This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I took my 2007 Acura RDX to dealership for service and drove home with a beautiful 2014 Acura MDX. Everyone treated me very well. Leonard, my sales person was amazing. He was friendly, honest and very knowledgeable. I was asking questions about MDX and he told me they had one I might like. It was love at first site. He spent a lot of time going over everything with me, explaining things well and answering all my questions. I had trust issues due to a bad experience with the Acura dealership I purchased my 2007 Acura from and everyone, from Leonard, Ernie and the general manager went out of their way to earn my trust and assure me they would continue to do so in the future. I felt like I was treated respectfully, honestly and got a great vehicle for a great deal. Totally impressed with the experience, as well as how friendly and professional everyone I dealt with was.

I lost my keys had to have my car towed from vero. It was on a sun They were closing in 30 min when I arrived.they had no prob makeing me a new key so late in the day! They were awesome! I bought my car from Coggin Acura about 3 1/2 years ago. Being a female, I appreciate the fact that I did not feel pressured at all and to this day I am confident that I received a very fair deal. I've purchased from other dealers in the past but my purchase at Coggin was the first that I felt comfortable with everything.Their policy of bringing me a loaner car while my car is being worked on is fantastic. I live in Melbourne. If I had to drive to an Acura dealership for service I would have to drive an hour and a half to Orlando or Ft. Pierce. Because of their policy, I don't have to miss any work when I have any type of service performed on my car.Every person who works at Coggin is professional and friendly. A special shout out to Service Advisor Ernesto Santuiste who has been especially helpful to me.

I got preapproved for financing and then shopped on line. The car I wanted was there, as advertised. After a pleasant test drive with our salesman, John Colarte, they even let us take the car to lunch. It only took about an hour after that to sign all paperwork and drive away. It was such an easy, no-pressure experience-very different from other car purchases. I recommend Coggin Acura and also our salesperson, John. They'll make sure you find the car you're looking for, even offering to search other dealers in the area since they have access to a ton of inventory. One thing-I bought a 2016 and they didn't detail it or wash it. I thought they could have taken the time to do that, but overall a great experience.

Ernie at Coggin Acura in Fort Pierce provides the best service experience. I recently had a warranty repair on my car along with a recall service. The part was not in for my warranty repair and I was given a new courtesy car to use. I live 50 miles from the dealer and when my car was repaired they brought it to me at work and exchanged for the courtesy car. Excellent service! Ask for Ernie, he will take care of you.I will continue buying cars from the dealer for the excellent service provided after purchase.

It started with waiting for a Takata Airbag inflator....with Coggin Acura renting me an Enterprise car which was very fair.An issue with my car was discovered and Dennis kept me up to date on what was taking place to resolve the problem.Although it took a "while" for the airbag inflator to arrive, Dennis' great responsiveness and customer service made it all palatable.

Very Happy with Coggin Acura and like the vehicle with one exception, I wish that when the back seats on the RDX were put down they would be flush with the back of the car rather then the incline that now exists. I didn't realize this when I purchased the vehicle and if I did I would of not bought it. I will be buying a new SUV next year and this point will be a major factor. I realize the MDX does not have this problem but also realize the the cost is approximately $10,000 more.

seen a car on cars . com from coggin accura called an talked to manager he assured me car was perfect, i made trip to see it. the car was near junk, had many dents and scratches inside was poor, driver mirror was glued on tires did not match was not even same brand. his excuse was well it was sunday an the manager said to put it out if it didnt sell they would take it to auction.

I had been looking for a Toyota FJ Cruiser for quite some time, my budget left me looking at some older high mileage ones, after stopping in numerous dealerships and dealing with some pretty high pressure sales tactics a salesman at a competing dealership gave me a tip that There was a beautiful newer model down the street at Coggin Accura, when I arrived at the Coggin Accura dealership I was greeted by Leonard Burton and pleasantly surprised by his hospitable demeanor, Leonard offered to take me on a test drive and then we presented an offer which was agreed upon at which point Audrey went to work and found me some very affordable financing and today I'm the proud owner of a 2012 FJ Cruiser. The point of my story is I have always been very sceptical of car dealers from past experiences but Leonard, Audrey and the whole staff at Coggin have made car buying a pleasurable experience and I highly recommend Coggin Accura and their professionalism.

Was disappointed that after I called and made an appointment that I was not allowed to use my discount oil change and service voucher from Coggin next door after asking when I called. I was also disappointed with the cost of the oil change and tire rotation and how it was explained and the total when I checked out. Felt that I was over charged. Will probably not recommend to anyone or revisit.

High quality service was a specific reason I bought from Coggin. They confirm all appointments and they meet and greet you the moment you drive in. They know exactly why you're there, when you're appointment is and if you're going to wait or need transportation. Your service rep guides you to the waiting area and then your rep takes over. When your car is completed (including being washed and vacuumed) the service rep meets you and explains the complete service. While waiting, the service rep stops by to update you on the time until done. This is luxury service befitting an Acura automobile.

Since you moved into the new facility, the focus seems to be on trying get me to have more things done to my 2007 MDX. At the most recent visit in addition to asking me to consider another $400 worth of service, which I turned down based on previous experience, they did not even fill my windshield washer tank. Last time I was in, they tried to talk me into flushing my brake fluid, when I had it done no less then an year earlier by my brake mechanic. I care for my vehicle since I plan to keep it another 7 years. However, I think a computer is telling your service managers what to ask rather having the actual mechanic make a suggestion based on the facts. I thinks its time to turn the care of the cars over to the mechanics rather than a computer.

I recently took my leased 2014 TL to Coggin for Service and was waited on by Dennis. Dennis was extremely helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. They had to keep my car for a few days so they gave me a loaner car to drive which was very convenient. When I returned the loaner to pick up my car there was Dennis and Mike to help me through the final transaction. They both go above and beyond to help and the customer service was excellent. More car dealers should learn from them. The new facility is great so makes life much easier that you can be comfortable while you wait for your car. When my lease expires I will be going back to Coggin Acura. Thanks Coggin for delivering on your promise when I first got the car.

I have been to a few Acura dealerships for service on my TSX. Coggin's Acura really provided a quality experience when I had service appointment there recently. I was met personally by my service advisor, Mike, as soon as I drove into the covered drop-off area. He was patient and thorough in taking my information and took time to show me around their beautiful facility. The waiting area was very pleasant, with drinks and snacks available, and plenty of quality reading material. Mike was kind enough to give me an estimate on the labor cost and amount of time it would take for repairs. Inspection revealed several other issues, that I plan to take my car back for. All around professional service and pleasant attitude made this dealer a pleasure to visit.

Had one of the best experience with any car dealer I have ever dealt with today , The service Dept. at Goggin Honda of Ft. Pierce is fantastic ,my Service Advise Rafael Salcedo is unbelievable , very cordial and knew and answered every question very professional I had . After explain everything that had to be done to my car and giving me a quote ,we went a head with the work on the car. I just bought my Acura RDX in April from Coggins and the whole process has been great. This was it's first required oil change and Mike in Service was helpful, polite and the process took the allotted time that it was scheduled.

Coggin Acura has taken good care of me. I bought my Acura 3 years ago. It was a smooth process and I feel like I got a good deal. Since then I have been servicing my car at the dealership and they have kept to their word, offered great deals on oil changes and tires and the "concierge service" is awsome. My EXPERIENCEWe were looking to purchase another car due to our current car was having problem after problem. I ended up deciding on a car from the Nissan dealership. I already had a car so all I had to do was make the trade and sign the papers. (So i thought). On the way to the dealership the transmission was slipping. When we got to the dealership it caught a flat tire. So while going over the paper work the salesman told me my payments would be higher than we agreed on and w/o a warranty. So me and my fiance were arguing about whether to get the car which was out of budget. She called Coggin and spoke with BERT. He got in a car, picked us up from tje Nissan dealership to see if Coggin had anything we could afford. He took all of our information and showed us our options. He not only got us in a car but the car had more room, a newer model and it was all in budget. The car stated NO WARRANTY but after spending a couple hours going through different banks, they actually got us a TWO YEAR FULL WARRANTY. THEY even went and got the car from tje Nissan dealership w/ a flat tire. I plan to get our next vehicle here amd of you are considering it please do. You can not go wrong. They will do everything in their power to get you the best deal.

My wife and I got two brand new 2016 ILX and after two weeks withy cars the breaks started squealing. we called in to schedule the appointments we took the cars to the service department and according with the Service Advisor Mike Perez it will take them 45 min to check the breaks, After 2 hours waiting, the service person said that there was nothing WRONG with the breaks; Also that specific part is not cover in the guaranty and if i want them to be fix i will have to pay for the repairs........ 2 BRAND NEW 2016 ACURA ILX !!!!!! THIS WILL BE THE FIRST AND LAST VISIT TO THAT PLACE

Coggin Acura is a great dealership to do business with. Both purchasing our vehicle and having maintenance & repairs done have been a breeze. We bought an MDX about 18 months ago. The day we visited the dealership we were impressed with the sales staff. They spent a great deal of time allowing us to test drive several vehicles and answering many questions. Very knowledgeable about their vehicles and no pressure to purchase. Coggin offers an invaluable service; valet pick up and drop off. Since we live about 40 minutes from the dealership this is a service we love having! Recently we received a recall notice. After contacting Coggin they were able to set up an appointment within just a couple of days. The valet picked up the car and left a beautiful loaner. The service manager called us 2-3 times just to let us know what was going on and to recommend a couple maintenance items be handled. When all repairs were done Coggin brought our car back spotlessly clean. This is a dealership you can work with and trust. We would definitely return to purchase another vehicle and always feel we're being treated properly with the service department.

I took my car into Coggins for recall work in July 2015. The service rep informed me that there was some follow up work to be done. I gave them permission to complete some of it, but not all of the suggested repairs. They were gracious enough to give a courtesy car while my car was being serviced. Here is my concern. I purchased Continental Tires and was advised of a rebate with the purchase. The service said she would send in the rebate. A month afterwards, I received notice from Continental that the rebate would not be honored. They needed a sales receipt. Since I am no l no longer in Florida, I asked the service rep to follow up with Continental and provide a copy of the purchase. It has been 5 days and I have not received a response back from Coggins, despite several emails. I copied the service manager on the last email, but still no reply. I was satisfied withe the service until this happened.

Keli took very good care of me, excellent service experience. I had to have routine maintenance, first time on a Certified Pre-owned Car I had purchased. The dealership gave me 2 years/25K free maintenance. No issues, they changed my oil, rotated and balanced tires and checked my alignment, of course they did an overall check of the car. When I got there I asked if there were any local restaurants in the vicinity that we could eat. Keli recommended a Mom and Pop diner that was a couple of miles down the road and it was EXCELLENT!! She also gave us a loaner vehicle so we could drive there ourselves. Nice SUV that had only at 77 miles on it. Overall this was an excellent experience.

I visited Coggin Acura on a Saturday because my car (my baby) wasn't acting right. My husband and I did some research and realized that she may need a new "brain" AKA computer. We drove 1 1/2 hours to take her to see a specialist (Coggin Acura). We spoke with Dennis and explained our concerns. He was very courteous and explained the costs up front for diagnostics and such. I got a phone call a couple of days later explaining that my battery didn't have enough juice to perform the diagnostics. Dennis told me that there was a sale right now and we agreed to have the battery replaced. After all was said and done I got my baby back and she's been running great! To top it all off, they washed my car free of charge!!! Coggin could've sold us a new computer because that's what we thought it was anyways, but instead they were honest. We were treated with respect and always greeted with a smiling face. The transaction all together was painless. Even though it's a long drive for me, I plan on continuing to visit Coggin and will definitely purchase my next car there! I am now an Acura lover for life, thank you!!!

Thank you to Sean Kotolnick for outstanding customer service this week for my 2013 Acura ILX. He explained everything, step by step and so I could understand what was being done. I moved to Florida end of January from Massachusetts, where I purchased my car. Drove almost 2600 miles (visiting family and friends) from Boston to Melbourne, used only $197 in gas and the car was great! I am an owner of a 2014 MDX. I have had my car serviced a couple of times now, and I have some sort of issue everytime. Anything from receiving a loaner car that had cleary been brought from one persons home straight to me. Smelled like smoke, and had some sort of syrup type liquid on the back seat floor board which my daughter almost put her back pack on. To waiting at least 30 minutes passed the time I was told someone would come pick my car up, but when it's time to pick the loaner car up they are right on time. Then when receiving my car back its not cleaned as they say they will do when they return it. I can't help but feel at times I am being sold on services that are not necessary, as it seems everytime my car goes in for an oil change it needs something else done. I am honestly a little shocked to see 5 star reviews as I have yet had 5 star service. I will not be bringing my car back to be serviced in Ft. Pierce again.

I have been patronizing Coggin Acura for seven years, through the purchase and servicing of two MDXs and I have been very pleased with my total experience. The purchase prices have been competitive and the service is made very convenient with the availability of a loaner. I have also been impressed with the quality of service, having only a couple of instances when a repair required a return trip. The service staff is easy to deal with and, on occasion, the mechanic has taken the time to sit with me and explain issues that needed correcting. I recently purchased a set of tires from Coggin and the price beat any other tire dealer in the area. I have owned a lot of cars in my 69 years but have never had as much confidence in a dealer as I do in Goggin Acura.

Made an appointment for the A1 - Oil Change service for my 2011 RDX. Drove into the new facility a few minutes before my appointment time and there was no one there to greet me. Walked inside the new facility not knowing where to go and Dennis finally walked up to me and asked if he could help. He checked me in and off the car went for it's service. After 1.5 hours the car was ready. After paying for the service, I went to the car and found the service ticket on the dash and the mechanic's paper floor mat still in place for me to deal with. Just a few suggestions for Coggin...... Have someone there waiting for me after all I MADE AN APPOINTMENT. It's not like I came in on a whim. Secondly, an hour and a half for an oil change?? Really?? Your competition will do this quicker and it will be less expensive! Yes, I know that the mechanic does all these other checks while he's there but I wonder if they really do. My center stop light is out and the check says it's working properly....Hummmm wonder what else they missed! Lastly, your mechanic continues to be lazy by leaving the service ticket and the paper floor mat in the car for me to deal with! What am I supposed to do with it?? Overall the new facility is nice but the service for customers need some real changes. There really needs to be a set procedure laid out so the customer is not left wondering......Why did I come here??

Recently purchased a new Acura and had an awful experience trying to source my permanent license plates and was forced to use my vehicle with an expired tag. Repeated calls and emails to the dealership as well as more than $500 in tag/registration fees are still unresolved. Do youself a BIG favor and AVOID Coggin Acura!!

This is one of the worst place to buy a car. Continued run a around and no respect for your time. The management team is always in a meeting and never return calls. Doesn't matter how long you have done business with them they do not count loyalty, you are just another dollar to them. Wanted to purchase a car from them but went to another dealer instead, glad I did because I got a newer model of the exact car I wanted and thousands of dollars cheaper. Paul is horrible as a manager and should have nothing to do with the public, he gives you the run around and then tries to befriend you when he realized that Coggin has lost a valued customers and many more to come. This team will advertise one price online and then say it was a typo and not honor it because, as they say, "it was a typo" and they are not responsible for a typo. Well now isn't that just great. Well, this is your warning to all those who plan to do business with Coggin Acura. .. Just simply don't, take your money somewhere else and you will get a lot more for it and definitely the true respect for you as a customer and one who is valued.

My 10 year old TL needed service, several warning lights were coming on or staying on. Mike in Service was excellent....gave me a loaner car as the diagnostics were to take a couple of hours. The found faulty seatbelt connections (covered under warranty) and a slightly low battery, which they fully charged and checked for issues (none present). I wanted to see an Acura and made it clear with the first contact at Coggin that I wasn't ready to make a deal, only looking to narrow my choices. At first the experience was good but it rapidly deteriorated after a test drive. The sales person giving the demo immediately had a sales quote upon our return (prepared by someone else) with amounts completely unreasonable for a trade. When I objected, the sales person began hedging his conversation toward making a deal today for several reasons that were not valid for my needs. He didnt focus on my issue with the trade-in quote. I asked him nicely to review the trade-in amount based on my research with three other sources. He continued to spell out his agenda and I asked again for him to review the numbers within a reasonable time (at this time I knew that he was wasting my time). No appropriate reply again and I asked for my car keys to be able to leave and he gave no response other than to continue to hard-sell. I asked for my keys again and that he could contact me later about the research that I asked him to do. He snubbed my request and I became agitated asking for my keys again (3rd time). At this point an individual who I had not met and who was not previously identified came forward with my car keys! He identified himself as the Acura dealership manager and said that I was being rude (well maybe he should check his sales techniques, he would be the responsible party). I left and will never return to Coggin.

We recently had a wonderful experience at the Acura Fort Pierce location. Have had my '05 TL since it was brand new, and, as expected, it was time for some maintenance. Dennis helped my husband and I understand what areas of the car needed maintenance, which were of the highest priority, offered multiple short-term and long-term solutions for certain problems and helped us find some cost savings. His explanations were clear and thoughtful and it made it much easier to arrive at a conclusion. We also were given a complimentary loaner car which made the days without our car much easier. I have been very impressed with this dealership, from the leasing process, the salesman to the service. Each service visit was done at the time of my appointment. Recently, an alignment problem was noticed and corrected very quickly which will assure longer tire life. They even wash my car. Friendly staff too.

Could not be more pleased, the car was shifting a little abruptly under acceleration and I thought it was just a computer malfunction. Come to find out it was the torque converter. They had it repaired 2days before they said it would be complete. I have had this Acura TL since new and after the replacement it shifts better than new. Good work Coggin

I purchased the top of the line RLX. Most options do not work properly and service cannot fix them. Very poor sales and management. Very dishonest and will not uphold the agreements made when trading in my leased vehicle. They kept the trade-in for 3 months before turning it in to the lease company and now I am being charged. Very rude since the purchase. Service department is a joke. They continue to say that they cannot duplicate problems therefor they will not repair.

After moving from NYC to Florida, my husband and I needed to buy a car. (Truthfully, the subway system is easier!) We met with Arturo who advised us on a few different cars. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and took the time to see to it that we were not only comfortable with our choice but happy with it. We got a 2010 Mazda 6 that has been very well maintained over the last few years. My only con through the process is that through the different departments that the paperwork needs to travel between, they should have a customer checklist; I received calls from a few people asking for the same exact information. The only thing I was left to think was, don't they talk to each other? I would recommend Coggin Acura for a place to look for your next car.

I went in looking at several used cars. Larry was my sales associate and is very knowledgeable and friendly. I ended up purchasing a 2010 Corolla. Larry helped me throughout the entire process. We even communicated via text when I was in the office. I finished up the purchase on August 1st. Daphne came in from the sister dealer to help me with my finance documents as I had to be in WPB for a flight. She is super quick and very nice. Paul is great there too... They said that they had both original factory keys. Unfortunately, they could only locate one key. What did they do? To make me a satisfied customer, they purchased and provided me a 2nd factory key at no additional cost to me. That speaks volumes to me. I hope to do business again with Coggin Accura. Larry is the man! Why did I have them an great review? Because they are honest, friendly, and work hard to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied with the purchase of a vehicle, no matter if it is new or used. He is respectful of our opinions and does not try to oversell. That is why we keep going back to him for our new cars. In fact a number of years ago we had a problem with the Service Dept and I mentioned it to Ken. It was taken care of promptly. So much for the adage that once a salesperson sells you a car they are no longer around when you have a problem. To Coggin Acura's credit we received a letter from the General Manager Todd Seth assuring the problem was being looked into and would not happen again. In fact that is true. Today I picked up my new Acura and drove it home. This was the most pleasant experience I have had purchasing a new vehicle (this was my 11th new car purchase) from the moment I walked in until I drove out with my new car two days later. It was all made possible by one man, Ken Thomas, due to his professionalism, experience and knowledge of Acura cars. At no time was there pressure for me to make a quick decision or do anything I didn't feel comfortable doing. I have experienced 12 years dealing with Coggin Acura - all with Ken Thomas - all very, very good. I drove a 92 Legend for 17 years, had it serviced with Coggin when we moved to Florida permanently in 2000. I worked with several Service Managers at Coggin over the years and they were all courteous and expedited my service visits wonderfully. No complaint re waiting for anything. I turned in my Legend, and with Ken's guidance, leased a TSX, then a year or so later I moved to a TL. I am so thrilled with my TL, makes me smile when I drive it. I'm an ole gal but know caring, experience and expertise when I see it. Ken has those qualities plus he was sensitive to our needs. I am the sole driver in our family and driving an Acura makes me feel safe and my dealings with Ken makes me feel safe. I will drive nothing but an Acura for as long as I can and deal with no one but Ken Thomas for as long as I can. My review, hopefully, answers the "Why" I have given a solid rating of 5. It'd give a 10 if it was available.

I asked what would a RDX cost me per month with $850.00 to spend and a 3 year lease and normal miles.Coggin was only one that gave me a qoute!!! from the time we met chad we knew that he would help us find the vehicle we wanted. when he called us and said that he had found our vehicle we immediately went to test drive it. it was great and so was chad. we bought it that day. can't say enough about chad, he's very courtious, respectful, HONEST, and an all around nice guy to do business with. also, mike in the finance department made our buying experience as painless as posible. he also worked hard to get us a good rate. thanks to you all for a great buying experience!mike & christine

Poor customer service. Phone not answered, messages mot returned. Loaner car Not readily available which caused delay of service. Service staff seemed indifferent, disinterested. Service not what is expected from premium brand.

The salesman that "helped me" really knew very little about the TL line, I basically sold myself the car. My financial papers had to be redone 4 times because they kept messing them up. The car shifts weird and has an annoying noise, but when I took it in for service the tech insisted that "it is beautiful" and sent me on my way thinking I was crazy. The next closest Acura dealer is about 45 minutes away, so I guess I'm stuck with these guys for now. - Neat

Though I had a problem logging on and wrote a review and it wasn't summited due to it being lost somewhere, However Our Salesman was beyond Excellent, Billy Ray told us to come down after another Honda Dealership did not care to make us comfortable and satisfied, Billy Ray Salesman was fantastic, explained every detail, test Drive, all the Acura features, and many of them!!!!!! I am senstive and he respected and made me feel sooooooooo important and said not to worry, I would never go to any other salesman then him!!!!! Resptful, caring, Honest to Both the customers and His Dealership, back and fourth to make the best Deal for us, and his Dealership, but we appreicated Family feeling, we wish he was our real family,told us after we bought our 2010 Acura any questions call, and when we do a call asap right back, what a Human being! Purchase of our new Acura was easy, quick and met all of our expectations. We were greeted by Billy Noel and, not having a vehicle that exactly met our needs on the lot, he introduced us to an identical model with different color. He explained all the features of that vehicle and the features of other models to contrast our original selection. When the selection process was completed, Billy found our selection and had it delivered to his location, prepped it and had it ready for us within dats. Good job, Billy!

Puchased a pre owned-certified 2009 TSX. The whole experience was great. Fast and friendly. They stayed late because we couldn't there untill 7pm. I was in my new car and headed home happy by 8:30. We've had some "not so good" experiences. This was anything but!Great experience!!
