Greg and Shane were absolutely amazing. I purchased a 2022 QX55 and my experience was flawless. They both were professional, courteous and extremely helpful. I was in and out the door in no time at all, thanks to Greg and Shane's ultimate expertise. These 2 guy's are top notch in their knowledge and their drive to please their customers. In all the year's I've purchased a new vehicle no other dealership can even compare. These guy's are remarkable and deserve recognition. I applaud them and am so very thankful for their attention to detail and for making my purchase enjoyable and easy.

I had been searching used cars for months before coming across the perfect car for me online at Cochran's Audi dealership in Pittsburgh. I got in touch with Sherry at the Pittsburgh location, who was able to get the car to Monroeville for me to look at. Greg assisted me throughout the buying process and was able to answer all of my questions in person and via text. Shane made the paperwork portion of the buying experience super easy and quick. I had a very enjoyable experience working with Greg and Shane. I came into the dealership with two months left on my lease just to look around, but a few days later I was driving home in my new Q50. Greg really took the time show me all of the lease options to get me exactly what I wanted at the right price. Shane also provided terrific customer service when it came time to do the paperwork. I would highly recommend Greg, Shane and the rest Cochran team to anyone in the market for a new or used Infiniti.

Greg R. really went above and beyond to find and secure the exact car that we wanted, making a dealer trade happen quickly on a brand new QX80 during a very difficult time to buy a new car in the overall market. He has been super helpful after the sale and is always available to communicate about our new vehicle. Shane made financing and purchasing the vehicle quick and painless, and I was in and out of the dealership in no time at all. He provided excellent information on an additional incentive that I didn’t know about, which ultimately saved us even more money than I had originally expected. I highly recommend buying a new vehicle at Cochran Infiniti of Monroeville. They really don’t give up until you are completely satisfied!
