We located our vehicle online through Car Guru, and then obtained additional, more in-depth information about the vehicle and Cole's dealership on their informative website. We took a day trip down to Marshall, MI and had a positive experience at Cole's. Our salesman, Krista, was extremely helpful, friendly, and informative. We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Jeep. Great service, and we are very happy with our purchase.

I am not the easiest person to deal . My expectations of the people I deal with are as high as my expectations for myself. I have bought many new cars in the past, but have not purchased a new vehical in the last decade. Large dealerships have left a bad taste in the past, so I sought out a smaller dealership with a more personal approach to selling. My cousin and I walked into Cole, on a Saturday, after a scoutting trip for this years deer hunting season. Bib overalls, boots and in general looking like a bad reallity TV show for rednecks. There was a reason for this entry.If they would take me seriously, looking like I had no ability to even purchase a new car, and give my questions the respect of a truthfull answer, then they would earn my buiness this day. As soon as we started to look at cars on the lot, A salesperson came to greet us. We had come to look at a Challenger that I had seen on the Cole web sight. The car had already sold. After talking with Kim DeLaet for a few minutes, I had decided to buy my new Challenger from her. I told her that I would be back to test drive the new 2015 she told me would be on the way to their dealership soon. She told me that she would let me know when it came in. About a month later, Kim texted me to let me know the car was there. My wife and I left work early on a Friday afternoon to go test drive the car. What a awsome driving car this was. But it was not exactly what I wanted. This purchase was a little more special than most. It will probably be the last new car I buy, as I will be retiring in a year and a half, and will not be purchasing any new toys after that. I told Kim I would get back with her about ordering a new Challenger in the next few months. She said she would be waiting for my call. She probably thought she would never hear from me again. Here it is, some 5 months since my first chat with Kim and the car was ordered and has now been delivered to the dealership. A new Scat Pack 392 Challenger. They are going to ship it to my garage, so I do not have to drive it on salty, snowy roads! How great is that? I had told Kim this car would never be driven in bad weather. This is my reward to myself for many years of hard work and I do not think I could have choosen a better dealership or a better sales person with the purchase of THEE car of my lifetime. I think Kim was every bit as excited about this car as I am. I would highly recomend Cole for any new car purchase and even more highly recomend Kim as the sales person to talk to. I can only give a heartfelt thanks to Kim. (And a big hug)!

I located my 'must have' vehicle on Cole's website. I emailed them to see if it was available late on a Wednesday night. A few emails, text messages, and a couple of short phone calls is all it took to agree to my trade in price and the new vehicle price. We met John at the dealership on the following Saturday morning. The new vehicle was ready to roll and they looked over my trade and we completed the deal. Absolutely the easiest vehicle trade in / new purchase I have made in 20+ years of buying vehicles. I have already recommended John and the Cole dealership to a few friends. It was worth the drive to be treated like a customer!

We purchased a used vehicle from John and had a great experience. He is not a high pressure salesman - he is focused on selling you something you will be happy with. We drove about 8 different vehicles and John had no issues with us trying a lot of different models. The vehicle we bought didn't have a sunroof, which we really wanted. John had one installed for a great price. He was very good in his communication throughout the process and got us a great rate on a loan. We will certainly be going back in the future. Cole also has a huge inventory between all of their lots - which makes it even easier to find the right car.

I purchased a new vehicle and traded in my old vehicle and John Michael was very courteous and helpful throughout the whole process. He even arranged my vehicle to be sent to me in another state. It was the easiest process EVER! I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.

The particular Dodge Charger that I was interested in was unavailable in the greater Columbus ,Ohio area and after many days of searching the Internet, I was fortunate enough to find it at Cole Chrysler. I immeadatley inquired about the vehicle and was introduced to John Michael " internet sales specialist ." via the phone the next day. I had never previously purchased a vehicle online before, I was rather skeptical at first on how I/we were going to accomplish this. To my surprise Mr. Michael was very professional and reassuring throughout the whole process. He was in contact with me every step of the way and explained every detail. Mr.Michael even arranged for the dealership to deliver the vehicle to a location of my choice. I would definitely recommend Cole Chrysler! They are very friendly,professional, knowledgeable and efficient. John Michael made our purchase great! He offered the options that suited me without being pushy. He went out of his way to make me and my wifes time at the dealer great. His support after the sale was great!John even picked my new truck up from my place of employment to have the spray on bed liner installed and left me a loaner car to use while he had my truck. Everybody I have dealt with at this dealer were great to deal with. This was my 3rd new vehicle purchase with Cole and I can't picture buying from any other dealer for purchase #4 and beyond.Great Dealer with honest good employees!! The whole buying experience was great.

Recent and past experience with Cole Chrysler in Marshall has been nothing short of great. Both service and sales personel have always been very courteous and intent to fully understand my questions or problems to properly respond or diagnose any needed repairs in a timely manner. Shea and his manager both have helped tremendously to suggest and offer the best methods and costs regarding lease or purchase programs for consideration. As of now, I plan to scout Cole Chrysler first when I am ready for another vechicle.
