no to the warranty, and finally he stopped (after saying a few degrading remarks, and I got the car without the warranty. He was dishonest during the conversation and said that my car, that was a 2009, only had a 3 month warranty and that's why I should get the extended warranty. I found out later that I still have the 3 year, 36,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. I was upset at the way things went and just wanted to get out of there. When I was in the finance office, my car was supposed to be cleaned out. When I got out there I noticed that all they did is wash the outside. The inside had marks and smudges on the seats and dash board that could have easily been wiped up with a clean wipe. I was so over it at that point.Later I noticed that I left something in the car I traded in, and called Deon the next day to see if he could grab it and hold it for me until I could come back. He said he would. I came in later and they told me that Deon never found anything and accused me that I was lying about something being in my car. I talked with the manager, Rob Smith, was a a-hole, and wasn't willing to help at all. He started trying to talk down to me as if I did something terribly wrong. I was so offended, and just decided that what I left in the car wasn't work talking with these idiots.I do not recommend this dealership. They are dishonest, money-hungry, old school salespeople who only want something to do with you while you're making them money. After that, they could care less what issues you have with them.

I recently called several Atlanta area Toyota dealers getting a price on a 2010 Rav4. We totaled our Toyota sienna and since my wife was borrowing her dad's car we told Todd Knight the sales guy we had to buy a car by Sat (Feb 27,2010). Cobb county Toyota was one of the first dealers I called because we live about 30 miles north of Chattanooga. I called approximately 8 or so dealers (there are 19 Atlanta area dealers) and got a range of prices on the same exact car, same MSRP,options and even same color, etc. After my last call the best price was Toyota South (one exit past the airport). Before going with Toyota south I wanted to give Cobb county a last chance to beat Toyota souths price. I called and asked for Todd Knight (the sales guy who had given me the first price) and he was off. I ended up talking to Rob Smith (the new car sales mgr.) and told him I would like to do buisness with them since they were alot closer to me. I told him the price and he said he would match it. I told him he could at least beat it a little and so he beat their price by $75 dollars. He sent me an email of the price, car options on it and it was the Rav4 as described and I told him we had a deal. He said he would see us Sat morning.(very nice to deal with at this point of the deal). About 6 pm that friday night Todd called me up told me they would have the car cleaned up for me put it inside and he would see me Sat morning.Fifteen minutes later I get a call from Rob Smith and he tells me the price did not include their documenation fee of $396.50. I had his price itemized out including their starting MSRP,car price with options, packages, documentation fee, leamon law fee, etc. When I told him the price he had given me included the doc fee he told me I was a liar. He told me that 2 or 3 dealers had been calling and saying I had been calling them too.(that was a lie because Todd Knight later called me and said dealers don't do that) He yelled at me and was the most unprofessional car sales person I have ever dealt with in my 52 years. I told him because of his attitude and the way he talked to me that I would not buy it no matter what the price. My opinion is when he found out that Toyota south didn't have the car I wanted on their lot and Cobb County did, he thought he had me painted in a corner since I needed the car that next day. Later Todd Knight and I told him I was going to buy at Toyota south. All he wanted to do was cut Toyota South down and that he looked at their inventory and they didn't even have it on their lot. He told me that I would get down there and it wouldn't have the options on it we asked for and they would change the price, etc. He said they were one of the smallest Toyota dealers in Atlanta and they couldn't do the deal. We called Toyota south Sat morning and by around noon they had secured the car. We gave them a deposit over the phone drove down and got the exact Rav4 Toyota south described at the price they said it would be. The sales person Roderick Cambell and the new car sales mgr Eric Anderson were very nice. There were no lies from Toyota South. I would buy from them again. This is the third car we have bought in Atlanta in the last year and including all the cars I have ever bought the experience with Cobb County Toyota was absolutely the worse car experience I have EVER HAD.

My husband and I came in with a specific car in mind that we had found on the internet site and Grant was helpful in finding the vehicle and answering all the questions we had about it. He was never pushy and that was great too. When we got to the 'fun' part of crunching numbers, he did not waste our time and was willing to work with us on a price. As far as car buying experiences go, this was very enjoyable and fairly simple.

We were not impressed at all by this dealership anymore. Totally different experience than when we bought a car from there just 3 years ago from an awesome saleman that was no longer there. The sales people we met on our recent visit did not seem knowledable and not only could not answer fairly simple standard questions, but did not even seem to care, or say "Good question - I will find out for you." We were surprised that in this economy, most everyone we spoke to there seemed to have an attitude and could really care less if we bought a car or not. The salesmen who were not immediately rude were just apathetic and did not have any energy or care. We went there 2 weekends in a row and spoke with different people who each gave us different information and both were wrong as we found out later at Marietta Toyota where we bought our car an hour after we left Cobb County Toyota!). Do not believe a word out of their mouths...double-check everything they say with a different dealership. They were so extremely rude and condescending to us when we were basically a quick sale for them, and they should have been thankful! When we wanted a different color of car than they had in inventory at the time, they went ballistic and multiple people were rude to us and basically yelling at us and treating us like we were idiots. They actually had the color we wanted on the lot (which is how we saw it), but they said they could not add the features we wanted to the ones we saw out there, as they were lower models. They told us the color we wanted was not a good color, so it could be months before they get one in again...basically further insulting us. Even the manager became very rude to us, when he was actually very friendly to begin with. Then they proceeded to badmouth other Toyota dealerships, calling Sany Springs Toyota "Slippery Springs," etc. I have never seen such childish unprofessional behavior from MULTIPLE people! We were such an easy sale, too, which is what is so crazy. We spent a haklf hour there teh first weekend just to check things out and then another half hour and we were ready to buy. Instead of listening to what we wanted and pleasantly trying to assist us in getting that, they just got belligerent when we would not buy something that they had directly on the lot. So, we called Marietta Toyota while we were there, and they had 2 of the cars with the color we wanted, so we decided to check it out. The people at Cobb County remained mad and did not even say goodbye to us or tell us to feel free to shop around and come back. I knew right then and there that I could not give any business to these people again on principle alone. Maybe this economy will help those businesses with good customer service thrive and put these other ones in their place someday. When we arived at Marietta Toyota, we had a completely diffeent experience from the start. Great customer service, fair price, pleasant attitudes, very professional...can't say one bad thing about the place! We also found out that Cobb County Toyota had lied to us and said that we could not get factory Nav and leather added to an LE model car and that we would have to buy an XLE for that and pay a lot more. We were willing to do after market, but they further lied and said that the car we pointed out on their lot could not have that added because it was a lower model. Marietta Toyota said they could add those things to the same car that Cobb Co. said they could not...AND, to top it off, they said it would be factory installed at a Toyota facility in Gwinnett County, rather than after market. They also said they are partnered with 150 other dealerships and could get us teh car we wanted with everything already if we would like them to search. We opted to just take the one on the lot and have the items be factory installed. So the impossible was indeed very possible, as we are living proof! Hope Marietta Toyota thrives for their great customer service!

oh my god this dealer is a complete joke. the general sales manager, george rollins, is a rude jerk. he was rude to my fiancee by talking down to her. they try to make everything so personal so i won't hurt their feelings. my objective when buying a car is getting the lowest price possible. they couldn't beat, meet, or even go $1 under MRSP. i said we're done b/c i have a better offer and thanked him for his time. the salesman thru a fit and walked out of his office before we did. nice manners. george rollins comes running out while we were driving away and asked what went wrong, we told him and he said we're making it harder on ourselves. sure we are....we got the same model, year, trim, with a sunroof and smart key at the non-negotiable price you offered. this dealer is so bad, i'm not even offended by their unprofessionalism. we were laughing at them all the way home. now we're laughing at them in our new car! go to marietta toyota or lithia springs.

I was thinking about trading in my 93 Mazda MPV to take advantage of the Cash For Clunkers program with another SUV, and I fell in love with the Highlander. I contacted Cobb County Toyota and a few other dealerships to see what they have in stock, and Cobb County Toyota's Internet Sale Manager, Maurik, emailed me back with the options & price I wanted. I was happy with the price, and I called him back to arrange a test drive which I couldn't get in touch with him that whole day. 2 days later, I called Maurik and was told he was in a meeting, and he'd call me back, and he never did. I got really frustrated, so another 2 days later, I've decided to drive down the dealership to meet this guy, and was told that he went on vacation so I was assigned to another salesman, Grant Guzowski. He looked up the vehicle that Maurik and I were talking about, and he informed me that the car was sold a few days back. I finally understand why Maurik never called me back... I asked Grant if I could test drive a Highlander w/ the options I wanted, and he left for a few mins and came back with the keys. We drove around a few blocks and were just talking and he seemed very friendly, professional and knowledgeable on the vehicles. After the test drive, I went to his office and filled out few paperwork and told him the colors/options I wanted on the 09 Highlander. I know the color combination I want on the vehicle is rare (I searched the whole Southeast region with no luck), and he came back and offered me a few vehicles w/ the options I want except the color. At that point, I was ready to buy the car, and the color he offered wasn't that bad (from Classic Silver Metallic to Dark Gray metallic). Since the car has the same options, Grant offered me the same price that Maurik offered me on the Internet. I agreed to buy the car, and since the car was at the port, I asked if I could add some options to the vehicle. Grant spent the time and took me to the Parts dept, and talked to the Asst. Parts Manager, Charles Roddy. Charles looked up the parts I wanted and gave me a few quotes, and he seemed very knowledgeable as well.A few days later, my car was delivered to the dealership, and I got a phone call from Grant and George (the Sales Manager). I went by there that afternoon, and tried to pick up the vehicle, but I was missing some paperwork that's required for the Cash4Clunkers program, so Grant couldn't hand over my new car keys. But while I was there, Grant was doing alot of legwork to ensure that's the only paperwork I need to get the $4,500 for the trade-in. I was very pleased with his enthusiasm and he was definitely helpful. I went ahead and paid for the car, but went home alittle disappointed w/o my new car. After I got home, I called him (after business hours) and told him I would be back the next morning to pick up the car w/ the required paperwork. He informed me that he has a doc's appointment, but he told me to look for Kent (another salesman?) in the morning to give the paperwork to him, and he told me he has filled up the 20 gallon gas tank on my new Highlander (even though the sticker says 6 gallons). I was again pleased with him.The next day I went by there, and talked to the Sales Manager, George, and he was being very polite. He remembered my name from the phone conversation we had and I was impressed. He thanked me and helped me locate Kent very quickly and off I go with my new car. A few hours later, Grant called me on my cell phone and wanted to make sure everything went smoothly. And he offered me to go back when the weather gets good (been raining ever since I bought the car), and they will get the car washed for me. In addition, he said if I have any questions w/ all the 3rd row seats work, please go by the dealership and he would give me a rundown on how everything works.Overall, I think this is one of the best car buying experiences I've encountered. Grant Guzowski has been very professional, and he was not pushy like some of the other sales people at the other dealership. I will definitely go back to do my services with Cobb County Toyota.P.S. I gave a 4 for Customer Service because Maurik wouldn't contact me back to tell me the vehicle I wanted has been sold.

I went to this dealership to purchase a new Sequoia with my wife. The salesman was actually very good and professional. I believe his name was Tom. Everything was great and we thought this would be a great car buying experience. However things went south very quick. We went to see the Finance Rep and he turned into a brutal, underhanded, unprofessional extended warranty salesman. He started off by saying this is what your payment will be with the 7yr/100k mile warranty. I told him I was not interested in an additional warranty. He said well your payment will be this much for the 7 yr/72k warranty, again I said no. I told him I don't want the warranty. He told me that I was gambling and nieve for thinking that cars don't break down. He said that buying a car with as many electical components and navigation as the Sequoia has I need it because they will quit working. I told him that I would think that electical issues and navigation bugs should be evident and present themselves before the manufacturer 3yr/36K mile warranty expired. He said they usually don't and that it is very common to have ongoing problems. I told him that I would think that Toyota would make quality vehicles. He then got upset and aggitated after I turned down the warranty at least 5 times. I then asked him if this "Fidelity Warranty Services" was the manufacter warranty meaning Toyota. He said "Yes". He said that it is a Manufacturer warranty. That "Fidelity Warranty Services is owned by Toyota Corp." and is an "umbrella company of Toyota". This is a lie. He continued to pressure me in front of my wife and 3yr old son for at least 10 straight minutes at 8pm until my wife felt uncomfortable about the quality of the vehicle and she went ahead and felt like she had to get it because Toyota is a inferior product.

I worked with Todd Knight at Cobb County Toyota to purchase my car in November 2007. He seemed alright to deal with until the check was signed. Once the check was signed he wanted nothing to do with me. He would go as far as hang up on me when I asked questions about the status of my title. It took 40 days to get the car title on this vehicle which means that I had to go to the DMV and get an extension on my temp. license plates and wait in line. Cobb County Toyota wanted nothing to do with this. I just recently called back the dealership to discuss pricing on a new vehicle and unfortunately I got him. He wouldn't even give me the time to discuss rough trade in values but instead he directed me to the website and hung up on me. I would avoid this dealership at all costs.

Let this review be a warning for experienced and novice car buyers alike; Stay away from Cobb County Toyota. Its just not worth the trouble!I am an experienced car buyer and have purchased no fewer than 15 Toyotas and other cars over the years. I am not an impulse buyer and I do my research prior to making a new or used car purchase.I researched the 2009 Toyota Camry XLE and decided on the package I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. Cobb County Toyota was one of 8 dealerships I contacted, and appeared to be the best place to buy the car I wanted at the price I was willing to pay.During the purchasing transaction I suddenly felt like I was transported back in time to the old traditional way of buying cars. All at once extra charges began to appear on the paperwork, and changes to the features agreed upon entered into the picture. This was to be a cash sale with a seemingly straight forward price and package. When I get that little feeling in the pit of my stomach that something is not quite right, I realize that I am getting a warning to beware. When the Sales Manager tells me that hes doing me a favor when he backs out the port fees and then adds them back in only charging me once instead of the usual two or three times, then I know that Im getting ripped off in ways that I probably dont even know.Typically I dont care how the dealership breaks down the numbers as long as the bottom line is the amount we agree upon for drive-out. However, when a Sales Manager looks me in the eyes and lies to me with a smile and straight face, then makes it my fault that we cant come to an agreement, I dont need to look at the numbers any more. I just need to buy from another dealership.Dont go to this dealership for any reason. No matter how experienced you are, these people will do their very best to rip you off and make you smile while you are getting robbed. We all know the car dealers have to make a profit. Cars are just like any other commodity bought and sold in the world. But there is no reason to put yourself through the hassle of Old Style car sales any longer. There are plenty of other dealerships who have moved past the old style of bait and switch, hidden charges and false favors to the customer. There will always be a little finesse in the sales profession and there is nothing wrong with that, to a point. But when they cross the line from finesse to out right dishonesty, we as consumers have a choice to take our business elsewhere.I bought my new Toyota at World Toyota in Atlanta. I was treated fairly and they followed through on everything they promised to do. They made a profit and I got a fair price. Thats the way its supposed to happen.Buyers bewaredo not go to Cobb County Toyota under any circumstances. There is no way to get a fair deal with the way these people run their scam.

Take this for what it's worth but I would go somewhere besides Cherokee County Toyota or Cobb County Toyota(sister dealership)Buying experience was good. Like you somewhat expect, you take a back seat when you sign the papers. The Internet Manager is a seeming like South African guy when you're trying to buy. In my case, he misrepresented an important feature during the buying process with the Bluetooth Phone System. The Internet Manager made an assumption and was totally wrong(he said the phone system could handle 1000 names when in reality it could only handle 20). I am in sales and this was a big feature for me.Once this was pointed out it was total back pedal and see you later mode. They basically said this is what you bought and we are done. The Internet Manager got nasty then when I got there gave the the fake car salesman grin. The GM there was total nasty. Basically was ready for me and said what I bought was mine and we were done. He was not the kind of guy you want to argue with either. We could talk about the $1500 repair their Service Department tried to get me to do because some computer code showed up..(drove another 20K miles and sold the car..no further problems). ...But I think you get the ideaGo somewhere else!!

You can't trust these guys as far as you could throw them. First visit was for a used van advertised on AutoTrader. After verifying the van was still in stock, I made a long drive to the dealership to see it. After arriving the salesman took me to the van to view it. He left for a few minutes to come back and tell me they would need to do service work, etc, to the vehicle before they could sell it to me, and it would be $2000 more after their service department had finished with it. I said I didn't want the work done, I would have it done myself. I wanted to buy it for what it was advertised for. He says, sorry, but they would have to send it through the service department first. Needless to say, I was not happy. Swore, I would never do back. A year later I happen to see another van advertised and decide to pass by just to look. I had already done a CarFax and knew the van was wrecked in the front with moderate damage. The salesman says the van is in great condition and has been through their inspection process. I found numerous flaws in the body work, rust starting to form in places, bad paint, etc. Upon cranking the engine, it starts making a noise. So we drive it to the service dept and they say its a bad tensioner possibly. How did that get by their "inspection"? Anyway it was a mess and they couldn't tell me if the frame was ok since there were marks on the bolts that are used to straighten the frame at the shop. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Even if it's a new car. Have it inspected by an independent service that does vehicle inspections. MAKE SURE the service is ASE certified. Very important.

I shopped around a lot of Toyota dealers for a 2006 Tundra Double Cab. My wife met Jared, a sales rep, who took his time working with her while I was out of town and was great to her and answered every single question. I went down on a a Saturday and met Jared, and test drove the Tacoman and the Tundra. He was very knowledgeable about the trucks and could answer every question. They have a deal going on through the end of the month which is a $4,000 rebate. The Tundra I liked was listed at $27,000, and he was giving me a final price of $20,489. Very nice. I went home and tried to do my own online financing with an internet company because my credit isn't the best and I just knew I wouldn't be able to get financed through the dealership.I got approved at RoadLoans (which you DO NOT want to use as I'll explain in a moment) and had my check ready to go. I called Jared, told him I was ready to buy, and he got the truck ready, and had the bed liner installed as I was driving down from Cartersville. Buying was quick and easy. They already had a lot of the paperwork filled out for me to sign, and it was the easiest car purchase I have ever gone through. Everyone was friendly and put up with a bored 7 year old and two year old running around, which shows me a lot about their people!I did find out that they do not accept RoadLoans or most other on-line financing for bad credit. They explained how it takes forever to get paid, and they are mostly companies you want to steer clear of unless you want to get taken. I found out most dealers in the area also do not take them, so just an FYI. I thought I was screwed, but a nice Business manager who turns out to be from Cartersville said "Let me try to get you financed", and after about 20 minutes, he did! And at a 2% better interest rate with a real bank! He was great!I haven't worked with the service department as some of the other posters have, so I can't comment on that aspect yet, but so far, they have been the best dealership I have ever worked with in my car buying life. I highly recommend them and especially Jared. He is a great and low pressure salesperson.Rich

I brought in my six week old Toyota Tundra Double Cab today, July 6, 2006 because my secondary remote was not working and had rust and corrosion through it. I was told by the assistant service manager Russell Graff and the general sales manager that I must have jumped in a pool or something with it. When I argued that I never even used it, I was told that remotes aren't part of the bumper to bumper warranty. When I got upset, I was told to leave. Basically, I just spent 25 grand and six weeks later was told I was a liar and to get out. Great customer service.
